estou lidando com esse erro durante semanas e ninguem conseguiu me ajudar. ja fiz tudo q estava no proprio site da adobe, tudo ok com o firewall e minha conexão de internet também, mas nada resolveu entt espero que alguem possa me ajudar

Everytime when I download any app from creative cloud I am unable to use them. It can`t verify my subscription. Even though I pay I still can`t use it. It`s also impossible to synchronize.
This is a silly bug, but it's driving me up the wall. I've tried everything. I need help! All my Adobe products show my correct profile picture except Photoshop. It shows my old profile picture. I've tried changing it again, deleting it and re-adding it, and uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop... nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why Photoshop would be showing my old profile picture?

Olá! Adquiri a assinatura Adobe em meu computador novo, que está em português. Após baixar o Creative Cloud, observei que todos os apps da adobe eram baixados em português também. Desisntalei-os e troquei a preferência para inglês dentro do CC, como sugerido por alguém aqui na comunidade. Ainda assim, tanto o CC como todo aplicativo conseguintemente instalado, continuou em português. Tentei desisntalar o Creative Cloud e reinstalá-lo do site da adobe dos EUA, para ver se o faria em inglês, e não obtive sucesso. Mudei, na própria configuração da minha conta Adobe pelo site, minha língua para inglês. Ainda assim, tanto o site quanto todo app baixado continuam em inglês, não importa quantas vezes eu desisntale do computador e adicione novamente. Alguém pode, por favor, me ajudar a resolver?Obrigada.
I'm unsure what the issue is here. I've updated everything and checked for any signs of error.
I have installed Creative Cloud on macOS 14. It's not able to install any app. A proxy software installed on my mac, which i can't disable or stop temporary as per organisation policy.It shows this error only during install: "You are offline, Some experiences may be unavailable" as you can see in attached screen shot. Desinstale Creative Cloud, ya que no podía instalar Photoshop. Ahora no puedo instalar NADA. El error que me figura es el 113 "Error de descarga. No se ha podido acceder a los servidores de Adobe. My Creative Cloud app suddenly stopped working today?? Won`t open... Keeps on working for some minutes then get the repear dialog box. This does not work either. Stops halfway through. PS and PS Beta open and works stand alone. But at not stable. Tried everything. Uninnstalling everything, and innstalling again. Not working at all. Got å brand new hi end computer with win 11 . Is there something wrong with the servers or the Creative Cloud app?Ole !
Howdy,This is a really sore spot for me in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. My account is cluttered with useless plugins I've tested or can't use anymore, and I have no way to GET RID OF THEM! Please, for the love of creation . . . Let me remove these!This is the short list.
I am unable to download Pantone Connect plugin from Creative Cloud app I keep getting the -2 error code, which says that it is either a permissions issue or I dont have enough space on my machine, both of which can't be true see as how I am an admin on my machine and it is brand new. I am at a loss
Please add the ability to reconnect the online document with the on-board document when they get disconnected. They get disconnected quite often. I imagine this would be accomplished by giving the original file an ID number or file path that can be entered in an online field to make the connection, or something to that effect.Disconnecting causes the client to loose the ability to review Resolved comments. It causes unnecessary friction and frustration in the proofing process that reflects poorly on us. Adding the ability to connect files to exising links can also offer new functionality by allowing file versions with iterative naming to be shared seemlessly with one link.
Ciao a tutti, volevo sapere se qualcuno di voi ha la stessa situazione.Ho l'abbonamento Adobe a CC Team da quando è nato questo metodo di pagamento ed è sempre stato per "tutte le app". Stranamente Substance non è inclusa e per utilizzarle sembra che debba aggiungere un pagamento. Io pago già 94,41 € al mese per l'abbonamento annuale di "Adobe CC All Apps" mentre vedo che chi lo richiede attualmente per la prima volta ne pagherà 68,12/mese e con le app Substance incluse. Non capisco come mai, sbaglio qualcosa? Devo attivare qualcosa?Perchè la fattura dice che il mio abbonamento è "All Apps" lo è sempre stato.Sarebbe assurdo che la politica aziendale di Adobe sia di penalizzare i clienti storici con aumenti annuali e togliendo app.Qualcuno ha la stessa situazione? Hi there,I've recently been unable to have Creative Cloud load anymore, I only receive the loading screen with "Initializing" which never progresses past this point. I've tried reinstalling the application using the instructions provided by Adobe and their uninstaller (was unable to uninstall the CC applications I use due to CC being unusable, and Control Panel referring to CC) but I've had no success. I've tried running SFC, checking for updates, reinstalling CC, checking the file system, checking DNS servers, running as Administrator, disabling Antivirus and firewall. Are there any other steps that I could take before doing a Windows reinstall? I'm hesitant to do that as I've had this computer for a while and would like to not have to start over from scratch.
On a Mac Mini M4, Creative Cloud Desktop only gives the spinning beachball, both in the menu and if the application window opens. If the application window opens, I cannot click or select any item in the window because of the spinning beachball.I cannot uninstall the applciaction, because I cannot uninstall the Creative Cloud apps, first. I have attempted to run the repair, which completes but with no effect. Booted into Safe Mode, same problems. I need to back up my stetting for Audition at the very least, and uninstall/ reinstall Creative Cloud and its related apps. Any thoughts?
I do not want to upload to the cc cloud, but the pause feature is not available, can anyone assist? Thank you in advance
Tengo una imac con Ventura 13.7.5 no tenía este problema hasta la nueva actualización de CC esta última actualización no deja que las fuentes se actualicen en mi sistema operativo, solicité ayuda a adobe pero fue todo completamente inutil el asistente se unió remotamente con mi computador hizo mil y un cosas y no pudo hacer que las tipografías se actualicen, actualmente el espacio de fuentes en CC aparece vacío, no importa si pongo agregar fuente en la web simplemente esta fuente no aparece en ninguna aplicación y mucho menos en CC, cuando las fuentes las trato de instalar desde cualquier aplicación simplemente no se instalan y la rodela de espera deja de aparecer y el proceso se cancela solo, espero alguién tenga una idea de qué se puede hacer. Algo adicional es que cuando elimino una fuente desde la web aparece en CC en fuentes eliminadas, he probado agregarlas desde CC (fuentes eliminadas) pero solo se muestra como exitoso sinembargo la fuente no está disponible en ninguna
Problem Statement Currently, on MacOS, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (such as Adobe Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) create and store application preferences in subdirectories inside: ~/Documents/Adobe/ For example:~/Documents/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder~/Documents/Adobe After Effects 2025~/Documents/Photoshop Cloud Associates~/Documents/Lumetri This is problematic for several reasons related to both MacOS platform conventions and user workflow. 1. Violation of MacOS Best Practices According to Apple’s MacOS Human Interface Guidelines:The ~/Document directory is for user’s personal documents.The ~/Library directory is for containing application settings, preferences, and other system resources that are specific to the user. Should not contain user data. Check the Apple's Library Directory guidelines. In general the Unix-based system principles, user configuration and application support files should not be stored in the Documents folde
If the user is on a metered connection, automatically disable updates to the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the individual Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Autoupdate is usually fine, but if the user is on a hotspot or metered network (e.g., working from home), the user probably wants to delay updating until they are on an unlimited connection. Yes, the user could turn off Autoupdate or prevent CC Desktop from booting at launch, but that shouldn't be necessary. Apps like OneDrive and Outlook disable updating by default on metered networks, prompting the user to actively enable updates. It would be great if CC Desktop worked the same way. I just purchased a Photoshop package. I can't see or use the Photoshop App on my desktop unless I sign into my CC account. Do I always need to sign in to the Creative Cloud app to use Photoshop? And can I use/install my Photoshop purchase on another device? Thank you
I see that my app is missing, and now I can't add a new one without risking another synching nightmare. How can I continue to use Creative Cloud? I'm worried I'll have to give it up entirely now to protect my files.
even after editing the username and name under "My account", the default settings on adobe portfolio show the payer's name on the top of the screen, whereas the payer's name and account user's name (myself) are totally different.
Already paid and installed extensions from Adobe Exchange are not displayed in Creative Cloud. This makes it impossible to manage these extensions and install them on a new computer, for example. Is there a solution to this problem?
