Hello there, I dowloaded and installed Creative Cloud but the library goesn't load and gives me an error message. I can't install any apps I have access either (I got a license for a course I'm doing.). Do I need to do anything first? I have a Windows 11 PC.
Hello, has anyone had this issue? Purchased a yeary membership through Amamzon just as the rates were going up. Received a long redemption code of characters and numbers, but on trying to log in and redeem, there are only 6 cells to fill in. The screen prompted my phone with what looks like authenicator codes of 6 digits, but inputting them in, the redeem code button remains grayed over. Been over a month of frustating attempts to get this sorted out. Any help would be appreciated from the community.
Version 25 is incompatible with my PC. I need to continue to use Audition and Character Animator for my work project. I've successfully rolled back Premier via 'Other versions' from the creative cloud interface. HOWEVER for Audition and Character Animator the 'Other versions' option is not there.!! (I only get options for 'explore tutorials' and 'Manage Plugins' on the interface - see screencrops). It MUST be possible to reinstall the previous version of these apps that we were working happily with before v25. Can some kind soul please tell me where to find downloads of Other Versions of Audition and Character Animator? A link or links would be very helpful. I am an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber and we have been using it and paying for it for years.
It seems like you don't work with russia, but you have this region, but you don't have the Ukrainian one, with which you work. Why is that?
l need you to update the app so it shows the file size in the Windows App Manager. ThanksAnything not showing files size I'm removing. I consider it spyware if no file size is shown.
The hard drive all my adobe apps BESIDES creative cloud died yesterday.This means I can't "uninstall" any of the apps, because the drive they are on doesn't exist.This results in CC always failing to install any of the apps to my system. I've changed the location for installations from G:/Adobe (the dead drive) to F:/Adobe (one of the drives that still works), but every time I try to install Photoshop (or Indesign, etc), it kicks back a 146 error and the error log always shows that the problem is it is trying to use the G drive again.FATAL: Error (Code = 146) executing in command 'MoveDirectoryCommand' for package: 'AdobePhotoshop26-Core_x64', version:26.4.1.194 FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobePhotoshop26-Core_x64 Version: 26.4.1.194). Tell me, why is the uploaded file itself deleted from the computer? I have make several copies and this is inconvenient
We need Android versions of the apps for which you currently provide only iOS versions, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. I do not understand, and it makes no sense, why you would not have provided equivalent resourses to the sector of the CC community using the Android platform. Makes a paying customer feel like a "second-class citizen." When may we expect this to be added?

In IT we're users/operators of the Adobe Admin Console.It's clear to me that Adobe has no real method to provide users with notifications of changes to the systems and it's products.It would be useful if knowledgebase articles relating to assigned roles within the Admin Console were circulated to 'named users' of the console.For example, A new version of Adobe Photoshop 2025 has just come out. A notification email linking to your product resources should be sent to users with the 'Deployment' role.Another example, "we have now included the creation of flat packages for macOS to allow installations onto macOS Sequoia". There is an article that I was directed to as part of a support case I had open. The article was published within Adobe's resources late April 2024 and I had no idea this had changed.Why bother taking the time to produce resources if you're going to cast them into the void, with the only way of locating them a few
Hello everyone,Someone posted this same question a month ago, but no proper explanation was given. I've had installed Adobe cc 2018 for a while now. And just today I noticed "ccxprocess" app appeared on my Mac's Launchpad (the last icon on the below screenshot). It wasn't there before, just appeared sometime in the last few days. I ran a virus scan using Bitdefender, nothing showed up. I tried deleting it using CleanMyMac 3, but it says the program needs to be closed in order to be deleted. I have no way of closing it. Why did it just appear? What's it for? Is it some sort of virus?Does anyone have any insight into this very strange and scary phenomenon? See original discussion here.

For the people who find GenAI tools buggy or cumbersome, and know the difference between AI via algorithms like object select etc., it might be nice to have a version of the Adobe subscription without Generative AI credits or features/tools - at a discount. The energy cost is a factor, but also, GenAI is reportedly still largely unprofitable in most cases based on the cost of energy and cooling required for processing and training. And that's likely a factor in justifying our subscriptions continuing to hike up in price (it's not like we don't get a cost breakdown to see what money is going where). If you're a user not into the GenAI features, especially for ethical reasons, why should you shoulder some of that cost for others? I'm all for mutually beneficial things like debugging, but again - for ethical design reasons. And if you aren't using the features, your files should definitely be automatically opted out from any model training, in case they try to put that int

Hey,I've been experiencing an issue with Creative Cloud when saving and accessing my files after switching between accounts. I have both a personal and a school account, and lately, I haven't been able to properly load or download my files when switching. So far, this issue seems to only affect Illustrator, as I primarily save Illustrator files to the Cloud, whereas I store files for other apps on my PC. This has happened once before but was eventually resolved on its own. However, the problem has returned, and I’ve noticed that the issue persists even when trying to open these files on other devices. It seems to occur when I switch between accounts multiple times in a short period. Any insights on what might be causing this or how to fix it?Thanks! I have a paid account with a yahoo email username. When I try to run the exe file for any of the apps on my desktop, the Creative Cloud window opens up in an old gmail usernameI had years ago and prompts me to pay for a plan. Can anyone advise how to switch to my new username? I can't access any of the apps because of this glitch and I haven't gotten a resolution through customer service. Thanks!
Hello everyone,Recently I did the update from Win10 pro to Win11 pro, and the Creative Cloud Desktop app won't load the home panel, it only show something similiar to this message: "Loading the app is taking longer than usual. Restart Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try again."After reading this topic (and others similar to this) and after trying every possible solution (cleaning Windows, repairing system files, running CHKDSK, DISM, SFC, running Adobe cleaner tools, cleaning the registry, uninstall C++ distribution, disabling antivirus, etc.), I finally decided to take a closer look at the log file located at:C:\ProgramData\Adobe\UPI\Log\ECML.logIn the log, I noticed the following error:CExtensionManager::updateXManConfigFromCode: Can not find XManConfigThis clearly means the CC Desktop app can't read/write some files through its directories. hi, I'm using a business account for the adobe creative cloud team. there are two accounts in my account. an account has expired. the other is current. ancxal is logged in with the same mail. I can't get to my library. how can I transfer my library contents between accounts?
Mac Sequoia - 15.3.1. I was not sure where to post this. It seems I had malware. BackService which was linked to CleverFiles and Disk Drill. I don't ever remenber installing Disk Drilll. I have removed all of those but when I did a spotlight search which showed this ni-NL.json. I followed link to Utilities - Adobe CC and found this. What is all of this Firefox stuff doing in the CC app? Should I delete it all and leave the 3DI folder or get rid of that too?
I work for a government entity and I would like the ability to display my LGA console licenses via a PowerBI dashboard. My goal is to allow agencies/offices to view their license assignments without giving them console access. I'm looking at LGA account apps like Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. And the agencies groups area already being assigned in the LGA console when we assign a license so I'm just wanting to display this information.
as u see in screenshot ACC only showing 2 menu option i tried reinstalletion but still having this issue,whenever i restart my ACC its gives me 501 error,also because of this issue i unble to access my libreries and adobe fonts

Hi I need help, been trying to send emails and crash reports for the past 3 weeks and got no help whatsoever. I'll layout the problem and what I've tried already. So, first of all, one day Creative Cloud stopped loading my Apps. I tried the "Repair" option, log in, log off. Nothing works. Next step would be to Unistall the App - Well I can't!! When I try to Unistall it says that I have other Apps so it can't be Unistalled. So I try to unistall Premiere Pro, and It won't let me because it opens up Creative Cloud in order to delete it from there, and guess what! The Apps never seem to load. I don't know what else to do honestly. Also it's worth to mention that I can't even you Premiere Pro because it crushes with an error, I've searched in YouTube and find an option that if you edit the preferences to open up with Windows 8 or something it'd be solved (I have windows 10), And yes it can run the program but is has like input lag and nothing really works.&nb

Je n'ai plus la visualisation des vignettes dans mes bibliothèques.Tous les logiciels sont à jour avec les dernières versions mais rien ne s'améliore.Auriez-vous une solution car difficile de travailler à l'aveugle 😉 Merci à vous de votre aide.
