Creative Cloud desktop

Hi,I am having trouble removing the Adobe CC Files shortcut in the sidebar of Windows 11. It seems the folder doesn't exist. This is what I see in the sidebar - When I click the shortcut link this message appears - & checking the folder properties - Any help to remove this annoying folder would be appreciated.Regards,Shane

My icons all disappeared, my apps had to all be reinstalled and none of the apps are working on my PC desktop!  I have been a CC memeber since it began and have seen a doubling of my monthly cost thisd month!  What did they do to my CC? ALL CC AppsDesktop - PC Win 1064GB RAMMassive Storage availablei7 Quad core I am experiencing apps hanging, no menu functionality - I have restarted the system a few times - nothing is working as it should!~This  was sudden and not of my doing!

(cursing removed) i am forced to keep this stupid app all because i deleted my before deleting the app ?? this is the worst app i have ever use it is guinuenly diffucult to delete this app. it has been over a year since ive been force to be stuck with this. now i have to hard reset my computer and lose all my files just because this virus you call a app!! first you forcefully take my money and made it impossable to cancle free trial (i literally had to speak to someone just to delete the FREE TRIAL subscritption which still took my money) but now you make it where i either have to completely wipe my pc or im stuck with this big storage sucking virus. THIS SHOULDNT BE OKAY! ps. (cursing removed) if i spelt anything wrong this whole app can burn.

How do I turn the CEP HTML Engine off PERMANENTLY, from coming on automatically in Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator?  Recently the Adobe suites updated to the latest version (2024) & these processes are killing my productivity.  It's also caused the program to crash, as well as being non-responsive & in some cases has damaged/corrupted the file I'm working on, when the program crashes.  I run all 3 programs daily for work (Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator), and there's at least 30+ different CEP HTML processes running at all times for each of the programs - Which is ridiculous!  How do I turn these off permanently?!  I've tried going into the preferrences panel in photoshop and turning off the options for "Legacy Extensions", but it's still being an issue!  I also don't see any options in the InDesign's or Illustrators preferance panels to turn it off.  Also, since the latest update, I now have a new process called "Microsoft Edge We

I am unable to connect to Creative Cloud today on my Windows 10 computer. The desktop app seems to work fine, opening the various apps and files, but it is not connecting to the CC folder on my computer. For a while I was unable to edit files (simply rename a text file) in my CC folder, my computer telling me that they did not exist. However, then a renamed file appeared in the folder. The CC folder appears "dead" with no bright icon. The folder name is now "Creative Cloud Files Personal Account" with my email and a CC ID. My WiFi connection is working. I shut down my Windows computer, then booted my MacBook which seemed to connect fine to CC. However, nothing I have done today on the Win system appeared in the CC version that my Mac could see. This has never happened before in the years I have used CC. Can anyone suggest something I might try to reconnect my Win system to CC? Thanks.

Hello!Adobe recently "enhanced" our "Creative Cloud Storage Experience" by totally removing a major component of that experience. I'm still unclear on how making something worse is an "enhancement," but leaving that aside, it means Creative Cloud Storage is now less useful & less functional than before. Will the price be reduced to reflect this reduction in functionality? Or will we be stuck paying more for less? Thanks!

This has happened so often lately that when I tried to auto-update PS last month, my m2 max MBP with Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop software kept telling me that the update failed hundreds of times! I was able to upgrade successfully by restarting my computer. Recently, I believe it was this week, illustrator requested an update; the same issue happened again!! It will not update till I restart my computer! This is quite frustrating!

The sidebar in Windows Explorer is showing multiple instances of "Creative Cloud Files..." without an icon and the are not pointing to anything. When I select, file menu doesn't go anywhere. Any thoughts?

Since yesterday i cannot download the cloud app. In safari is completed blocked, and cannot even enter my account, it keeps telling me the error 206. Using chrome as default browser, it opened the page of my account, during the installation, then asked me the app to sign with my proxy credentials, who i don't have a clue whatthey talking. My internet is working, i'm not on a proxy server or using intenet at work, just home internet. Thanks for the helps.

Creative Cloud Desktop 6.1 app update defaults to Start. Is there a setting to make it stay on the last used page? Start is so inconvenient. Apps I nearly use every day.

With adobe is it possible to import a youtube video keep the audio and replace the video with either a scenic video and overlay subtitles, then use this as a short in youtube ? Or more ideally replace with an animated person or character with the mouth moving to the audio. Or cartoonify the video as some of the videos i need to make into shorts are low quality zoom talks. Any help appreciated.

 Hi. I see these in my Creative Cloud. Does that mean I can use these apps with my current plan at no additional charge? I wouldn't want to click install and later find out an extra charge in my coming billing.

I am subscribing to this, but I can't get Photoshop or Lightroom to update. They constantly give me "error 145". I went to this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html?trackingid=CZY71YK2&product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=6.1.0.587&mv=product&mv2=accc#error145) and it tells me to view the error log, find the problem file, and delete it. But on my Mac, I am not given the option to view the error log, only to retry. How do I find this problem file?

Hello Adobe i am suffering from characters desinging Once i create a characters and convert to symbol for use others time but when i use that character and trying to modify so i am suffering from modifying then i create that characters one more time for my new animation and then modifing according to my requirment so i m requesting fix this problem.if you are giving an option convert to symbols so provide us option convert to shape from symbol it will be more useful for animation cause nobody would like to recreate same character for his new animtion if provide the option of modification. we want for this modification for makes useful animation.convert to symbol from shape.convert to shape from symbol.

Good day!I had the following situation: two versions of After Effects (23 and 24) were installed on the computer. Today I decided to delete one of them (After Effects 23). When deleting from Creative Cloud, the record that I have Affter Effects installed on my computer disappeared. The program itself works, but as I understand it, because it is not displayed in the Creative Cloud, it will not be updated...Please tell me how to show the Creative Cloud that I have in After Effects?

Hey there! My Creative Cloud Desktop App is not opening, thus I can't update my programms and unstall old ones.I tried redownloading it but it says I'd have a programme open, but that is not the case. I can't deinstall it either.  Somebody please help, I have a dead line coming up and the chat bot is really unhelpful and is not connecting me to a real person.

As the title says, new to CC Desktop. Installed and works. Set preferences. Installed Bridge to test before buying a Photography Subscription. I get an awful lot of temps files and folders. I thought I had read the Adobe CC only checks for Genuine Software infrequently. The Scheduled Task in windows shows every 6 hours. But I get things much more often. I have paused syning as I do not use the cloud. Would prefer to disable rather than pause. Some of the files are from CoreSync. Not all of the are the same. DO note names and timestamps. Let's share a few images. Would appreciate learning what is wrong and how to either minimize these or have a way the unused are automatically deleted. I am very savvy so get technical if needed. Thanks!
