For one typeface, a couple of its fonts are not loading, and red dots appear to the right of the weight names. Clicking the retry icon spins but it still doesn't load. Any ideas?Mac OS 14.6.1 and Creative Cloud 6.3.0.207

In preparing for the Adobe Creative Cloud synced files deprecation, we discovered that out of our thousands of Adobe users, all of their storage is combined into one storage report versus a report that is broken down to see how many of our users are actually using synced file storage and thus are affected by this change. Due to this lack of granular reporting, we are unable to communicate directly with the affected users who are using creative cloud synced files, and we are forced to communicate to all users and this has led to a lot of confusion. Please add a separeate dedicated report in the Adobe admin center that shows which of our Adobe users are using Creative Cloud Synced file storage, and how much storage they are consuming so that we can communicate directly to those affected by this feature deprecation.
Yesterday, I purchased an Adobe package and installed the Creative Cloud application. Since yesterday, I've been having an issue with it—I'm constantly seeing a message that access may be restricted, which is causing the applications not to work properly. I have reinstalled Creative Cloud, installed the trial version repair tool, updated drivers, checked for Creative Cloud updates, and even verified the payments. Everything should be fine, but the error persists.
I'm on Windows 10. I tried opening Creative Cloud, but it is stuck at the "Loading Creative Cloud" screen, and error message saying "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try again" (see picture). I've tried following the link here. So far I've tried:1. Turning off CC and restarting my computer2. Restarting my computer3. Uninstalling and reinstalling CC4. Deleting the OOBE files (except ANEData.db and filesync.db because Windows 10 says CC is using it), restarting computer and running CC5. Updating my PC None of it works. Is there a fix to this?
I have the full Creative Cloud program and have all apops loaded on my machine. I prefer to use the hard drive cvs the cloud. Anyway, I cannot click on Acrobat in the dashboard to open the program. I can click on any other app and it opens immediately. Acrobat will only open if I click on a saved PDF or open it from the Explorer folder. Any ideas why this is happening?
Hello! Since Adobe Customer Service hasn't been able to support, wonder if the community may know how to solve this issue or where this 1.2MB is hiding; which I need removed in order for Adobe to transfer my cloud data from a different country account to this one. You can see I have 1.2MB of 1 TB on this account. I have cleared EVERYTHING from my Photoshop & Lightroom. Images below. Where can I look next? Any help?

Is there any reason Adobe can't add a warning to the login page that they're blocking you due to VPN usage? We use a VPN for almost everything and a few companies including Adobe just reject logins, but fail to give any type of warning. I don't care to discuss VPNs, I would just appreciate a little warning as sitting there for 20 minutes trying to guess why it isn't working is unnecessary. If I hadn't tried a different browser on a different machine we never would have known and been submitting tickets, wasting time etc. I know, they couldn't care less but posting for anyone else having an issue.
Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is not syncing. I receive an error message saying "Unable to sync, install sync component and try again. Error Code 145." Recently I had to uninstall and Re-Install all my adobe apps with a new Install Location due to constantly getting the "Scratch Disks Full" option. I got tired of getting that even after always clearing Caches etc so purchased an Lacie SSD. I changed my install apps locations to this SSD to have more space and memory for my projects. I understand that I wont be able to open the applications without the SSD plugged in but is it normal for the Adobe Application logos to turn into a ? everytime i unplug the Lacie? Just wanting some clarification / recieve some understanding. Thanks
Meu notbook passou por uma formatação e agora não consigo acessar o lightroom classic, já instalei e desinstalei diversas vezes, já criei e deletei catalogo, e não consigo usar o programa. já tentei instalar versões anteriores, atualizadas e nada....Ele instala, abre e em seguida aparece essa tela e fecha o programa sozinho. Não sei mais o que fazer pra resolver, preciso urgentemente minhas edições estão ficando atrasadas.
Hello, I had creative cloud installed on my laptop (windows 16GB RAM), but suddenly all adobe apps opened and closed immediately within 2 seconds without any error message. This only happened when it was connected to the internet. I tried a lot of things, nothing worked so I eventually uninstalled all adobe apps and used creative cloud clean up tool to delete everything adobe on my system. After that, I reinstalled CC Desktop but now it doesnt show me any of my earlier desktop apps (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) as apps that I can download. When I try downloading photoshop from the adobe website, it takes me to CC and nothing happens. Have tried everything, really don't know what to do anymore. Could someome please help me with this? Thank you.

Ao abrir o Illustrator aparece esse erro, não consigo resolver de jeito algum. Uso o windows 11 e está atualizado. Não entendo poque está acontecendo isso, pois no dia anterior estava tudi funcionando perfeitamente bem. Alguém tem ideia do que está causando este erro? Sabem como solucionar??

Hi, Recently I found that Adobe Creative Cloud does not respect the "Low Data Mode" network setting and downloads gigabytes of data through the background processes, which is very frustrating when travelling between countries and using a international roaming for network usage. The problem persists even when I choose to quit the Creative Cloud from the menu in the top right corner. The only way to actually kill all the processes I found was to use the following in the terminal: sudo pkill -9 -f Adobe It asks you for your password and then kills all the processes that mention Adobe in the name (be aware that it will kill any open Adobe applications as well). Only after that, my laptop stopped downloading things. Is there any other way to prevent these unexpected downloads? Is there a setting or a workaround to temporarily turn off the data usage? The last couple of days I cannot get photoshop, or photoshop beta to open. It begins to load and then just spinning wheel forever. I've restarted the computer (latest macbook pro) uninstalled and reinstalled the software, not sure what else to do. Worked for months before this and I use it heavily. Lightroom works, Bridge works, but not Photoshop. I'm traveling and have internet but not the highest speed so each time I uninstall reinstall it takes awhile. A couple of months back there was a software update from apple that people were saying didn't play well with photoshop so I didn't install it. I'm currently using Sonoma 14.1. Not sure what to do next. Thank you for any advice.

Hace algunas semanas cambié de área en mi trabajo, por lo cual la empresa me reasignó mi licencia de Adobe, cabe mencionar que tengo mi mismo usuario y contraseña; sin embargo, los archivos que había guardado en la nube no aparecen. ¿Alguien sabe a dónde me puedo dirigir o cómo puedo recuperar mis archivos? ¡Gracias de antemano!

I've been having the spinning wheel issue for a while. I use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall all CC apps, then after reinstalling the CC Desktop app, it works fine until I restart the computer. The spinning wheel returns the next time I open the CC Desktop app. Currently running macOS 12.7.6 on a Mac Mini M1 and Creative Cloud Desktop App 6.3.0.207.
