Creative Cloud desktop

Hi, I can't connect to Adobe Stock. All I see is this message: The site is unavailable due to an AWS outage. Please check back later!

We have 20+ shared client CC libraries and some of them are loading and some of them are not, and its appears to be random. I have signed out and back in several times. Sometimes, zero libraries load; other times a handful of them load, but never all of them. last week we did not have any of these issues. what happened over the weekend? 

Today almost all of tabs are gone.Whats wrong?CC version 6.8.0.821Win 11

Quando eu os reabri, todos mostraram uma mensagem como se minha conta Adobe não estivesse logada.Acessei o Creative Cloud e reconectei minha conta, que apresentou um comportamento estranho de dizer que haviam 2 computadores (meus antigos) logados na minha conta e que meu computador, que eu estava usando a minutos atras, não estava. Desconectei dos computadores antigos e acessei novamente pelo meu.Consigo abrir os programas, mas sigo sem conseguir acessar, as fontes do adobe fonts e a gestão de planos da minha conta. Alguém sabe o que está havendo?Conversei com alguns colegas e disseram que, para eles, estava tudo funcionando normalmente.Não estou conseguindo contactar o suporte da Adobe.

Some projects were shared with me through Adobe Creative Cloud. I am unable to view them in my "Projects" folder via my personal Adobe Creative Cloud app. Does anyone have an idea about what could be causing this issue? Any help would be much appreciated!

What kind of [abuse removed] thought it is a good idea to have users REINSTALL apps in order to change languages?! Why is there no option inside the app? Why even bother having an option in CC if I have to REINSTALL anyway? Is this 1999 or what? Do I need to insert a floppy disk to REINSTALL it too?! And Adobe has the audacity to ask money for this... [illegal activity removed].

Hello I recently purchased some products from Asus that offer an adobe suite redemption code. The code worked fine and in my adobe homepage I can see I have the 3 month plan but I cannot download the programs I need from the suite. I  can only download a trial or use online version.  Can someone who has encountered the same problem explain what to do?Should I register my credit card?

Desde ayer tengo este problema, que entro a la aplicación de escritorio de Creative Cloud y me tira error de sincronización, tengo espacio libre y tengo conexión a internet, también al entrar me tira Error al instalar fuentes, no sé por qué pasa esto. Me pueden ayudar? Tampoco me deja ver información de mi cuenta en la aplicación ni en el navegador, no sé qué debería hacer?Adjunto las capturas de los errores que aparecen. 

Hello to beautiful community members I need help with my issue, I am having issues with my Adobe CC account It keeps loading and after a while it says unable to load plans, I am unabe to use adobe generative tools or any other tools which requires connection to the servers. Already checked the host files cleared those and gave access to firewall, but still nothing, can't even use the firefly.. Does anyone have any fix for this issue or do I need to reinstall the windows ?   

There's been an update or change on Creative Cloud loader on Mac. I am automatically loaded into the wrong profile under my corporate email and there's no option to switch to the correct profile. When I sign out and sign in again it just goes back to the wrong profile. Has anyone else found this and worked out a solution?

Dear Adobe,  The ratio of time I spend updating CC software versus the amount of time I spend actually using it has become untenable. To be completely frank, it's a major reason why I limit the number of Adobe products I purchase.If there's a critical security issue, sure, go for it. Better safe than sorry and all that.But if it's a new "feature" I didn't ask for (and will probably never use) or just interface eye candy, please Adobe, have mercy upon us mere mortals and limit such updates as much as possible.The rarified universe of Adobe software engineers seems to have lost touch with users who are simply trying to make a living in these uncertain and troubled times.Thanks.

Why are you still featuring 6.2 and 6.3 updates to CCD when we are on 6.8 now? It still hasn't stopped the Crash Processor running all the time. Still have to rename the files to stop it running. Bob Frost

I've always installed Photoshop on a separate drive to boost performance.Suddenly with Win 11 I can't do it. When I mark the disc I prefer, it says something like "impossible to install to root search directory".And by the way, I also want Lightroom Classic on that particular drive.Why is this suddenly impossible,  Adobe?

For years now, Adobe has provided the worst update experience of any major vendor. Messages such as "it's taking longer than expected we are working to resolve the issue" with no reasonable way to cancel the update (you will be stuck for hours on cancelling) are simply not acceptable. Why should I be waiting on Adone's apps to do updates? I've paid for them, I'm now paying to run my compute to wait on you. In the last three updates, I've been stuck in this situation on two occasions. I know what will happen next. Photoshop will be broken and I'll have to remove it and then reinstall. More wasted time when I could be editing. Creative cloud is supposed to support and enable me. It doesn't when it wastes my time persistently. Why hasn't this been fixed? It seems to me Adobe are spending far too much effort on AI tools and not nearly enough on sorting the basics. 

Hello, I wanna keep it short and simple, I can't find the beta apps in my Creative Cloud. The only thing I see is pre-release. Was it renamed to that or something

Dear Adobe Support Team,Since I could NOT find an email to file a complaint... I am writing here to file an official complaint regarding the handling of my case ADB-41999174-T1C5. The level of support I have received so far has been extremely disappointing and has caused major disruption to my work.I have now spoken to at least six different agents with remote sessions being done, and despite explaining my issue from the beginning every single time, no one has resolved it. When agents can’t find a solution, they stop replying altogether, even though I’m told to “reply to the same email for updates.” This lack of accountability has left me completely stuck.The last agent told me there was an investigation for my case and that it would be resolved within 24 hours. Don't understand how Adobe subscriptions work.

after accumulating several regerative rsults in the regenrative layers panel- I'd like to kknow if it is possible to export all the regenerative results  . .

When I need to remote in to my computer and work on a project, as of Tuesday, I get this screen. I don't even really know what to call it, but I can't see anything enough to work. It appears this way in both Premiere and After Effects and just the in preview/program window and the compostion window. When I export a project it looks fine. Has anyone ever had this issue before, and knows how to fix it? Side note: I know the one photo has offline media, I am not asking about that and when I linked the media I stilll had the screwed up screen so that did not fix the issue either.  

Suddenly, my Cloud is syncing all day long, with no end. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my computer, and a couple other things I've read online. I can't access any of my files at all. I'm so frustrated. Using on Windows computer. Help?
