Hi, I canceled while updating Ilustrator beta version, after that it froze as still canceling, I can neither uninstall nor anything else. it doesn't give any error code. moreover this freeze also blocked other updates. What can I do? I have opened and closed the creative cloud app but still the same problem persists. I wonder if uninstalling creative cloud and reinstalling it again will solve it? Thank you for your support 🙂
We are an enterprise customer who utilise Okta as our IdP. Currently, we can use SSO from Okta, but cannot use User/Group sync from Okta for Automated Provisioning.
For years now, the CC Desktop Application on my system is only working after a fresh restart.Something is blocking it loading apps, and I can not find out what the problem is.CC keeps showing a spinning wheel 'Loading apps' and then a blue rectangle that 'Apps are taking longer than usual to load'. In my case, the apps usually do not load at all. All Adobe Apps work fine, but Creative Clous (which has become more important, since it is a font manager too) is behaving annoyingly. Is anyone experiencing the same, or does anyone know a solution? I am on a MacPro / Monterey 12.6, CC 5.11.0.522
Hi there, Can Any Adobe Officials answer this? Why don't you guys bring the Adobe Official to Bangladesh? Resellers are taking 100 times the price of the official price. We can't even buy directly from Bangladesh. People are forced to use Pirated Software.
I use to run InDesign connecting it to a database file to make personalized direct marketing prints. I store the database file together with other project related files in the same folder as the InDesign doc. Inside my Creative Cloud files folder. Will this not be possible after February 1st?
Creative Cloud desktop on my PC tells me there is an update, and also one for Camera Raw. When I select "Update", nothing happens, and then I get a message saying:"Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ElevationManager\Adobe Installer.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."Does anyone know what is causing this?Thanks
Hi Community - apologies, complete newbie here and wondering if anyone might help.- I am running Adobe Creative Cloud 5.5.0.617.- My vulnerability scanner is not happy and reports the vulnerability listed by Adobe here: https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/creative-cloud/apsb23-21.htmlhttps://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/creative-cloud/apsb23-21.html - My understanding is that I need to upgrade to Adobe Creative Cloud 5.10 to remediate this vulnerability. I have a cloud subscription - all up to date. - If I run updates from Creative Cloud, updates for apps do install. However the version of Creative Cloud stays the same.- I use the Download Center to install Creative Cloud, the same version of Creative Cloud (5.5.0.617 remains)- If I uninstall and re-install from the Download Center - same version of Creative Cloud is put back.Wondering if anyone can help - how to do I get to version 5.10? Thanks!
Suggestions to improve LIGHTROOM: To be able to FLATTEN a selecton, once perfected with whatever Adds and Subtracts were necessary to create it (e.g. When you ask Lightroom ot copy and Invert a selection, it will give a clean selection without all th Adds and Subtracts used to create the original) When making your next selection. To be able to Add or Subtract, or intersect a previously created Selection.To be ablel to Export a selecton created in Lightroom to Photoshop Camera Raw (and vice versa).In Grid View: after selection of more than one image to add Keywords and other metadata, If a LABEL is typed in, only ONE picture receives the Label, Not ALL the selected images. CAN THIS BE FIXED?
I think I already know the answer to this but- I have been a creative cloud subscriber for a few years and have all the apps I need on my PC and laptop.But now I have a new iPad and am wondering if I am able to also have the apps on that. 2 issues I would think would make this prohibitive are1. I think I have maxed out my allowed devices for my subscription. (Correct me if I'm wrong) and2. I would now need the mac version along with my pc version.Is there some reasonably affordable way to get what I'm after?Thank You
I know the announcement about the discontinuation of Adobe Creative Cloud sync'd files has been fairly well dissected by now, but I've got a slightly different take I wanted to offer about the announcement email. The email announcing the change to users was unhelpful and confusing. It was heavy with esoteric references and assumes users' familiarity with certain terms and functions, which is fine if you're deeply knowledgeable about Adobe's ecosystem but not great for the majority of users. Ultimately it makes us feel like we're being misled - even when we're not. Good communication with us as users goes a long way to improving our experience and opinion of Adobe, so it's unfortunate this announcment missed the mark. I use a lot of various Adobe Creative Cloud apps, but it would be nice to have our most recently used apps or favorites at the top of the app list or in a Favorites section, as a few tools I use daily, some I use seldom.
Hi there! I know that for most of the users maybe this doesn´t make a difference but for me it does, I would love Adobe to take into consideration the user experience. I know that the apps icons are group by colour, Ps and Lrc and so have the same colour, but for me, It was faster and easier to work with when Ps was blue and Lrc was light blue, here I explain why: As someone with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) I struggle with attention, so when I hiperfocus on the project and I have to open another app I end up staring at the pc monitor for a while, trying to find the app. I have my own placement for each one but if I have 4 icons that look exactly the same, sometimes it´s hard to connect the dots. I have the same issue with the phone apps. Another example, just now, my whole attention was on my project, and I had to open Id but I ended up opening Dw, I know, the colour is different but similar so I opened an Id file in Dw and I was like, WHATT IS GOIN

Please do not discontinue the cloud sync service. I and many people I know use the Creative Cloud system for syncing files through various devices, not just Adobe sync files, but many other files related to projects. It seems totally ridiculous and a massive loss of revenue to force users into finding another cloud drive service to fill this need of so many users. There isn't even an explanation except "modernizing"., whatever that means. Yes, I get that some files work as Cloud Sync files, but not with all apps, and I don't like that feature anyway, as I want more control over the files which that feature doesn't provide. The sync system works great and is such an awesome perk of being an Adobe user.

The Adobe CC file navigation is really limited, can't even manage files in batches (ie. opening multiple files simultaneously or downloading more than 10 files at a time). These limitations feel like a step back.
As the title states my software keeps crashing and or prompting me to repair or quit out.I have done the repair, nothing. I went online and tried every single step listed on the website to no help.I am at my whits end and need help resolving this.I can not download any programs because Creative cloud keeps crashing the downloader.Has anyone experienced this? if so what was done to resolve this issue.Thanks,Zack
We have one client where files suddenly will not sync. They have been "waiting to sync" for several days now also tried on different networks. Tried to do uninstsall and reinstall of adobe cloud desktop - but still the sameAnyone have an idea how to troubleshoot this ? This is on mac
I installed Creative Cloud but it gets stuck at "initializing creative cloud" and then it crashes and says quit or reinstall. I have reinstalled it multiple times. I used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool but nothing works. The only way it works is that I run it as an administrator and even then when it works it says that I have limited access to apps or services. Does someone have a fix for this?
You should be able to drag and drop files in the "Your Files" Section of Creative Cloud Desktop for fast sorting into folders. Thanks!
What is this? I have subscribed to the photo package for many years, now the following is on my Creative Clouds. All my programs have been given the "Test" button. If I click on the three picks it says "Buy Now" Is it a bug or do you have to buy the programs again?

I've been working with Photoshop for 2 years. Recently, I had to reformat my computer, so I had to reinstall the program. Before proceeding, as a precaution, or perhaps ironically, I decided to check the program using the VirusTotal tool, which detected a potential issue. Now I'm unsure if it's a false positive or not.
