J'ai installé ma licence Creative Cloud sur mon pc professionnel. Je paye une licence pour particulier, je me suis simplement connecté avec une deuxième adresse mail. Ma question : Comment je désactive ma licence adobe sur mon pc professionnel pour qu'elle ne soit plus accessible ? Car je rends l'ordinateur. Mais je veux évidemment garder ma licence sur mon pc personnel. Merci !

I have 4 instances of Adobe CEF Helper running all the time.  Each using a different amount of memory. CPU usage goes from 48% down to Zero and then fluctuates up and down.  Ending the process works for 5 seconds, then they start up again.  Creative Cloud is running in the background, because I lose all my Adobe fonts if it's not, but no other Adobe programs are active.  There are many Adobe processes running:Adobe DesktopAdobeIPCBrokerAdobeUpdateServiceCoreSyncCCLibraryCreative Cloud HelperCreativeCloudWhy do so many of these processes need to run when nothing is active.  I can understand how the process will start when I run Photoshop or Dreamweaver, but why don't they close when the program closes.  These processes eat more memory than all the others that are running.  Adobe Desktop eats 265,000 k.  Just one instance of CEF Helper eats 116,000 k the other 3 eat 201,000k  combined. Google searches show many posts but few solutions.  O

Hi all,I have a question about one adobe sibscription and two domain / websites. I am owner for below account - JACEK. As we are on very small budget I decide to use Adobe Portfolio for two websites. I created two websites and both have separate domains. It's working correct but there is some issue. When you will search for my girlfriend you will find her website, but there also in description appear my name - please see attached. Is it possible to chnage for her name? Or it cannot be because I am ovner? Thank you

How do I download folders from browser without syncing everything into computer?I can only download files and not folders. There must be solution. Otherwise it will be like:So if I have folder structure with 100 MB files and I have 1000 GB storage that is mostly full. And I want to get this 100 MB to other computer then I have to sync 1000 GB to harddrive?

Creative Cloud deleted everything after school subscription ended, in the past I haven't had this issue when the subscription ended at the end of the year but this time it deleted everything apart from 1 photoshop project. I've seen people talk about a grace period but I never saw or got notified about this and my creative cloud stored all of my school work that I require for a portfolio 

I would like to access the files from my previous Adobe ID and port those files over to my re-newed account that I subcribed to with a different email address, thus a different Adobe ID.

Are there any staff members that can clarify this issue? I personally do not believe based on reading the help page above that this is the case (because I'm pretty sure this has been part of the CC suite terms since its inception), but I would like clarification. As an artist, I do not want to opt in if this is related to AI art in any way. Thank you.

I follow all the steps stated here but still reach an "unexpected error" when  reach the final step and insteasd end up with a bunch of profiles that take up emails that I use so that when I try the process again, I cant use those emails.

I have very little use of the Adobe services on my Mac. I only use Illustrator once a month for work, and Lightroom twice a year to touch up some of my photos. I already manage my files using iCloud, so I have no use for the cloud syncing (constantly paused), and I am not interested in updates or other Adobe solutions. Furthermore, I noticed the following applications constantly running in the background:- Adobe Content Synchronizer- CCXProcess (AdobeICPBroker (AdobeCRDaemon))- Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer- Adobe Content Synchronizer Helper- Adobe Desktop Service (Creative Cloud Helper, Adobe Crash Handler, Creative Cloud Helper, Adobe Crash Handler, Adobe Crash Handler... yes 3 times)- plus the CC app launching at every start-up. I do not tolerate such a waste of energy and memory. Before I consider cancelling my plan for alternatives that better match my needs, I dare to ask: Is there a way to only use Illustrator and Lightroom when I decide to launch them, an

Adobe Portfolio: I am having trouble creating a new website which I'd like to have a home page with icon, headline, a single portrait orientation photo and text in a justified column to its left. I chose Matthias theme I have tried to eliminate the word WORK from my home page, but each time I click on it, the page format collapses to about 1/3 height, ruining the page. I can not find a panel that would allow me to delete the word. Also, there is a redundant paragraph of copy on the left, which I would like to erase, but can not find a place to do that.  

Hi everyone,  Since the last update, I have this horrible bug : when I go in my monitor, I see there is this thing called " adobe crash handler" that get craaaaazy, there are DOZENS of them to a point it takes all my ram and crash my computer. EVEN WHEN NO ADOBE APP IS OPEN. So if I start my computer, this thing gets crazy in the background, to the point it takes ALL my ram, and my computer dies, starts again, and it can do this all day -_-  I now delete them manually but I have to do this every 30 minutes.   I even uninstall and reinstall all my creative cloud applications, and it did not solve the problem (even when the compuer was empty). I must say the Adobe support was absolute s** and told me it was not true and left the chat, so I hope you have some better news for me!    I have a macbook pro M1 on Monterey   Thank you very much and have a great day! 

Hello,I started using the new service creative cloud with Photoshop since september. But since few days I discovered that all my files are no more existing (in my laptop or even in the creative cloud).At first step I noticed whenever I click on the creation, it says that the file is no more existing or no access to it, then the picture of the file disappears. There is no history, no deleted items, it's like I'm restarting from scratch and nothing ever happened.FYI : This is the right Account, I've checked in my laptop folders, nothing appeared, Nothing either in the recycle bin. Please help, I'm now afraid to use the creative cloud.

I cancelled my adobe subscription and lost access to my files. I'm still within the grace period following cancellation before they're deleted. I didn't realise they were synced to Adobe's server, I thought I was saving them to my laptop.  Can anyone direct me in how to retrive the files to save them separately before they're deleted please?  

Given that Adobe is never going to implement selective folder/file sync, is there any downside or limitation to simply using Dropbox to sync files across multiple computers? I found one YouTube video from 2020 of someone doing this, but can't find much else about any pitfalls. For the same $9.99/month, Dropbox offers:- 2TB- Unlimited video file size upload (not 20GB cap like CC Sync)- Selective Folder/File Sync- Premiere Pro plugin to facilitate video reviews

Hi, currently have a NAS drive (with approx 2TB) for our studio network of Macs. As well as mirroring, we backup to the Cloud. Looking at going Cloud only, ie. Cloud Server to work directly from, and no hardware in the studio. Concerned about working on large files directly and where InDesign/Illustrator docs link to support files elsewhere. Any recommendations or experience gratefully appreciated. Thank you. Dan

I was looking through my Active Fonts in Creative Cloud, and two of them don't show a preview. Instead, they say "Unable to install this font." I don't know what this means. Both of them are working on websites. They also work in Photoshop on my desktop. I clicked the arrow circle for reinstalling, but I still have the same error message in the preview box. 

I am working on a website in Adobe Portfolio. I do have a subscription so that is not an issue. I will have a domain name but I don't have it yet - it is being used on another site that will be discontinued and then I will have access to the domain name. However, I'd like to publish the site now so my client can see it. My question is - can I publish the site now with the subdomain that Adobe assigns and then change it to my domain when it becomes available? Or can I only do one or the other of those? Hope this is clear. Thanks.

Google, Facebook, Twitter etc. all offer a way to export an archive of my data. Is this possible with all of my Adobe content - CC libraries, settings, synced files etc? I think this is a regulatory requirement that may not apply here, but would still be very useful. I'm one of those people that has backups of everything, and this is something I have to trust not to just disappear.

After the "Failed to initialize" problem I have 33K photos that have the ! in them. Is there a quick way to relink those images?

I found this topic from 2014 and some others but couldn't find something more recent about this. People have been asking for this, for years! How can I just sync some folders and not all of the stuff, filling the MacBook hard drive? We are a team of two working remotely, so we need CC to collaborate and have always the latest versions so we can work on them seamlessly. We have 1 TB of space in our license, but our Macbooks have only 250 GB and 500 GB space. We need to sync 2021 files to our macbooks, and not everything we store in CC inside https://assets.adobe.com/files. How is it possible that Dropbox has had this feature for years, and also OneDrive and other cloud apps? Does Adobe not know that there are plenty of people with 128 GB, 250 GB and 1 TB disks that need to sync their files to a Cloud and can't? I'm I supposed to drag an external drive to achieve this? How can we send this query to Adobe and get them to do something more than "Oh, it's interestin

My iOS won't install the creative cloud app.. it downloads then shows the download from cloud repeatedly.. Won't install the app. iPhone 11 Pro Max. Software 15.6.1
