I was working in InDesign and I noticed that the Creative Cloud app had signed out and was trying to re-connnect. The connection timed out so I restarted the app and it signed in fine. I continued to work, but realized that even though I was signed in, it said I only had 1 library and that it was empty. I'm supposed to have 7 or 8 color libraries. I thought maybe it was a sync issue, but when I view my CC account on the web it still only shows that one empty library.Additionally, all of my synced typekit fonts are gone.What happened?! Can someone please help me understand where my libraries went and let me know if there is any way to recover them?Thanks.
Hi Everyone,Few days ago I experienced a problem with my behance account. All my projects became private automatically. I also tried to change the project status from 'Private' to 'Everyone' and it said 'There was an error processing your request'.I usually use Chrome and I behance signed there.I verified both my mail and phone number. Hi,Trying to figure out how to move or at least copy my creative cloud files to my icloud. Can't figure out how to download them - feel like I'm just missing the correct download button somewhere! I need to do this as I'm going to be switching to a different account for work, so the account I currently use is due to expire, but until that happens I want to make sure I don't lose my files in between the switch/would prefer a copy on my iCloud.
He tenido un crash de Win10 al actualizar. Se reinstala Win10 respetando los datos. Hasta ahí todo bien. CCdesktop no sincroniza: "Error de sincronización de archivos". He hecho de todo: he reinstalado todas las apps de Abode desce cero; he movido a otra carpeta /Creative Cloud Files/; he pausado y vuelto a darle al play; he mirado linea-por-linea regedit; he contactado varias veces con soporte de Adobe, en fin. Esta mañana he creado un nuevo usuario en la misma máquina y sí sincroniza, por lo que es un problema con mi usuario actual. ¿Alguien por favor me puede dar una pista?. Yo entiendo que mi usuario actual (adminstrador) de alguna manera o le falta información o está "capado" por Win10 para sincronizar. Gracias por la info

Creating my Adobe portfolio site has opened the floodgates for scammers. I have received the same identical scam email through my contact submission form, over and over. I'm just curious what Adobe is doing to combat this as this is turning out to be a very bad experience.
Creative Cloud files icon does not display properly in the latest macOS system.This is my first time installing adobe.
I use Adobe Portfolio to host my photography website(s) [easier and cheaper than Squarespace, etc.], but one major LACK is any blogging functionality. My question: do you think I could "simulate" the look and function of a "BLOG" within my website by simply creating a page called BLOG (visible from homepage), and then filling that page with a gallery of other webpages (NON visible from homepage) which would function as the "posts" in the blog? I hope that's clear... Basically, I want to be able to "BLOG" each client's wedding story, or BLOG about projects im working on, etc. but Adobe Port doesn't have a blog function, Anyone here have any workarounds?
For a while, the blue "+" menu does not appear anymore on my welcome page so I cannot add a block ( I would like to ad a button but I can't.Here is my page : -Welcome banner-Collection with my pages- FooterMy wish is adding a new block between these blocks but the adding button "+" is unavailable. I've been trying to edit my Adobe Portfolio, but have been unable to access it via either Safari or Firefox on my iMac for at least an hour. Access fails whether I use the bookmark or select Portfolio from the Creative Cloud app sidebar. The portfolio itself is accessible but I'm not able to edit it. Any ideas?
We were without power, internet or cellular for several days due to the recent winter storm and I thought I’d use the quiet time to get some work done using my MacBook Pro and inDesign, Photoshop, illustrator. My work was repeatedly interrupted by the spinning beachball every few seconds. It made it very difficult to get any work done. I do not store documents or color swatches in the cloud, syncing and auto update are off. I do not use the cloud services in any way but apparently the apps kept insisting on trying to connect and stopping my ability to work while doing so.The problem ended when the internet was restored but even without the delay caused by the beachball, I don’t want my apps wasting resources by repeatedly connecting to a service I never plan on using. How can I disable all cloud services so the apps work strictly 100% local and never again connect to the internet on their own. I don’t even want them checking for updates. Thank you.
Im on Windows 10 and 11, and have creative cloud installed as well as photoshop and camera raw. (its all I use). Is there a way to disable the literally DOZEN background apps? Im sick of it using my resources, and even more sick of a reminder every time there is a cc or ps update, which is apparently every 45 minutes. If Im not using CC then there should be no apps running. Check for updates when I launch, thats fine, but when Im done, give my my computer back. I went on the help site and chatted with a 'tech' who told me to clean and reinstall, which was insulting. If anyone has any ideas please let me know, otherwise Affinity is looking better and better.ThanksBob
I think I know the answer already, but just in case there's a way I haven't thought of, is it possible anywhere in Portfolio to add an html link with rel="me" as an attribute? e.g: <a href="XXX" rel="me">Mastodon</a> The social blogging service, Mastodon can use rel="me" to verify that the website and account are linked, but unfortunately adding this code to the footer strips out the rel="me" tag. I can't see another option, which is a shame.
So, we needed to select about 300 files (in order, so 300 in a row) out of around 1000 to unarchive. We had to manually checkbox EACH ONE. Is there not a shift-click type option to select multiple files? What is a workaround? Are the options, all, none, or manually add one by one? Am I missing something? For the ones not in archives, I can re-order them on my computer, then re-sync but OMG what a pain! Please help if you know something I don't!
Someone knows if is possible change the work's grid on "Marta theme" on Adobe Portfolio ? like increase the number of squares per line, and change the order; at the moment the order is simply based on the cronological order of posting.. Thanks in advance
Grüse euch, ich stelle mir die frage wie ich am besten Bilder in mein Portfolio lade also in welcher Datei größe z.B. 3MB oder 12MB oder nur im nur KB bereich. Also werden Die Bilder von Adobe automatisch koprimiert um die Website schneller laden zu lassen oder muss ich das selber machen.Hilfe BitteLG

I have a client that have shared their Cloud folder with me, but its content are really large video files. I want to sync just their folder to an external drive while keeping the rest of my Cloud folders and files on the original internal drive. Is there a way to have different Cloud folders sync to seperate local drives? I really don't want to move my entire Creative Cloud Files folder because of one large shared folder.
My files get synced automatically with Lightroom. I have run up against the 1 TB limit. I would like to download all my files stored in the cloud. I have added local capacity. I cannot seem to find the files on my local machine when they get imported into Lightroom.
Anyone else experiencing download failures from the cloud? I am attempting to transfer these files to local storage as I no longer activley need them but want to archive to my hard drive. The files either get the fail message or stay stuck on around the 20% mark based on the status bar. I ran a speed test and I have a 260 mbps download speed so thats definitely not the issue. I could upgrade my plan to 1TB but I find it unnecessary to do so since most of this storage is just superfluous .psd files anyway. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Hello, can't find any check box to select "Select All" on the 'Trash' folder for 'Permanently Deleting' my Creative Cloud files that I have deleted long time ago. Hope someone knows the trick. This is pretty simple on most platforms: You delete files, they end up in the trash folder, you can select them all, and they will be permanently deleted from you. IF this is something Adobe hasn't worked out, I hope you will! Don't wanna check my hundreds of deleted files individually... Thanks!-JP
Cambie de cuenta de adobe... pero tenia un archivo en la nube, cuando volvi para poder descargarlo ya no me aparecia... la aplicacion de adobe xd me arrojaba una alerta que decia que no se pudo sincronizar con la nube,encontre el archivo en creative cloud, pero necesito descargarlo para poder editarlo... pero no he podido hacerlo, creative cloud solo me da la opcion de abrir en la web o localizar... pero cuando le doy localizar me abre una pagina donde estan todos menos ese archivo que puedo hacer?
I accidentally deleted an entire CC library when I was trying to delete one element... is there any way this can be recovered? Hi everyone, I have an account for portfolio in Behance. But I joined a team profile in adobe and my Behance is missing when I sign in and I can't choose a right profile. Moreover, Admin of team profile can't remove me from team profile, so how I can restore my Behance portfolio?? I need some help over here 😞
