Hola!
I recently switched schools and, as a result, activated a new Adobe Creative Cloud license through SURFspot. Both my old and new licenses are linked to the same personal email address and to the “SURFspot Operational Console” profile. My old license had expired about 3 weeks before I purchased the new one. Everything has been transferred properly, I can still access my old files and fonts. However, my Adobe Portfolio is no longer there. When I open Adobe Portfolio, I’m prompted to create a new website, and I can’t find my old portfolio anywhere. I’ve searched online for a solution and mostly found information about migrating a portfolio between accounts. My portfolio is on the same account, though, so there’s nothing to migrate. The website is still online, but it’s no longer visible in my Adobe account. I have already contacted Surfspot, but they coudn't help me and said to go to the adobe portfolio support. I contacted them, but didn't get a reply. I got an email from Adobe Portfolio
So I recently came back to Behance to check out my portfolio of work that I had loaded manually onto my old profile that I used personally, only to find out that my projects that I had all been deleted. I went searching to see if there was a way to retrieve my files back, but to no luck. Can someone help explain to me exactly what happened that caused all my work to be deleted from my original profile? I was trying to export some of it so that I can use for my updated portfolio website changes I am working on.
how can i download photoshop without creative cloud?
Dear Adobe, I am a very loyal and neatly paying customer for over 15 years now. I really love Adobe and always have been fiercely against people calling the “non-artistic” other apps like Canva etc. Design apps or making art. But now I feel like Adobe is getting all the same. I don't want to use AI in my artworks. I don’t want annoying pop-ups all over my screen. I don't want notifications when I am creating. And I most definitely don’t want to “create” with a template based workflow. You can call me oldskool, but I like to keep my design process real. My genuine question to your organisation: Is the “Old or Real” Adobe ever coming back? So just clean apps, with no AI, no new features all the time, no pop-ups and no notifications. Also, even on the newest Macbooks I feel like the new Adobe apps make everything slow down and crash a lot because of al these “cool features”.Now I’m seriously doubting to just crack the old versions of my Adobe apps. I never did this because I really like to
3 problems to report:1) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, now the dropbox desktop icons (for dropbox desktop app) have disappeared. And I went over it with dropbox and they instructed me to go to System settings on mac → general → Login Items & Extensions, and scroll all the way down to the “extensions” section and find where its says “creative cloud” and hit the circle i icon, and toggle on and off “file provider” then my dropbox desktop app sync icons come back. Dropback says creative cloud is notorious for hyjacking desktop icons. I must note this fix is temporary and resurfaces later. I’ve provided a screenshot below of what the dropbox desktop app sync icons look like. 2) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, my external hard drives on the left hand panel are defaulting to the creative cloud app. 3)the authenticator app on firefox. when im on firefox it asks me to type in a number but doesnt give me a box to type it in. but when I go to safari
I’ve got an issue where Creative Cloud doesn’t recognise that I have Photoshop and Illustrator already installed on my Mac. The programs run fine by themselves, there is no issue there but because Creative Cloud isn’t recognising them it means I cannot perform any updates. When I look in the updates section, each program shows a button to ‘Install’ them.A couple of months ago I had the same issue, when I clicked ‘Install’ on both programs, all of my settings and workspaces were deleted. I can’t waste time again by rebuilding these, so I need the app to recognise that I already have them installed.I’m using Apple Tahoe 26.6.2, Creative Cloud 6.10.0.252.41, Illustrator 30.5.1 and Photoshop 27.4.0.
Hi everyoneThis error on my behance profile:Your ability to send messages has been disabledI was in the middle of talking to a client about project And the support doesn't answer meDoes anyone have a similar experience?
I am unable to appreciate other people’s work on Behance. Every time the button is clicked it reverts back to the original state.
My recent projects are getting very low views and don’t appear in search or the Discover section, even though I use proper tags, detailed descriptions, and stay active on the platform. Could you please review my account to check if there’s any issue affecting my visibility? Links removed by moderator <personal info removed-kglad>
I have a licence for my school to use creative cloud at home. Before I knew that I had a plan I did a free trial and tried to contact the support and ask if they know how I can activate my account. They did change my email to a one that doesn’t work anymore and now I can’t access my account. Also my school IT team is soo slow and I'm sorry to use these words but they are no help… I just need a human from here to help me… But for that I need an active plan, like what??? why??????? fml[Profanity removed by moderator]
I've developed a nice little website in Portfolio. On one page, I'm trying to embed hyperlinks to other pages for individual photos contained in a photo grid. For example, I have a grid that contains three separate photos, and I'd like to have each photo in the grid to have its own link to other pages - a simple and common function for many websites. I cannot find a way to accomplish this in Adobe Portfolio. Does anyone have a suggestion? Incidentally, I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that Adobe doesn't provide a support community dedicated to Portfolio. While I realize that Portfolio isn't necessarily an important money maker for Adobe, enough customers use it to warrant a community forum. Further, in my view Adobe should devote some resources, however small, to continue developing this product. While Portfolio may not be the tool of choice for serious website developers, it does provide an effective tool for small commercial photographers and hobbyists.
For the past few days, I have been receiving an "HTTP ERROR 403: Access to www.behance.net was denied" message.I have already tried every standard troubleshooting step, so the issue does not appear to be on my end.
I paid for a subscription to adobe creative cloud through college buys, but when I go to use adobe illustrator, i am asked to pay for another subscription. How do I speak with an Adobe agent?
Hi, I am confused. For the last 6-7 days, I have been unable to access the Behance site. It always shows this message: "HTTP ERROR 403." I don’t know what the issue is. I have cleared my browser's cache and history, and I have tried different browsers as well (screenshots attached). Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
Hi, I just paid for a photoshop plan and I was looking forward to try the harmonize feature that is still in Beta but on my creative cloud account, I don't have the beta apps option. Is something wrong with my plan or do I need to sign up for the program first?
I am having trouble with Adobe Digital Editions. I am not receiving the OTP when trying to register with ByteBooks. I am an avid reader and I own an old Kobo. I can’t put the library books that I’ve borrowed on my Kobo without ADE. I have been having issues with this for nearly two weeks. The support from Wipro is absolutely woeful. I have had one reply in that time suggesting that I send screenshots which I’ve done but no reply since. I am getting very frustrated with this situation. I can’t possibly be the only person experiencing this. I just want to speak to someone. By the way, I have tried on my phone without Wi-Fi too. I have checked Junk and Spam but not one OTP has been received and yes I’m receiving them from other companies.
When I try to activate adobe express premium plan with airtel, showing an error “This code is from a country or region that does not match your adobe id”. When I checked the account section under settings, Subscription account origin Country is selected as United Arab Emirates. I need to change that to India.
After migrating from an intel iMac to a new M1 iMac, I had the spinning/never loading fonts issue in the Font section of the Creative Cloud app. I tried using the web version of Adobe's font management to deactivate all fonts. (That didn't solve it, but I mention it in case it's part of the solution.) What eventually solved it was going and getting Adobe's Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.htmland removing old versions of Adobe programmes. (Turns out there were some remnants going as far back as Creative Suite 4!). I had the luxury of not worrying about losing older versions because they're still on the Intel iMac, but if you're wanting to keep more recent ones, you *may* only need to delete the much older versions. For instance, Illustrator 2021 is glacial on the Intel but 2020 is good, so I was mostly working in 2020, hoping that at some point 2021 would get an update that would make it less of a dog. Hello Everyone, I’ve been using Behance for a while and all my projects were previously published and visible to the public. However, now all of them suddenly show the message:“Only accessible to you. Not discoverable on Behance”I can no longer change their visibility to “Public” — the option is disabled.Additionally, no one can see my Behance profile. It seems to be locked.I have no idea why this happened. I didn’t change anything recently and haven’t received any warnings or emails.I also sent emails to Behance support more than 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any reply. Can someone please help or tell me what’s going on? my behance profile: behance/furkantahatorun

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a strange issue with Behance’s Switch Adobe ID feature, and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem recently. The problem occurs when I go to:Behance → Settings → Switch Adobe IDs → Connect another Adobe IDI enter a valid Adobe ID and the correct password, but Behance immediately shows:“Your email or password does not match. Please make sure you enter your Adobe ID password.”However, the credentials are definitely correct.I can successfully log in to: Adobe’s website using the same Adobe ID and password Behance directly using the same Adobe ID and password So the problem only occurs when trying to switch the Adobe ID from within an existing Behance account.I also checked the request in Chrome Developer Tools. The request made by Behance is:POST /connect/adobe/profile_migration_optionsand the server responds with:HTTP 401 UnauthorizedThis feature was working normally for me before, but it suddenly stopped working recently.Has anyone el

I had the "cannot update" error in the Creative Cloud desktop app for over a year. I tried everything I could find: full uninstall and reinstall several times, the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, Adobe support, and a long list of fixes from other forum posts and Windows troubleshooting guides. None of it worked, so eventually I gave up and just lived with it.I finally found the real cause by accident, while debugging a completely unrelated problem on my PC. It has nothing to do with Adobe's installer or your account — it is a Windows setting. The fix takes one minute.Posting it in case someone else is stuck on the same thing.Short version: if Windows is set to install new apps to a drive other than C:, the AdobeNotificationClient package cannot finish installing, and Creative Cloud fails to update. It also causes a memory leak in Windows that gets worse every day your PC stays on.Note for moderators / Community Experts: I believe this is a bug in how the Adobe notification package handle
