I cannot comment on my friends’ projects on Behance. I think it is clear that they are blocked by the site. I sent them more than once for help, but no one responded, and I opened more than one ticket.

I have been trying for 2 days to install Creative Cloud and it won't do it beacuse it says another installer is already running and I don't have anything else running. These are the steps I have done so far: -Downloaded "Adobe uninstaller" and ran it just to see if anything installed from failed attempts.-Ran Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.-Restarted computer-Went in "Task Manager" and turned off Windows Installer and anything else labeled "Updater"-Went into the Windows Installer Service and hit "Stop" My computer is a PC running Windows 11. It is still not working, any ideas?

Hola. He renovado el icono del perfil de mi cuenta de Adobe, pero al compartir un enlace de mi Adobe Portfolio, aparece, como imagen de referencia del enlace el icono que eliminé (el antiguo icono). ¿Qué hago para que cuando copie y pegue el enlace de mi Portfolio de Adobe, salga por referencia (en el mensaje, al lado del link mi icono actual y no el anterior? Gracias.  Icono actual: Icono viejo que aparece por defecto al lado del enlace de mi portfolio:

Whenever I reboot my MacBook Pro, a Creative Cloud Files folder shows up under Favorites in Finder. I never look in that folder and have never had any need for that folder. I always Remove it because it's taking up space uselessly, but it comes back every time I reboot. How do I make that folder stop showing up?

I got an recurring error "Libraries Sync Error Please check Firewall Settings" after upgrade Mac OS to Sonoma 14.0.  Anyone an idea?I 've found similar topics about the same issue for Windows, but not on Mac.The support agent was not able to help (or didn't even try, he/she closed without comments).

Hello, I am a new user of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.I noticed that access to Creative Cloud with 100GB memory is given to me, but it seems that Adobe document cloud is not synced to Creative Cloud.I would like to know if they are two distinct cloud services? If so, how do I access to the Adobe document cloud (not Creative Cloud Files) from my file explorer?Thank you. 

I'm hoping someone has had a solution to this. I've recently moved my credit card from Visa to Amex and have discovered that for some reason Adobe doesn't accept Amex, which I find baffling as it's a globally recognised card like Visa. I can't use Gpay as I'm an iphone user and I keep clear of Paypal due to issues I've had with them in the past. That leaves me with no way of paying for my subscription. Creative Cloud is a nice to have for me these days, and not so essential, so I'd like to have it if I can, however, if I can't pay for it, then it's gone I guess. Anyone have a solution to this as it seems kind of nuts? 

When I share link to a folder of images it normally shows the previews of the images before you click on one. This seems to have comepletely stopped working. Aside from the documentation in Experience League about the integration of CC into AEM, I was just checking if you have more guides for the integration with these two. We are having issues connecting these two. Hi everyone, I'm struggling to find an answer to this question online, so maybe someone on here could help me out: Do I have to publish my Adobe Portfolio website for it to be saved or does it save automatically (or is there an option to save it manually), so that I have the option to close it during the editing process and to come back to it later or continue to edit it at another time without publishing the website? Thank you in advance!

Hi Team, I am trying to integerate clamAV with AEM to scan for virus in assets that are published from brandportal to aem. However, I have successfully integerated AEM with clamAv and was able to run AntiVirus Scan for assets that are getting uploaded to AEM by implementing create sling filter in java. However the same createSlingFilter is not getting triggered when an asset is published from Adobe Brand Portal to AEM. When checked, assets are published from BrandPortal to AEM through polling. Anyone with thoughts on how i can intercept file when published from brandportal to AEM or Is there a way I can implement ClamAv for brandportal upload is appreciated. Hello!!I got the plan for students and teachers , which gave me 100 gigabytes of From cloud storage and yesterday it expired. I forgot to back up some of the important files and now my cloud is wiped out. I thought that you are supposed to have 30 extra days after expiration before they actually erase your cloud storage. I know it´s my bad for not backing it up in my own pc but I really thought I will get those 30 days. I´m mainly here to make sure that I actually didn´t miss anything or to make sure that I actually lost everything. Thank you for any help!! 

I recieved via email an invite to an event. When clicking the link a screen opens up asking me to sign in to adobe document cloud. No matter what email account I use I recieve error messagge invalid credentials.How do I open ?

PDF, PNGs, AI and PSDs all look like very poor quality, compressed JPGs when viewing on Creative Cloud files website or in the iPad app. You can even see the low quality JPG-like compression artifacts all over the files. Nothing is sharp. Would really like to be able to use the cloud to preview files to clients, but the quality is just not usable. Would like to know if others experience this. Any help is appreciated. Following the expiration of my Student Account, I had a Personal Account with the same e-mail address. I was using a custom domain with my Student Account and then lost access to my old Adobe Portfolio website with the custom domain. I need assistance in re-establishing this connection.  When I try to sign in to my Adobe Portfolio website with my Student Account I receive the following error message: "Access Denied. You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID."  I am now unable to connect my custom domain to my new Personal Adobe Portfolio because when I attempt to do so, I receive the message: "This domain is already connected to an Adobe Portfolio site."  In short, I can't access my old portfolio page, and I can't assign a custom domain to the new one. I need help. Thanks for any ideas and help.

My local CC Sync Folder is on my system hard drive, and is fairly large-ish (25gb)... can I simply move it to a different drive? thanks!

I'm trying to upload my PSD's to the cloud and it will let me upload very few of them and others it says, "Sorry, something went wrong." 

Bonjour J'ai un problème de synchro avec mes bibliothèques et je n'arrive pas à solutionner mon problème. J'ai mes fichiers qui utilisent mes bibliothèques sur un poste de travail et ça fonctionne très bien.Je copie mes fichiers sur un autre ordinateur, et quand je les ouvre tous les liens sont rompus.  Pourtant les bibliothèques sont bien accessibles, et si je réédite les liens un par un ça fonctionne. J'ai déjà essayé de remplacer le fichier AdobeIpcBroker de Adobe Commun Files par celui dans OOEB comme proposé par Adobe mais ça ne solutionne rien. Les 2 postes sont sur la même licence, et je suis propriétaire de la bibliothèqueUne piste à me proposer ?

This app is called "Account Ac..." on my phone, nothing at all to tell me it is the Adobe app among the hundreds of apps on my phone. To make matters worse, it looks almost exactly like a "Secure SIgnin" one for another product. Both app widgets have a lock inside of a shield. To reduce the amount of trial and error, and improve user experience, it would be really useful if you'd please rename it Adobe Security and/or replace the icon with the Adobe logo as the favicon, instead of a generic lock icon.   (Also, this requires a topic be selected when posting, but none of them are relevant. Add more topics or make this not required, otherwise it is not helpful in the slightest to help users find a post.)

Everything looks fine on desktop but when I load my portfolio site on mobile theres a tint over everything. Like the background color is somehow showing through.
