Creative Cloud Services

Everyday my creative cloud folder gets archived and a new folder starts syncing from the beginning. I have multiple creative cloud files now. How do I resolve this?

I really love using lightroom ios and the creative cloud. but i got a big issue that keeps me from subscribing to the photography plan. why there is no support for RAW photos in the creative cloud? i uploaded photos to the cloud and you see the quality downgrades. its such a shame and surprising considering your apps are ment to use by professionals.

I'm attempting to upload some .raw photos and I'm getting this error. Seems kinda crazy that the foundational format for photography files wouldn't be compatible with Creative Cloud, so I'm assuming there must be an error or a setting that I've got wrong? 

Since the update yesterday my system runs the processor constantly - Core Sync (32 bit).I never experienced this before with the desktop installed Creative Cloud component.Any help will be much appreciated.

On my old iPad, Creative Cloud showed up under the Locations in the Files app, and I could export to it directly from Procreate as well.  However, I just got a new iPad and after installing Creative Cloud, this functionality has not returned.  I can sign in to the Creative Cloud app and view my files from there, but that's it.  I can't seem to actually get files into the Creative Cloud from the new iPad.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC several times, but this hasn't helped.

What does sharing of a creative cloud library in a package give access to if they are not on our corporate infrastructure/creative cloud account (how to share creative cloud files with vendors for print production)?

Hi, appologies as I figure this isn't the correct sub forum to be posting but there's none for portfolio for some reason. Portfolio is included in the photographer CC bundle, so I figured this was the most relevent choice.Regardless of the setting chosen for my logo (normal, roll over, on scroll, responsive) my logo acts in the same manner on mouse-over. It always displays the alt text and if the alt text field box is empty it just disappears.I just want my logo with no interaction at all on mouse over. no alt text, no alt image. just the logo. for some reason, no matter how many settings I try and things I change this doesn't seem to be possible. It's as if the settings chosen (normal, roll over, on scroll, responsive) do nothing at all.This issue is observable in the editor and also published on firefox, chrome, edge and mobile. I've asked others to help troubleshoot and no one can figure out why this won't work the way I intend it to.Thanks for your time and help,-Scott

This Creative Cloud thing just appeared and I wanted to remove it, but all I ended up doing was breaking stuff. My first choice would be to be able to remove this Creative Cloud folder from my nav section altogether. My second choice would be to leave it there but unbreak it. Do I need to remove and reinstall? Thank you, Adobe Forum! 

Hi  - will this affect libraries in Illustrator/Indesign etc?

This is what I get when I open Creative Cloud on my MacPro. Not really useful in this format.Are there any suggestions as to how this can be fixed?Thank you in anticipation.

I only use Acrobat Export and I want to clear out all documents in the Adobe  cloud. How please?

We already had Cloud Documents and Cloud Libraries, it is not new. We can not upload folders nor RAW format images. Now the Cloud Storage format is completly useless to me and many other users. It is half the reason I pay for the plan. I would like the option to cancel the plan without paying anything extra. It is the least Adobe could offer after such a terrible change.

I have a old macbook air that installed creative cloud and other adobe software.The creative cloud storage for the sync folder is occupied most of the storage of the macbookI wonder if there is any way to disable the sync and remove it from the local storage but not affecting the cloud storage

I am a multi-discipline personal user of all an all apps plan. I use adobe for fun, but occasionally might have a paid gig every now and then.  Adobe portfolio is my go-to to show my work mostly beacuse I already pay for the plan through my apps and love the simplicity of it. However, I really wish there was a way to do collections within collections. As a designer with multiple discplines, there isn't a native way to share a single site with mulitple types of work effectively. - which is ironic given that there are so many adobe apps and variety in the work that can be created using the apps. I have had to create different portfolios for each genre of work which is quite ineffective in the long term.  I know adobe portfolio is not actively improved upon but it still appears to have a strong fan base. I have requested this seemingly simple update for years via the feedback form to no avail. I understand and accept most limiations of the sites but this one seems to b

Hi, I have a question. I'm afraid I might know the answer. I built a portfolio under my company's account, but I got laid off and I lost access to it. Is there a way to recover it and transfer it to my new personal account even if I don't have access to the old one? Thanks!

Hallo liebe Leute, seit einigen Tagen wird die Aktualisierung der CC mit Fehler 202 abgebrochen. Nach Rückfrage Hotline habe ich die App entfernt und wollte neu installieren, aber auch das wird mit 202 abgebrochen. Angeblich soll das ein Fehler im Internetzugriff sein ??? Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen ?

"Starting February 1, 2024, Adobe will discontinue the Creative Cloud desktop synchronization service and the folder and file sharing capabilities of Creative Cloud Synced files. Files in the Creative Cloud Files local folder will no longer be copied to cloud storage, and those copies in cloud storage will be deleted." Will all my files saved on the Adobe Cloud be deleted? How to move all files to a local device at the same time?

I saw that adobe was offering a free month on the student accounts up until the end of feburary, but it is no longer available. I saw it on the site, and even got to checkout but I couldn't make the purchase on my school computer. If anyone knows how to get this back that would be great.

Whenever I upload a video to my Adobe Portfolio the thumbnail is whatever Adobe chooses, but is there a way for me to change it to something I like?

I can't update (and I don't want update) any apps because my computer is old and wouldn't support them.I still use everything, I don't use for work but for free time.But the ad keeps coming up.

I have the CC All Apps plan and was quite dismayed that there does not seem to be a 1TB cloud storage upgrade, like with the Photography Plan. As I am both a photographer and graphic designer, I need to use more than just Photoshop and Lightroom, and having the increased storage would be very beneficial when it comes to editing my photos on multiple platforms.   It's something I've been waiting for for quite some time, hence my disappointment.  Why were the All Apps subscribers not even given the option to upgrade to 1TB?

Hello! I recently created my first Adobe Portfolio, and I've received reports that people encounter a "Your site is not secure" message when trying to load it (althought it works fine on my computer and phone). I did find this article though and realized that my domain name is not correctly mapped to Adobe Portfolio's IP address for some reason -- I have no idea what that means. I don't have a custom domain and don't want to purchase one; I'm good with the .myportfolio.com address and I don't seem to find a way to fix it. Can anyone help me? Cheers! 

Is there a way to download an entire folder from Adobe Workfront with the "Print Summary" view of each project? Or is it only possible to do this one by one? I'd like to batch-download all proofs with comments.
