Hello, I would like to know what Windows services are required for Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop to work properly on Windows 11 ? Because I have a low-performance PC and I try to minimize Windows services running in the background to save as much CPU/Memory usage as possible. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I haven't been able to update photoshop or premiere pro for a while as the CC app shows a spinning wheel saying it is updating. I have done a fresh install of CC and still get same result. Any suggestions very welcome, thanks.

Hallo Zusammen,  leider ist mir gerade ein Fehler passiert und ich habe meine Abo-Verlängerung bzw. -Anpassung mit einer abweichenden Mailadresse durchgeführt. Jetzt kann ich natürlich ( trotz neuem Abo ) nicht mehr auf mein LR & PS zugreifen.. dort wird ja noch auf ein neues Abo gewartet. Kann mir jemand sagen, wie und wo genau ich meine Daten anpassen und die andere Adresse als Grundlage eingeben kann ?  Vielen lieben Dank im Voraus ! :)) Grüße Dee

I've been having lots of trouble downloading Creative Cloud on the Windows side of my 2023 16" M2 MacBook Pro on the WIndows side. I've searched around the forum and I even went on the Windows side, and tried to save the installer there still to no avail.C:/Users/MyUserName/Desktop  Does anyone know what's going on? Hi, in our company we have new Creative Cloud plan, but also old CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator.Due to a hard drive failure we needed to reinstall everything. Licence key for CS6 has been used but instead of that a window popped up with an old Creative Suite 6. It wants a serial number. When I'm using serial from the product it says: (attachment)The serial number you entered has been revoked.This product cannot be licensed.I suspect that this refers to a damaged hard drive and treats the new drive as a new computer, i.e. a second workstation. How to solve this problem?

Beim Versuch die App zu deinstallisieren kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:Tatsächlich ist noch eine Applikation installiert. Hello-I would like to add a 25 page pdf research paper that I wrote to my portfolio. I was only able to upload it as PNGs all being seperate images. Is there a way to add it to my portfolio as a booklet that can be clicked through?

My creative cloud storage is full (2GB/2GB) but I have literally nothing in it except for a file that is 7.3 MB. I have checked everywhere, Files, Libraries, Published, Shared With You, Deleted, Lightroom files and Spark but I couldn't find anything at all so I have no clue how to fix this. 

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to add a marquee or automatic carousel to a page on Adobe Portfolio. Im showcasing my real estate photography and would love to have a marquee of many agencies I've worked with. Any lead would be much appreciated, thanks!

I've had CC for a month now and have not been able to synchronise my files. None of the files in my CC folder will sync to the cloud and it reads "0 out of 0 bytes used". Checked every resource and none of the issues exactly describe the issue I have. (screenshot in Dutch) 

I was in the process of transferring a large archive of files from a computer to Adobe Cloud. Based on what I've read, these files would be Synced Files because they were created outside of CC and not all of them are Adobe extensions. That's fine. Where the problem arises is that the files seem to download and take up space on every computer for every user that the archive is shared with as it syncs. No one can afford that much space. I can't find an option anywhere to "stream" the files to save space vs. "mirroring" them and having them stored locally for everyone. These are options with services like Google, OneDrive, and Dropbox. Does Adobe really not have it or am I missing something? I did find this article from 2021 and this one from 2018 that seem to confirm my fears that it's not possible. If that's the case, this won't be a solution we can use, which is a shame because there is all that space available but it's not a true "cloud". But perhaps something changed in 202

Hi all Cant find an answer to this, hope you can help. I want to be able to create a illustrator/photoshop cloud file and place or import it into Premiere. The live cloud file, that is, rather than having to export it (so i can easily tweak it on iPad and it updates). Am i right in thinking all my illustrator and cloud files should be syncing to my "Creative Cloud Files" folder in Finder? In Because it seems to be empty apart from an Audition folder  — see attached. In my Creative Cloud app, there are a tonne of files in the "Your Files" section, they just dont show up in finder.  I've  tried numerous fixes, including reinstalling CC desktop app multiple times, deleting all .db and variant files (in Username>Library> Application Support >Adobe>CoreSync), but with no success. Any and all ideas really appreciated. Thanks in advance, Johnny

Hi, I switched from a teams account to a personal account. I am a single user, so didn't need teams account. I built my website using Portfolio when I subscribed to teams, when I switched to personal account I recieved an email from Adobe saying: "We no longer have a valid payment method on file. Please update your plan by June 6, 2023 to keep your Portfolio site published. While you won't lose any of your content, we recommend that you update to a paid plan to keep your site published." My question is since Portfolio is still an app that I can access and use with the personal account, so how do I keep my Portfilio website up and running? Adobe phone support told me that they do not have support for Portfolio and to try here. Thanks! 

My portfolio website jessyrensink.com, that I've had for years is gone. In all browsers, all devices, I get the notification 'page not found'. I have a valid creative cloud membership and paid for the domain name. I have received no emails whatsoever about this. What could be the reason my website is nowhere anymore?

creative clowd fails to show me all of the products i have signed up for. up until about a month ago i CC would show me the 4 products i have signed up for, and I could also click the update button, when there were updates to appaly. the 4 products it used to show me are Lightroom CLassic; Camera Raw; Photoshop; Lightroom vers 6[ which i no longer use] But now Creative Cloud does not show Photoshop or LR vers 6. It only shows LR Classic and Cam Raw as my products. Note i am happily running LR classic and photoshop vers 24.2. Obviously i want to update photoshop to 24.5, but i fail to see how i can do that. I am a windows user. And Creative CLoud is running version 5.10.0.573 which i believe is the latest. Assitance and guidance on how ro resolve would be appreciateds.

Somehow, I lost the CC/Adobe link/icon that used to appear in the Sidebar of a Finder's window under Favorites. I hope that makes sense. Here's a screenshot that shows where it used to be.  Could someone please point me to the help file explaining how to return it? Thanks!
