I need help! I recently graduated from college (yay). During the last day of school, we were told that we would continue to have access to our adobe applications and everything until July 31. Surprise surprise, they messed up and terminated all accounts two days ago. I had thankfully downloaded all of my files before then, but of course, an .AI file I was working on - one that was for a client - was not downloaded since I had started it a few days ago and hadn't had the chance to save it to my harddrive. I've put hours of work into it already and I need it to send to my client. The good news is that I contacted the school tech support, they apologized for the error, and reinstated my email account. Unfortunatly, they neglected to reinstate the adobe account. I emailed them about this since this was also promised to remain until July 31st, but I have yet to hear back from them. Good. I'm already 99.9% sure that the moniotr noise is caused by the app. Every now and then I reinstall the system as part of better hardware performance on my Surface Studio 2. I have a SAMSUNG U32J59x monitor connected to it with a 1.4 hdmi cable (I use the same cable to connect it to my laptop from time to time and the problem does not occur). And every time, now this was visible to the naked eye - after installing the application - one of the monitors every now and then displays a "broken" screen for one millisecond. These are sporadic and non-regional glitches / display disturbances. On one monitor or the other. At first I thought it was due to the second screen, but after a while the problem started to occur even when working on one monitor. It's hard for me to catch this phenomenon because it lasts for a second or less and is unpredictable (I don't record my work 24/7 and I don't intend to, but if there's no other way to prove that it's due to your product, I'll sacri
Hi,I have a Behance account since 2009 ( behance.net/sonny_nguyen ). But since Dec 2022, no one can view my profile anymore? It even seems does not exist when some one enter my Behance URL (plz see the attached files).I still can login my account but only me can view my profile/projects. All of my projects become private. I'm on a Mac - Ventura. My Creative Cloud libraries won't load. Second day in a row. I can see my stuff online, but libraries aren't working in my apps (InDesign or Dreamweaver) and are not showing up in my CC app - in the Home screen of CC app it shows libraries under recent but I can't click on them and then the dreaded something went wrong message when I go to Files, Your libraries.
Hi erveyone!I have 100GB adobe Cloud storage. I am using the cloud exclusivly for Lightroom and currently there are 1400 RAW photos stored in the cloud. The same photos need 40GB on my local drive, but my cloud storage is full. This ratio has not always been this bad. I recognized i getting worse over time. So thit seems like over time there is some data accumulating without my knowledge.I am using other Adobe programs (Premiere, After Effetcs, Photoshop), but to my knowledge these programs don't use the cloud storage. It is really frustrating, that the Adobe Cloud doesn't provide a complete overview of the stored data (or does it???)How can I find the 60 GB of data, that is clogging my storage? PS: I have emptied the deleted files folder, so that is not the problem.
Hello I have problems with my libraries I'm a photographer and I upload all the photos to creative cloud and try to share to my costumers but they can't see any of this libraries it's there any solutions for the problem ??
purchased CS6 in 2012, followed all directions to clean, uninstall, and install from my account. won't work. Customer Support says only option to get my CS6 back is to purchase the subscription.
Windows 10 pro with 128 gb ram, 8 core procesor. My system crashed for as yet an undetermined reason and I had to revive it using a disc image. Trying to find the beta link so I can download the desktop version of Photoshop beta, but it's not listed where it should be. I had it installed prior to the crash. Any idea why and/or where I can find it? Yes. I'm signed in to CC. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi,I am trying to understand why i got analert saying my stoarge has run out.the 'sync' folder on my computer only has abut 51GB listed and when i log onto the cloud through the app i only see some loose file. I don't see the documents in my 'sync' folder. what elese is stored in the free cloud account and where can it be accessd?I hope that's clear. Thank you.G
2 days ago I had the worst tech assistance I ever had in my life with adobe. I'm not going to start venting here about everything that happened, but it was really, really bad. I ended up finding the solution to my issue outside any adobe assistance, in a completely different forum, and it was so simple that the only explanation for me to be 2 hours on the chat for nothing is that the assistants don't know a thing about the products, or don't want to help.But that's not the worst part. After that I received an email saying that my case was closed, but never the normal feedback survey. So I contacted adobe again on the chat to ask them to send the feedback survey. They didn't answered, closed the conversation immediately, and since then, I can't access the chat, it always says that it is closed.Now, I know there is a phone number, but not in my country, and for what I have read online, the waiting time is huge, so it's not really and option for me unless is free (I can't get information
Someone HELP......I installed this creative cloud to use photoshop on my new laptop, I open photoshop and began a design and then less than 5 minutes later my screen goes black and stays that way for about 10 minutes.....I forced a shut down and now my laptop won't turn back on....It just keeps showing my some kind of code that I have ZERO knowledge of....Please help!! Side note, Adobe really should go back to hard copies of the software, NEVER had these issues back then.
Hey, how do I migrate cloud files from one profile to another. My gf has two accounts, an enterprise profile and her personal profile. A message popped up randomly one day about needing to choose where to upload her cloud storage. She chose her personal instead of her enterprise account and now she has lost access to those files as the subscription is on the enterprise profile. How would one move her cloud storage back into the enterprise profile?

Hi, I had to change my Adobe ID account bacuase I moved to another country and it was the only solution to change the billing country. Now the problem is my Behance profile is associated with the old Adobe ID. How can I associate my Behance account with the new Adobe ID account?
Hello, I recently moved all my creative cloud files to an external harddrive, for my laptop started to overflow with files.Now that I've done so, the creative cloud doesn't stop resyncing them.It just cicles through the files (roughly 7000ish at a time) and syncs them over and over and over again. I'm not sure why and it really does a number on the battery and internet connection. Is there a way to inform the creative cloud that certain files are already synced?
Hi so my libraries started showing the cannot initialise message after following all the steps to fix, it showed the download cc to use libraries when I have it installed already. I have tried to download libraries manually but it says installer corrupted try to redownload again. If anyone has any solutions would appreciate the help!
Hi, I just wanted to add as of now, I can't find any way of deleting an asset from a library. I can open the source file and edit but if we're talking about an asset that's added from another app (in my case I was viewing a library I created in XD and added another asset to the same library in PS) I can neither move or delete it, there's a copy to another library option but I couldn't find a way to move (I tried also in PS). If I'm missing something and anyone has anything to suggest, I'd be happy to check, thank you! (adding a screenshot below)
I can't publish my website without being prompted to choose a Creative Cloud plan when I already have one in use, which is a one year Student and Teacher Edition provided by my university. I don't know what to do, but I'm also guessing that maybe the Student and Teacher Edition doesn't have the luxury of publishing a website through Adobe Portfolio.
Hello, Recently my friends Creative Cloud subscription was cancelled and he cannot afford to renew his subscription at the moment. Instead i let him use my account for the time being. He has a lot of cloud documents wich he wants to transfer to my account. It seems we are not able to do this. When opening his sync-folder and copy-paste it's content to my sync-folder nothing seems to happen. He also tried manualy downloading his files to transfer them but adobe won't download the files to his PC. Is there another way to transfer his complete cloud documents to my account? I've searched for an answer on this and was unable to find one. The first and last name on my Adobe Credential Management profile is incorrect. I've since passed my exam and want to make sure I can update this to my legal name. I have no clue why this information was auto filled from my gmail account with was not setup with my name.
My Mac has a Creative Cloud section in finder.My iPad pro has a creatve cloud section in finder. They don't sync with each other. I'm sure they did. Any ideas, tips or tricks why this is Thank you
