Good Evening,I know that many will wonder what in the heck I'm doing trying to activate my CS3 Suite. I have an old MBP that I've wipped and installed Sierra on that I'm setting up for my daughter. Even with my valid serial number, I'm unable to activate it. Any help is much appreciated. Thx

Just installed my Lightroom 5 software on a new PC.  I currently have version 5.2, and when I open the program it gives me the option to update to version 5.7. However the link http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=5857 is not working.  It says "Problem Loading Page".  Is there a way to update Lightroom 5 to the most updated version of the software?

My work computer has the full Adobe Creative Cloud package.It was downloaded for me but I want to connect it to my Creative Cloud account. They insisted the IT department download the program onto my computer for me but that's as much as they understand and asking them hasn't been helpful. When you have the creative package you can download the software to a second computer (can't use it at the same time but can be on two different computers) so I want to have the software on my laptop as well for when I'm working on the road or from home. How do I check what adobe account is currently connected to the software? and how do I change it?Thanks.

I'm currently trying to install the latest versions of the CC Suite on an older Mac Mini with Mac OS 10.14.6. While Photoshop and Bridge can be updated to thier latest compatible versions. With all the other CC Apps im encountering the following issue: The menu Point to access older versions is not showing. Has anyone encountered similar issues or knows how I could access the older compatible versions.The 2022 Versions should still be working on this mac. Specs of the mac mini:Mac OS Mojave 10.14.62,6 GHz Intel Core i716 GB 1600 MHz DDR3Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Hey everyone and happy new year!  I purchased another imac (mine just died on me) and I try to install my LR6 with the serial number I have but ai always get the same message : Please connect to the Internet and retry. I cant quiet install my LR6 at all. Any ideas how to fix that please?   

Dear all, I discovered that both Lightroom and Photoshop are no longer installed on my computer.Recently I had some problems regarding USB power output and the computer was send back to theshop for repair. All is working fine now.How do I get Photoshop and Lightroom back on my PC?I have a prepaid subscription for both, expire februari 2023.

Hi, I had to reset my laptop because I had malware or some issue so I had to reinstall all my apps, etc. I am trying to download creative cloud and when I click on download nothing happens. I tried the direct exe also and it goes to 2% then fails with an error message of error code 201. Anyone else have this happen?

Der Entwickler muss diese App aktualisieren damit sie mit dieser Version von macOS funktioniert. Weitere Informationen erhältst du beim Entwickler." Kurz und knapp...offiziell findet sich Photoshop Elements auf der unterstützten Programme Seite bzgl. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-apps-number-of-computers.html It clearly says you can activate up to 2 devices but can only use 1 device at a time but it's NOT, it is wrong. I can use a same Adobe app on 2 computers at a same time. Many others also reported same thing so it seems it's eitehr Adobe put a wrong information OR it's a bug to allow two devices to use at a same time. Otherwise I need more explanations about this as Adobe's information is clrealy false and misleading. Is it a bug or actually allow 2 devices to work at a same time?

I've purchased a new computer and need to transfer my Adobe Creative Design Standard pack. My new computer don't have the cd rom and I'm therefore looking for another alternative. The adobe pack is purchased with student discount (if it matters). (How) is it possible to download and install the pack and transfer my license?

I was charged US$20.99 despite not having subscribed to anything. What’s odd is that it doesn’t even turn up in my plans or products list. I have tried to contact Adobe help support to get this cancelled but being in Australia, it is very hard to get a response. And I don’t want to call internationally since this is a bogus charge anyway. Can anyone assist?

Before I set up my new computer, I POSITIVELY signed out of PSE18, then uninstalled it. Then, with the new computer now ready, last night I tried to install PSE18 on it. I had saved the Setup file onto a DVD when I purchased it in February of 2018. So now I click on the setup file, which extracts, then stops and asks me to sign in. Each time I am told I'm being "temporarily" blocked due to a "security issue" and asked to try again later. I just tried it again tonight and got the same. I do have the program installed on one other computer, which I've always had so I can view the original of the picture I'm working on on one computer while restoring it on the other. In any case, just now I opened PSE on the other computer and signed out of it, just in case that was the problem. Again I tried to install on my new computer and got the same thing. Please tell me how I can install PSE on the new computer--so I can continue restoring my family's photos, just as I have for over 20 years (and I

I bought Premiere Elements on 1/1/2023 from adobe.com. And when I went to install the software it said the serial number provided directly from the adobe website was revoked.  How do I go about getting this fix? Additionly, why would the adobe website be providing revoked serial numbers anyway. I bought the software directly from the web site so stuff like this would not happen.

The new icons are smaller on win10 and therefore less readable. i assume that a color of the letters (ps, etc) represents a group of apps - blue for ps, lr etc. - what a dumb idea! color helps people the differentiate things - now its gone. as often in recent years big software firms change their ui to cool looking, but not user friendly ui. it seams people with common sense are dying out .... dear adobe developers, i use your programs to be creative, the ui doesnt help if it is creative by itself, it has to provide help do work easily ... do you get, i dont think so, otherwise you would focus on real improvements and not designing bad ui's ...

Hi folks, My LR CC lapsed so I bought a year's code from Amazon, went to my plan, and popped the code into the field that said "extend your plan with a code here". The code went through, page refreshed, and nothing. I tried again and was told it was already redeemed.Jumped on a support chat and was told it didn't work as I should have cancelled my subscription first and then added this code as a new subscription. My expired subscription was then deleted by the support agent, and I was told to try the code again. No luck. I was given the link to the help article on redeeming a code, and told to try again. No luck. After I mentioned it still wasn't working, the agent said I had to wait 48 hours for the code to work, and wanted to end the chat. When I mentioned I had no email confirmation of the redemption and my account was now a free one, without even my previous subscription, I was told to empty my cookies and try the code again as it should now work. I am using an iMac with M1 chip, and attempting to install Adobe Character Animator 2022 on the computer. However, it will not install, instead failing at 2 or 3% and giving an error code (-198) each time. I called Adobe yesterday and talked to someone about how an upgrade to creative cloud was made without my permission from photoshop to adobe creative suite or cloud or whatever. I went from 20$ to 50$. I found out about the charges from my bank. Well after calling I found out that they had been charging me for 4 months. They said they would refund the money, cancel my account and all was taken care of. The next day I see that the account wasn’t cancelled and that only 49$ was being refunded.So today I call and get a guy name Teja who tells me that I’ll get the full refund then asks if I’d like the same deal for 29$ which is a good deal. I tell him that I’d be interested as lomg as I get my money back. All of it. Teja then states that I can only have one or the other. So I take the refund. I check my my email after and see that Teja had signed me up anyways and I got suspicious. I call and escalate the situation to Tushar. Tushar said he was a manager and that the reason the full refund

I'm using a 2017 iMac Pro running on OXS 13.1 Ventura. It of course runs on Intel. All my other apps are Intel version. When open "Get Info" on the apps, it specifically says Intel. The only one that says "universal" (AKA the Apple Silicon M1/M2 version) is my InDesign, and that's the only one I'm having trouble with. It freezes as soon as it launches. The pinwheel spins non-stop and the only way to close it is to Force Quit. I have reached out to Adobe already and they remoted into my computer, but it was no help. They've un/reinstalled InDesign (including previous versions) and Creative Cloud, and removed all preferences. They even sent me a link to an Intel specific version, and it still installed the Silicon version.  I'm not sure what else can be done. Someone please help!

Hi all,After installing PSE 2023, tried to upgrade the camera raw plugin to the 15.1 (at this time the plugin installed is 14.4) but it doesn't want to upgrade.I tried from the Photo Editor (Help -> Install camera raw...) but although it seems like installing it, nothing happens and it still shows 14.4.I tried downloding the installer directlyhttps://helpx.adobe.com/uk/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.htmlbut still no joy (again it looks like installing but then when I relaunch PSE 2023 it still shows 14.4 and "install camera raw..." available).Tried uninstall/reinstall PSE 2023. Tried to close all possible Adobe tasks (there are 2x that keep reopening almost immediately - IPC broker and Content Synchronizer) but no luck.Rebooted pc and reinstall it.Installed camera raw plugin in both Trial and activated versions.Can you please suggest something else to try?OS: Win 11. Thank you for your time Michele
