 Good morning, just wanted to make sure. I had a Photoshop trial period. I forgot I didn't unsubscribe and it took me $25 I canceled my subscription right away. It said I would get a refund, is that true?

OK - so as a User of several Adobe Apps (and using the latest Creative Cloud Desktop App) I am only able to load the latest and one previous version of Apps on my new PC Hardware Platform that I am building.From time to time it is necessary to completely renew a Hardware Platform for faster processor, hard drive etc. This means it creates a big headache for uers as it is necessary to download all 'old versions' manually (via Support Links) even though I have them today on my current machine.The only links I could get from support were the 2021 versions. They did not have 2020 versions or older.Some 2018 and 2019 versions are available via ProDesign Tools. This is all time consuming and inconvenient !!! Can't Adobe make this easier for users who want to change/upgrade hardware and provide an option in the latest Creative Cloud Desktop to allow the user to pull down older versions - as long as you tick a box to accept the older versions are out of support.All this does is restore an

Hi all.I keep getting the error for LRC and LR mf140.dll not found.I have unistalled  reinstalled as someone suggested also followed the steps for the reinstalling the CC++ prgrams, and reinstalled.help please?I can't get any work done and everything was working fine 2 days ago. 

I just got a new hard drive in my MacBook Pro and it says I need to reinstall my Photoshop and InDesign CS5, but I no longer have the CD.  If I have my serial number, is there another way I can reinstall it?

Hallo zusammen,die Creative Cloud App ist auf meinem PC mit meinem privaten Konto verknüpft. Jetzt möchte ich allerdings die App aus dem zweiten Konto herunterladen und nutzen. Beim Download öffnet sich aber immer die App mit dem privaten Konto. Wie kann ich auf dem PC zwei Konten nutzen? Ein "Wechsel" zum anderen Konto kann ich in der App nicht finden.

Ich habe ein neues Gerät, weil das alte leider zerstört ist und möchte mit meinem Code aus 2015 Adobe DC herunterladen, was nicht mehr geht über https://scansnap.fujitsu.com/acrobat/ und https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial# Wieso ist der Download nicht möglich? Ich benutze weiterhin Scansnap problemlos und hätte gern das dazu gehörige Adobe DC. I am trying to install lightroom on my macbook pro. I bought a card with a serial number on it, and downloaded it from the website.  When I try and install the software it says there is a problem and I should download the support app, but I can't find anything.  Any advice would help.

So Gods of Adobe do you want to explain why you say "Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe StockGet 20+ creative apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Adobe Stock." I'll say again "ALL APPS" paying almost 70€ every month for everything and now you say that all the Substance 3D is paid even more than the monthly payment Im doing?  

I'm changing from windows to mac studio M1 Ultra.  I have been reading a lot about adobe apps that don't yet work well with M1 Ultra, and would like to know wich of them are on beta version. I know that if you go to the creative cloud app you can see for yourself, but since I'm still in windows I can't. If anybody knows about this or could do me the favor of looking into it if you have a mac studio M1 Ultra I would really appreciate it. thanks!

They need to fix this issue and make it compatible with Windows 10 21H2 immediatly

Hello, I'm hoping one  you nice folk can help a newie out. My friend recommended Fresco and downloaded it onto my computer for me. I realised it was a pirate copy when I tried to download brushes and it would not connect so I immediately removed it from my computer and signed up for the paid plan. When downloaded it appears to install and then tries to launch the Creative Cloud app, but I just get a spinning cirle, I did not a bit of investigation myself and was advised to delete a hosts file and run an app call Adobe Cleaner. I have done this, but I'm still getting the spinning circle. The app installs fine on another laptop I have, but it's useless to me on there as it is not a touchscreen like my surface. I've tried for an hour to find a way to speak to someone at Adobe, but cannot find a way. My creative cloud apps suddenly do not work/open and I get a prompt saying "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140 / VCRUNTIME140 was not found".To add salt to the wound, I cannot even uninstall the creative cloud app because "you still have creative cloud applications installed on your computer that require it" and for some reason the Premier Pro app and others will not uninstall either and just sit there despite my actions to uninstall them.

I have been using Photoshop Elements 2018 since 2017 with no issues.  I have a Windows 10 HP laptop.  Today when I tried to open PSE2018, it would not open.  I uninstalled it, restarted it, and reinstalled.  However, I tried three times, but it would not install because of error codes.  I saved the logs in a Creative Cloud log, but have no idea what to do now.  The error codes are DW003 and DW071.I looked up the error code, but all it said was that user canceled the install, which I did not do.  How do I resolve this?

bonjour,   je viens de souscire à la creative cloud. Tout se passe bien sauf avec Photoshop : le téléchargement de l'application échoue à 89%.  Je clique sur le bouton réessayer mais le même scénario se reproduit. J'ai essayé de déinstaller l'appli sur le disque dur mais rien de marche.   Configuration :  MacBook Pro Apple M1 Pro 13.2.1   Help please

I just had to move my windows from my harddrive to my SSD which means that most of my applications dont work anymore despite the files not changing at all. I have all the files for photoshop 2015 yet i cant get creative cloud to recognise them and if i try loading it via the application launcher it tells me the adobe application manager is broken and to go to a site via a dead linkhttp://adobe.com/go/applicationmanager is there a way to get creative cloud to recognise the files? thankyou

Your updates always violate current users hotkey habit / practise, change the default setting to an non-user friendly setting; and even worst, it keep slowing down the performance of the applications.My photoshop were working well last year, but recently, it crashes whenever I resize a photo. Even a 4 Mb photo resizing to 120 x 120 pixels, it crashes. And the loading speed a perfermance where obviously slower compare to last year.You just try to make money through subscriptions and keep on providing useless updates to provide your value. I just  need a stable platform and I can pay one off but there is no such an option anymore. I don't need those useless auto selection function or 3 D function. I just need basic photoshop functions.

Hallo Zusammen,ich habe eine alte CS3 Installation, welche auch bei Adobe rmit der Seriennummer registriert ist. Ich habe den Win7 Rechner in Ehren gehalten, aber nun ist der Rechner zu langsam und alt für aktuelle Projekte.Daher wollte ich das Paket erneut auf einem neueren Rechner installieren, weil es noch eine Kauf- und keine Mietlizenz ist.Bei der Installation zeigt er noch, dass es eine gültige Seriennummer ist, aber das Produkt nicht mehr aktiviert werden kann (Stellen Sie sicher, das JAVA aktiv ist). Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Aktivierung in der Registry des alten Rechners zu finden und zu übertragen, oder kann man das Produkt noch anders aktivieren? Ich fände es schade, wenn eine Kauflizenz aufgrund seines Alters nicht mehr benutzt werden kann, obwohl der Funktionsumfang für die Tätigkeit ausreichend ist.Ich bin für jede Hilfestellung dankbar.VGHans Keller

I have reinstalled Photoshop Elements 14 following computer repair. Reinstall went alright but after the sign-in and the two-factor authent and the acceptance of the software license agreement, the serial number validation stops the process. I select validate and nothing happens.

When I try to deactivate the error Code 191 appeears.  I test my internet connection is it is active.  Yet everytime I try to deactivate I getthe same code.  Is there a way to past this issue?
