I want to instal LR classic 9, using creative cloud desktop on windows.Here it's written than LR classic 9 is supported, so it should be available for download:https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/supported-versions.htmlCurrent version of LR cannot be installed due to system requirements. When I click "version" on LR classic screen in creative cloud I see only last version, and link "read about older versions", it leads here:https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-availability.htmlThere is nothing about lightroom. Setting "show older versions" is enabled. But it doesn't help.How can I install LR classic 9 on windows, using creative cloud?

Adobe's page is not user friendly. I feel like it keeps sending me in circles. I want to cancel my subscription. I am charged monthly for this service and I NEVER use it.Can someone please help me?

I'm getting a licensing error on a product I've owned for years. This is after buying into creative cloud and trying to install an update. Now, neither illustrator or CC will update. Any ideas?

I just installed Photoshop Elements 14 on a new Windows 11 Pro desktop.  The download file from account.adobe.com/products was for the original release, 14.0. Shortly after installation a window popped up advising that updates for Photoshop Elements (to 14.1) and Adobe Camera Raw (to 9.5) were available.  The ACR update installed successfully. The 14.1 update failed with error code U44M1I210. This attempt was in a standard account and the appropriate user account control permission to change the system had been granted.  It continued to fail even after restarting Windows. A search for the error code found a support article from 2018 for Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite CS6 (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-u44m1i210-installing-updates-ccm.html), that suggested five solutions, the first of which was to install the update using an administrator account.  A post on another bulletin board suggested this article was valid for more tha

Dear Adobe, I have an active CS6 purchase (SN verified active by Live Chat assistant) but I am unable to activate my new device due to 2 other devices being registered on my account. I've tried going to my account page to deactivate the old devices but it doesn't show any devices activated on my account, so I can't remove devices to allow registration of my new device. I've also tried the following fix recommended on the forums:1. I have just bought a new Imac with Ventura 13.0.1 OS and see that LR6 is not supported. Is there a version that I can upgrade and run on this new Imac? Is this LR only available as a monthly plan or can you still buy one-off update and do I have to install an LR app on Imac or Icloud? A lot of questions as I havent used for some time and out of the loop. Many thanks for any help. Alistair

My Mac is a Version 10.13.6 and they say I can't download an older version of Illustrator. Anyone have a way around this besides me paying too much money for a new computer?

....ich habe  alle meine  Programme von Adobe deinstalliert und wieder neu installiert; alle Programme sind in deutsch, lediglich Photoshop ist in italienisch und bleibt auch nach mehreren Installationen in italienisch; mit dem Programm in italienischer Sprache kann ich aber nichts anfangen, auch meine Versuche die Sprache  nach deutsch zu wechseln haben nicht funktioniert; ich benötige Photoshop in deutsch und möchte zudem selbst bestimmen, wann ich Adobe Programme update...; nachdem ich jetzt in der dritten Woche nirgendwo eine Lösung erhalten habe, bitte ich Sie mir so schnell als möglich Lösungen an die Hand zu geben, die mir dabei helfen, Photoshop wieder in deutsch nutzen zu können.

I need an older version (15.1) of Indesign parallel to the current one for a customer. Until recently this was possible, with the new update to version 18.0 this is no longer possible. The last version I can install is 17.0, but I need 15.1.Is there a possibility?

Hi Everyone !! My problem, unlike other posts to this section, is not that setup.exe is not working but that it is. Horribly so. For the past 2 months everytime I connect online, setup.exe loads in the background and proceeds to destroy my data usage allotment forcing me to work at 2x speeds for the rest of the billing cycle. Task Manager does not 'see' it and I have automatic synch turned off in my profile settings. I know it's an Adobe program because Windows 10 displays it in its built in App Usage Utility with a very clear Adobe icon logo. Adobe Customer Support has offered nothing beyond using Task Manager to end it and insuring synch is turned off. I have PS and LR on a subscription basis. Is there anyone who can please, please identify why this program is loading and most important how to slay this ungodly dragon. Help !!!

Hallo und guten Tag, seit Wochen ist es nicht möglich die Creative Cloud Suite App für Desktop auf meinem macOS Catalina,Version 10.15.7 zu installieren. Bis dato funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Es wurden keine Änderungen meinerseits vorgenommen und bin alleiniger Benutzer. Ohne die Creative Cloud App kann ich keine Updates der Programme durchführen. Beim Versuch der Installation erscheint die Fehlermeldung 702!Über die Lösung des o.g. I'm running an older powermac. I don't want to buy a new computer, this one is still plenty fast and capable. But, it won't install an OS past High Sierra (10.13) So, everything was running great until a couple of days ago, when something in Indesign got corrupted. Now, my command, option, shift, control key combinations don't work; for example, I can't use option-drag to make a copy, or I can't use shift-drag to scale or constrain. That absolutely is a deal killer. All I want to do is reinstall Indesign 2018, which is the latest version of Indesign this OS can run. But, there's no option to reinstall. I followed the instructions on Adobe's and it advises to uninstall Indesign, then Reinstall. But, the only option to reinstall once this is done, is the current incompatible version. That required a restore from backup to resolve (And, no restoring from backup didn't fix the command keys issue) Now I'm stuck. How do in reinstall Indesign 2018 when I can't install the

I failed to install photoshop and got error code 106. Adobe suggests to try again but it doesn't work. Could anyone help me? Here's the log detail.  

The version of Photoshop I installed was 2017.I had tried deleting and reinstalling Creative Cloud and Photoshop. Still didn't work unfortunately.Any solution?

I'm just creating a new website and would like to add a privacy policy at the bottom of the page. I've noticed on some other examples that people have put the words 'Privacy Policy' at the bottom so that when you click this another page comes up with the content for the PP. Currently I can add new pages in the navigatioin but I don't know where or how to add another page without having it listed in the navigation bar. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you.
