I have seen a few people post here and the responses are always very vague, so I will try again in case I have missed something. I have a student monthly subscription that is finishing its 12 months that I want to cancel. I am unable to cancel because there is no button for it on my account, apparently because the university administrator is the person I need to speak to for cancellation. I don't know who that is, so how can I cancel? I am also not allowed to speak to anyone at Adobe because when I click on the chat box it says:-----Please contact your administrator for help.A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help.For product tutorials and step-by-step instructions, try our online help.-----I literally have no options to cancel! I am at a complete loss on what to do now. I've heard of companies making it hard to cancel but this is by far the worst I've ever seen

This happened to me too.  When I bought my upgrade from CS5to CS6 from the Software Tech Company, I confirmed with Adobe that Software Tech was an authorized reseller and was listed on Adobe's site.  So I proceded.  Around 2016 I had a hard disk crash, and couldn't deactivate, so called Adobe.  They checked my records, found I was listed as a licensed owner of CS6, reset the activations and I was able to reinstall with a genuine download direct from Adobe.  Much later Adobe said my software was "not authentic", was "not authorized" and my "serial number and Key code had been deactivated". They said I could still use my CS5, but not CS6.  We had a long fight, but the only option was to force me on the CC subscription which I refused.  They threatened to actually interfere with my computer to deactivate the software.  I pointed out that it was genuine, was purchased from their approved vendor,  and used to be on my owned license list, but they

I get error code 131 when I try to install camera raw on Elements 2023. The message says: Please save your work and close the following processes for all logged in users, then click to continue - Photoshop Elements 2023. Error Code 131. This is a strange message as if I close Elements 2023 I can't access the raw installation process. I have tried rebooting, relaoding the software etc, but no change.

Hi, I have registered Photoshop Extended and get only a download of a 32 bit installer. My new Mac only supports 64 bit applications. Is there a 64 bit version of Photoshop Extended or CS 6 available?

 Dear all, I am trying to install Lightroom CC on to a new Laptop. After having downloaded the application from my Adobe profile, the Adobe Creative Cloud reload this circle forever. No progresses at all. Anyone can help how to solve the problem ? 

This has been an issue for a little while. When I check for updates on Creative Cloud app I always get the message "You're up to date!".For example this page shows that current Photoshop version is 24.1 while I had 24.0.0 installed: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/kb/uptodate.htmlCurrent Illustrator version is 27.1 while I had 27.0: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/release-notes.html I realized the issue this summer when I had 22.x version of Photoshop with no possible update on CC app but latest version was (I guess) 24.0. I could only manage to install latest versions by uninstalling and reinstalling every app. This is not something I want to do everytime. Is there a workaround or known fix for this?I am on MacOS Ventura 13.1 (22C65) and have Adobe Creative Cloud Version 5.9.0.373.

Downloaded on my max I bought a YEAR ago, model directly under the M1 chip model. Should be pretty fresh right? It was! Up until I switched from davinci. Adobe makes my computer run slower than my school provided 20 dollar wholesale Chromebook. I've been blaming it on apple this whole time until today. I have began to only run boot camp, simulating a windows through my mac because of how awful I thought MAC OS was. However, as I spent the last few months convicned this was the solution as windows ran smoothly, downloading creative cloud proves mt theory SO wrong. After effects can't even run without crashing and makes the whole computer run slow wether anything Adobe related is even open😭😭😭. I pay 20 a month for this??? I'm so frusteeated, this has been an issue for around a year and obstructs my ability to create through this stupid software so much. FIX UR STUFF ADOBE

Today, after changing my old pc (where is installed CS6), i'm trying to reinstall my original DVD Package Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection with original licence on my new PC but the serial number is revoqued and i can't instal the software. Please help me becouse i've bougth this original DVD Licence software. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to install PSE 2023 on a laboratory computer that is completely internet isolated. I have the raw installation file for PSE but it is stopping to have me login with my Adobe account before installing. I have successfully downloaded and installed the Creative Cloud desktop app and now I am trying to install the apps I use. I started with Dreamweaver and didn't have any trouble. Then, I clicked in CC to install Photoshop. After a few seconds of saying Waiting, I get error 108 about another installer instance. There's nothing else running, so how do I get the other apps installed?

Hi,I subscribed to Lightroom instead of Lightroom Classic. what can I do? I paid for a one-year subscription. and had bought a new preset online and couldn't work with it, which is when I knew it was a different Lightroom I subscribed to. Please, I really need it, and I can't subscribe to the two.  Looking forward to hearing from you. Kindly regards. Henry  

Hi all, Due to hardware upgrades I need to do a clean operating system install (windows). Do I need to uninstall my apps or remove the license from my current installation for my Photography plan prior to doing the clean install? Thank you in advance.
