I can not download my Premier Elements 12 in my account. What is the problem? Have you deleted it?

I have Creative Cloud and am logged into the desktop app. I have noticed recently that the more i use Cloud applications, the more new Adobe credentials I get stored to my Windows Credentials Manager. Just today, I launched Bridge and then Photoshop. After working for about an hour, I now have 44 "Adobe App" generic credentials added and 3 "Adobe User" credentials.Why are credentials being stored?Why so many?Did something change with this latest version of the Cloud App (4.7.0.400)?I am using Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 (64-bit).I just did a "Repair" on my Creative Cloud Desktop App to correct the continuous prompt for login issue. The Credentials Manager had been clean at that time.Thanks

 Photoshop Elements 2019 won't install on Windows 11 public release. It thinks I'm using an outdated Windows version. Compatiblity modes don't work. I get the following message consistantly... 

I have been trying to install Creative Cloud and keep getting the error 206 message. I have seen a few posts of people getting this issue in the past, and have tried a lot of the recommended solutions, such as changing firewall settings and running the Adobe Cleaner tool, but nothing seems to work. If anyone might have any solutions, it would be appreciated.

Hello, Does anyone know how to get acces to Indesign app? I payed for monthly subscription and got an conformation mail about payment. The money also deducted from my bank. Only I cannot see this active memebership in my Adobe account. It says i don't have any memberships. I also cannot access the Indesign app. It says my subscription is expiered. I already reïnstalled the app. It still has the lock with access ended. Can anyone help me with this proplem?

I've embarked on new nonprofit customer terms for Adobe Creative Cloud including Acrobat Pro. The PC has had Acrobat Pro 2020 installed for years. When I log onto the cloud dashboard, there is a place to "download Acrobat Pro" which I thought would give me an upgrade to my installed version (i.e., installed, not cloud based). But nothng at all happens when I choose that, and no inastaller shows up in my Downloads directory. OK, it may be a misunderstanding on my part, and perhaps my new license allows me to use a cloud version of Acrobat Pro only. But if so, this is not exactly a seamless upgrade. If I click on any PDF file on my system, it fires up the installed Acrobat 2020. What am I not understanding? Thank you.

After I entered the product number, it showed the message in the picture, and I can't use the program, even though I bought the program legitimately from a distributor as a lifetime license. Okay, so when you contacted the chat support, they told you to "help yourself" and sent a link that wasn't helpful for solving the problem. That's incredibly frustrating, especially when you've legitimately purchased a product.

Hello, Prior to early July, I was using adobe with my free account on desktop. In earlg July, I signed up for a paid plan with a new business account. Everything seemed pretty straightforward in terms of set up, but I have been having issues with my Acrobat ever since. I think the issue originated when I logged in with my business account on desktop. From what I've read, it seems like i probably had the version of Acrobat that fully converts to Pro once a paid plan is used to sign in. The issue here though is that I still need to access my free account, and I no longer can. Whenever it is signed in, i am asked to sign up for a free trial. Even without any account signed in at all, the applicaiton closes out and can not be used in the basic way to open, read, and if needed, fill PDFs. This has become super frustrating because even after following tons of different guidance in previous posts here with uninstalling, downloading different versions, etc., Acrobat just do

Hi, im using ai v27.0 when i making package link files .psd.psd / .tiff.tiff.  I need to update v27.2. Can anyone have setup? .dmg file.  

I recently upgraded my system font from Helvetica to San Francisco, but I can't use the San Francisco font in any of the Adobe Creative Suite apps (IE Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Is there a way for me to use it in these applications? If not, how do I get a copy that I can use in the Creative Suite?

I have purchased photoshop elements and premier elements 2018 on disk. I install both. At the end of installation of each a pop up box opens. It says installation complete and also says some items could not be installed successfully. Why does this happen? The box refers to the error report but when I click this it is empty.

I've got a new computer (Windows 10) and am reinstalling my CS6 Standard I purchased from an authorized dealer in 2013. I have been using this since 2013, and installed in on my last computer with no problems. I also successfully registered it at purchase.I have the serial number but this time it says it has been revoked. I have the receipt with the serial number in hand.

I purchased a licensed version of Acrobat XI Standard in 2014. I used the software until I changed my PC last month. When I tried to reactivate the software on my new PC (I had already deactivated the license on the old one), I received this message: "The serial number XXX is already in use on the maximum number of computers allowed. To use this product, you must deactivate another computer within 16 days." When I click on "Retry activation. One of the other computers has already been deactivated," the window loops and nothing happens. I can't use the program like this.

If one reads the help about deactivation, Adobe leads you to talk on forums or via chat, about problems related with lost computers, and some others.The case we face here is that a computer is damaged and needs formatting, so we weren't able to deactivate the Master collection before the accident happened, so we need a way to make the deactivation process via remote or directly via the licensing website...I tried via chat but being CS6 the products we have, it seems we arent accountable for such help now.Please help us with this issue with 2 of the 17 MasterCollection CS6 licenses the University of Tolima bought around 2012. please!!!

Hi Community, I have had to completely reinstall my Windows 11 Dell XPS 15 (9510) Laptop. So I lost everything. I have successfully reinstalled every except for Elements 2019 (Version 17) The installer starts with a blue rotating circle but then the screen goes blank (white) and just sits there.  I'm using Windows 11 with all latest updates.  Attached is an image of what I see when the installer briefly runs and then appears stalled. There is nothing below when using the right hand arrow. It is all blank.I have tried everything I can find to fix this but it contains to fail the installation. I have tried the following:Use a different browser to download the intallerRun Install as AdministratorDisable Norton Antivirus and FirewallAdd the installer.exe to Norton as an App ExclusionInstalled Creative Cloud Can someone please help with this, I intended to upgrade but need to restore from the Elements 2019 Backup firstly to be sure all is restored okay. Thank You&nb

Hello, I came across our old CS5 Design Premium CD set (educational set) the other day, and noticed that this set still seems to be in demand from the looks of all the ebay auctions that are selling. There are lots of the educational sets on there selling too. I thought these sets were not transferable. So why are so many folks buying and selling them if the buyer cannot use them? I would love to find someone else who could use these, but I do not have that old serial number anymore. Is it worth selling this without a serial number? 

In a quick nustshell, have and have had PR  attached to a gmail account for some years. I got a subscription for PS, however, that...not sure how..is attached to a second different account. The subsription was paid but I can't install because the install keeps going to the gmail adobe account where I already have PR and that account wants me to pay before it installs. Any ideas????

I have a two activation license for CS5.One activation is running on a WIndows 11 PC and the second activation on a Windows 10 PC. I am going to install Windows 11 as a clean install on the current Windows 10 PC.If I deactivate the CS5 activation on Windows 10, will that activation become available to use on my Windows 11 install? Also, when I deactivate one instance of CS5, does it in any way affect the activation on the other PC?  I mean I don't want to lose CS5 on the other machine! Does all this deactivation and reactivation of licenses happen via the internet? Will Adobe provide any assistance if I have a problem? Thanks for your help.  

I bought Illustrator CS4 directly from Adobe online; I never had a disk.  My hard drive has gone whacko-, I had to replace it.  Now I can't get illustrator to run, and the link I had that used to bring me to the download site no longer has a download link.  I don't mind buying software online; but I didn't get a disk.  I don't want to have to buy an upgrade just because my hard disk crashed but by removing the link to my software, it appears they're trying to make me do that.  I still have the serial number and it was a full install, not an upgrade.  Anybody know what I can do about this?   Thank you.

First off, I realize this software is 13 years old. I update 1 file every July, and it just doesn't make sense to be forced into a subscription model. That said, I recently got a new computer. I properly deactivated my old cs6 on that computer. My Adobe accoount shows my registered product, and also shows 0 activated devices. My new computer won't activate cs6, as it says I have too many activated devices. I still have access to my old computer, but now that cs6 is deactivated on it, I\m not sure that\s much help... Customer support told me to subscribe to their new services...but I just want access to the product I paid for, and properly deactivated 😕😕 I saw numerous posts with cs6 activation issues, but they all seemed to stem from not deactivating the old copy, so this case seems different. Any great ideas? TIA

I'm at a loss with the issue I'm having and I maybe this is the right place to look for help.So I've been using CS6 Production Premium for a long time and recently I started getting the 30 days countdown that I must deactivate another computer or provide another valid serial number. I'm not able to deactivate because the product does not appear on the "products activation page". I also don't have access to any old computers I might have used CS6 on.I've looked endlessly for a way to reach out to adobe and get help to reset my activations, but apparently I can only talk with the Adobe Virtual Assistant which told me this:"Since we don't provide chat support for discontinued products, versions, or free apps, you may find help at adobe.com/go/eos". This don't help me at all!The chat then pointed me here as I clicked "More contact options".Is there anyway possible I can get contact with Adobe and get help to open up CS6 softwares again? I'm terrified that I'm about to lose access

Wir können die Lizenz auf dem Computer also nicht abmelden.Auf dem neue Computer läßt sich Acrobat Pro 2020  installieren, aber es ist nicht möglich es zu aktivieren.Es erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:Im Portal haben wir keine Möglichkeit gefunden die Lizenz zurückzusetzen.Wie gehen wir weiter vor?
