Download & Install

Basically what the title says.I'm using an older mac (think mid-2011 but barely used, so still works fine) for when I need to work from home. I tried to sign in with my corporate account to get the Adobe programs I need, but the highest OS I can update to is 10.13.6 High Sierra, which - of course - is just below what is needed for the latest program versions supported, so everything is stating "not compatible." I understand that to run 2021 programs I need 10.14, and it doesn't seem that there is a way for me to even download 2020 versions of anything at this point. I went to customer support and they just told me that I need 10.14 and disconnected when I asked if I have any other options. So I've come here to ask: is there any way for a person with an older system and no money to buy a new mac to use photoshop anymore? Or am I just SOL despite having a subscription to the whole suite?

Please, guys! I'm not finding my old version of Premiere 2020 here in Creative Cloud! So frustrating. I unistelled mine with CleanMyMac cause there was a lot of crashs...but cant find the link to download it agian...I stopped my work here 😞Any clue?tnks!!

I have a photography plan that includes photoshop, and next billing is May 2023.Since yesterday, when I open photoshop I get a message that says I am on a 7 day free trial and need to purchase photoshop at @$29.99 a month.Can someone advise what's going on here? So far the Application Manager has installed Photoshop, and is at 25% for InDesign, which is par for the course for rural New Zealand after five hours of downloading.  Meanwhile I have bugger all access to the internet to find information.  It was a total nonstarter to actually search for the answer to this question for instance.  So does anyone know if I can pause the Application Manager without losing a part download, or even limit its bandwidth allocation?  I've had a hunt round in its Preferences and found nothing helpful.  As for using online help....    That's not going to happen with the severly limited bandwith the Application Manager has left me.

Hello, I was a really big fan of Adobe Premiere Pro 2021, for his versatility especialy, it worked on every computer I have, from work, to my tablet pc etc But I don't like 2022, when I try to export it freezes on most low spec computers.I would like to switch back, how can I do that? I used to have creative cloud in 2020 I think, but I don't have the serial code, maybe someone on adobe can find it through my billing info ?At work I was on the company's account so I can't take theirs. And I don't work there anymore. Thank you To be more specific, it freezes when I try to export only, it work fine all the time, but then when I export, it tries to Open Media Encoder and it freezes both Media Encoder & Premiere Pro. 

If I want to use the new broken verison of your softwear that interupts my workflow for weeks, I'd install it. Stop overwriting the old version of the softwear and forcing me to upgrade! Adobe CC sucks and every new version pisses the bed more and more things. If you want to be helpful, let us buy legacy versions of your softwear so I can stop this subscription for your worthless "upgrades."

I recently bought Acrobat 2020 Student and Teacher edition. I went through the verification without any issue and the product appeared in my Account->Products. I downloaded the product from the link in that same webpage. When installing it, I introduce my email and password, and it seems to log in correctly, but after a few seconds loading the following undescriptive message appears:I have tried to restart and reinstall the product but I still get the same error. How can I solve this problem? I have searched in the support community, but I didn't find anyone with this error.

I recently re-installed CS6 onto my macbook pro. I am trying to validate my license & keep encountering errors. The first issue I had was that I kept receiving an error saying the computer was not online. I tried to do the validation offline which continusouly kept giving me a notice that my serial # was expired or invalid. I contacted adobe support who said there were no issues with my serial #. I removed the programs & reinstalled. Now when I open a program I am prompted to either do a 30 day trial or login to validate my license. When I try to login to validate my license I am sent in a continuous loop. I input my account login information, it asks me to verify, I enter the verifiation code, & then am sent back to the login screen. This happens until I eventually recieve an error message saying that my account is temporarily disabled due to security issues. I've had my account unlocked by adobe support but still no luck validating or loging in. I am running Mojave 10.14.

I need to install ID 2021 on my new MacBook but the Adobe app only allows me to install the just released 2023 version and 2022... But I absolutely need ID 2021. Help! How can I get this done? Without ID 2021 I am lost! 

I have a Surface Notebook with a SDXC card installed. This removable drive has been mounted as C:\SDXC Drive\. Up until the latest 2022 releases, apps could be installed to the C:\SDXC Drive\ Folder in CC Desktop app preferences. Now the applications won't update into the old locations on the mounted drive. The apps fail with the error that I can't install to a networkd drive. This error is erroneous. Since I have limited space on my C: drive, I need to be able to install the apps on the mounted 😧 drive. Other applications that don't install with the regular 😧 location will install properly with the C:\SDXC Drive\ desstination. Like I said, this used to work and now it doesn't, leaving me to abandon the apps installed and reinstall them on the C:\ drive taking up Gigs of space on my system drive. I have contacted support and have an open case. I have been on 3 different remote sessions and all they want to do is run CC Cleaner and in the end it still won't work. It used

I tried to update Photoshop version, I probably had a bug with the network and it got stuck towards the end (error 145)Now, I do not have a Photoshop app in the apps panel (only photoshop that is also mobile-optimized)How can I get it back?Thanks!

Hoping someone can help, been working on this one and have tried everything I can find. Trying to install Creative Cloud on Win 10 Enterprise 20H2.  I have tried the online installer and the offline installer, both do the same thing - the install starts, gets partway through and then the creative cloud window goes white.  It seems to install - the icon shows up on the desktop and it's in add/remove programs, but when you try to run it, the window pops up but is all white and looks like it might be frozen, but isn't - the mouse indicates that there is activity but no matter how long we wait, nothing happens.We have tried disabling firewall, antivirus, deleting the certificates, changing browser settings, uninstalling, reinstalling, using CC remover, repairing, etc, but can't figure it out.  Not sure if it's some setting in Windows that we're missing or if it's just the internet connection being a problem, but any suggestions anyone has would be greatly appreciated.Th

Hallo, leider ist der Adobe-Support nicht hilfreich. Ich erhalte NACH Installation ein Fenster auf dem steht: Kein Zugriff auf die Applikationsverwaltung. Mein MacBook hat nur mich als Admin (aktuell) , eine frühere Lizenz lief über den Arbeitgeber für die Homeoffice-Anwendung. Mir wurde von diesem mitgeteilt, dass ich diesen Link nutzenhttps://helpx.adobe.com/de/enterprise/kb/apps-tab-disabled.htmlund die Datei löschen soll. Ein Löschen ist nicht möglich, auch scheint die Datei leer.  Zunächst konnte ich Adobe Pro (das ich erworben habe) in der Cloud einsehen. Jetzt ist die Cloud ebenfalls leer. Alle Links, die mir Adobe geschickt hat, sind völlig unhilfreich. According to Creative Cloud, Lightroom is installed on my mac, but the app is not in the Apps folder. Therefore nothing happens when I try to open Lightroom via Creative Cloud. I get no error messages and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom several times - deleting all settings and plugins when uninstalling - but with no sucsess.When installing the prosess takes about 2 seconds in Creative Cloud - which can not be right.Can someone help?

I never used Creative cloud desktop before and might be missing something but it says that my plan includes Bridge, Photoshop Express and UXP developer tools. Where can I find my Photoshop and Lightroom? |There are more apps if I scroll down but the links are to Try and Buy. Thank you for your help in advance

Hi, I bought an upgrade of PS Elements 2023 that won't work on my old Mac running MacOS 10.14 (Mojave).... This Mac is too old to run a newer MacOS... so I am stuck.   Is there a way to cancel this buy ?   (I know I should have downloaded the trial version before ;( ) Thanks -- Joseph
