This might be simple to solve but I just can find out how. accidentilly removed some Creative Cloud files and then the apps page wouldnt load. I tried to unistall it but it wouldnt unistall because I had photoshop installed. After a month I forced it to uninstall, when I reinstalled it the apps still wouldnt load. I tried the repair option in the installer and even when it says that Creative Cloud is repaired, it still wont work. I dont understand how to fix this. I have unistalled and reinstalled at least 10 times and i really dont want to have to wipe my computer just to use Creative Cloud. Please if anyone knows a solustion to this please help.
Creative cloud was not installing correctly so I went around deleting everything that said Adobe because i'm a genius and now any app that used what used to be in that folder is giving me an error. Any suggestions on how to restore or reinstall the files in that folder? Trash has been emptied. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello,I was doing some computer organizing and accidentally deleted all of my adobe files, including installer, applications, etc. Unknowingly, I also emptied out my trash so when I went to check the trash bin, it was not there. I am trying to redownload any adobe apps/ creative cloud again but it still says that I already downloaded the applications and I just have to open them. How do I go about getting back all my adobe folders?

Hi guys, I'm new to the Creative Cloud and Adobe platform. Whenever I try to download the CC and/or Adobe Setup, this (see attached photo) pops up but disappears. Nothing else shows up afterwards. I've already made changes to my firewall and anti-virus settings, but when I try to download it the same thing happens. Can anybody help me? Thank you so much in advance!
I have a disc for installing InDesign, but my new computer doesn't have a cd drive. Can I use the serial number and download the software from the web?
Have the same problem, this app I'm forced to use acts like malware on my PC, every minute it'd open again, with no way to opt out of 5-10 processes running constantly in the background, even when I "exit" the app, doesn't even seem like a bug.It can be "fixed" by changing the main "Creative Cloud.exe" file that you use to run the app to "read only" in the file properties, you'll still be able to open it fine, but it won't open itself.Doesn't stop the unessecary background processes, but prevents it from constantly opening for no reason.

I must have made a great mistake buying any product or service from a company that make a great point of not wanting to talk to its customers. I tried to find out how to chat with a company rep about my account and the product I bought. But I can not for the life of me find anything on where website that point to How OR where I can do this chat or phone call. LET see if that I get a respond to this message! VERY unhappy customer! ! ! Phone me @ 478-922-5323 or e-mail me @ ripeasrain3@yahoo.com
Hey-I've been trying to install the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro to my brand new macbook air (M1, 2020). Whenever I try to run the .dmg it keeps giving me the error message: "Download failed. An error occurred while downloading the update. Please check your internet connection and try again." This is even when I have a very good internet connection--other apps are downloading fine, it's only Acrobat that has this problem. [Download speed is 625.72 Mbps]. I've tried uninstalling the downloader & re-downloading from Firefox, Safari, & the creative cloud desktop app. Also re-starting the computer. Any ideas on how to fix? I really need the desktop app (as opposed to the online version) for work. Thanks!
I have resently started paying for access to Adobe Photoshop, but am experiensing trouble downloading the program. Originally there was not enough space on my PC, so I used my external WD backup disk for the download. Later I cleaned up the content of my PC, making room for the program. Firstly I copied Photoshop from the external disk and installed it on the PC (afterwards deleting it on the disk). The result being that Adobe Creative Cloud desktop insisted that I now needed to download Photoshop and that the Tips&Tricks e-mails could not connect to the program. Secondly I deleted Photoshop on my PC and tried to follow the installation procedure from the Adobe desktop from the beginning, thinking this will reconnect the program with the register and connections from Adobe. The result: The download fails at 10% and an error message 176 is displayed saying that it cannot download to a network station and that I should choose another location. I suspect that the setup is trying to
My laptop died ...Had Photoshop and Lightroom subscription...On new laptop ... what the steps to re-activate subscription...Start with downloading ??
My previous PC crashed and I need to reinstall Photoshop Elements Premier 2019 onto my new unit. I have the serial number, but am unable to locate a (viable) site to download from. Help please?

I get a 404 when I click on "download pdf reader" button. https://get.adobe.com/ca/reader/ Where do I go to get adobe reader?
Hi all,I've been having this issue with my direct debit for Adobe CC since last year, when I had to change the address on my card. The only solution at the time was to cancel my subscription and start again. The payment worked with PayPal for the initial payment, but not for the following month, and as usual, the online support is less than useless, denying that it is an issue on Adobe's end, sending me to PayPal, who sent me to my bank, who sent me to MasterCard, who told me there was no issue. PayPal basically said that they aren't receiving invoices from Adobe, so clearly it is a system error here.Basically, I update my payment details and keep getting the error message when I log back in (Oh No! There's a problem with your recent payment etc.). The address on my card, PayPal and Adobe accounts are all the same and as should be, and there is money on the card. I've tried updating the details on different browsers, on laptop and mobile. I'm not sure what else could be causing the iss
I CANNOT afford the current prohibitively high priced Adobe subscription programs!I paid for and own the CS suite and Lightroom 4.QUESTION: How to use Adobe CS6 suite and Lightroom 4 with Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6—which is the last OS that supports CS6 as far as I know?Do I need to dedicate an old computer to these or should I make a bootable OS Mojave 10.14.6? on an external drive? I cannot be the only person who has this issue. Thanks in advance for your help. TN
I have tried everything. I cleaned the machine, uninstalled all apps, removed files from trash, removed creative cloud.Firewall/proxy is not an issue as I was able to download creative cloud and install without any issues. However, I get the 0% install as seen in the attached screenshot.
Hi, I recently purchased a new computer and trying to reinstall all the applications. I have CS6 purchased years ago and I can find the download link on the product page. However, when I press download, only the first few languages showed correctly. The pop-out box cannot scroll down for me to pick the one that I need. Is there any other way to download the file, please? Or any way to scroll down the box? Thanks a lot. Kind Regards, Elizabeth
So I accidentally installed LIghtroom CC instead of Lightroom Classic CC. To my surprise Lightroom started trying to upload my image collection to the cloud and I stopped the process, then uninstalled Lightroom and installed the correct version. The problem is that I keep getting error messages about my online storage being completely full with images that have "sync issues." I don't care about these partial backups and want to just delete them all, but there are almost 3000 images in the "Sync Issues" folder and I can't see a way to get rid of them all, like how you can just delete an album with a few clicks. I can click the top right corner to select an image and then click the trash button to delete the image, but the webpage errors out when I try to select more than one image. So I have to delete these images one by one and each time it takes around 10-30 seconds for adobe to recognize that the image has been deleted and I can't do anything while creative cloud is thinking. So, does
I am a student at a university who needs access to Adobe. However, I accidentally activated the package with an incorrect e-mail address to which I do not have access. Accordingly, I cannot receive a code for identity confirmation. Can I switch my account to an active email address and still use the package?
Hello everyone, for a couple of days the apps have kept signing me out, now already after a few minutes at most. Super annoying. None of the suggested solutions worked I guess it has to do with the latest Windows 11 update because the problems started the day after. I didn't change anything else. What can else I do?
I cannot see or press the Continue Button on my Windows 10 Pro computer. CANNOT INSTALL ELEMENTS 2023. I have tried everything I could think of, and nothing has worked, including resizing the screen resolution.
Dear Sir or Madam,Where can I find the Hebrew/Arabic language packs so I can type RTL (and not backward)? And, after downloading, how do I add this language pack? Also, do I need to add it separately to each Adobe product (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or only to the Creative Cloud? Thank you.
