Hi everyone,I am having an issue with my perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I am getting an "activation limit reached / too many active PCs" error message.When I try to open the version on my old computer to deactivate it, the software requires me to sign in first, but it will not let me complete the sign-in or deactivation process due to the activation lock.I have already contacted Adobe Customer Support directly, but they told me they could not help me because Acrobat 2020 has reached its End of Life. However, I legally own this perpetual lifetime license and simply need the activation counter reset so I can use the software I paid for on my machine.Could a community manager or Adobe staff member please look into my account and manually reset the activation count for my license?Thank you for your help.

Yesterday, my beta version was updated to 27.10 m 3610, and since then, every time I launch Creative Cloud, I get a message saying I need to update it, and then error 190 occurs.I've tried it on two different PCs, and the error is the same. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud, but the error persists.My system is a fully updated Windows 10, and I'm enrolled in the ESU. Hello. I’ve used Adobe Products since the beginning. Adobe customer service is horrible. In 2025 I allowed Adobe Techs to come on my computer to fix the issue of creative cloud crashing my computer. The log files clearly said creative cloud was the issue. They never solved the problem, what they did was destroy my computer. In July 2025 my computer completed  crashed with no way back and I had to purchase a new one. Adobe admitted to causing the issue and ALL they gave me was 1 month of service for free. I currently pay $69.99.Now we have a new issue. Creative Clould shows all apps are up to date and they are not. I’ve explained to the techs I will not talk on the phone and I will not allow the techs on my computer again. My case is in limbo and they refuse to respond. Soon the apps wont work because of Apple’s new chip system. I need another method to reinstall my photoshop account. 

The problem of his 190ERR issue is bigger than you all think! By my side I lost all fonts for commercial job now! No Bibliotheks, No Files, nothing!Also Lightroom stop responding, because whole is based on Adobe profile and Adobe Cloud! As I expect, in next few days also other apps like Photoshop will lost synchronization with profile and ill stop immediately. Am I sure? P.S. Do not talk, please, about removing tools, deleting folders, scripts etc. bla bla bla. I was trying all of this with Adobe Help last days and all failed. The update stop any time when try to connect to Adobe servers, in 43% and sometimes 72% of installation. On the fresh, cleaned, restarted etc. state of app and system.   

How to solve "error":"invalid_credentials" issue? It occurs whenever i open creative cloud and open lightroom!What can i do? I had already reinstall creative cloud but nothing change! 

Every time I try to install the Creative Cloud desktop app, I get Error 205 and the installation stops. My internet connection is stable, and I’ve temporarily disabled my antivirus.Has anyone else experienced this?

I bought a new labtop. So I have to download premiere pro again. But when I click the premiere pro app, it is not open. I already subscribed the premiere, and paid the price. But it doesn’t work. when I try it on chrome, the same happens.What should I do now? Please resolve it.  

Hello everyone I am requesting a question because I don’t know how to cancel the subscription for this year that was renewed so if someone from adobe can see my message, my subscription was automatically renewed on July 22, 2026. I am requesting an immediate cancellation and a refund for the renewal that was charged yesterday, within the applicable withdrawal/refund period. 

Can not get photoshop to open or download from my plan.

I upgraded my Mac, I have a perpetual adobe acrobat 2020 license. I am getting a message that my serial number is already in use on another computer and I have reached the maximum allowed. I must deactivate another computer in x amount of days. This is the only computer that I have the software on.

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone has run into this before because I'm running out of ideas.I recently purchased the Creative Cloud Pro subscription, but every Adobe application I installed (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) displays the following message: What I already did:Uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times. Used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Restarted my PC after every reinstall. Verified my hosts file is clean (no Adobe entries). Confirmed I have internet access and can sign in to my Adobe account through the browser.I did dig around and I noticed that these services (services.msc) are completely missing:Adobe Desktop Service Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service Adobe Genuine Monitor ServiceThey don't appear in the Services list at all. However, the Adobe folders are still present under:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobeincluding folders such as Adobe Desktop Common, AdobeGCClient, and OO

When I try to download Creative Cloud, I click on “open file” in the downloads folder, and it won’t open the file. 

I can access other installed apps like Lightroom, Photoshop… but I have to log in to those apps individually. Moreover, without access to Creative Cloud, I cannot update or install other Adobe apps that are not previously installed on my comuter.My Creative Cloud has been like this for over a month now, it would get stuck at “initializing Creative Cloud” then continues to load until it exits and display the above message. I used to be able to use my purchased lightroom 6.  Havent used it in a while and now after asking to be logged in 20 times it does nothing. Now it locked me out as well.  I have my password, have my previous purchased serial number and entered that. It still wont work.  I dont want to update to the cloud and all of that.  Want to use the old version that I had access to and was fine with.  My mom passed away 2 days, ago. Wanted to update a few pics and add to her photo collage.  Login 20 times, put the serial number, it locks me out.  Try to contact customer support its a stupid AI bot that does nothing.  So much new technology and nothing works, cant even get an email from adobe as it says I dont have an active account, yet I am logged in and it shows my previous purchases.  Such crappy support I cant believe it.

Creative cloud is using a lot of memory space and all I use is photoshop (for about the next 4 weeks) for school. If I uninstall CC will I lose photoshop also?

A level 2 Adobe support rep sent me here. I am unable to reactivate by install of the Adobe CS6 Master Suite as I have reached the maximum device activations. I had some software issues that required full system reinstalls, which prevented me from deactivating my installs. Apparently, support is unable to reset activations anymore. Is there any way to reset this on my end? There are no devices listed under "Activated Devices" in my account page.

I have a legit Photoshop CS6. My PC got hit by a virus, the whole screen went white, and I had to reinstall Windows 10 and all my applications, but now CS6 is not letting me activate, tellling me that it is already in used in max allowed PC, which is not true. It was on my son's laptop and my same pc. My son has deactivated his. Now it is not activated on any any other device at all and I can't activate it on my same PC that it was on  a few days ago.

My Adobe CC App has always been displayed in my taskbar (where File, Edit, View, etc are) on my Mac.  Although I am signed in to my Account, and my account is up to date, it no longer displays.  I have no idea how to get it back up on my taskbar.  Any ideas please.

Our computer broke and we needed to purchase a new computer.  I still have the disc and the serial number for the CS5 which works perfectly well for the needs of our almost retired marketing company.  I cannot access any other computer as it is completely broken.  I would like to activate the program on my new computer.
