HelloIt is impossible for me to log in when I open one of the Creative Cloud software via Google, and I log in every day like this... 

I am running MacOS Monterey and I am unable to install Lightroom  

Everytime I try to launch an app,it keeps warning me that the device activation limit has been reached. 1. I tried deactivating all the sessions on Adobe Account, though the only present active sessions were on a same PC but with a few derivations like (Chrome, IE8 -I don't have Chrome installed on my PC, and I never use IE, so I guess they are a part of the CC app or so-, Windows 10-mine is 11, Creative Cloud on Windows 10). Why is it so messed up? 2. I reinstalled the CC app3. I installed the CC app on a different PC4. signing off and signing in again on the appNone of them worked, and please don't give me a help page as I already looked into them and none of them worked 😞What should I do?

Hallo.Ich habe mir heute die Testversion von Photoshop runtergeladen. Dabei wird ja erst Creative Cloud installiert. Das Programm start auch, aber dann steht dort nur Creative Cloud wird geladen...Irgendwann erscheint unten die Meldung: Das Laden von Creative Cloud dauert ungewöhnlich lange.Ich habe es bereits zweimal neu installiert. TLS 1.2 und 1.3 sind aktiviert. Ich finde sont keine anderen Hilfen zu diesem Problem.

Today I launched the Creative Cloud desktop app (on Windows 10) for the first time in several months.  The window came up quickly, but it was empty except for a spinning wheel at the center of the window The Help menu was active, and I was able to get the "About Creative Cloud" info After 3 minutes of spinning, a blue notice appeared at the bottom of the window but the wheel continued to spin.  After waiting a whle longer, I relaunched.  The entire scenario above repeated. I have not restarted my PC.  I'll wait to see if anyone has a fix, and if not, I'll try doing that.

Creative cloud no longer loads on my desktop - even after several repairs, uninstall/installs and terminal instructions. I am no longer able to load fonts into Indesign and I keep getting a message about ensuring my time is set correctly...? 

I recently began having issues with loading PS Desktop. When I try to load I get a message that says my trial is over and presents subscription options. The problem is, I already have a subscription that includes PS Desktop. What is going on here? Can anyone help me resolve this? M

I am looking to transfer a licensed version of Photoshop CS5 from an older computer to a newer one. Both the license key and serial number are in my possession, as the software has been on the older computer for many, many years. I opened a new account (it's been years since this software was loaded so initial registration is not recalled) and attempted to register the software. When entering the 24 digit serial number, I receive the message, "The serial number provided has an invalid format". I have tried entering the number with hyphens, without hyphens, spaces and without spaces. I have also tried to enter the product key in case I am confusing the two, with similar attempts of digit entry as the first attempts, with no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated to resolve the transfer issue. Thank you

how cam i deactive acrobat 8 pro on a crashed PC when adobe web site does not recognize my email address used for registration? 

Recently i've been having problems with Illustrator. It would suddenly crash or some plug-in error would appear so it would start up in safe mode. Now i've been trying to delete some plug-ins i'm not using anymore hoping that would solve the problem. But since the update 26.3.1 came out i have been trying to download it without succes. It would download to some +-90% and then it would fail. So i tried deleting Illustrator en re-installing it but i don't have the option to delete Illustrator like i can with the other apps via Creative Cloud even though it is installed. So i deleted it via windows "apps and features" and now i can't download it because it's the same problem when trying to update. The error code i get is 184.

I have a license for Adobe Creative Cloud for Mac for two computers. I just bought a new laptop. I followed the instructions to deactivate my old one and then followed the instructions to activate the new one. Creative Cloud asked me to sign in, which I did and it then sent me an activation code on my phone, which I correctly inserted. But then instead of activating the program on my new computer, it asked me to go to my browser and sign in there, I did, it sent me an activation code and accepted it, but then it just keeps asking me to do the same thing all over again. It never really activates the program on my new computer, which is a 14-inch late 2021 MacBook Pro. Can someone tell me why I keep going in this visious circle and it keeps having me do this over and over again and not activating Creative Cloud on my new computer? I'm so frustrated!   Hello, I have Windows 10 latest updates, Desktop Computer. I have been an Adobe CC subscriber. I now want to uninstall Adobe Cloud completely. Many years ago I purchased a CS6 Design and Web Premium package from Adobe. For many years it worked just fine. Recently I have been asked to enter the serial again - which I do - after validating my email address. Up until now - that process allowed me to use the product I had paid for. But today - it will not allow me to launch Acrobat. Adobe Customer Support (through their chat system) have said they have deactivated their activation servers. Is this really the case ? Does that not mean that the product has now got a time limitation which was never stated in the original terms ? This sounds a bit like fraud to me. The process goes like this : - Attempt to launch Acrobat- It then shows "Your trial has expired"- Click "License this Software"- Click "Sign In"- Enter valid serial number & click next- It then takes me back to step 2 above : "Your trial has expired" At the moment - only Acrobat is prevented from launching. I also have a new laptop.I know the policy about two computers are ok as long as two users are Not On them at the same time. I want to add my wife to my plan, so that she can operate independently on her new laptop.On my side, I want to make sure you have my new laptop. I understand I have to pay for a new user, but I was wondering if there was a family type plan, as well? I need to start ASAP as we are on a 4 month, SW U. Every time I try to install Photoshop frpm my account using Creative Cloud on my new IMAC I get a fail instll message that reads "some of the applicstion components are missing from thr application directory please reinstall the appilcation"  I have done this 4 times and used different version of PS 23.XX. Please help also on OS 12.4Thanks for any help

Last month, I canceled my subscription with Adobe but I checked my bank account today and it shows that they are still charging me. And on top of that, I now noticed that they had been charging 2 times every month for the past year. Does anyone know how I can get this figured out because I'm not trying to pay for something I don't even use anymore.

I have restarted my complit computer, and i forgot to deactivate my account before i did it. And now as i am trying to use the same Key, it comes up that i need to Deactivate my coputer within 29 days, I dont want to buy a new key, just to have PRO on the same computer.

Hello, im from Argentina. I have an issue when im trying to sign up to the student/teacher plan, they ask me to fill these things with my name, college, etc.. but when I do I cant press the continue button, I dont know why. And I really need to buy it. Please help. thx

I pay since 2018 my yearly membership. I have a customer number and a ordernumber, but the sytem does not recognize me an indicates I have a free acount, so I cannot convert documents.Nowhere I have found a solution and there is no adobe support. Hello, I have a question. If my brother buys me Adobe programs from one country, and I use the account in another country, will something happen?

as the title said, Adobe suggested that I uninstall and reinstall my Lightroom because there was an error, and so I did. Now I am unable to reinstall my Lightroom Classic anymore and that I will have to buy it. Any decent help will be appreciated. Do not tell me to just buy it after I already own one.

meu creative cloud depois de uns dias sumiu os programas e com isso eles ficaram com diversos problemas e fechando sozinho, agora está ainda pior. nem o programa da creative cloud está abrindo. e desta forma eu nao consigo desinstalar ele e conseguir tirar os demais programas. já pago o pacote anual a 3 meses e está pior do que quando eu usava de forma ilegal -.-espero poder solucionar esses problemas. por favor quem souber como solucionar esses problemas. Me ajude. Agradeço desde já.
