Download & Install

My Media Cache occupies more than 350 GB  on C:C:\Users\micha\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache Files  Therefore I can't update Photoshop.I have no further options for deleting other Applications on my Computer.My Question:How to reduce the Roaming or to transfer it to another volume?

I cancelled my Adobe and paid a cancellation fee, only to be continually charged. When I try to review my purchases they will not show the cancellation charge. Where can I veiw this transation? I shouldn't have to pay another cancellation fee. I just want to stop being charged. I have never regretted signing up for something more.

my photoshop stops downloading at 10% despite me having changed the download destination to my D:drive. Also, when i press the error log, it claims 0 bytes are availible?

Hello community!I am currently connected on my college account and recently changed my computer to Macbook Pro.Since then I can't download Illustrator and Photoshop to my new computer even though it is a part of my plan, before it was working properly on the old computer.Does anyone knows how can I download the programs ASAP?Thanks!

I would like to use Adobe Creative Cloud in discussion boards, essay, and anywhere possible within college courses. Some of theses college course includes Public Speaking, Culture and Society, and Intro to Programming just to name a few classes. Has anybody ever tried to turn in assignment to basic classes using any of Adobe Creative Cloud programs?

hey there I'm using an 2017 iMac, running with macOS 12.2.1Today, i tried to download the Creative Cloud application but i always got the same "error 22" (difference between normal and capital letters...) and I have no idea how to fix this problem.Has somebody a clue what I should do?I'm very thankful!

Hi, after the motherboard blew, I had it replaced, and there was an initial problem with CS6 which mostly cleared once I'd logged on (I guess my account said the licence was valid). However, Premiere persisted on quitting on startup. So, I have set about reinstalling CS6.It now claims my serial is invalid (again). It isn't. Take that as read, I have the discs and the box here and I bought them. I have run the CC cleaner tool.And now it's even worse at it comes up with a box saying installer failed to initialise.t also says "please download Adobe support adviser to detect the problem"When I do that it advises me to run the cleaner tool, which is what got me into this mess.Please help, this is driving me around the bend!

Hey there,  I'm trying to figure out if a font I downloaded from Dafont can be used on my CC iPad apps. I've already imported them into creative cloud on desktop and they work well there. For iPad right now it seems like the Anyfont is the way to go (I'm not totally sure what adding config profiles mean or if it's even safe––I would really rather use CC). Does anyone know of any app that takes avantage of the new ios's font install like CC?  Sorry if that was hard to understand! Thanks for any help 🙂 

He empezado hoy con el programa illustrator y justo estaba empezando la instalación se me ha congelado en el 7%, aún siguiendo las indicaciones de la propia página de Adobe sigue sin avanzar la descarga. he probado con otras apliccaciones y no he tenido ningún tipo de problema, y no sé como seguir ya que soy nuevo en este mundo. Last week I had some issues updating CC. After being in touch with Adobe support I installed an older version of CC that worked. The support rep said it had to to with the new installer not working nice with user profiles that are on a network drive. And that's my situation here. However, downgrading to an older version seemed to do the trick. Fine. Suddenly I get an update prompt from CC. I can't do anything besides clicking "update". So now I'm back at where I started last week. CC is now updated to  5.7.0.1307. Again it prompts me for an update. When I click "update", I get a message saying "There are problems updating Creative Cloud. Error code 304".I can't update apps, I can't update CC, I can't install new apps, I can't enable/disable fonts, nothing. I tried every possible solution I could find (and I found a lot), but nothing seems to work. It all worked fine before 5.7.0.1307... If you have some suggestions - please let me know...

Hi there, My Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App hasn't been giving me program updates on the apps I have on my computer currently, to update. When i press 'updates' it says 'you're up to date'. In my 'all apps' tab it shows the versions of ai, ps, indd with the incremental version last updated to. I noticed there has been incremental version updates in these programs through the forums online and I decided to login to my Adobe CC account through a web browser. When i click into my dashboard under 'your plan' and into 'access your apps and services' under the 'all apps' tab I see the apps I've installed and others i haven't. For the ones i have, if i hover over them, they show up newer than the ones in the Adobe CC desktop app. If i go to download these it thinks i'm another user/requires another license other than the account im currently logged into as, which it should just download as its the same account. Can you please help fix the Adobe CC desktop app 'updates' t

Hallo, ich habe die Testversion der Creative Cloud aktiviert, doch wenn ich auf den Photoshop Installer doppelklicke, passiert nichts. Weder die Cloud, noch Photoshop werden installiert. Ich vermute, das liegt daran, dass ich vor Jahren schon mal die CC getestet habe und nach dem Ablauf alles was damit zu tun hatte gelöscht habe. Ich möchte nun ein neues Pen Display mit Photoshop ausprobieren. Was kann ich tun? Ich nutze einen iMac.

Hi! I have a Macbook that's a bit out of date (High Sierra 10.13) and all the current Adobe apps are incompatible with it. Is there any way to get an older version of Indesign? I managed to do that a year or so ago and have been using Indesign 2020 but don't find the option now. I absolutely can't update my computer to the next OP system. I read somewhere that older versions of adobe apps are not available during the trial but are if you get the paid plan, is that true? Then again loads of people say you only get to use the two latest versions and I don't think 2021 worked either, at least it didn't when it was 2021.

This happened once beofe and I don't recall how it was resolved, but it was.   When I attempt to activate the PS icon on my desktop, I've had the monthly pay Photogtaphy Plan) I am asked if I want to start a 7 day free trial.  My monthly subscription is up to date and I have only one Adobe account. Can anyone help?Michael 

Ich habe vor einigen Jahren LR6 gekauft und auf einem Windows 7 Rechner installiert. Der Rechner wurde auf Windows 10 upgedatet und bei der LR Version irgendwann auf 6.12. Nun habe ich ein neues Laptop (ohne Laufwerk) und bekomme mein Lightroom nicht installiert. Erfahren habe ich, dass wohl 6.14 unter Windows 11 laufen würde, aber dazu finde ich nirgends die SetUp Datei, auch hier im Downloadbereich nicht. Wo bekomme ich 6.14 her?

As per title, how do i install Adoble Indesign CC 2019 on Window 7(64bits) PC? i had several methods, use offline installer or via Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app console, it wont let me choose older version to install on window 7 PC.  

Hello,I bought an Adobe CS 6 DS license in 2014 and I cannot install the package on my new computer. I installed the app (I received a download link from support), but I get a notification that I should register the product and I can't because that serial number is already registered to a different email address (and it's not my adress!!). I will lose access to the app in a few days. On the old computer the applications works fine from 2014. My seller is an authorized Adobe reseller. Is anyone able to help me? Support can't do anything.

Hello, My Creative Cloud app says that I need an administrator password to update the app. I am the admin on my computer and I tried creating a new account with admin rights with no luck. The error code is 1004 I have also tried:Trashing the preferencesRunning the CC unintsaller (doesn't launch)Running the new installer from the disk image (doesn't launch)Command/Option/R to reset the updater Is this a known issue? I am stumped... Thanks
