Hi , I currently use a SD card on my MacBook , but I've noticed when I've tried to change the install location through adobe cloud that it doesn't allow me to choose my SD card as an appropriate place. I was wondering if there was any way I could put my adobe programs on the SD card , so I can save space on my mac.(The error I get when I try to change the location to the my SD card)

I want a link to download the indesign version available in os high Sierra. 

I downloaded the WebPremiumCS5_LS1 application along with the zip file.I run the app and when it finishes, I don't get anything else! It just stops!HELP!  Doing something wrong.

Hello,I am interested in your Photography subscription, but I know that the latest versions of Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic require a DirectX 12 GPU for hardware accelerations. My PC has an AMD Radeon HD 6900 GPU that does not support DirectX 12, but only DirectX11. If I order the Photography subscription, is it possible to download an older Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic version in which the hardware acceleration still works with a DirectX 11 GPU? What are the latest versions of Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic that still support hardware acceleration with a DirectX 11 GPU? Thank you!

I'm a long time Creative Suite user and stopped purchasing when everything went to the Cloud. I'm all but retired but still have small projects occassionally. I'm having no issues running all of CS on my Windows 10 computer despite things I've read about it not working. I know how to choose InDesign only for a new install off the DVD. My issue is that my new laptop doesn't have a disc drive. What I thought would make sense was to download the installer on my desktop computer and then upload to my personal cloud drive and install from there. So far I cannot figure out if there's a single file or group of files that would work that way. Is there? If not what do you suggest to accomplish this? Thanks.

Howdy!I'm disabled and futzing around with my computers since arriving home from rehab is difficult from my wheelchair. To this end getting my primary dev machine back up hasn't worked so I turned to the planned upgrade of my Server to 2019. Creative Could wouldn't install under 2008r2 and I hoped this would solve my inability to access the apps I've continued to pay for but have been unable to use for a year. Creative Cloud installed fine. I then went to install Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat and got a blue screen of death KERNAL_PANIC. After reboot I tried just Acrobat and at around 4% BSOD all over again. I've had no problems installing Office, Dropbox, a variety of development tools, even VidCoder. Why won't Adobe's apps that I pay for install? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Chris

Hi,I am running Windows 10 Home, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.248.When I open Photoshop Elements 14.1 (20151206.m.83730)  x64 - I receive a dialog box stating "You have a new update!" for "Camera Raw 9.5"  whichever Install I use (Noe or On Exit) I receive the following error:and when I view the "Error Log" I receive:Anyone got any ideas as this is really starting to hack me off!Kind regards,Jon

As of today, whenever I try to open Photoshop, this is what I get in front of me. It stays this way forever and ever and ever. What to do???? Patiently waiting is taking ages.

I purchased Lightroom 6 in May 2015.In November 2018 I subscribed to the Creative Cloud Photography Plan.  I discontinued this in November 2021 because I did not use Photoshop.  My intention was to revert to my original purchase of Lighroom 6.However, after my Plan was withdrawn, I found that my Lightroom 6 had at some time been removed from my computer.I therefore re-loaded the program which took me to Lightroom 6.0.  Since then, I have been trying, without success, to update to LR Version 6.14 (which I believe is the last of the updates in Version 6).  I need this in order to access RAW files from my Nikon camera.Does anyone know how I can achieve this update.  Thank you for your time.

Win 10 x64.I have CC subscription service, also perpetual license PS CS6.  CC notified me of a PS CS6 update which wouldn't download and install.  Heck, I didn't write down the error code, something like UM144.  It wouldn't accept my product code.   Chased that down, followed instructions including uninstalling PS CS6.  I did that and downloaded it again, and run the exe file, but when that finishes there is no message and nothing at all happens.  Looking in the downloaded files I find a Set-up.exe, but it dates back to 2012.  If I run that, it says "Installer failed to initialize.  Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem".  That program seems to no longer exist.So I'm lost.  Can anyone offer any advice here?Stan

Adobe suite does not scale properly in Windows. Dialogs, toolbars and other elements are bugged and oriented offscreen. The resust is often a complete loss of functionality. Adjusting the OS scaling settings in an unacceptable work-around that renders the OS in an unoptimized state outside of adobe products. Support also recommended I change my monitor resolution, another unaccaptable work-around. I bought a 4k monitor specifically for editing graphics and video, but unfortuntately adobe has not programmed their software to support UHD screens. It's time adobe recognises this pitfall as a glaring flaw in their product instead of putting the burden on its customers.

Hi, I have photoshop, but I cannot use the serial number, as it is on 2 accounts already. One of these accounts is a computer that is in use (laptop), and the other is a computer that is non-functional, so I cannot deactivate it on that computer. I'd like to use it on my new desktop, but I cannot while it registers as 2 computers.

I just got a new laptop (Mac Air Monterey 12.1) and am trying to download Creative Cloud. I have the DMG installed, and when I try double clicking the Creative Cloud Installer icon, nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hello! Looking for some help on installing CC on my Mac M1 Pro... long story short, the installer won't open. When I transferred my information using the MacOS transfer tool, it allowed me to transfer my CC stuff... which is all great until Acrobat wouldn't work. I then, used the uninstaller tool, I think it worked, and I am trying to redownload it. The installer won't open, and even if I "show content" on it, and use the script, it will still not show up Thanks for all your help in advance!

Hello everyone, I'm trying to re-download my adobe products on my new laptop but the download of the creative cloud app stops at 60.5% and never goes on. I deleted my creative cloud app because when I tried to open it, it connected and disconnected to the internet, even if my internet connection was working perfectly. How can I resolve this? 

I can't use my card, which I can use anywhere in the world, because it gives a verification error when making a payment here. I can't even contact the representative. yes really nice service and good customer satisfaction.

Hi I need to re-activate my CS3 software, but have discovered this is no longer possible online or over the phone.I have discovered how to download the replacement installer and get a new serial number.The problem is it does not download. I have installed the Akamai software and it pops up for a split second to download, then just this screen:Why should we need to reactivate the software when you know we own it and it has been working fine.I do not need to update to the newest version, as this is more than sufficient for my needs.I hope someone can help.

I signed into Adobe CC this morning and downloaded the desktop app. When I tried to install InDesign it is telling me that it is not compatible; that it will not support below Win 10 1803. I have Win 10 1909. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong?

Hi, During the last years, numerous reports have been uploaded about the way Adobe software is installed, is updated and behaves. Not only Adobe don't seem to even take these reports into accoubnt but obviously things are significantly getting worse. A short summary : The various versions of Adobe CC Desktop have always been causing trouble on many systems. Failing updates or installations, impossibility to uninstall and reinstall without uninstalling other Adobe apps, unexplained crashes, etc. Now, not only updates made from CC Desktop are incredibly slow but paradoxically, they are consuming all the available network bandwidth. When updating software, you can't have any other network activity on your system when updating.During the installation of apps like Photoshop or Bridge, a bunch of files are copied and spread over the whole system, you don't even know where and why. So, even a clean manual uninstallation is rarely possible. You have installed once a single Adobe app

When i check my plan on my account, i have illustrator, after effects, premier, etc... all included. but on the creative cloud app it says "try" and that i have to buy them after several days... i have a teams license... is this not included???

hi,i did mistake and gave the wrong e-mail. I want to uninstal Adobe programs, but cant because first i have to verify my e-mail witch dont exist. How can i uninstal Adobe Creative Cloud from my PC ? !

Is Rush included in a Photography account? My Cloud window say it is available voor me, like Lightroom, Bridge, XD, etc... but seems only 3 exports are included. Who can clear this out? ThanksStefan

I'll repeat my question from above, since this doesn't seem to be going anywhere.  How do I install my Photoshop 5.0 on my new computer with Windows 10 or do I have to upgrade to a newer version?
