J'ai ce rapport d'erreur dès que je veut faire une mise à jour ou dès que je veux installer un logiciel adobe... Seul problème c'est que je ne les installe pas sur un lecteur réseau / ils ne sont pas sur un lecteur réseau... Adobe prend mon disque dur interne et mon disque dur externe pour des lecteur réseaux... J'ai beau supprimer adobe de mon pc ou changer de place les logiciels c'est toujours la meme chose... Mercide votre aide.

Same issue here. Currently downloading CC just so I can do a trial before I was planning on purchasing but I'm getting nothing from the app. Sign in loop continues over and over with multiple browsers, restarts, permission changing and deleting of the OOBE folder, etc. Sucks because I updated my computer so that I could upgrade to the new Adobe CC and I'm super disappointed that I'm getting no help from the support either, they're just telling me the same things I've tried over and over again. Super lame

Malheureusement, cela n'ajoute pas un nouvel utilisateur.Le but de l'achat étant justement de pouvoir utiliser la suite sur un ordinateur supplémentaire.Après desinstallation et création d'un nouveau compte, l'activation de la licence est refusée car déjà échangé.Merci de votre aide.

Hi,I CAN'T INSTALL OLDER VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP CC (2014 instead of 2022) through the Creative Cloud (it shows as available only the previous versions of PS2022). Is there a way to go back to previous versions? I need them on a specific machine working with plugins not updatable only compatible with older PS.  Thanks -- 14 February 2022

I have purchased plans for Photoshop and InDesign and can clearly see them in my account however when I try to install I am told that my trials are over and purchase now. I have purchased and installed these plans under a different email before on this computer, could that be complicating things somehow? How do I fix this?

I am looking for Adobe Creative Cloud 2021, 2019 or 2022, which has all the software like the Adobe CS6 Master Collection. I want to try one of these versions to just get a feel before purchasing it. Kind RegardsGayan 

Hello guys, I installed Adobe CS6 Master Collection I know its old compared to current version, but everytime I try to load Photoshop CS6, it keeps giving me. I did sign in using a browser, but it didn't work. Is there a way around this?

Hi, anyone here know why can't I add a new credit card?***The situation is as follows:***My Annual Adobe CC individual plan expires on March 15 2022.In the Adobe CC billing platform there is still the credit card of my OLD company.But I have a NEW company and would like to change the credit card accordingly.***There is a statement that you cannot change credit card ON the day of the payment.But that is not the case. Today is February 13 2022. Me bajé el programa para usarlo mientras estaba confinada en casa e hice todos los pasos para bajar la prueba gratuita. No pude descargarla por el sistema operativo de mi mac 2016. Cancelé el programa y me bajé otro programa para visualitza pdf. Hoy me doy cuenta de que NO se desactivó. Me están cobrando por un servicio que NO PUEDO usar y además que tengo que pagar el año por anticipado. Un engaño completo la prueba gratuita. Estoy muy descontenta y nadie me va a dar respuesta porque no hay una atención al cliente. Deplorable.

Hi,My partner is trying to run Lightroom Update Downloader to retrieve his files from the Adobe cloud.  He's running Windows 10 Home x64 21H2 with all updates installed as of this post. We've tried setting the default browser to the latest versions of Chrome, Opera GX, Firefox, Edge and IE.  No joy,  Also tried applying the reg fix here https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html?internal_browser=true#fix-error  - No joy.  Also tried the fix mentioned here https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate-discussions/update-required-your-browser-or-operating-system-is-no-longer-supported/td-p/12193264 but the file paths do not exist. Created the path and placed the EXE mentioned in the attached txt file but again , no joy. Always getting the Update Required error regardless of anything we try.  If anyone has any ideas it would be helpful. Thanks.

My Premiere Pro subscription should end today 14/11/16. I was registered as user in Ukraine, now I've moved to the US and purchased another plan here.My previous account (that I want to cancel) says that subscription should be renewed manually (so no automatic renewal option) and I did nothing to renew it.BUT still Adobe tries to charge my card! AND!!!!I tried to cancel it  in advance but there is no option to Cancel my subscriptions in my account!In manage account setting I can only change address, payment type and see latest transactions.I have 2 subscriptions there and I can't change/cancel them.I can try to change payment method in 1 that all I can to to avoid credit card to be charged for serviced I do not want anymore but on the second one I can do NOTHING!When I try to change payment method, see transaction history, change address it just says : Error please use back in your browser.Ошибка:В настоящий момент мы не можем выполнить указанное действие. Hi,We are in Feb 2022 and I'm using a Mac OS Desktop for my daily business (Graphic Design and Video Editing). I rarely use my laptop but occasonaly need for short trip or clients meetings therefore the laptop I have looks very new, large screen steady....I still love it. I have to choose between refurbishing or  buying a new one. I like the idea to refurbish as we are talking about reducing the wast for the environment so if I can I would do it. The IT guy can upgrate my stuff to Mac OS Catalina in addition of boosting the speed and all. And he sais that next year he can still update to a higher version.The question is: will my Creative Cloud Collection be able to run on Catalina?Anyone working under Catalina?I use Premier Pro, Photoshop, Ilustrator and Animate a lot.Thank you, C

Hi,It seams that i was to quick to celebrate my new acquisition. Creative cloud gave me 1 option to install Photoshop 22.2 (compatible, Photoshop 23.11 is not compatible). I've installed the version provided but when i tried to open it gave an error ("Error at loading of ippCV library"). It's my bad that i did not check the fine print regarding system requirements, so my Phenom 1100T (6 core) is good but it's missing SSE 4.2 and above. But then why did Creative Cloud gave me the option to install an older version, there was no incompatibility message (like the one from version 23.11) so i took it to face value.I've checked here (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html#ErroratloadingofippCVlibrary) and it suggested that i should install an older version of Photoshop (v21.x), but it seams that i don't have that option since the versions stop at v22.0 .I see to paths here, either i have the option to install a compatible version (v21.x) or i'll be asking for a full ref
