Hello, I have deactivated CS6 on my old computer. When I tried to install it on a new device there was an error message that said 'Your licence has been revoked'. I contacted Customer Support. Someone accessed my computer remotely and installed the Suite on the new device. I even asked them to double check if every app works as it should - they said it did. Everything seemed to be working fine for 15 minutes, after which the software showed the error again, that the licence has been revoked, and that I'm in the trial period. I need CS6 for work. Please help!

Hello everyone,I have troubles uninstalling Indesign. I did it through the general software uninstall panel that opened Creative Clound to uninstall Indesign. But despite doing this several times, Indesign is still installed ! If this can help : In creative cloud, i can't fin Indesign in installed app.What should I do ?Thank you

I need to change the password for Adobe because I don't know my password. What idiot app asks me to write the password I don't know as a condition to change my password.I've been paying over $30 per month for nearly one year. I can't wait for it to be over. Will never use it again or recommend it to anyone.  

I have had my account flagged. I redeemed codes that came with Lacie hard drives that I bought, for 1 month access to Adobe. I have now had my account flagged for "Fradulent activity":"This email is to notify you that we’ve detected suspicious behavior associated with the Adobe redemption code used to purchase Creative Cloud Individual.In accordance with the above, you now have five business days to resolve this issue. At the end of this grace period, access to Creative Cloud Individual will be blocked.To avoid disruption, visit our website to access support, information, and find the genuine Adobe subscription that works best for you." This is completely untrue. Adobe support are claiming that the codes I used were "non-genuine and that was the reason your subscription got canceled." The codes were genuine; and they worked, which of course proves the point. I have been above board throughout this and Adobe are trying to steal my access.

I had to interact with my existing Adobe account on their website to complete the process. Nothing popped up to say this started a trial version; this was a purchased version installed from my original disks, and appeared to be successful.    I used Photoshop on Feb 19th to create files for a print/poster of a painting to take to a printer to have prints made for an upcoming event, on a tight deadline. Bridge does not appear under the list of downloadable apps listed by Creative Cloud on my Surface Laptop 7. Is there a plan to make it available soon? Most other apps in my Photography pack are there.

One of my colleagues has an Adobe Standard 2020 perpetual license on her old laptop. She recently received a new laptop, and we're trying to transfer the license to the new device in these steps:1-Signed out of Adobe on the old PC.2-Signed into Adobe on the new PC.3-When prompted, we entered the license key—but it keeps asking for the key in a loop.Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

hello one and all, i first tried to contact adobe directly and personally, but i could not find that path.   i rebuilt my Mac Pro (mid 2012) with the latest Mac OSX 10.14.6 Mojave in 2020 and then successfully installed adobe apps, i.e., photoshop, illustrator, audition, acrobat, premiere, etc., and so forth.  although the updates from adobe ceased, i was fine with it because i've never needed the upgrades or technical support from adobe.  everything worked fine. i recently rebuilt my mac again, again with OSX 10.14.6 Mojave because that is the latest OS provided by Apple for my Mac Pro (mid 2012) machine.  however, i can not even get to the web pages to start the installation application.  my college, Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ), pays the expensive annual fees to adobe for many many years and my mac workstation is very powerful and expensive to replace.  so i do not want to replace it. therefore, i'm asking, perhaps be

I want to get Adobe Illustrator 2019 and Photoshop CS4 so If I pay for the subscription for these I can get those versions? That is because I have to practice with these versions for my exams and the school uses those versions.

Adobe,Please bring back the option to keep previous versions of apps to Creative Cloud.  I have kept those older versions this long for a reason.  I have a few legacy projects and plug-ins that didn't respond well to updating.  It is super handy to have access to previous versions on the rare occasion that I need to revisit an old project.  I even had the option selected to keep previous versions.  That option is now gone.    I went to reinstall a previous version as I have before and saw that I had to remove the new version to do this.  This is a huge bummer. While I am looking forward to all of the great things in CC2018, my first feelings when encountering it are anger and frustration that purposefully organized software was remotely removed AFTER I had set a preference to keep it.   A change like this should come with at least a warning.Again, Thanks for all of your great work and frequent updates, but please don't take away th

Hallo, ist es möglich die Adobe CC Programme auf zwei Festplatten zu verteilen. Auf der SSD-Festplatte C habe ich nur noch 79,6 GB freien Platz zum Installieren. Sämtliche Programme der Creative Cloud sollen 50 GB Platz beanspruchen, wie viel Platz brauche ich für ausgelagerte Daten?Kann ich da alle Programme so hin quetschen oder doch die HDD-Festplatte D mitbenutzen oder gibt es dann technische Probleme?

Hi, I cannot activate my old Lightroom when swapping all my stuff to new notebook. When I enter S/N then installer complains about invalid key. AFAIR I did it several times when changing HW, I believe I deactivated old instance and activated new one without issues. Now referring help page says something about inability to activate old software. I do not think licence was time limited in classic to ban activation. Please tell me how to proceed to run LR on new hardware.  I do not want to experiment with activated instances not to loose them. I bought the premiere pro 2025 subscription. I have not studied this program yet and wonder if I am going to have to buy a separate program for photo work. Thank you very much.

I downloaded the app three times, but I am still not able to install it.

After purchasing and installing 25, it says I don't own it and won't start the program. I am a CC subscriber on my work profile, and use those products at work.  I also have a private profile with the same login information, and when I purchased 25 it showed up under my "personal' profile for some reason. I have the receipts and download link for 25, but when trying to open it after installing it i get the "Start Your Free Trial..." screen. See screenshot attached.None of the options on that madatory screen lead to opening the program, i've tried them all.  Thinking it was somehow related to the fact that the program showed up under my personal profile, I chose the "log out and log in under a different account" button.  However, my business profile (CC user) and my personal profile use THE SAME LOGIN, so when i log in, it goes through the same protocols.Give me a solution or refund my $$.  I should NEVER have uninstalled Elements 22 😞
