The problem is my C Drive is small and full which blocks updates. Using Treesize, the Adobe folder is a big chunk of it. How do I change this? I have more space on other drives. For some reason Animate alone is using a large chunk of space despite me barely using it after installation. Blue=space used

    I wwould like to download the indesign version 2017 12.1. Unfortunately , its no longer found in my creative cloud, nor when I press the botton on older versions. Anyone have any idea if it s still available ? OR where I can still find the version ?      {Renamed by MOD}

Hi there, we are currently working on a project that requires our designers to download and install InDesign version 15.1.3 (2020) so that their files are compatible with our client's InDesign version. However, when they try to install previous versions of InDesign through the Creative Cloud app, the oldest version available is 16.4, which is 2021. What can we do in this case?

Hello community, I got the following problem: After every new start from the PC the Creative Cloud is disrupted and needs to be reinstalled. That's a really problem. Is there somebody who got a solution for this problem? Thanks.

I have been a customer for like a DECADE?!Never had issues, until this newest update, That so many also have.I have tried the intel thing, restarting, fixing drivers,I got three free months, I am grateful for that. ButThis is not ok, adobe.I think Corel is easier now. bc IT WORKS. I cannot even install Creative cloud anymore without gettingEVERY DARN WRONG MESSAGE THER IS ON MY PC.IT SHOULD WORK. BUT NOPE.Find no page with previous versions either to download so I can try. I had the old photoshop installed on a harddrive, I can use it but it isn't the same as the updated one.So dissapointed in you, Adobe. I have gotten system req not met.weird p81c303AND ALL wrong messages one can get. Illustrator 16.0 and InDesign 8.0 still show in the Installed Apps list of Creative Cloud even though those old versions were deleted off the computer long ago. The "Open" icon is greyed. All other apps that are listed are the current updates only.

My computer crashed. A new and larger disk was installed and the old disk (the one lightroom was in) have been erased and reformated.I have installed Lightroom on my new disk and wen starting it I get a message stating that "the serial number...... is already on use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deacticate another computer..." I press 'continue' i.e. I have already deacticated...but I get same message again.The current installation does not change the number of installations a all so what should I do?

Здравствуйте, как изменить путь установки на другой диск, в компьютере в настройках все поменял по умолчанию устанавливать на диск Д, но все равно adobe  устанавливается на диск С, можно как-то выйти из ситуации и установить все таки на желаемый диск Д? 

Ho acquistato un piano fotografia (Ps+Lt) sul sito Adobe ma quando mi scarica Adobe Creative Clouds non mi installa le applicazioni perche mi viene fuori l'errore "Non disponi dell'accesso per gestire le app. Per attivare la gestione delle app, potrebbe essere necessaria l'autorizzazione da parte dell'amministratore IT". Sono un privato e non un' organizzazione e non riesco a capire come attivare questa autorizzazione visto che l'unico amministratore dell'account adobe sono io.

Is there a prompt when new versions of applications are installed in your system to remove the old ones. I don't look in my Applications folder very often but when I just did I saw old versions for each of the applications. Will it just keep adding without notifying me?   

Is there a way to purchase apps a la carte without purchasing services too?I only use 3 apps and none of the services.

I have downloaded the zip file and extracted as well, but when i try to install it I get an error "Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.   Learn more" I have updated the browsers and windows but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me here?
