Download & Install

I've just moved to an M1 Macbook. All is fine with the exception that I can't load any Adobe CC. This has halted my work entirely. The Manage fonts tab in the Creative Cloud desktop app fails to load and just spins endlessly. The creative cloud storage tab won't load either. All fonts are activiated if I view it from a browser, however they are not accessible in any software pacckages (indesign etc.). I'm completetly stiuck without access to our Brand fonts.  I've uninstalled all software from the only computer and don't have any other accouts / devices active.  I've now idea how to move forward. Can you please help me?

Will there be a tool - working with masks? As in other 3D programs.

Hi. I've been trying to install and activate Acrobat Pro on a computer which does not have internet connection. I manage to install the app on the computer, however after the installation, I need an internet connection to activate the product.How can I do an activation without internet connection?Can I do activation via phone?

Hello, I purchased a version of lightroom years ago and have been using it ever since. Recently my computer has experienced some issues and I tried to download the software from the adobe site with logging into my account. I used the link that points to the software I have registered with Adobe, however when I click on the link for the Lightroom software, i get the error about the software not being available anymore.  I was on chat with support for over an hour, the only answer i got from them was to purchase a subscription, which i will not do, or post to the community board, where i see this has already been answered, with no solutions that i can see.  Maybe someone out there will have a better solution. But it's hard for me to believe that when i purchased this software and registered it with Adobe, it was under the pretense that the product i paid for would remain available. Now Adobe will not provide me with the software and will not assist with a discount on

Photoshop Elements 2022 not recognizing my serial number from email.  Had downloaded a trial copy but them decided to buy.  Purchased, received confirming emails with serial number, copied the serial number to redemption page, received the message that the serial number was invalid.

i have bought photoshop and elements 2022 for Apple MAC OSX, when i out he code in i cannot install the programmes i get a notification saying cannot open these files because they are for windows only......HELP !!!

I'm trying to install InDesign on my second iMac (Late 2012, running Catalina 10.5.7). I have it running on my main (much newer) iMac already, along with Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, etc. I can easily enough install Creative Cloud, along with all the other apps I need, but InDesign simply doesn't appear in the list of available apps on Creative Cloud. If I go to the main InDesign webpage and click "download" there, the installer downloads, which takes me to Creative Cloud, and then.... nothing happens. I have tried logging out and restarting, I have tried reinstalling everything, I have tried whatever the "Limited Access Repair Tool" is (I get an orange warning pop up about Limited Access), but nothing seems to work. I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but I can't work out what is wrong!

I would like to download CS 5.5 Design Standard in Polish. I cannot see this as an option in Other Downloads on Adobe.com.Where I can download it?

Hello all. I've just taken up the Amazon black friday offer of £46.72 for 12 Months of Creative Cloud (LR/PS 20GB) subscription. I went to the 'redeem code' page in Adobe Cloud and dutifully pasted it in there. It said code accepted but I do not see it anywhere within my CC account. I've looked through and can't see a fix (such as this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/app-updates-consuming-all-bandwidth) but is there a way to limit download bandwidth for app updates? I know I can limit the sync (however 100%/75%/50%/25% aren't great options) but that limit doesn't apply to downloading app updates. My internet connection is a bit ropey, it's supposed to be 100mbps and on an evening we get 80mbps average however, over the past few months, that's only on burst. A speedtest for instance will run fine but trying to download anything over 50mbps  (ie steam updates, windows updates or adobe updates) causes the internet to disconnect. Have swapped out all kit in the house so it's nothing to do with my modem etc.. Whilst I work this all out with the provider it would be nice if Creative Cloud Desktop didn't keep kicking my connection off every five minutes because it doesn't have a basic bandwidth limiter like every other app

Hi folks, For the past week, I've been getting warnings from Acronis Active Protection about an Injection Process within Node.exe that affects 28 files. All of these are .json files in ..\AppData\Raomain\Adobe\...  I'm offered to stop the process (node.exe). I've selected that once, and chosen to ignored it at other times. But the warnings keep coming, typically after a reboot.  Any idea what's up?

I'm struggling to download after affects 2021, I accidentily deleted it and when I downloaded it, it automatically updated to after effects 2022. I don't feel comfortable using the new update because my computer can't handle the new update. I've went to the versions section of the download and it only showed the latest one.

"Creative Cloud" looms over the applications that I intended to buy.  I have to sign in to Creative Cloud???  I just want to use Premiere Elements.  I just want to use Photosop Elements.  I don't want Creative Cloud in my way.  How can I get what I want, here?  I want Creative Cloud to go Bye Bye off my computer. If I knew before I shelled out over $100 for this software, that Creative Cloud was going to ubiquitously loom over everything I want to use Photoshop or Premiere for, I wouldn't have purchased the software to begin with!  Rather than advertising Photohsop or Premiere, Adobe needs to make it clear that first and foremost you are buying an obtusive online presence that you likely don't want.  I don't.

I see websites advertising brand new, sealed copies of Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection CS4 / CS5.5 / CS6 for Windows and Mac selling for well over $1000. Some copies are stand alone version of Master Collection. Other copies are the upgrade version of Master Collection. Is it possible in November 2021 to redeem the brand new seriel numbers from Creative Suite Master Collection to my Adobe accounts? If you go to www.account.adobe.com/products , there is a section where you can enter seriel numbers. But will new, never opened, sealed copies of Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection seriel numbers redeem to my account? Thank you.

Photoshop 2012 crashing on older Mac OSX MONTEREY running with "OpenCore_Legacy_Patcher" even after clean-install. No problem with LIGHTROOM CLASSIC and BRIDGE 2022.

Or je ne trouve pas le compte associé à ces prélèvements et je ne peux donc pas résilier mon abonnement. Je cherche donc à joindre Adobe pour avoir ce renseignement. I contunually get this 160 error with CC PS 23.0.2 install.  Don't see any problem with register key permissions.  Haven't had this issue with previous updates.

I can download the various Creative Cloud app disc images from the Adobe Server. When I double click on the disc image icon or open it with Disc Image Mounter it does the opening animation and then nothing happens. No installer window, no error message. I have gone into Security and Privacy and selected "Allow apps from App Store and identified developers". I recently upgraded to 12.0.1 Monterey to be able to install these apps on my 2014 Mac Mini. TIA for your help.

I've downloaded my copy of CS6 from my list of registered products, (I have a license left), but I am unable to validate the serial number, I get a pop up that says "Please connect to the internet and retry", but I am on the connected ont he internet! Any advice on how I can validate the serial number?

Running mac 10.7.5, converting Nikon D500 files with Adobe DNG conversion. I have reached the maxium Adobe DNG conversion software on the Mac 10.7.5 which allows me to convert the Nikon NEF D500 files to Adobe DNG. Then I use the DNG files in my raw editor,  Aperture. But now I got a Nikon Z50. I need to know what the minimum Mac Operating system I can use so I can convert the native Nikon NEF files into usable DNG files to use in Aperture. Is it a proprietary software from Nikon? Maybe a new Mac, with what minium OS. Something that PS 6, or Aperture can see! Help Please.  [Email removed by moderator as per forum guidelines.]
