Download & Install

I reinstalled my CS6 on my older iMac running High Sierra after a hard drive failure. I used the original disks and serial number. It won't let me use the software claiming that the machine isn't connected to the internet, which is not correct. How can I get the permission to use the software that I purchased legally? My machine can't support the Cloud version.

I need to reinstall the cs4 production premium to a new computer.I have the cds but one cd is missing.I have the serial number. I have been looking all over the internet for a download and could not find it this (production premium cs4). I've heard that there is some new version which fits new activation process.

Hi, I have purchased CC 2020, instead of using CC 2020 can I use CC 2019, CC2017 as a downgrade right of CC 2020 as I have purchased CC 2020.

Jetzt habe ich gelesen das mir das iwie wieder weggenommen werden kann wenn ich nicht mit meiner Martrikelnummer bestätige das ich ein berechtigter Student bin? Nur wenn ich mir die Hilfe Seite dazu durchlese und auf den Link klicke um meinen Status dafür zu ändern wird mir nur mein jetztiges Abo angezeigt. Wie ändere ich mein Konto in ein Studentenkonto und füge meine berechtigung hinzu. Oder geht das nicht weil ich momentan ein laufendes Abo habe? Ich würde mich sehr über Hilfe freuen.

Hallo, beim Installieren von Illustrator kommt folgende Fehlermeldung: Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "SetThreadDescription" wurde in der DLL "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2021\ Support Files\Contents\Windows\AIACPL.dll" nicht gefunden. Mehrfaches neuinstallieren hatte auch keinen Erfolg. Andere Apps wie zB. Adobe DC laufen ohne Probleme. OS: Windows LTSB-2016 Kann mir jemand helfen? 😞   

I'm trying to figure out a way to take our photo library including metadata and keywords and make it sharable and seachable for our entire creative team.. Basically like our own Adobe Stock or iStock but it would be just for our team.. I've been trying in Lightroom CC and I can share the gallery but there isn't a search option.. Any suggestions on how to do this?

I have just purchased a new laptop and want to transfer  my Elements 20 (UPGRADE) to it, however I don't still have my old disks withe the original Key.If I deactivate the software on my old computer will it give me some way re-activating it on my new laptop without having a key?Any help would be appreciated.

Ok so my normal boot time would be About 3 sec but when installed adobe it took 30 sec - 1 min ! I am trying to download illustrator for a class I'm taking. I have the account and paid and everythining, but whenever I try to download it and login it says to sign in with a school email (which is what I've been using) and doesn't let me log in with it. I've tried to use a different email but it says the same thing about you can't use it for personal use. But I'm not and I use my school email. Can anyone help ? 

Ik probeer al enige tijd mij photoshop versie Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.4.2 20210602.r.242 a4f6042 x64te updaten via CC. Echter na zo'n 28% geeft het programma aan: Bijwerken mislukt! Dit heb ik nu talloze keren geprobeerd zonder enig resultaat.Hoe kan ik gewoon Photoshop downloaden en simpel installeren. 

Ich kann keine der Dateien CC herunterladen. Fehlermeldung: "Keine Verbindung mit den Adobe-Servern möglich. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Firewall-Einstellungen und versuchen Sie es in einigen Minuten erneut." Selbst nach Deaktivieren von Kasperski tut sich nichts ... Was kann ich machen? Danke für jede Hilfe

I don't know what is happening. but actually i had studied hard in library, i just got a recipt from adobe that i paid again for using Premier Pro. So should I refund of it? i never used Premier Pro since two month ago which means i just contribute my money to Adobe. So please give me back my money. I am a student who has less money.

Hallo zusammen, ich hatte in meinem alten MacBookPro Adobe Photoshop und InDesign CS6 installiert gehabt. Leider ist mein Laptop durch einen Wasserschaden kaputt. Ich konnte aber noch die Festplatte retten. Von meinem Adobe Account kann ich nicht mehr die Programme auf dem neuen iMac installieren, weil bei der Registrierung angezeigt wird, dass die Programme schon verwendet werden. Wie kann ich die Programme auf dem neuen Rechner speichern und nutzen?

Hey, new to using forums so hoping I could get some help? So on Thursday August 12th I bought a free trial, on my school account, for Adobe Creative Cloud which charges me monthly after the trial ends in a week. I went to cancel the plan on Wednesday August 18th and the plan no longer appeared on my plans and payments page and was instead replaced by 3 Adobe for Teams Plans set up and paid for by an administrator at my school. I thought the plan not being there meant that they had cancelled it for me since it wasn't showing up nor did I get charged for it on Thursday August 19th. Then on Friday August 20th, I got charged the monthly fee for the original plan.So the plan is still active yet I have no way of viewing or canceling it. I tried looking up the solution, but I just found that I needed to contact Adobe support, which only the administrator who set up the teams plans can do, who I don't know. I tried contacting my school about it but they don't answer on

Hi. I have the last Photoshop version installed on my iMac. However I realized that a couple of plugins don't work anymore. Going to the plugin docs it says that they will work up to version 22.2. If I try to install that version, it will remove my current. Is there anyway to keep both versions and use one or the other? Thanks!

Adobe provided me with Prem Pro 6 to replace my lost trusty Pro 3. However, when I unzipped and ran the install, it never provided an ex or got through to where I could use the installer key provided. Any thoughts?

Hello,I bought the following Creative Cloud plan: Your plan includes 55 apps and services. It includes one month of free trial and I am in the middle of that trial period.  I installed Photoshop, it worked for 2 days and stopped working. Now I can open it but I can't do anything. I can't even make a copy of the image. I have three more applications installed from the plan. Does the trial version allow me to work with several applications or just one? How can I find out what the problem is?Thanks.   

This is a courtesy notification to Adobe Tech Support. Recently, I've had issues installing the Adobe CC apps.  The CC Desktop Launcher would be completely unwilling to pause syncing, after removing, using the cleaning app and installing again.  Not even the CC apps themselves would install using this route. Then I went to the Web app page and downloaded just the installer for Photoshop CC.  Since this contained a version of the CC Desktop Launcher, I was initally skeptical, but once this opened the install of Photoshop completed without incident after a few minutes... This leads me to conclude the default CC Desktop Launcher package is corrupt, and should be removed.   It is advised that all users download one CC application installer through the website in the meantime, to ensure the launcher they receive is working properly.

Hello there, I am loving the eas of Adobe Spark to create Instagram Stories. However, the videos are 5 seconds long as i download them. Is there a way to extend the videos to up to 15 seconds?

I have recently downloaded the Adobe CC, full package, but the only app that will open is Photoshop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything but the problem persists. I don't receive any error messages or anything. When I click "open," on any other app than Photoshop, nothing happens, at all, whatsoever. I don't even get the little blue loading indicator ring by my mouse. Any help would be appreciated. My computer is 100% compatible with this software. I've gone through all the basic troubleshooting, made sure drivers are up to date, everything. It SHOULD be working just fine. But it's not.

Hi everyone,My IMac was recently wiped clean and on trying to reinstall Creative Suite 6 Design Standard via disc, I get a message about 'install needs to be updated by developer'?? Can anyone offer any help as I'm finding Adobe very difficult to contact? I do not have the download version in my account.
