Hello,  I own a copy of Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Master Collection, but I only see the macOS .dmg downloadable install under my products.Where can I download the Windows installation executable for this product? 

How do I install and use Adobe Pro 2024 with out siginin in? Purchased a license key through Dell for an end user and asking to sign in. I purchase these with the Dell computer to prevent the need for signing in as I set up the computers for the end user. I cannot have 25 users all using Adobe under my sign in. Support has been obsolete, no email address, etc and I cannot sit on a chat window all day long waiting for a response. If this is not resolved, all purchases will be with Foxit PDF reader moving forward. 

I have a Copilot+ PC (Surface Pro).  the Audition product page has the green check and states "Works on this device".  But the install fails and returns the message "Audition is not yet available for your device".  then the "Do Adobe apps work on Microsoft Copilot+ PCs?" page lists all apps except not Audition anywhere under any category.  Please advise if there is a work around or a roadmap for Audition on my device.

Seit 2015 habe ich Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 (DVD-ROM) Vollversion, deutsch, neu, DVD incl. Zweitnutzung.Nach Umstellung meines Laptops von Windows 10 auf 11 habe ich diese Version per DVD neu installiert.Beim Versuch den Editor zu starten kommt nach ein paar Sekunden die Aufforderung mich anzumelden.Das klappt dann so weit, dass die Meldung erscheint: "You're signed in. You can now close this window and get back to where you left off.".Nach Annahme der Lizenzbedingungen versuche ich dann nochmal, den Editor zu starten mit der Folge, dass ich aufgefordert werde mich anzumelden.Wie komme ich aus dieser Endlosschleife raus?

anyone having the same issue where Acrobat DC Pro 2015 was just working fine then suddenly prompted Retry activation but you never signed out or deactivated the product, i have not activated the product to any computer recently. Adobe support was not helpful, they said they can't do anything on their side and offering subscription  

I currently own Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection. My computer crashed and I was unable to deactivate the program. Please help me reinstall the programs, since I have exceeded the downloads due to problems with my computer. Thank you

Bonjour,Je possède le logiciel Adobe Master Collection sur mon ordinateur, j'ai voulu l'installer plusieurs fois mais au bout de 2% d'installation il m'indique un message d'erreur comme celui ci "ECHEC D'INSTALLATION"des erreurs se sont produites lors de l'installationPourtant, j'ai bien suivi tout les éléments d'instructions tel que se déconnecter d'internet, choisir les logiciels que je souhaitais etc...J'ai besoin de votre aide,merci beaucoupMadeline !!!

the adobe not genuine message still appears and it's really annoying 😞 when it was not my fault.They recommend to use cleaner and I did but fix host file stays all the time.Any idea why? How can I solve the not genuine message to not appear again? Thank you

Can't uninstall creative cloud

I’m having a persistent issue with Photoshop 2025 on macOS. Every time I try to open the app, I get an error window that says: “An error has occurred in Photoshop; it needs to be closed. Use reference code 102.” I’ve tried everything I could find, including: My Creative Cloud account is active and licensed (I also bought Illustrator).Internet is working.System date/time and certificates are correct.Reinstalled Photoshop several times.Gave Photoshop Full Disk Access in macOS settings.Used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.No firewall or antivirus issues.Logged out/in and restarted Creative Cloud.  The same problem with Illustrator. Nothing has worked so far. I contacted Adobe Support in my country, but they haven’t helped me resolve the issue. I urgently need Photoshop for work and feel very stuck, despite paying for everything. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?Any advice would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance 🙏

I have already purchased Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, why does my creative cloud still require me to purchase them? Are they forcing me to use pirated software? My account email is <removed-kglad>, I am very angry brother

Hi community,Got 4 apps gifted from Adobe employee that last for a year. Took the 4 codes that i was gifted and redeemed at https://redeem.adobe.com using an existing Adobe account. At adobe.com Home tab for the account, i see the 4 plans, one each for the 4 apps. Downloaded the 4 installers. When opened one of the dmg files (macOS) it says install Creative Cloud and the app that i want. Installed CC and then i get a dialog where it is forcing me to pick a payment plan (see attached screen shot). Which oviously doesn't make sense since i got a free year already paid for via the code. And if at adobe.com go to manage plans, the 4 apps are there each as a separate plan and say "Prepaid plan".Does anyone have any clues or ideas of how to navigate this conumdrum?  Peace,openspace4all

On my installed and working new computer Photoshop is complaining it is already used on 2 computers. but on the Adobe website on my account I have zero registerred computers. how can I register my purchased software on a new computer.

My problem has not yet been solved. My desktop PC with the only installation of Acrobat Pro 17 /permanent license and Photoshop Elements 15 crashed completely two weeks ago. I had an IT-technician fixing it, still there was absolutely no possibility to deinstall any software from the crashed PC. We had to set it up completely new. Hello, I have issues with installing some apps in the adobe creative cloud, such as InDesign, AfterEffects and Illustrator. I know it is most likely due to my processor, I have a computer with ARM snapdragon X, microsoft copilot+. I found an article saying that they are not avaiablr for snapdragon X and that adobe is working on making these apps run on this type of computer. My question is, is there a way to download these apps on my computer? Can I somehow install these apps on my computer? I really need to use them. Thank you.

I'm trying to download version 20.0 of photoshop elements, purchased in 2021.  I continue to get error 183, even after doing the suggested fixes.  Anyone else deal with this problem and fix it?

BonjourPossesseur d'un CD avec licence ADOBE ACROBAT X PRO, je viens de réinstaller mon logiciel sur mon PC après son passage en WINDOWS 11.La première utilisation ne m'a posé aucun problème.Lors de ma seconde demande d'ouverture de document, le système m'indique que "le logiciel a été installé sur déjà 2 ordinateurs", donc plus possible de m'en servir au-delà d'une seule visu supplémentaire ??!!????Je ne comprends pas bien ??? d'autant qu'il s'agit du même PC, simplement pasé sous WIN 11...Quelqu'un pour m'aider à soultionner ce problème ?Merci d'avanceBien à vous

Hej!Jag undrar varför det inte går att aktivera Creative Suite 5,5 Design Standard på min nya dator. Jag har inaktiverat den på en av mina två gamla datorer, men när jag ska aktivera på nytt säger systemet att programmet redan är aktiverat på två datorer - vilket inte stämmer! Jag har följt alla anvisningar och undrar nu om någon därute har något råd. Kan det vara så att programmet är för gammalt? Fast det inte står någon info om det?Jag behöver det även om jag använder det ganska sällan. Att istället betala för en prenumeration blir vansinnigt dyrt för mina behov!hälsningarLinda
