Madame, Moniseur Bonjour,  J'ai un abonnement depuis 2 ans et je n'arrive pas à demander à Creative Cloud d'arrêter de m'afficher la fenêtre au démarrage. Alors je suis allé dans les préférences et configurer "lancer au démarrage" sur OFF ainsi que sur les préférences de mon ordinateur. Rien n'y fait il ouvre la fenêtre chaque fois que je j'allume mon ordinateur. ( c'est particulièrement énervant )Les mises à jour également, j'ai activé les mises à jour automatiques dans les préférences mais Creative Cloud me demandent à chaque fois si je veux mettre à jour les applications.  J'ai l'impression que les paramètres ne marchent pas très bien. Est-ce un problème de software de la part d'Adobe ou est-ce un probème venant de mon ordinateur.  Cordialement Bize Martin 

Im installing an old CS5 suite on a new laptop, but get the reply that this is not possible without flash player 10. And as I can se flash player is no longer a valid program. Any thoughts on how to get past this to be able to install the CS5 suite.

Hi, I purchased Elements 12 when I worked for a small company, and unfortunately used my work email for the purchase. I don't have access to that email anymore. When I open Elements on my old laptop, I see the option to log out, but not to deactivate the license. I want to reinstall on the new laptop that I purchased for myself. Am I able to change the license to my personal email without access to the old one that is attached to the account? What steps should I take to properly install on my new laptop? Thanks! 

AdobeIPCBroker gets problem 0xc0000005 error affected by Windows. I created an archive of IPC broker.exe. When I put ipc broker to its location it works fine but after shutting down and starting my PC. This application was unable to start 0xc0000005 error. I extract it Again and again. The problem is that Photoshop can't close properly without IPC Broker, it runs in background after closing it. So that I always end it in Task Manager. Please help me. Windows 10 Pro 20H2

I have already bought Lightroom and Photoshop on my Windows computer. Now I changed my computer for Mac. I downloaded Lightroom. But  I had to buy the program again! What I did wrong?

Hola, buen dìa. Bajè la aplicacion y no la puedo utilizar. Me dice arriba que no reponde, queda tildaday no me permite deslizar la barra y ver los contenidos. La desinstalè, apague la netbook y sigo con el problema. lo hice dos veces. Mi intenciòn es comprarla en 7 dias, pero si no funciona, no me sirve. 

Dear Adobe community, I would like to discuss this with more experienced members around here. As privacy concerns are raising around the world this might be an issue for some people more than for other. Using macOS Big Sur and latest Adobe cloud and apps on Intel based macbook pro.Problem is following - when I am not actively using any Adobe apps, I keep every app, incuding Creative Cloud, swithced off (meaning not running). I am fine with apps calling adobe services online when I am using apps, but when I am not using them, I would expect everything to be off (or at leat mostly off).What I am experiencing on the other side, just in 10minutes of time, while none of Adobe apps are running, bunch of Adobe servers are being called from various servervices. And it keeps going forever as long as computer is on.I've contacted support and they said that they need "some services" running to make sure that lincense are ok etc, they were very kind helping me to switch of some automatic

Error message: 'Windows cannot find C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe Creative Cloud\HDCore\Uninstaller.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again. I ran the uninstaller and it said it was completed with an error and now this. I want to uninstall all 7 CC programs on my computer, but they all do the same thing.

I recently got the new Macbook Air 2020 and I was hoping to download my CS6 suite to it, however when I download it, it says "Install needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." Is there anyway around this? It's pretty frustrating that I bought this suite just for it to be unusable within 10 years. 

I need the CS6 offline installation file, can I download it without going through Creative Cloud? There are products that have been purchased.

Hello, I'm trying to install the creative cloud app on my new laptop in order to use photoshop for school. However, everytime I try to open the CC app to do so, these 2 messages pop up.Of course I've tried 3 times do disinstall and re-install the program, but it keeps repeating this message and it doesn't seem to have a specific error code. Does anybody know how to fix it? It would be very appreciated.

I have more than 3 computers, how many can I install these 2 sofwares on. Or is this just a one time installation?

I pay monthly for Adobe CC and have realised Im still running PS 2015? I tried updating and nothing has changed. How do I get PS 2021? And will this require all my actions to be reloaded, current program info below. Please help!! I have bought the annual subscribe for all apps in Creative cloud in September 2020, and now it says that I need to start 7 days trial for all apps and then buy them. How can I solve this problem? I need only Premiere Pro now. 

Longtime CC subscriber, just got a new laptop. Ps crashes and has not successfully launched yet. Ae and Pr both launch and work just fine. Help.

I purchased cs4 many years ago through a FedEx employee purchase program, and have successfully installed it on previous computers.  I bought a new computer, and even had windows 7 installed, specifically so I could run cs4.  Now it is not accepting my license key.  I installed it completely from the original discs I got when I purchased it.  The install went fine, no problems.  Photoshop is working, but whenever I open any other program in the Suite, it asks for the key, which I used on Photoshop, and the programs don't accept it.  I'm afraid to delete and reinstall, as I need PS for my work, and I can't take a chance on it not working on the next install.

 

I'm trying to download a Indesign, but my OS is Windows 8. So as the installer suggested, I started installing the older version, but now it's stuck at 50.3% after giving me this error code C190 a couple of times. What should I do? I already missed the first day of my 7 day trial period.

Hi, When I am trying to download Adobe XD, I receive the message "Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again.".  My time settingds are correct, my firewall is off, I allow popups & cookies...  Does anyone know how to solve the issue? I have a MAC OS Big Sur, Apple M1  Thanks a lot.

Hello fellow designers, Please advise me on which VPN to get. Here's why I really need one: I live in Laos, where there's no Adobe license/server/whatsoever. As a result, I cannot download/update any App using Lao internet. For a while, I was able to use Thai internet (sometimes); all worked fine. But since Covid... not possible anymore. My previous post: here.  I searched online and around and it seems VPN is my only solution. So please, which one would you advise me? After research, I found these three interesting: 1) NordVPN - changing protocol to NordLynx (WireGuard® protocol)2) Surfshark VPN - switched connection protocol to TCP3) Ivacy VPN - do not block local IPv6 network traffic I merely understand the three lines above; I just copy-pasted them. Sorry. What I know is I pay full price monthly; and yet I am running with Adobe CC 2019! lol! I am waiting for a new PC; so I really need a VPN! Otherwise I will have no choice but

I bought the Adobe CC membership so that I can use products, but I first bought it on another computer. Now, when I log in using this one, it shows that I don't have te membership, even though I do. Please help!
