Download & Install

I purchased a subscription from this account yesterday. I can log in to creative cloud from my phone, but when I click on the log in option from my computer, I get an error saying that this site cannot be reached. Similarly, when I try to log in to the download application site, I cannot open the site. Finally, I found a direct link from the Adobe Help section and downloaded the setup file. However, while installing, I get an Error Code 72 warning. I followed the instructions in the Help Center again and tried to solve the problem, but it did not work. So, right now I can neither log in to Adobe Creative Cloud nor install the application.

I need to download after effect 22.5 and media encoder 22.5 but its not showing in creative cloud app. Please guide me and provide a valid source of download link for the same.

I bought a new desktop to replace the one that will not turn on. I want to activate photoshop on the new computer, but when I try to deactivate the program in my account, it shows no activated computers (even though I currently use in on my laptop)

Hello, I find nowhere a clear notice on what is the last OS supported (macOS in particular) for a given Adobe Creative Suite edition.I have CS5 Design Premium. I've upgraded my 2013 iMac from OS X 10.6 to Catalina first I've discovered that none of CS5 applications worked anymore (Catalina doesn't support anymore 32bit applications). Then I've completely reinstalled my iMac to Mojave; but I still have having plenty of errors (even if I follow this procedure: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html) and the programs are not installed correctly.CS5 is crucial for my usage. So before moving further in re/installing the computer OS (downgrading) I really need to know on which OS X / macOS versions Adobe CS5 is supported. As it takes hours to do all that and then arrive to a non-functional state.Thank you in advance -

Need to log in and update the platform before i can uninstall it?? Incredibly terrible design - almost akin to spyware or maleware how about changing that? I used to like Adobe - because of how you're blocking my uninstall I will ensure that I speak negativly about this platform to everyone I talk to. Way to go UX team. 

I took out a subscription to InDesign to voluntarily edit a magazine for a non-profit organisation but when I tried to install the software I get a message that it is not compatible with either of my devices. I can see versions earlier than 20 are available but I can't see how to install them or indeed whether any of these will be compatible with either of my devices.  My preferred device is an all in one machine with an intel core i7-3630QM processor with 8GB ram and 1TB storage because it has a 22" screen.  The other is a laptop with intel N4200 which only has 4GB ram and a 14" screen so this is probaby a non-starter with any version of InDesign.A quick yes or no answer would be appreciated - if the answer is yes please point me in the right direction, if the answer is no then I will have to persuade the organisation to buy a new laptop which I was hoping they would not have to do. Attempting to remove apps leads to an situation: How do I remove apps successfully? 

So I have run into a bit of an issue here and hope someone here can assist. Today I purchased a new copy of Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 and have added it to my account. I wanted to remove my copy of Acrobat 2015 from my current PC, put it on a different PC, and then install 2020 on this PC. I followed the the correct steps to sign out and deactivate the software and it showed me as signed out before I uninstalled. However, when I attempted to install Acrobat 2015 on my other PC it gave me an error saying it needs to be deactivated on the other PC. Thinking maybe there was an issue with the deactivation not going through succesfully, I attempted to reinstall the 2015 version on the original PC and attempt to deactivate again. But now it's giving me the same error on the original PC. Nothing has changed on this system in the last hour since I uninstalled it so, I am a bit confused on this.I attempted to deactivate through my account but, it shows no active devices. This site has is a complete joke. My elements 12 would not open, I tried reinstalling and the same thing happens.It is doing the same on my laptop. I feel I was manipulated into buying elements 18, and now none of my other filters open..........Akvis, Topaz labs, Anthropics, etc. etc.I have been trying to find a phone number to talk to a rep, and have tried the chat tab but it keeps sending me here.Accountabilty no longer exits in the world today, but Greed is running rampant.Sorry to unload on you Melissa, but this was the only window I was able to open.

Hello all. I have a question regarding timing of redeeming Creative Cloud membership for a new purchase:  On Black Friday last week, I took advantage of a low-priced offer and bought a home license for Adobe Acrobat Pro.  However, I have held off activating this purchase since my current Acrobat Pro license is still good and does not run out until February 15, 2025.  My question is: can I wait to activate my purchase until February when my current license runs out or must I activate it now immediately?   If I am obliged to activate now I will naturally lose over 2 months of use of my current version.   Many thanks in advance for any advice.  John in Rome

Hi The CC app is broken on my laptop. It just gives the message "You don't have access to manage apps"  I had the apps installed when I first got the message. Tried running CC cleaner to do a fresh install and now I can't install anything!It seems to think I need the IT depertment in install the apps. It's a personal license and I am the "IT Department" as far as this is concerned. 

I uninstalled After Effects 2021, because C4d plugin produced errors, planning to reinstall. Surprise!!! My computer is incompatible. There is no option to install the older version. I'm not allowed to work.

Today CS6 is greeting me with the news that my product is unlicensed. The very first time I tried to access Acrobat, it presented me with a pop-up window and a field to enter my activation code. I didn't have it handy, and foolishly closed the window, thinking I could get it back at any time. Now when I access any of the apps I get another window that requires me to log into my account before being able to validate the software. After I log in I get no option to enter an activation code.  I've read various tips on how to activate CS6, but most were very old. The chat bot on the Adobe website tells me it finds no registered products under my account, but I eventually discovered the page where my very old registered products are listed as registered.  I am on the verge of un-installing the entire suite and throwing it away. I only ever used Illustrator CS6 maybe 4 times a year and Acrobat once a month. I have an active subscription for Photoshop and Lightroom.  But I am cu

I had an issue installing updating Photoshop so I pressed cancel, now it's stuck on cancel and there's nothing I can do about it.I uninstalled all photoshop files, and reopened Creative Cloud and it didn't change anything.Also reinstalled creative cloud completely.

Hello,When I try to open Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, I get this message:Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager fromhttp://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_en_ae.and when I try to download, I get a message that the application is already downloaded, however I click on the icon of Adobe creative cloud, it does not open.I tried restarting my MacBook but with no use. Photoshop Elements 21 was installed on my old Macbook 2015 (intel) in May, 2021. I purchased a Macbook Pro M3 and migrated Photoshop Elements successfully, but it loads photos slowly. I've tried updating Elements, but the installer won't complete the update. Do I need to uninstall the Elements software and reinstall it as a download? If so, will I have to purchase it again?

I decided to install my apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) on an external SSD which works good, however... I can no longer associate file types like .jpg or .eps to automatially open with their corridponding application using "Open With" and applying all. For instance, I want all .EPS files to open with illustrator, but it will only accept applications found on my Mac Mini like "Preview". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! I would like to download Indesign, illustrator etc but when i try it says that i "need to update your system". My macbook high sierra is "10.13.6" and i think thats the latest update?  Obs: i have absolutely no experience with computers/adobe so please explain as easy as possible..haha..! Hello, I have a intel core i3 8th gen with windows 11, 16ram, 64bit, wacom one...i basically have everything except directx12 instead of 12.1...obviously i cant max it out, but will it work for basic drawing?

I purchased an  adobe photoshop elements 2022 in Oct d 2022 but did not get it activated at that time. Now Adobe does not accept the serial number from my CD envelope. (wrong number of digits). Can I get a new activation code instead to do it belatedly? 

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I'm trying to login into the adobe photoshop setup thing BUT when it opens a new browser window and says I'm logged in, I'm not. it still says "check your browser" even though my browser says I am.the alternative login button doesn't work either. it does absolutely nothing------------------------Things I have tried:-Clearing browsing data and enabling cookies-Tried to use a different browser but it keeps opening chrome even though i have changed my default browser settings in windows (pls help)-the alternative login button as I mentioned-trying to install different programs as well    

So i installed ACC for the first time about a week ago and i game alot on my pc,i noticed that my ping got higher than usual not in just one game (fortnite, apex, rainbow six), then i noticed that the default servers in my games have changed automatically, after trying some solutions nothing worked even going to the old servers, then i reinstalled my windows and everything is normal, my ping is fine the default servers in my games are back to normal, then i said let's download the ACC again to and lo and behold i have the freaking same problem again. Anyone had the same issue, and is there any fix for it.
