Download & Install

Every time Adobe updates their software on my computer I have to uninstall everything and reinstall it again. That's twenty minutes two to three times a week, every week. Is this intentional? Is there a version that does not do this? Does anyone make software that will let me edit my images without all the installing and re-installing?I'm running a 3.2 GHz 4 core processor with 12 GB of RAM. Do I have to get a faster computer? 

I cannot open photoshop or lightroom it states my trial subscription has expired!  I have had a subscription since the subscribe method existed and before that have owned every version of both. Please tell me how to open and use my software.

I have an Adobe subscription. I sent a link to my phone to install photoshop express but now it's offering me a 3 day free trial for the premium when I already should be on that! it won't let me access certain features. Where have I gone wrong and how can I fix this please? thank you sara

When i try to download illustrator following problem code appears: vcruntime140.1 dll is missing when i go to microsoft, they say that it would help to remove hp3d drive guard. but i can not find this on my laptop. how to proceed further?thanks

Hello folks,   I am going completely insane with my plan, and I wonder if this is just me or if anything has happened with my subscription. This is the story: I received this message after I installed the latest version of Photoshop    Then it requires my mac password, and finally, even now that I am using the forum and am perfectly aware that the wi-fi is alive and kicking     It's getting weird and a bit old now, and I wonder if I've been hacked or if there's a glitch. What makes me suspicious is that after trying again a few times, this thing disappears, and I receive a message that something adobe related has stopped working (sorry I never made to grab a screenshot of it) while everything runs beautifully.   What am I missing?

Running Windows 10 Pro and recently updated PSE 2021. When I boot system, Creative Cloud always requires Repair function.  Unable to Uninstall. Have tried downloading and reinstalling with same Repair issue required. Running Win 10 Preview Build 21301.  Thoughts?

It seems impossible to remove all adobe creative cloud files from my computer.I've tried uninstalling, uninstall tools and file cleaning programs provided by adobe, still not successfully cleaned up.Is there a way to do this without formatting the drive? I've tried manually removing all files i can find, though i need SYSTEM priviliges to remove some of them, why? Still som background processes running doing who knows what.. Is this even legal? If it is, is it necessary?Would love some help with this. I Would be even happier if I could get some Adobe Support on the issue, since the "contact us" links are not working on any browser or machine i've tried thus far.I mean come on.. 

I logged into my student email via the adobe website and signed up for a annual subscription to get lots of adobe's apps monthly, I got the confirmation email but as soon as I log into the Adobe Creative Cloud, it switches to a personal version of the account (still with a school email) and says I have to buy the apps. It didn't work for about a week so because I have work to be getting on with, I had to set up a separate account to pay for a photography plan! I cannot pay £15 a month for something I can't even use? Someone please help 

Tried installing "readerdc64_uk_xa_cra_install.exe" but after the installer completes I get "Newer Version Already Installed". There is no previous version installed!

CC installed as 32bit on Windows 10 64bit. I don't know why.Before on Win8 everything works right and fast. Now Photoshop, AI etc. work so much slower (my laptop has 16GB RAM, SSD disc, so there souldn't be any problems like that)

I'm a CC user and I'm running Windows 10 build 1903.  Whenever CC attempts to update my Adobe products I get the following error:The updates appear to proceed nonetheless.  Any thoughts on what's going on here?Thanks in advance.

Since updating to OSX Big Sur, the Creative Cloud Desktop app icon in the menu bar is stuck in this psuedo dark/white bordered style. This does not change if you are in Dark mode or not. I'm typically running in Light Mode during the day, and have attached a screenshot of the current state. I just went through a comprehensive re-move / re-install of the CCD app to sort out some unrelated issues and it didn't have any bearing on if this worked correctly, so there's clearly a bug at the core.

I'm retired and helping a local club and really only need photoshop and inDesine for about 3 months.  am I able to cancel after that and not pay a full years subscription? ThanksSteve

Hello, i'm using a macbook pro since 2013 , always had adobe suite but since 1 year, cant download and install any software of the suite...i need to get them back really soon, i have to go out from my office and work from somewhere else. Already had apple on the phoe,n my computer is updated...i dont know how to get out of this, could you please help asap ? in french it could be great 🙂 Marine

Creative Cloud opens and shows no updates, but when I try to click install on illustrator nothing happens, no error message given. Im on a mac using Catalina.

Hi,My Creative Cloud Desktop showes me an available Update to PS v21.2.5, but i priviously upgraded to v22.2.1) Is it a bug or is this update v21.2.5 still neccessary? PS is working fine as i can see.2) How can i disable showing this update? Installing it, could cause errors i guess. Thx cheers Hannes

I use reader pro maybe once a month. I've disabled all adobe related items from Task manager > start up. Yet 99% of the tiem when I don't even want to use adobe I get this when I start my PC up: It's reasons like this why pc's slow over time. How can I disable these until I actually want to use adobe?OS: Windows 10 Thanks

Hi there,on my desktop, i installed Acrobat X Pro years ago with a bought license. Today i got the abo with LR and PS and creative cloud app offers me an update of Acrobat Pro to DC. DC is not part of the photography plan as i know.I'm wondering what happens to my license if i update Acrobat X Pro to DC? Is it then just the trial or my still my lifetime license as DC? Thx Hannes

I was given Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 & Premiere Elements for my birthay. It flatly refuses to work from thr DVD stating the Serial number is wrong! This is despite the fact I have, in desperation, tried both the numbers on sleeve. Ive been in to 'Help' but as far as I can see Ive done nothing wrong. I'd deleted my earlier version and all windows are closed - I really can't see what else I can do. After hours trying I'm most disillusioned with the whole proram but more to the point feel my family have wasted £100 + of their hard earned cash. I think maybe the thing would be to return it and ask for a refund though I can't see that happening. What Id really like to do is just use it to pep up my photographs for my Photography for Fun Group so I'd be grateful for any advice. Many Thanks

I know that I am an old user, but I would like to re-install my good, old Photoshop Elements 12 into my new computer. I have the serial number, of course. But I wonder if there is any possibility to find a download link for that?

Yesterday I singed up to Creative Cloud and downloaded Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5; they both installed correctly and work great.When I bring up the Creative Cloud desktop app under 'Home' it states that I downloaded Lightroom 5, only that!Under 'Apps' it doesn't show either Lightroom 5 of Photoshop CC but further down the page it gives me the option to install them both.Why is Creative Cloud not showing Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC?Thanks
