Hallo,wir haben seit vielen Jahren InDesign und Photoshop CS6 (nicht aus der Cloud) auf einem Rechner installiert. Seit einigen Tagen taucht beim Starten der Programme ein Hinweis von einer Testversion auf, die in 30 Tagen abläuft. Vermutlich hat die versehentliche Insatllation vom Adobe Cloud Manager für diesen Umstand gesorgt. Hat jemand eine Idee wie wir den Programmen wieder die vorhandene Seriennummer (ohne Cloud) zuweisen können? Am liebsten ohne Neuinstallation der Software...Danke für eure Mühen!VGStefan

Hi:I recently had to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10 on my PC.  I am using both Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020 on that PC and have Academic licences for versions of both.  After reinstalling each, I was asked to enter the serial numbers - which I have.  However, the serial number seems not to be accepted as I keep getting sent back to the "enter the serial number screen".  Does anyone know how I can reinstall the serial number  so that the software will run under licence? Thanks.

HelloI'm trying to install the Creative Cloud on a brand new computer with Windows 10, every time I begin to download the app the installer crashes within the first few seconds. I contacted Adobe Support who remotely accessed my computer and told me it looked like a Windows issue and to contact Windows Support. I contacted Windows and after they remotely accessed my computer also was advised that the actual download file was not compatible with Windows 10 and I should contact Adobe Support. After spending 6 hours talking to online support I am keen to get this resolved!I'm not seeing an option to download Creative Cloud for a specific system, am I missing something?Thanks in advance

I found Raw 9.01 on your site myself, which I installed and everything works Ok. However, he has a different problem. My Acrobat (pro CS6) broke again a few years ago and I can't reinstall it with the CD I have, it reports an error after booting.

Hi there,I recently paid for my annual subscription (Adobe Acrobat Export PDF) and every time I wish to convert a PDF to word, I get taken to the Adobe website with all the pricing options.Does anyone have any suggestions about getting this resolved please?Cheers - Jack 

It seems that most of the help on Adobe's website is way out of date! I have Adobe Creative Cloud (CC 2020) desktop installed (with All Apps Subscription) on both my Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Version 10.0.1.18363 Build 18363) System and my iMac 27" High Sierra System and both devices get Error Code 113 when trying to update anything. Each app upon clicking the Update button progresses for anywhere from 7-30% before it exits and reports Update Failed - More info -> which in turn tells me Error Code 113 (Unable to reach Adobe servers) which is a total bullcrap response code, because I can connect to Adobe's connection test pages (along with everyone else who seems to be having this problem, and STILL can't connect through the desktop app...) Dear Team, Please proceed with cancelling my subscription because there is no way from my inside account to do it, no way to get in contat with a live agent, it seems Adobe freezes (hope not intentionally) all that ways that you can manage cancelling the subscription.....I don't know what happening with Adobe but I'am very dissapointed of such situation....The reason fyor cancelling the adobe subscription is that I will make another one affiliated to a company. Hi- I need to download Illustrator CC2020 for client work, and the only version available looks like CC2021 - which would require an entire system update just to run. Where is CC2020 anymore?

Hello again all, I realise many here are regular users and non-Adobe staff. This is most certainly not directed at you. I need to install Adobe DC I've purchased for four users. Ideally an .msi to ship it out, but whatever the .exe needs in terms of switches to just shut up and install will be fine. I don't want them to be prompted to sign up for Adobe accounts, or any old utterly bonkers processes or portals or custmoer login procedures and specifically want NOTHING OTHER THAN clicking the icon and running the software I've paid for. If that cannot happen I NEED to cancel this and be refunded asap so I can get in some software that works. How ON EARTH do I acheve this?? Thanks.

Hallo,cloud ist installiert in deutsch, die reiter den applikationen sind auch auf deutsch, aber die funktionsbezeichnungen der einzelnen befehle sind auf englisch. Wie ändere ich hier die sprache? Bin neuer Nutzer und das macht mir das Erlernen extrem schwer. Danke!

Need to create more space on my laptop.  Don't use Bridge or Photoshop.  Is it ok to delete them?

I can't seem to find the link to download the Dreamweaver Reference Guide, seem to be having the same issues with a number of them like After Effects and Premiere as well. I have tried downloading them from here https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/help-pdf-localized-languages.html   But only the InCopy and Prelude when I tested the English links, the rest just open a blank browser window and nothing appears in download folder - have tried Chrome and Safari browsers. Any guidance on where I can find the pdf reference guides.

I just purchased Acrobat Pro.  Download freezes and when screen comes up asking me to login, it shows my email address and when I click next - the password screen never appears (just shows login with Google, Apple etc. - not going to do that.  No phone # to call for help either. I'm on a late model PC laptop with Windows 10.

Being perfectly satisfied with version CS6 of Illustrator and my Mac mini, I was as happy as Larry!  Trouble is, that after a recent crash, I relied on my external backup drive to restore everything back to normal. 99% is fine BUT my Illustrator CS6 doesn't work.  I do have version CS5 installed as well, but I'm now unable to read or edit any of my old files. On my back-up, are the installers, but they require the serial numbers.  Originally, I tried to upgrade from CS5 to CS6, but at the time Adobe said it was too late and the upgrade had been discontinued. Same story, different day, month, year! This issue has been around for at least 4 years now and you have done nothing to correct this Adobe. As a software developer for 35 years, I can't imagine allowing a problem to persist for so long. If your issue is with McAfee, then get with them to find a solution. I spent over an hour with an agent remotely connected to get Creative Cloud reloaded so I could get my upgrades. Now, we're back to the same error. Everything I found on your site I have done. Your agent had to do all kinds of things remotely to get it to load, but it was only good for a day. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! FIX CREATIVE CLOUD ALREADY! 

I really wanted Adobe Photos to help my photography final results. All I wanted to do was download a programme and use it.But the Creative Cloud is there as a barrier, without it I cannot access Adobe Photos. It does NOT download and install properly , after several failed attempts. Like many large corporations, Adobe is not contactable and is uninterested in one person's problem.When I try to cancel, I am told of a massive £49.00 cancellation fee!! Hello everyone. A really long time ago I obtained a Photshop Elements 8.0 key that came with a digital illustration tablet. Since then, I've had that version of Photoshop installed on my computer. I've ecently bought a new computer and while installing all my programs I realized I had lost the original installer. I tried to find it on here to no avail. I've checked on my account but since I didn't buy it directly from Adobe (Only registered it) I can't access a download link. Any help would be appreciated as I unfortunately can't really afford the newer versions.
