Hello Team,We are facing issue in uninstalling the Adobe Flash player application. Application is getting removed but clean uninstallation is not happening files are still there even after removal.We have tried all possible ways to delete .ocx file unfortunately it is not allowing to delete it is giving message “ you require permissions from SYSTEM to make changes to this file”

I started a job on the laptop, but I have to continue it on the workstation. Only AF 2018 runs on the laptop (15.1.2). I tried to download an older version to the workstation as well, but from Creative Cloud Desktop you can only download up to version 17.7.The problem is that I should use 3D Ray Tracing as set in the work already started on the laptop ...How can I download version 15.1.2, even on the workstation?

Hi all!I justed got an adobe account, got a subscription and wanted to start downloading the apps. For some reason none of them can be downloaded, not even creative cloud, when I click on the download botton, it takes me to a site which says that the site is not working and I should try later. I have been trying the whole day with multiple browsers and nothing works.Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advance,Sara

I downloaded the free trial onto my iPhone, I would much rather use it on my laptop. How do I transfer the free trial to my laptop instead?

I have a piece of equipment that will only work with Illuistrator ver 26 or less which is no longer supported by Adobe. Are there any stand alone versions available anywhere? And help or recomendations?

Hi, I got the following message below when installing After Effects using the Creative Cloud desktop app, Progress is slower than usual. Working on resolving issue... The installation stuck at 92% for a short while but did actually complete and run just fine. I’m just wondering what the actual issue was! I’m guessing that the data transfer from the Adobe servers stopped for a short while and the issue was fixed by resuming the download, can anyone clarify this? Cheers,Chris

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop client uses every friggin available inch of bandwidth on its own accord to update apps. I'm given a setting to throttle the speeds when syncing files, but this apparently does not affect app update speeds. When CC is updating apps, my computer's internet access is crippled. Give me the ability to throttle the speed settings for Apps as well.

Hi. Yesterday I started 7 day free trial but I want to cancel membership. I can not do this because „ You will manage your plan shortly”. What can I do?

I recently switched Adobe accounts but when I log into the new account (whcih is current) and try to open any of the Adobe apps on my PC, it is logged into the old account and I cannot use them. I'm not getting any error messages, I'm just not paying for this account any longer.  So I deleted all the Adobe apps on my computer and restarted. Logged into the new account online and tried to redownload the apps again. As soon as Creative Cloud is downloaded, it logs me back into the old account and I cannot use them. If I go to "preferences" and sign out of the old account and into the new one, try to download an app - again - I'm logged into the old account. How on Earth do I fix this so I can use the apps I'm paying for because it is only letting me use them online. 

Buenos días, Formatie mi MacBook Pro 13 del 2012 (Monterrey) por cambio de disco duro y a la hora de instalar los programas de adobe me dice que mi Mac necesita un procesador AVX2 y no me deja instalar ningún programa y desapareció la opción para instalar otras versiones. Lo raro es que antes de formatearlo los programas funcionaban y tenía la opción de elegir la versión que necesitaba, pero por alguna razón mágica ya no se puede. adjunto capturas de pantalla. Solución por favor.  

Well buddy, i have same issue and i have it installed on the same computer since 2011 it is a xps8300 and the error just popped up.  I am looking at the disks and the box right now...  explain that.

I obtained an email from <Removed by moderator> to my only email I always used back in 2010. It states: The following products from order AD_________ are now available for download: Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium (Windows,English)   I am trying to deactivate my registered license because I did a hardware swap. At this late juncture there is no way for me to undo my hardware upgrade. Can I please get some help with that?   Also, I have tow licenses. I could deactivate my other license and reactivate it on this new build, but I am afraid that will fail. (Will it fail? I do not want to end up with no license working.)   Your help is highly appreciated.  

I am installing Win 10 and need to deactivate Photoshop CS5, so I can use it again on my new operating system. But I can't deactivate from within CS5, all I get is a message to "connect to the Internet, then press Continue" - I am connected to the Internet!On Adobe's Help-Webpage I found a link "How to deactivate from Adobe.com". Great I think, that will do it:Sign to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password.In the Plans section, click Manage plan. In the Activated devices section (toward the bottom of the page), deactivate the device. But the Plans section doesn't have "Manage Plan""My Products" shows my Photoshop CS5 and its serial number, but there is no way to deactivate it. Can't connect to Adobe Support Person either with the Chat App not connecting... Any help, or sympathy is greatly appreciated.  

Everytime I log in to my computer Adobe CC/Photoshop specifically automatically opens Photoshop. I HATE THIS! It eats up tons of ram and causes me to wait for minutes before I can use my computer for the reason I signed in. I don't have a constant need for Photoshop so I want to open it when I need it. Hi all,  I uninstalled the file in a wrong way, and now I cant delete the damaged file away on my mac. It's been showing be error message. I have tried many ways, including downloading cleaner tool, but it couldnt remove the file.  How can I remove it? 

Hello everybody. When i try to install after effects it downloads on my c drive which is full and not my e drive which has 820gb of space. i have changed the download place to my e drive, can somebody help? It also happens when i try to install adobe creative cloud on my e drive, it then automatically downloads on my c drive. Please help

Estoy tratando de instalar mis aplicaciones en una nueva PC pero solo me da opción de instalar Illustrator en modo tableta. Cuando intento instalarlo para PC me pone lo de que estoy en otro país, selecciono el mío y me pone error. A Alguien le pasa? como lo solucionaron
