Today CS6 is greeting me with the news that my product is unlicensed. The very first time I tried to access Acrobat, it presented me with a pop-up window and a field to enter my activation code. I didn't have it handy, and foolishly closed the window, thinking I could get it back at any time. Now when I access any of the apps I get another window that requires me to log into my account before being able to validate the software. After I log in I get no option to enter an activation code.  I've read various tips on how to activate CS6, but most were very old. The chat bot on the Adobe website tells me it finds no registered products under my account, but I eventually discovered the page where my very old registered products are listed as registered.  I am on the verge of un-installing the entire suite and throwing it away. I only ever used Illustrator CS6 maybe 4 times a year and Acrobat once a month. I have an active subscription for Photoshop and Lightroom.  But I am cu

I had an issue installing updating Photoshop so I pressed cancel, now it's stuck on cancel and there's nothing I can do about it.I uninstalled all photoshop files, and reopened Creative Cloud and it didn't change anything.Also reinstalled creative cloud completely.

Hello,When I try to open Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, I get this message:Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager fromhttp://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_en_ae.and when I try to download, I get a message that the application is already downloaded, however I click on the icon of Adobe creative cloud, it does not open.I tried restarting my MacBook but with no use. Photoshop Elements 21 was installed on my old Macbook 2015 (intel) in May, 2021. I purchased a Macbook Pro M3 and migrated Photoshop Elements successfully, but it loads photos slowly. I've tried updating Elements, but the installer won't complete the update. Do I need to uninstall the Elements software and reinstall it as a download? If so, will I have to purchase it again?

I decided to install my apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) on an external SSD which works good, however... I can no longer associate file types like .jpg or .eps to automatially open with their corridponding application using "Open With" and applying all. For instance, I want all .EPS files to open with illustrator, but it will only accept applications found on my Mac Mini like "Preview". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! I would like to download Indesign, illustrator etc but when i try it says that i "need to update your system". My macbook high sierra is "10.13.6" and i think thats the latest update?  Obs: i have absolutely no experience with computers/adobe so please explain as easy as possible..haha..! Hello, I have a intel core i3 8th gen with windows 11, 16ram, 64bit, wacom one...i basically have everything except directx12 instead of 12.1...obviously i cant max it out, but will it work for basic drawing?

I purchased an  adobe photoshop elements 2022 in Oct d 2022 but did not get it activated at that time. Now Adobe does not accept the serial number from my CD envelope. (wrong number of digits). Can I get a new activation code instead to do it belatedly? 

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I'm trying to login into the adobe photoshop setup thing BUT when it opens a new browser window and says I'm logged in, I'm not. it still says "check your browser" even though my browser says I am.the alternative login button doesn't work either. it does absolutely nothing------------------------Things I have tried:-Clearing browsing data and enabling cookies-Tried to use a different browser but it keeps opening chrome even though i have changed my default browser settings in windows (pls help)-the alternative login button as I mentioned-trying to install different programs as well    

Hi gang.  Windows is not booting up on my new desktop so I'm poised to reinstall WIN11. Problem is I cannot uninstall CC (I cannot even access safe mode).  Reinstallation means CC would be removed, so my question is would I be losing one of my two alloted CC installs?Thanks much!

I purchased the creative suite years ago and it has worked like a dream, I absolutely love it.Thing is, I had to get a new computer and my old one was wiped clean, there was no salvaging the poor thing. Now I can't seem to get my suite up and running on my new PC. I've tried everything.But all it says when I type in the code is "This serial number is not valid for this product". Even though it is the correct one. I have the program and installation disks, installation runs smoothly and I can activate the trial. But nothing when it comes to trying to input the serial number. I still have all the packaging, disks and codes. I really need these programs, so any help would be appreciated.

Good afternoon, I am from Ukraine. In 2010 our company purchased a product - Design Standard. Serial number <serial number removed-kglad>. Version CS4.Now we need to update and install this product on another computer. Can you please advise us how we can do it as quickly as possible?

I bought a student Adobe subscription October 2022, which I knew would eventually run out and I'd have to pay the full price. At some point last year (I think) this automatically switched over and I had no problem with the apps working on my laptop as I still had a subscription to all the Creative Cloud apps. However, a couple of months ago I went to open Illustrator and it said my license was expired even though I have a monthly subscription which I am paying every month. Additionally, the Creative Cloud app centre on my laptop is saying I only have access to certain apps and only on a web browser or a mobile phone/tablet. However, when I log into my account on my web browser it shows that my subscription gives me access to all the apps and that they're available as desktop apps. I have tried everything to fix this. I have logged out and back in again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of my Adobe apps - previously on 2022 and now on 2025 versions. I have had to redownload a

Recientemente intenté activar la prueba gratuita de Adobe CC 100gb en una cuenta específica, pero por algún motivo se activó en dicha cuenta y en otra cuenta también.No fui consciente de que la prueba estaba vinculada en 2 cuentas a la vez, y no deseaba continuar con la suscripción después del periodo de prueba. Ahora cuando ya se ha caducado dicho periodo y lo he cancelado en la cuenta que lo activé, en la otra cuenta he recibido notificaciones de que debo realizar un pago por la suscripción, pero no he utilizado el servicio tras finalizar la prueba gratuita y no era mi intención mantenerlo activo.Se podría por favor solicitar que se cancele dicha suscripción a esa cuenta?

My computer at the company is blocked from the internet. The computer has a licensed adobe suite purchased by the company, and is using licensed adobe software. Currently using adobe version 2024, I want to update to version 2025. I want to ask, can I download the adobe 2025 installation package at home, then bring it to the company computer to install? Hello I'm a musician/videographer using Premier Elements for Multitrack Video mashups and Photo retouching. My XPS Desktop has aged out and I'm looking at a new laptop.   Decision seems to be between  -  Intel i9/32Gb/2Tb/NVidia4060  -  Snapdragon/32Gb/2Tb/Adreno Will Snapdragon give the laptop better lifespan.. and if so, can I run P/Elements in emulation mode... or will that not be good?    Also, if I purchase P/E and use emulation now, what's the upgrade path to the ARM version... dates / cost? Thx for the advice.   Budget ~$2000 USD for h/wThank you

I had previously installed Photoshop on D drive. Later, when D drive was full, I wanted to move all my Adobe files to E drive. It did a problem because I tried to moved them manually. My all adobe apps have problem after that. So I deleted them all (with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool) and reinstalled them all from scratch on E drive. But Photoshop still sees the old path. I can open my files, but I want to get rid of this path nonsense.
