Download & Install

I just bought a new computer and am trying to load my photoshop but it won't take my activation code. Customer support says they no longer support my version, but that forums can help. Please help me. I am so tired of not getting answers.

I was trying to sownload photoshop demo to try it but it ddnt download and it gave me this erorr code : 198 how can i contact with support team to solve this problem

A level 2 Adobe support rep sent me here. I am unable to reactivate by install of the Adobe CS6 Master Suite as I have reached the maximum device activations. I had some software issues that required full system reinstalls, which prevented me from deactivating my installs. Apparently, support is unable to reset activations anymore. Is there any way to reset this on my end? There are no devices listed under "Activated Devices" in my account page.

When I try downloading Illustrator and double click on the icon I get back to Creative Cloud. I can see that someone had the same problem as me but there is no reply to their post. You can also see from the screenwhot that if I search for the app I cannot see the download option (but I have started my free trial) and there is no app in the Installed app box.  I think I have downloaded it 6 times now, and it always sends me back to Creative Cloud.Can someone help me please? Thank you

I am searching for adobe photoshop 2024 for Mac. I have installed photoshop 2025, but my computer can not upgrade further than Ventura 13.1. Can somebody direct me to where I can download version 24.x again?

Greetings.I have been trying to completely remove Adobe Updater from my computational machine, but I'm having troubles as it seems to be stuck in there like a gadfly on a horse' arse. I have uninstalled some very, very annoying toolbars in my time, and I've removed viruses that were a lot easier to remove than this Adobe Updater thing.What I've tried:- Looking for a bloody uninstall-executable.- Removing everything related to Adobe in any way from my computer.Needless to say, it still came back from the graveyard to haunt me. SO. How do I purge this cursed software once and for all?

I only have a lot room for my iPad Pro. I have both the light room for iPad plan at 100 MB of storage and the creative cloud tb plan. I have over 47,000 pictures and 700 videos that are preventing me from being able to edit the 6000 pictures I need to go through for football games. It is my only option of making money and I cannot get a Mac without making money and I cannot get these pictures. Edited through lot room for iPad. Can I? Is there a way I can compress the existing pictures in lot room and move it to creative cloud somewhere because I could not get it to work. Also, why can't I choose what I see and what I can edit when I know I uploaded those are ready. I know when I upload them, they will not sync. I don't at least I don't think so. I have paid a lot of money for several years for Adobe and at this point, I am about to be completely done with it. I just don't know what to do

I'm unsure if this is a false postive but virustotal said 2/72 that there was a trojan warning. I did 3 full scans of my pc with malwarebytes and windows defender and nothing happened is this a false postive? I first installed it from Microsoft store and was worried that was virus, when I installed creative cloud on my pc it opened the microsoft store one and also when I downloaded the file again and scanned it, it said trojan warning, same for each adobe app I installed. I de-activated CS5 on my old computer to install on a new one, but it shows that I can not install it due to being used on 2 computers. It has been deactivated yet does not register that I have deactivated it. What can I do?

Hello there This is posted here because Adobe Support has closed my query without giving me a decent chance to respond to their email.   In summary, I have 2 computers, and have the Adobe Photography Plan, last subscription payment April 2025.  I use my main computer often and have had no trouble with my plan / subscription. But on my second computer (used less often), I tried to use Bridge and it said it wouldn’t do Camera Raw because I didn’t have a qualifying product.  A long online chat resulted in the consultant unable or unwilling to help me, because he only looked up certain email addresses and would not look up my name, home address or the name of the activated devices. I have now been able to access my records and the Adobe website which confirm that I do have a 2-computer Photography Plan subscription and that IT IS CURRENT, under my account under  XX email address. I now have my 2nd computer running, which successfully recogn

Ik wil mijn lidmaatschap Creative Cloud voor teams (product Acrobat Pro) opzeggen, maar ik beland continue in een loep en wanneer ik daarna een chat of telefonisch assistente wil hebben, beland ik ook in een loep! Ik krijg mijn lidmaatschap niet opgezegd en ik word het echt beu!! continue zit ik er weer 1 jaar aan vast, welke link en volgorde in ook probeer, ik kom niet bij iemand uit om mijn lidmaatschap op te zeggen. We have had this package for a while now, when we load it now it says we have exceeded the installable amount of seats. We really do not require a more in depth product, 2017 meets all our needs. Is there a dash board or control area where we can remove old devices from the licensed device list and free up licenses.

Recently, after reinstalling Windows on a studio computer, I encountered a message saying my CS6 serial number had been revoked. I understand Adobe no longer supports this version, but since I own a physical copy with a legitimate license, I would like to request the possibility of reactivation. After getting access to my registeredproducts I find the Lightroom code there but no Photoshop. Hi ya. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 is not activating after doing a clean Windows 11 Pro install on a new SSD on same laptop. Almost 3 years ago, Adobe chat had to increase the number of uses due to a new motherboard. I assume that is why I am having problems again. I get an error message the next time I launch the app after entering the serial number stating there is only a 7 day trial. So, it does not seem to me to be accepting my serial number any longer. The chat option is no longer available to reach Adobe. The Community is the only option. How do I resolve this with Adobe? Thank you all for the help.

My company and I have used the same license keys for many years now, but ive recently lost access to one, as it had been activated on two previous devices and we failed to deactivate the product before decomissioning and losing access to the device. Due to this, we have reached the product limit, with no way to deactivate the license keys.I need to regain access to the license.I am unable to find the product on my account, as it has been passed through a few accounts within the company and we are unsure which one it could be under currently

I have a problem regarding BRIDGE and PHOTOSHOPE i can't install the program - there is an error - BRIDGE= " a color managment has occured error code 1734700576 " - PHOTOSHOP = "il file delle impostazioni colore contieme impostazioni non supportate da questa versione di photoshop in uso su questo sistema . le impostazioni non supportate verranno sostituite dai valori predefiniti" - it's impossible to open program - and also I have installed old version but nothing to do ... can you help me? 

Hello, I haven't been able to update my Acrobat for about two weeks. I keep getting this error message (see screenshot):Unable to connect to the Adobe update server. Check that you are connected to the internet and try again.Error: 105 I've tried everything, like using the Adobe Limited Access Repair Tool, resetting the hosts file, and disabling the Mac Firewall.NOTHING, absolutely nothing, this window keeps popping up. Yesterday I completely reinstalled another Mac. And here, too, I can't update Acrobat. This window pops up. Yes, I have internet, otherwise I wouldn't be able to publish this article. What is this? It only affects Acrobat. Hallo Community,ich bin am verzweifeln. Bis gerade eben habe ich an einer Illustration gearbeitet, dann hat sich das Programm geschlossen. Jetzt geht weder die Creative Cloud App auf, noch kann ich Illustrator öffnen. Ich bin korrekt angemeldet, mein Abo ist bezahlt. Im Taskmanager dümpeln zig Prozesse für diese Programme rum, die aber zu nix führen. Auch wenn ich sie alle beende, gehen die Anwendungen nicht auf.Über die Website komme ich in die CC, aber auch von dort aus lässt sich Illustrator nicht öffnen.Was mich irritierte war, dass ich mich heute komplett neu anmelden musste, als ich Adobe geöffnet habe. Also alles neu eingeben - Autofill hat nicht funktioniert. Ich hoffe, dass ich mir da nicht irgendeine Zecke eingehandelt habe, die meinen Zugang geklaut hat.Viele GrüßeIlka

Hi everyone, Is it impossible to speak to anyone at Adobe? Is it all just community forums now? Situation is this. I treated myself to a brand new high-end laptop. Spent hours copying files, installing software and logging into accounts. I deactivated CS6 from my old machine to install on this. Machine asked me if it could restart, I gave it what it wanted and now it won't boot into Windows. It's proper stuffed. I am going to call Lenovo support tomorrow (they're closed now) and figure out my options. Hopefully we can fix it so it boots and everything is great, or I get a new machine, in which case I will have to install everything again. If I do get a new unit (or even factory reset this), I won't be able to deactivate the licence from this machine. Surely there's a way for Adobe to help out and deactivate. I don't use Adobe software enough to need a CC sub.
