Hi guys, Completely removed CC the other day after a successful trial and now I get this, usually not long after start up:  Tried running the Adobe Cloud removal tool but the issue persists. I notice I still have 2x Adobe start up entires set to run in the background - related maybe? Thoughts?

My computer has a 128 GB SSD which is the C drive.  And it has a 1 TB regular hard drive which is the D drive.  I'm trying to install Photoshop.  I have it set to install to the D drive, but I keep getting an installation failed message with an error code of 120.  It says insufficient disk space. There is more than enough room on the D drive. Please help.

Hi, I have Creative Suite 5.5 installed on the same computer. After reinstalling Windows and installing Creative Suite 5.5, a window appears about the installation limit used. Is it possible to release the serial number so that it can be recovered?

Hallo,ich habe mir vor Monaten die Testversionen der Programme geholt, die nun abglaufen ist. Jetzt habe ich vor ein paar Tagen alle Applikationen gekauft, kann sie aber nicht installieren....Mir wird jedesmal angezeigt das ich sie nur testen kann oder das meine Testzeit abgelaufen ist....in meinem Konto habe ich bereits auch nachgesehen und dort befindet sich auch kein Hinweis das ich bereits ein Abo habe.. Dennoch habe ich von meinem PayPal Konto eine Bestätigung über die Bestellung bekommen.Woran liegt es das ich die Programme nicht installieren kann?

I just purchased a standalone version of Lightroom 6 full install in a retail box and am attempting to install it on a Windows machine.The installer program is a displaying a screen with 6 small boxes where I am to enter the serial number.  The read me file on the supplied DVD says "You can find the 24-digit serial number (e.g. 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000) on the back cover of your DVD holder".  I assume that means the white paper envelope that contained the DVD.There is no 24 digit number on the envelope.  The back of the envelope contains a small sticker on the bottom right corner with two lines.- The first line contains an eight digit number beginning with the number 9.- The second line contains a mix of 30 letters and special characters beginning with DVS/A,LTRM,6.0, etc(I did not supply the full set of characters incase it is a unique code for this DVD.  Please let me know if more is needed.)The install program will not accept alpha characters, only numbers.&

Hi.I need to install Photoshop and Lightroom CS6 on a new PC and new system.Products were legally obtained and registered a long time ago on my Adobe account by now my product list is empty.I lost my PS key but I have the key to LR... but I can't register it now because my license has been used (message after trying to register).Of course, I use this key long time ago but as I said, the product list is now empty. 

Hoping someone may shed some light on this issue. I have photoshop elements and premier elements 14 (disk version-in case that makes a difference). I just opened them and put them on my (brand new) computer a couple weeks ago. I was able to download them, entered the activation code from inside the box, was given a serial number. Then when I went to log in, it tells me the serial number is expired. I have reached out to adobe, who just pushes me off to someone else, and then claims I need to take it up with Best Buy (where it was purchased from). When talking to Best Buy, they seem to want to help, but they say it's an adobe issue. I have been told numerous reasons, but never the same reason twice. I realize some of this is on me for not loading the software sooner, had I know it would "expire" I would have. But, I still don't understand why I can't use the software, I feel like adobe could do something. Does anyone have any insight if this should be able to work?

Hi I have a monthly payment plan but my old pc is having problems, i am building a new one with a friend is it hard to install lightroom and photoshop again on my new pc when its done , bit concerned as use these two programs the most thanks Jan

My school account gave me free access to Photoshop and other services for my photography class, but the license expired after the school year ended. I activated the free trial expecting to be able to cancel it after using it once more. However, to cancel it it seems like you have to had paid for it - I am unable to access "Manage Plan" or "Edit billing" because it is under my county's subscription. How do I cancel the free trial, before someone has to pay for it?

I bought photoshop and it downloads version 25.9 which has the 0xc0000142 error. Apparently version 25.10 has fixed this but....even when I uninstall my version and go back on Adobe and re-download and install..........it gives me version 25.9 and apparently I'm up to date..........still getting same error. I've done everything the internet has to offer. I've also checked Microsoft but can't seem to find an issue. How do I get version 25.10???   [Edited by moderator]  

I am so tired of pencil neck geeks in a backroom deciding I have time to wait for damned update rather than access the program I pay to use.  PLEASE - put someone on this program that has had to work for a living and produce on a schedule.  You people are driving me nuts with your updates, and stopping me from meeting deadlines.  I think a class action lawsuit of all freelancers is in order. your products should not STOP us from meeting deadlines but make it easy and convenient.  but you have idiots running with the mice in the back room who have never never never faced a deadline nor known what it means to have some dipwad change their programs and force shutting down of your system just to edit a photo!!!! please use some intelligence

I'm paying for photoshop but can't use it. Hasn't worked since it was installed a few days ago. I've done EVERY fix suggested on the internet and youtube. Nothing is working. I see this has been an ongoing issue since at least April. I've even uninstalled, deleted everything photoshop, re-downloaded and re-installed. You name it, I've done it. This is on Adobe to fix. I'm paying for a service I can't use. I would expect Adobe to be much better by now and be able to fix these product glitches before they are launched or at least way faster than this.............no ok!

I am from a third-world country, and I have been using unauthorized copies of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to earn for myself. However, upon realizing that such practice of mine is forbidden according to my religious convictions, I have decided to discontinue using them and am willing to compensate for it, be it financially.I also hope Adobe will accept my apology for years of breaching their intellectual rights. I'd like to confront Adobe regarding it if necessary and possible, and would be grateful if I am made aware how to.

So it used to be able to, but now it can't. Its CC2018 i think, using WIndows 10 and it won't connect, Adobe installer (for a troubleshooting thing) is stuck on "trying to connect to the server" and i can't connect to the ADobe thing. If there is more information you need, please ask!

Hi, i have Adobe Acrobat XI pro installed on my PC, i have the license key for activation .. during the installation it's accepted the key but the application is suddnly closing after 10-15 seconds. i tried to re-install the software many times and used a diffrent source but the same issue there. So, Seeking your support \ advise on the same.

Hallo bin fast am Verzweifeln.Ich habe vor 10 Jahren die Creative Suite gekauft. Registriert und alles. Ich finde das Produkt immer noch in meinem Account zusammen mit dem Key. Ich bin seit zwei Tagen am Versuchen die Suite auf dem neu aufgesetzten PC (WIN 10 frisch installiert ((mehrmals)) zu installieren. (Key und Anmeldung und Aktiviereung gehen problemlos)Ich habe die Suite mehrmals von meinem Account gedownloaded und es endet dann immer mit der Fehlermeldung:"Applikationen und Browser aktualisieren". MS Edge ist auf den allerneuesten Stand.  -> Und die "Adobe Anwendungen zu aktualisieren" macht ja keinen Sinn, wenn man eine Software gekauft hat. (wie soll das gehen?)Ich habe auch den virtuellen Support angefragt. Dort heisst es, Support sei eingestellt für CS6. Dann werden mehrere Links angeboten, die aber alle in den Sand führen. Die Lösungen sind reine Haarsträuberei. Bitte kennt sich da jemand aus?Vielen Dank 

I realized I havn't touched adobe products for the past 2 months and just discovered that I'm stuck in the year long subscription with a 90$ cancelation fee. I guess I didn't read the fine print. I'm annoyed at that, but I guess it's my fault. Right now I'm looking to just turn off auto renew so by the time next year comes around I don't get stuck into another year. I really don't make nearly enough to afford an extra 20$ on my monthly expenses especially for a product I don't use. 

I am trying to download Premiere Pro, but every download link I click brings me to the same page. But I'm not trying to install it, I'm trying to download it. I can download previous versions, or move it to a new computer. Yet, I can't find any download links. Where is a download link I can use?

Hello!i recently bought a sub to the photography package and tried to install both lightroom and photoshop but ran into os compatibility issues. I updated my windows 10 to the newest edtion and this did not solve the issue. so i upgraded to the nesest version of windows 11, this also did not solve the issue dispite being a newer version of the operating system then the requrement pages state. I am running a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor32 gigs of ramRadeon RX 6700 XTThank you!

  I chatted with support. They weren't very helpful. Maybe I'm being unreasonable. I wrote I have a question. I know the answer is probably no but I thought I'd ask anyway.   I'm interested in Adobe Apps and Cloud and Stock Images. I see you have discounted plans for students for example. I'm not a student but I am disabled, in a wheelchair, don't work, and receive only very little social security a month.    I could provide whatever proof you need. My hobby is playing on my computer and working on a few webpages for friends. I'd love these apps for this reason but I cannot really afford them. Is there any way I could get a reduced rate for everything?   I would really appreciate it and if the answer's no, I understand. I normally wouldn't even ask but I am really interested in your apps and services and I know they'd be a great asset.
