I've seen many threads asking about CS6, this is what I am still using and it is still getting updated.                So I thought to share it in case any one wondering about it. 

I’m wondering if my CS6 Master Collection is registered to the HDD or the Mac I’m using it on? The reason I ask is, I was wondering if I physically removed the HDD it’s on and then put the HDD in a different Mac (a desktop rather than my laptop) would it still be all ok and work? Or do I need to go through the deactivation process first?

i have paid for the programe again and now it wont allow the password to go throug,to authinticate for the final step have  job to do and at this point i dont know how to fix it. this is a new desk top so everthing is new 

Quick question here’s a design I’m working on for my business. I want to know all the circles that I got going around the other circle. How do I evenly spaced them? What tool do I use? 

I'm struggling for the second week with trying to activate it my Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium license on Windows Vista (I know that's old and unsupported OS, but for some reasons I have to install it on it).It always shows no Internet connection, even though I have TLS 1.2 enabled in Internet options. Offline activation does not work because it is an "upgrade key", I also need to provide a license for the CS5 product, and there is no such option there. The key definitely works because it activates on Windows 11 (but I had to cancel because I need to install it on Vista). So I understand that there is no chance of successful activation in 2024?

Hi! I'm on Mac. I downloaded Photoshop trial installer from Adobe site and tried opening it. It opened up and showed me proxy authentication pop up. I don't require proxy to connect to internet nor I use proxy. I don't use VPN either. I am confused what to fill. I tried not filling anything and it says my username and password don't match. I tried filling it with my Adobe credentials and still the same. Any help? (screenshot attached)

I have been trying to install trial versions of Photoshop and Illustrator for two days now, and I keep getting this proxy authentication screen when the installer starts. But I have no proxy that I am going through. What gives?!?!?!?!

Hi everyone,  I keep getting this 102 error telling me to check my connexion because they cant confirm my subscription. I have a Photo plan and can see it when i'm on the website of Adobe but Creative Cloud and Bridge are not working at all !  Any help ?

I can’t use the applications because it shows error 102. Anti-virus protection on the computer is disabled, the host has checked everything is ok.

I'm trying to install Creative Cloud.

There is no useful fix posted for this continuing problem with Adobe applications for Windows 10 machines.  I have followed all the instructions available for the missing DLL library files but nothing so far has worked.  Fixes from 2016 are useless.  Reinstalling CC (March 2020) does nothing but repeat the errors:  "Missing MSVCP140.ll and VCRUNTIME140.dll.

Hello, I am trying to change my account's region from Europe to the US, but I can't do it in the way it's explained here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html#sa_src=web-messaging . It doesn't let me change the country when trying to add new card details.Support specialists say that they can't do it either. It seems weird to me, to be honest, that such a technically advanced company as Adobe can't figure out such a simple thing.  When I contacted Adobe support, they sent a new invoice to my email with the link to payment which lets me actually add USA credit card information, but I am not sure how comfortable I feel adding my card information in this way (not through my actual account). Does anyone know if it's legit?  There is also this email address that appears on the invoice: adobeamericassales@adobe.com . Does anyone know if this is legit email address?Email was sent from this addres

would like help with downloading my subscription.... Every attempt to access my software -- or get help -- is blocked by the utter worthlessness of this website.  Worst ever.  Worst of all the tech sites anywhere, ever 

Does someone hase a solution for the crash?wiped everything with the adobe software wiper, reinstalled everything. Any everyone can provide the Acrobat Professional 7.0 installer? 

I used to keep Photoshop, Premiere, and Audition CS6 on my hotbar for convenience but I cannot seem to find any way to pin any of the apps to the hotbar. When opening existing projects I can go straight to Photoshop without having to open the Creative Cloud app. It is the mildest of inconveniences, but it would make a world of difference if I could open photoshop with one click after starting up my PC.  

I am rebooting my old macs and had CS6 installed on one 2012 machine and want to move it to another machine (not new) however I began the process of installing without realising the licence key was not the code on the box. I cancelled the unistall by it appears to have removed most of it already. Is there a way to recover this?  I didn't appear to register it on Adobe.com and have no emails or paper trail recording the key.  I am just dabbling so not looking to purchase it when I have the software which I bought to use indefinatly.  Trying to speak to Adobe got me nowhere are the sofeware is unbsupported which I understand. 

I've been having constant problems with my computer for a while now, and some of them are reflected in Adobe applications. When I opened my Adobe applications, I was getting errors like "Adobe Creative Cloud could not be contacted." I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud again and the problem was solved. However, a few days later, I started experiencing the same problem again, this time I wanted to reinstall it again. When I open Adobe Creative Cloud's Setup, I do not receive any response. There is a rotating circle on the cursor that gives the message "opening.." but nothing opens. I deleted Adobe Creative Cloud files, I deleted OOBE from Local Adobe, and I deleted Adobe Desktop Common. I tried everything related to Properties and ran it as adminstrator. However, the problem was never resolved.

I have a personal 2019 Mac desktop with an Intel 3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB and 32GB RAM and a work Apple M1Max MacBook Pro with 32GB Ram (and 2TB SSD). In short, the i9 is so much better as a 4K/60 editing workstation with Premiere and After Effects, plus heavy Lightroom Classic use. I am very disappointed with the Apple Silicon machine and am really pleased it was not purchased with my own money. Lightroom Classic is slow, I have to wait for each 6K JPEG to appear, whereas on the Intel Mac everything is instant. I am running CC 2023 apps, all up to date but everything on the M1 is laggy and just sloppy to use.  Not sure why, perhaps if I were an Apple Final Cut and Motion user I'd have a different tale to tell, but I cannot stress how reliable, how stable and how much faster the Intel Mac is.  IMHO, if you have a reliable Intel Mac, don't upgrade to Apple Silicon yet! Has anyone else had similar experience?

I have a new iMac, how can I get my Lightroom 5 on my new iMac? I have my registration number, but I cannot remember the email I used back then. What can I do to reinstall the my LR?

Hi, I cannot access the version of PS cc 2018 on my m MP-Pro (early 2009) running on El Capitan, which is the latest version availble for the processor. I am paying for CC (lightroom and photoshop and bridge),how can i get it back to work?any help greatly appreciated.thanksGoswin
