Download & Install

Hoping this is an easy one. I have Adobe PSE 2022 on a PC. Bought a new Mac, treated myself to PSE 2024, and successfully downloaded the MAC OS version. [ So at that point I had 2024 on the new MAC and 2022 on the old PC.] Then I wanted to download the PC version of PSE 2024 to my old PC, but the website is only giving me the option to download the MAC OS version; there is no option (link) for download of the PC version when I go to Manage My Account window. I see the past purchases there (2022 & 2024) and a link to download 2024 MAC version (did that), but no link to download the 2024 PC version. I understood that the purchase included rights to download for both platforms for as long as 2024 was supported by Adobe.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hello, I have the "Education" license (Student and Teacher) for Creative Cloud. I wish to install the desktop verison of the Illustrator App, but this option is not even shown when I log in to the Creative Cloud desktop. Instead, I see "Illustrator (Beta)" with an option to open in a browser. I am not sure why this is, can someone help? Thanks. The same is true for other apps - Photoshop, Acrobat, etc. Are desktop versions not available with "Education" licenses?

I bought Creative Cloud today and downloaded it to my PC. After installation, a website with various icons appears (see attachm.), but I don't know how to start PS or PS Lr - I don't know what to do with this offer at all.? The downloaded Creativ Cloud keeps disappearing from the download folder and I have to install again with the same result. Thanks for the help.

Hola a todos, me manifiesto aquí pese a la GRAN ESTAFA que he recibido de adobe Hable con una tecnica para darme de baja del plan de adobe para estudiantes por fin de el curso y entendí su explicación de que el plan era anual y habia que pagarlo... Me recalcó que en febrero de 2020 terminaba, y ahora resulta que me han acutalizado el plan automaticamente, POR 1 AÑO, cuando ya ni utilizo la aplicación y estaba deseando que terminara el infierno de pagar 20€ al mes por nada... espero encontrar alguna resupuesta  de estos estafadores, sino alemnos que los usuarios sean conocedores del sistema de ladrones que usan! I have uninstalled it and re installed it. Nothing. I have downloaded a windows derivitive to get me by while I get Acrobat figured out. Thanks in advance

I purchased PS Elements 2024 and downloaded it. Next I needed to activate it. The instruction screen said to enter the serial number however my serial number is a long number but the activation screen only has 6 number slots.  I thought maybe it meant for me to enter the authentication code from the Adobe Account Access app that I installed on my phone ... however, that code does not let me in either.  I'm not sure what to do now. Would someone please help me? The Help area does not address this that I can find.

I moved to a different country (from Argentina to Canada) and need to change the country in my account. How do I do that? I find no options anywhere to do so in my account, profile or anywhere. Thanks.

Hey, I've just signed back up to the photography plan having been off of it for a couple of years. However I am totally unable to install anything. The creative cloud app opens my browser to sign in, returns to the app which then repeats opening a new browser tab to sign in. It will do this 4 or 5 times and then will say it can't connect to the server. I've turned off my firewall, windows defender and this still doesn't help. I then tried installing Creative Cloud via the windows store which installed but it still doesn't let me sign in. The chatbot Adobe has is also no use at all and just tells me I don't have an active plan. Running Windows 11 if that makes a difference. Overall a terrible user experience.

Is there any possibility to synchronize the settings of the latest versions of Adobe CC (indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) between 2 PCs in 2024? It worked in the past, but that option has been removed 😕😕

Hi, I own a number of Adobe products and I have registered them all in the past. Unfortunately, that was 18+ years ago.  They still meet my needs.  I don't remember the account info that I was using when I registered them.  The first product I installed and attempted to register was Photoshop CS2.  The serial number worked just fine for the install, but registration generates the message that the serial number is already in use... most likely by my old account.  If there is a way I can clear this up it would be great.  I am told by the software that I only have 19 more days to activate the software or it will cease to work. Phil Jones, Scootin

I puchased Acrobat 11 PRO from Amazon as a CD in Febuary 2014.  I have my license number and my invoice. However, I can't find my CD. I am doing a new install of windows 10 on a new hard drive on the same computer Acrobat 11 has always resided. My old hard drive developed problems that corrupted files and I needed to get a new drive and start over with a clean install of Win10 Pro and all my programs. I am very happy with my old Acrobat 11 and I do not need or desire to upgrade.  Is it possible to download the setup file for Acrobat 11?  Thank you

I purchased CS6 Master Collection for Mac back in 2012 through my college at the time. In 2015, I reached out to Adobe support and did a platform swap on the license as I had purchased a new Windows computer. Since then, I have not had a single issue using the Windows serial number provided by Adobe support until recently.  As tech does, my laptop finally crashed (it's 10 years old now) and I purchased a new laptop. Upon downloading the CS6 Master Collection for Windows as provided in my account because both licenses are registered under my account when going to activate it, it says that my Windows license was revoked.  I reached out initially to Adobe Chat support (who were less than helpful) and they confirmed my Windows Serial Number has been revoked and only my Mac Serial number is active. They could not tell me any more than that as to why all of a sudden my Windows Serial Number that was provided by Adobe is no longer active and kept suggesting that it was ill

HiCan't find a way to transfer license to new pc.Old pc is dead so can't deactivate.Already tried inputting s/n when prompted to buy sw (Adobe believes I'm using a trial version).I can see my license number in "my account" but no actions can be taken.Can anyone help ?Tia

Hello,I have a license for CS6, which can be installed on a maximum 2 computers, and was instaled like that. I deactivated the packages because I want to install it on new computer, but I still get information that the serial number is already in use by the maximum of 2 computers. I wanted to contact support and ask for an activation reset, but since I don't have any plan, the only caller available to me is a bot. I will be grateful for any help

I've been trying to install Photoshop CC's free trial today, and despite me changing the installation directory, it's still attempting to install it to the default directory.I have an SSD and a hard drive, my SSD only has ~1gb storage left while my hard drove had 120gb left. By default, it tries to install to my SSD (my C drive) so I had to change the installation directory to my hard drive (D drive). In Preferences < Creative Cloud < Apps < Install Location, I have it set to "D:\Creative Cloud" which is a folder that's already created. When I attempt to install Photoshop, it still tries to install to the old directory. Screenshots of my problem are below. I am on the latest version of creative cloud on Windows 10 Professional 1511. Greetings, I want to purchase creative cloud for all applications. I need to use both ipad and computer at the same time. Can I use ipad and pc at the same time for photoshop.

This past year at Christmas my daughters purchase me a 26 inch IMAC computer I have migrated everthing onto the new IMAC computer except for the Adobe Creative Suite 4.
