Buenas noches, estoy intentando instalar Creative Cloud en mi ordenador por varias horas y al momento de ver las aplicaciones, aparece (La carga de las aplicaciones parece tardar más tiempo de lo habitual. Vuelva a iniciar Creative Cloud o reinicie el ordenador y vuelva a intentarlo.) Ya desactive mi firewall, mi antivirus, revise mi conexion a internet, use el AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, CreativeCloudUninstaller, reinicie mi equipo, borre la carpeta, segui todos los pasos que sugiere la pagina, pero sigue apareciendo lo mismo. Mi ordenador es de 64bit y usa Windows 10 Pro, si alguien conoce de alguna otra solucion, por favor hacermela saber, muchas gracias.

It happened Adobe revoked my CS6 license which is purchased for a company I started years ago which I closed. I used the license as a personal license for years, they revoked it. Out of the blue.    I guess this type of treatment is despicable and disgusting. Because I own a license and paid $$$ for it as a (Perpetual) license they broke the agreement. Now I really started to hate them for it.   And to Add to the issue they won't help me by any means via chat or email they closed all support doors.   This is what I call big company doing whatever they want breaking agreements thinking they are untouched.   And if someone sane or with decent morals at Adobe would step in to help I would appreciate it.   [Edited by moderator]

When I start the installation of PSE 2024, it goes to 87% then fails, with Error code 183.  This has been happening since I got a new computer with new Windows 10 pro.  What's the problem, and how can I fix it?

Hallo aus Hamburg, bittte um eine Emailadressse, wo ich mein Anliegen, nämlich wieder freischalten meiner bei Mediamarkt für 130 Euro gekauften Software PhotoShop Elements 2020. Da irrtümlich durch ein Crash eines unserer PCs auf ein dritten (neuen) PC die Software installiert und verwendet worden ist, ist jetzt laut Auskunft der Supportchatmitarbeiter die Anzahl der Aktivierungen erreicht und somit nicht mehr verwendbar. Es soll auch keine Möglichkeit ihrerseits geben, dies wieder zu reaktivieren, so das man diese sehr gute, aber für unsere Verhältnisse teure Software wieder nutzen kann. Laut der Info des Supports scheint es jetzt nur noch für kostenpflichtige Produkte einen Emailkontakt geben. Auch wenn Adobe alles auf Cloud und Abo umgestellt haben, sollten sie ihre "alten" Nutzer mit ihrer gekauften Software nicht vergessen.  Wie ist eure Erfahrung?                      &nb

Como posso saber quantas maquinas podem usar minha conta do indesign e photoshop, queria instalar ele também em mais 2 equipamentos (notebook e desktop que tenho em casa) é possível ou terei que abrir outra conta?

Does anyone have any idea how to turn off Adobe's most annoying updates. I am quarantined, trying to work from home, and literally have the most annoying pop up every couple of seconds flash across my screen. I am going to lose my damn mind if this thing can't be disabled. I have gone in and adjusted the settings for no notifcations, but it keeps coming up. At this point, I don't even want adobe on my computer. I don't want to ever use Adobe again. I'm am already freaking stressed out trying to work from home, and this is the absolute last thing I need. I hate Adobe.

I just got the new MacBook Pro 14 and transferred all my stuff from my old MacBook Pro 13 (2017) and It will not install any Adobe apps. With Adobe Illustrator it says installation failed and when I click on the retry button it does the same thing, over and over again. It says error code 101. There are no solutions on adobes support website except click "retry" and download again. This is not helpful at all and I am getting very frustrated. 

I originally installed Lightroom 6 on drive C but later wanted to move it to drive D.  So I unstalled Lightroom from drive C and reinstalled it on Drive D.  But because it's no lonmger on drive C, I can't deactivate it by signing out, and I can't activate the new installation on Drive D.  Both drives are on the same computer that I originally used to install Lightroom.  

I incorrectly uninstalled Photoshop CS5 and upon trying to reinstall it, it will not download.  I downloaded CS5 extended from Adobe and it does not take the installation numbers and wants me to buy it again.  HELP!!

When I bought the Adobe Elements and Premiere bundke today for $150, it did not give me any options to specify which version I needed. I'm used to buying something then choosing the version I need, but only the Mac version was listed under my products, and I do not have a Mac, but a regular P.C. How do I get the P.C option without having to pay all over again?

Hello, I want to buy a lightrum plus photoshop subscription for photographers. Please tell me, will I be able to use it on different computers? For example, at home on your computer, and at your office on your work computer? Or will I be able to use the programs only on one device?

After a total forced rest of pc, i lost use of InDesign. It was running on last Windows 10 update now i cannot run it. I tried re-installation from cd but program doesnt start. how can I update it with my previous account?

When i double click on the installer, a window opens but will not maxamixe and then freezes.

Achei muito interesante o golpe que a adobe aplica, pode testar por 7 dias, mas se cancelar tu vai assinar 1 ano.   Uma empresa deste porte, aplicando golpe no publico desta forma,  provavelmente vao dizer que é bug, mas não facilitam em nada resolver, é uma má fé descarada.  isso incentiva.    Quando se faz uma propaganda, de pode usar por 7 dais cancelar  gratis, e se engana é má fé. Decepção.

I've been having an issue reinstalling Acrobat to a larger SSD.I had it installed to my C drive (a small 250GB drive mainly for Windows) and have now moved all my Adobe software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop etc) on CC to my D drive successfully (a much larger 2TB drive). All software apart from Acrobat.I am continuously running into an error when trying to reinstall Acrobat to the new drive, error 101. It gets to around 30% then refuses to go any further.I have even attempted to reinstall to the C drive where it originally was and the error persists. I cannot reinstall the software to any drives.Any advice would be helpful.

I'm using subscription based CC and it keeps automatically downloading what seems to be sample stock photos to appdata\roaming\adobe\ccx welcome. If I delete the images they come back when I restart my machine. Is there a way to stop this?

I am getting an "Activation Limit Reached" error when trying to open my Premier Elements 9 program.I bought this program outright in 2010 and have been using it sucessfully since then.Suddenly 2 weeks ago I started getting this error, even though I have been using this program on this computer for the last 5 years.How do I get past this problem?

I downloaded the Adobe creative cloud exe file and tried to run the installation, but after I filled in my credentials in the pop-up window I see a white screen and the installation isn't starting. I already tried a lot via forum & documentation, but nothing helped. Please assist me. Thanks!

Can someone help? I have a student adobe account and it already expired. i can't renew it since I already graduated and this is an account from my school's organization. I followed the steps in Adobe FAQs but the link only leads me to this and nothing else:I tried to contact my school organization about it and they do not care about it. I really need to delete my account since I don't like having 2 Behance profiles (I also can't remove behance profile because of my expired account). If there is anyone who can delete this account, it is very much appreciated. I did a clean Windows 10 (10.0.19045 Build 19045) installation on my laptop yesterday and wanted to install Lightroom again.I downloaded "Lightroom_Classic_set-Up.exe" from the website but its not opening, not even as administrator. I then tried to install it via creative cloud but Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe is also not launching. I only get the loading icon on my curser for like half a second and a adobe background process for that half second but thats it. I dont have an antivirus yet besides windows defender. Laptop is the GPD Pocket 3 (i7 version)Windows 10 Home (10.0.19045 Build 19045)

J'essaie d'installer Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended pour Windows ( années 2007-2012). Adobe répond que mon numéro de série est obsolète et refuse d'activer le programme. Y at-t-il une possibilité de mise à jour ou autre qui me permettre d'activer le programme et de l'utiliser ? Merci.
