Download & Install

I have set up my Adobe account and downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2024 but my account says that I don't have any apps in it.  What should I do now?   [moderator detatched from unrelated older post]

does anyone konw a way to downgrade multiple versions down? because i want to use the 2022 version of premiere, since it was the most stable for me. but since i dont have it downloaded, i dont know how to install it. its not in the other verison section either.

We all know Adobe products tend to have weird quirks and unintuitive behaviors that don't get any attention for years, however this must be the single most frustrating issue I have encountered to date. I get signed out of the Adobe CC App on Windows 10 what feels like every 10 minutes, and due to Typekit not properly re-syncing some of my fonts, I frequently even have to restart my CC applications to get back to work. This is incredibly frustrating and totally kills my flow when I'm designing something. I don't want any of the links to help articles and other threads that get frequently passed around here, I tried all of this before. My question simply is: How is this still an issue? It can't be too hard to allocate a week of a Devs time to properly look into this issue and fix it once and for all, instead of having QA writing articles for band-aid fixes that might only help a fraction of the affected population, under certain conditions. I have a perpetual license for CS6 Master Collection / Windows that I installed on my PC and laptop a couple of years ago.  12 months ago, I signed up for the creative cloud / all apps plan.  I canceled the creative cloud plan yesterday and my CS6 perpetual license stopped working.  After several chat sessions with Adobe techs, I was told to completely uninstall CS6 Master Collection and re-install with my serial number.  This worked to solve the activation issue.The same thing also happened on my Macbook.  I only have a Photoshop CS6 perpetual license on the mac, not the Master Collection. I had installed creative cloud and then signed out of CC which caused CS6 to ask for sign in when I try to run it.  I have not yet got Photoshop CS6 working again on the Mac. I assuming that I'll need to uninstall and re-install it as well.I never installed CS6 on any of the machines through the creative cloud setup.  CS6 was installed prior to CC on all 3 machines

Hello, I currently am paying for the creative cloud in an account under my gmail. However, my University started offering the full creative cloud for free using our University emails. If I cancel my subscription with my gmail account and then start the one with my University email, will my project files still work? I want to make sure I don't lose anything in this swithcing process. Thanks!

Hola, soy nuevo por aqui, y me pasaron esta licencia para "Administrarla".Quisiera saber que versión de Adobe se incluye con mi licencia (Creative Cloud Todas las aplicaciones 100 GB), ya que hace un mes sin problemas trabaje con 2023, pero me di cuenta esta semana que se actualizo a 2024, pero no se desinstalo 2023, y es un caos cuando estoy trabajando, y quisiera saber que versión debería desinstalar?De antemano gracias por sus comentarios.

Bonjour, lors de la mise a jours des applications via CC ( illsutrator , photoshop et indesign) mes applications sont passé en anglais et accesoirement aucun plug ou preference n'a été transféré.

I have a MacBook Pro and just updated to Sonoma. My CC icon has the red dot on it and when I hover over it I get the spinning beachball. When I move the cusor the beach ball disappears. Unable to select the icon. Restarted, same results. My CC apps open an funtion properly.

I used migration asistent and after that I cant access adobe creative cloud so that I can instal all the apps that I need.I unistaled all adobe apps, cleared cache local and browser. What can I do?!?!

I just purched the 1 TB lightroom plan and am currently on the free trial. I am trying to download the desktop app version but on multiple browsers, even after clearing my cache and cookies, I am getting a 500 server error whenever I try to access the download page. Is this the case for anyone else or is it an issue on my end?

I am using wine and I need to download the .exe file installer for windows but the online download page keeps installing the .dmg file for me. How can I download the windows installer file and not one for a mac?

Hi there!I got a problem with my PC windows 10, I know this is related to Adobe Cloud because that only happens when I am using any CC program. I have tried everything I know and I have found on the internet, but nothing works. Each time I am using weather illustrator or Photoshop my PC collapses and restarts again, it usually shows the same error. However sometimes is a different one, but it is always a blue screen. I need to use these programs and I cannot, it is getting very annoying. I have contacted windows help center but they suggested that it is a error of Adobe Cloud, because it only happens when I am using any CC program.Please  I need help to solve this issue, thanks a lot.Nathalia,

Have hit a brick wall trying to install Creative Cloud on my mac running Win10 via parallels.When I try to run the executable (even when right clicking to "Run as Adminstrator") I get the following error message."We've encountered the following issues:This application cannot be run from a network drive. Pleasecopy it to a local folder and re-launch it.  (Error Code: 71)"I don't see any options to download the entire executable.  I've tried downloading from IE, Edge and Chrome.Any suggestions?Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm having trouble registering an old Adobe product (CS 5.5 Design Standard) on Windows. I bought a new computer and I want to install it on it (it will be a second computer - I only use Windows). I downloaded the installation files from Adobe's website, where I have registered this product, and during installation I got a message that the serial number is incorrect (I copied it from my Adobe account). I have the following versions of installation files to download from my account: "CS5.5 Design Standard - Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish", second one "CS5.5 Design Standard - English (Required) zip file for Windows)" and "CS5.5 Design Standard - Japanese (Required zip file for Windows)". The same error with the serial number appears with the first two versions, I haven't tried the Japanese version, but I bought the physical Adobe product in Poland, I use it in the Polish language version (interestingly, it is not included
