I just Purchased the latest version of purchased.But I cant download it.When I tried to open it its going to the purchase window. Then clicking to purchase its shows that you already purchased it.how can I use my purchased Photoshop

Hi,I've been facing a really frustrating issue with updating my applications via Creative Cloud. Hello,I am trying to install Photoshop CS5 on my freshly installed Windows 10 machine. Unfortunately, the installation does not start for me. Only the window "Initializing the installation" appears, which then simply disappears again.I have already run the cleanup tool, tried installing with the built in admin account, in safe mode, nothing works.attached the PDapp logThanks for the help!

Let me try to help you, with my poor english (I´m improving it), if you are facing the long jorney to fix de error 201 while installing Creative Cloud Desktop.I´m talking about this error (screens in Portuguese), you will recognize it:I tried ALL proposed solutions, including that found in Adobe foruns, among such:- Disable the windows firewall, anti-virus, and both (looks the danger!)- Create special rules on firewall to several solutions proposed.- Turn off wi-fi and conecting by cable.- Unistalling ALL Adobe softwares (including Adobe Reader), removing respective remaining folders.- Create another windows user.- Running the 'AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool' (despite having not worked, it looks interesting. Ich habe den Installer daraufhin im Administratormodus ausgeführt und anschließend die Funktion "Programm reparieren" über das Deinstallationsmenü genutzt, was beides nicht half. Dann startete ich den Computer neu was auch nicht half. Dann deinstallierte ich Creative Cloud und installierte es neu, woraufhin wieder die Fehlermeldung 202 aufploppte. Ich habe genügend Speicherplatz (150 GB).Was kann ich noch versuchen?

I have signed up for the Photoshop CC and Lightroom package. Lightroom is running fine (Lightroom 5.2, 64-bit, Windows 7).  However, although Photoshop seemed to install OK, when I open it, it immediately shuts down.  When I look in Creative Cloud manager, it says Photoshop CC is "up to date". Uninstalled Photoshop CC, logged out of Creative Cloud, logged back in again, and re-installed Photoshop CC.  Installation appeared to go OK. I started PS, window opened, and immediately closed. Was asked to complete registration by logging with my Adobe ID. I did (had done so previously but went rhough it again) but PS still crashes.  Signed out of Creative Cloud; signed back in again; PS still crashes, but a pop-up appeared stating that I should complete my registration by signing in with my Adobe ID. Did so, again.  Rebooted. Still no success. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Photoshop Beta's annoying orange update warnings block portions of the screen. One of them you can't close. I have tried to run the Photoshop update several times but it hangs on 1-2% indefinitely. Re-installed the Creative Cloud app. Same problem. When I try running update the entire internet in the office slows to .03mbps and my phone even can't connect to the modem router. As soon as I cancel the update the internet speed comes back and my phone connects. So Creative Cloud is killing my internet. How do I fix this?

I have been experiencing this behavior for quite a while, i think it would be fair to say that it started the beginning of 2018.For some reason, any Updates/Downloads that i need to make through the Adobe Creative Cloud are extremely slow. As slow as to the point of taking 24 hours to update "4%" of Photoshop.I have tried troubleshooting this many times, but sadly the outcome remains the same. Downloading the Apps directly from the Download Creative Cloud Apps website are being downloaded at the regular ISP Speed, on about 12MB/s.But inside the Creative Cloud App, for some reason the highest download speed i have seen are a shocking 32KB/s.As an example, here is a picture of a whole night of updating the Photoshop and remains on the "Waiting" status with no progress being made.Is there anything that i can do in order to speed this up?I have tried downloading the Apps straight from the Website, the issue with that is they are outdated versions in comparison to the ones av

For some reason when i try to install, via creative cloud, other versions of any application, it automatically tries to install it in a different location than the one i set in the creative cloud>preferences>applications>installation folder. right now is set to my "N" ssd drive, but for some reason i get error 189: no disk space. I downloaded the trial of Adobe Photoshop.I have the icon of the program and I can run it, but to uninstall it, the Adobe Photoshop program does not appear in Programs and Features of the Control Panel, I don't know how to uninstall it.I search with App and it does not appear, how can I uninstall it if it does not appear.What appears to me is Adobe Creative Cloud.Thank you.

When I'm trying to log out I recieve error message "Connect to the internet and try again" (more or less like that, I've translated the message from my non english version of the software).It is very frustraiting due to I need to move the software to new PC.

The Creative Cloud desktop app instantly crashes when I launch it. This started occurring after the 5.7.0.1307 update. The first time it crashed, error reporter opened saying "Sorry, an error occurred. Creative Cloud has encountered a problem and needs to close". After subsequent launches, the error reporter no longer opens and the app continues to crash instantly on launch. I've tried re-installing it several times. When I download the Creative Cloud desktop app from the website, it downloads version 5.6.5.58, which launches fine, however the app doesn't let me do anything unless I update it. After I let it update, the desktop app crashes instantly when it launches. I've tried:following all steps in this guide - Creative Cloud desktop app closes immediately after launch;uninstalling the desktop app using the uninstaller tool, rebooting, then re-downloading and re-installing the Creative Cloud desktop app;updating Windows;repairing all of my Microsoft Visual C+

I am registered for Contribute 6.5, but can not find a download file to install it. I tried download it from your account, and it shows that it is registered, but there is no download link. 

All other apps in creative cloud are updating (such as illustrator, photoshop) without any issue except for Premier Pro. Premier pro is failing to download and comes with this error. Does anyone have any idea why or how i can resolve this?

I purchased boxed versions of Photoshop/Illustrator CS5 & In-Design CS3 which I've been happily running on Win XP for many years. Unfortunately, after a house move I've lost the original disks and now my XP machine has finally failed. I've just purchased a Dell Optiplex i7 (refurbished) running Win 10 and need to get the 3 programs running on it. However, logging into my Adobe account, the only option I have for any download is Photoshop Extended. The other 2 programs don't have a download button displayed, only the serial numbers are shown, (see screenshot). So I tried downloading the .Exe file and the .7 file. On running the .Exe file I get the following error:-"The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop CS5 is missing etc.etc."  Is there any way I can get my 3 programs onto this newer PC? Any help is much appreciated! P.S. I realise Illustrator CS3 is no longer supported.
