Is there a way to audit logins to see which IDs have not loged into Adobe over a certain amount of time? I am basically tryign to find an easy way to verify that everyone who has access still needs access.

i have creative cloud teams plan, i could not install photoshop in my system. It shows Not compatible. how can i fix this.

necesito eliminar plan, no tengo la opcion de eliminar el plan hace meses, he escalado el tema con soporte  y no tengo solucion. favor su ayuda, de lo contrario no tengo mas remedio que bloquear mi tarjeta de credito. son unos descarados.pesimo servicio.

I haven't been able to get in touch with someone to submit a request for bulk upload. How do you go about this? The customer service is almost non existant since i can never get in contact with someone.

Help.Our Business account is targeted by hackers and they are using PrePaid Creative Cloud cards to activate a 30-day trial under a "Personal Adobe account" running along side the business. After the trial ends, it will bill our business account $69.99 a month. This is a terrible practice.It is happening to a number of our users, we have MFA, changed passwords, logged out of everyone out, but it still seems to keep happening. Adobe isn't helping and they always say they need to escalate to their fraud dept, and it takes weeks to hear anything. We have tried to get a refund from Adobe but they said since its under your business and an authorized user, they won't issue a refund even though they confirm it was setup using a prepaid account. Why would we use a prepaid card when we have a business license portal. Why would 7 of our users go out and get prepaid cards for Creative Cloud? They wouldn't! we have added new licences to our console rather than renewing individual licences but the new licences can't be activated as the software is looking for the old profile. How do we resolve this?

Hi,I am running the admin account for our company and i have just purchased a yearly subscription too adobe acrobat pro dc which for some to me unknown reason does not show up in the admin management console but is automatically assigned to my personal account. This subscription was meant for a different team member. I do not know how to correctly transfer it to the team member as it does not show up with other licenses in the admin console.I would appreciate any help with this.Patrick

I bought Acrobat and Photoshop but when I connect to LWS the login goes through but I always find myself on the page :licensing.adobe.com/sap(bD1mciZjPTAwMw==)/bc/bsp/sap/zavllogin/not_licensing.htmthere is a big bug...It doesn't dépend on browser.Thanks

Currently on a plan provided by the school and at school im signed in on the same account and i have access to all adobe applications, and it used to work at home but i sign in and i have to start a free trial for the applications and when they are over i have to purchase the apps, like i said it used to work and depending on the way i sign in sometimes it will just say that the apps are up to date or it will say trial expired, and sometimes next to all the apps it will just say install but other times it will say try and buy. 

I cannot login to Indesign I get multiple system errors.Tried to access chat on Adobe. It says I am in Enterprise system, so I have to contact that admin. Looked up info on Admin and there is nothing there.I am new to this job and not sure what to do next. 

I have actived SSO and used Federated ID once.So, if I currently set up SSO, can I only use Adobe ID and Federated ID? 1) Some users have Adobe IDs, is there any way to switch to Business IDs?2) Can We use both Business ID, Enterprise ID and Federated ID at the same time?3) Is there a way to switch from Federated ID to Business ID?4) Can I switch to Business ID if I remove the SSO setting? Please reply after checking!Thanks.

I have Adobe CC on my personal PC, no issues. My boss purchased a business adobe account, and ive installed it on multiple of the workstations at work, but theres 1 PC newly purchased, that refuses to launch the Adobe Installer. I did every solution ive found on this forum including, deleting the OOEM Folder, and using the CCCleaner software. It just refuses to launch any Adobe product installer. Ive installed multiple software with 0 issues til i got to ADOBE.  Not sure why, Its a brand new Dell PC, with the all drivers and window updates all currently up to date. Any suggestions would be greatful!

Heya folks,I'm the admin of a team -  And for some reason the team members are getting subscription expiry notifications.  " your subscription is expiring.Your Creative Cloud All Apps subscription will end on 12.11.2021. Buy a new redemption code today to maintain uninterrupted service:" However, in the Admin Console I get  "Your account will auto-renew on December 3, 2021" So - What's going on with the subscription skew? But ultimately - why on earth is a team member getting billing notifications? (Oh - Let alone the joke that the pricing is going up to £70.80 / month - rather than £59 a month).

Hello! We have a number of devices where we need to install Adobe products, although we have a number of laptops that need the ACC installed. Each time I try and install this I get Error code 708, "security zone registry settings is enabled". I have seen many fixes regarding disabling the reg key, to then install the software, then put the key back in, but we can not do this. As the users have their user accounts and passwords, we need to allow this to work without our envolment.  Is there a fix for this issue, without doing anything hookie in the registry?TIA.

My company has decided that rather than purchasing a license for each individual in my team on their own work email address, they'd prefer to start assigning licenses via the Adobe for teams system.  While I understand and agree with what they're wanting to do as it's less scrambling for invoices, this requires me to cancel my subscription and then obviously wait a few days until I get my license assigned to me. That being said, I'm a bit scared that I lose any of my existing portoflio work that is currently linked to my mail. Anyone know if my worry is valid or if it should be fine?

We have a user in our organization that had her email address set up as a personal Adobe account so that when she attempted to login to the CC desktop it said Personal Accounts are not permitted.  The email address wasn't supposed to be a personal account and was supposed to be the account used to sign in to our Adobe Enterprise account.    I have deleted the personal account but it now says the personal account has been disabled when trying to log in with the account. How long does it take after the delete process for the account to be completely removed from your systems?
