Hi, 1. In CC control panel, does the users able to upgrade the softwares or only the updates?2. If a user has only InDesign, is it possible making him only able to see Indesign and able to update Indesign? No other installation, nothing else Thanks,

I have previously bought the creative cloud plan, but every app says, "start trial" next to it, when I try to buy the creative cloud plan to get access to the apps, I get either messages saying, "Account type not supported ; Continue with a different account to access the service." and "Company or School Accounts are not supported. Continue with a Personal Account to access the service." or I'll be able to get through the process of buying the plan, only to be stopped on the last plan because I own a creative cloud plan already. help?

After following the steps of the setup guide from Adobe, it still showing the authentication protocol is OIDC instead of SCIM, is it normal?Thanks!  

I recently made the call to move from a single personal subscription to CC to a Team account so that I can manage two team members who will only be using the Spark app for Social. I have one full license for Adobe CC and 2 for Spark. I need to move the data from my personal license to the team license but the instructions that Adobe's techs gave me did not work. I have tried chatting with them and requested a call but that was last week. No call yet and today when I chatted I was put on ignore and the person who was "helping" me stopped responding. And no, I wasn't rude or abusive. I just wanted to know when someone would call me to help me figure out what was going on so I can get some work done. Has anyone else experienced this with Adobe Help? 

Hi,So since Adobe made changes on their backend of Friday 3rd of September all our Adobe Flash Pro CS6 users no longer have a permanet license while activing the software using their Adobe CC account.Instead when you login to activate the software it now says "29days left of Trial" and this is counting down.This is really bad for us as we still require ActionScript 2, and due to this was provided a legacy installer for Flash Pro CS6 over a year ago and has worked great until now.We are heavily into development and without this being resolved could have significant impact on our company. Adobe Chat refuse to help/assist because Flash Pro is now Legacy so I hope someone can help here.ThanksSenior Sys Admin Luke

I have several users with active Creative Suite licenses, but their desktops are dying due to the age. I was wondering if I can create a Windiows 2019 terminal server for those users to use Creative suite from the server. I can limit the login to the server to only those users with the active license. Would the Creative Suite works under the terminal server environment? Thanks,Myung

Can someone show me where to override the date of birth requirement for using creative cloud?   We got a written complaint in our state from a user about the software needing a DOB, and correct, the law states that it is not needed for use, therefore, we need to override it before we're faced with a state fine.    Any ideas?

Following this doc to set up platofrm APIs. I cannot see any integrations tab and cannot add Experience platofrm to APIs.

I've attempted to (re)install Photoshop, but all I get is a "Not Compatible" option and no ability to install an older version.  The documentation says "other versions" should be available in the 3 dot menu but I only have "Learn more" in the 3 dot menu. Is there something I'm missing?Thanks

So I have now been transferred three times, on three different calls, to a support team to help me adjust my account.  On hold for 40 minutes, tried again....On hold for 20 minutes, they hung up on me, now on my third hold and just exceeded 45 minutes.  How does someone get support for this product?

I have a Creative Cloud for teams plan. I'm logged in to all my devices with the same Adobe-account. When I use Adobe Scan on my iPhone, the files are stored to cloud.acrobat.com and I can access them from within Acrobat Pro DC on my PC but the files aren't showed in the folder Creative Cloud Files.Only files stored in assets2.adobe.com shows up in Creative Cloud Files on my computer. Why is that? Do you have two sets of cloud storage services?So, what is the difference between the two sets of cloud storage?I run Windows 10 Pro (1709 build 16299.192), iOS 11.2.2 on iPhone 7 Plus.Thanks.

Hello, I'm working on a lifecycle-management project and want to see if a report exists showing who actually uses Adobe Products and who doesn't. I'd like to remove licenses from users if they're not using the product. With Adobe Creative Cloud, you need to sign in every 30 days I think so shouldn't a report exist that would allow me to report on that? Other suggestions?

Our organization just signed up to use Adobe products at an enterprise level and I'm sorry to say that the support so far seems to be very dismissive.  I leveraged the chat basically referred to Microsoft for a problem I was clearly having with the Acrobat Customization Wizard for Acrobat DC.  Then after logically explaining why this issue should be supported with Adobe the tech suggested that my case get escalated but never follows through with a ticket number, email, nor call back.  I got blown off!  Where can I file a complaint! Hi,  CCLibrary use around 100% of my CPU on my Macbook Pro 16" (macOs Big Sur), no matters Premiere or any other Adobe application is running. The fans are running at max speed and it's draining the battery of my laptop very fast. Do you know how I can solde this serious issue ? Thanks,

I can't open none of my adobe apps, despite buying them all with the student plan using my school email. A small window pops up when I attem[t to opne them, asking me to purchase them, saying my trial has ended, but I already bought the apps. 

We have some employees that have Adobe Acrobat Pro yearly licenses that we renew. Also occasionaly we have users that need Acrobat for one or two months only.It would be logical and very helpful if we could easily add a user for one month here or there and not need to commit to a Yearly license and let the rest of the license sit unused for the other 11 months and pay for that!! Also this Admin console is not at all intuitive or simple. Sorely disapppointed as an IT Pro wanting to manage Adobe licenses and subscriptions.

Hello a pleasure, I would like to know why creative cloud when it is being installed on my mac Os Catalina 10.15.7 takes a long time to install and in the end it says to exit or repair and it is given to both and the error continues. if you could help me thanks.

I'm hoping someone may be able to assist me please.I use the 'Creative Cloud Files' to collaborate with the rest of my team, and have shared my files with them (library of photographs (hoping to use Bridge in the near future to tag with metadata), info graphics created in Illustrator, and documents using InDesign, also hoping to use InCopy in the near future.)The problem we are having, it's taking up too much storage space on my colleagues laptops, and causing them to operate slowly, so they've had to leave my shared files. Is there a way they can view / access the files via the CC website, without them also syncing to their laptops, or is there an alternative way I can share my files with them?Any help greatfully received. Two issues I'm facing. But background on our company first.Schools and residential homes for special needs children, we're talking anything form ADHD to sexual abuse cases. As such, we strictly ban the use of cloud services to safeguard the childrens information. Issue 1) The older Adobe allowed us to use the Exceptions Deployer to not need any cloud accounts. But the new one we were forced to migrate to is forcing the use of cloud accounts. Is there any way around this?While accounts for staff aren't an issue, it becomes an issue with the children as they often can't remember their own domain password, and having to resync Adobe with Active Directory everytime will be a never ending job!I came accross Feature Restriced Licencing which would get rid of the cloud aspect. Adobe support sent me to our vendor, but our vendor says this is government only? Issue 2) Creative Cloud Desktop eating up RAM when not using a local account.  So the software works fine on a local

Hello, We have Problems uploading the installation package from the Jamf distribution point server.Adobe presents me with a download tool that then downloads a folder with the "Compilation" and "Exceptions" folders inside, along with a .ccp file. The .pkg installer and uninstaller are in the "Build" folder, but when I take the .pkg installer and move it to the Jamf server it treats it as a folder instead of a file.That is, Adobe presents me with a package that my MacOS (no matter the version) recognizes as a pkg installation file, but when I pass it to the Jamf server it recognizes it as if it were a folder instead of a file. Which makes it unusable in Jamf. (the same thing happens when I upload it to Google Drive or download it on a Windows PC). Thanks

Hi Designer here,our customer uses Adobe Campaign (don't know if Classic or not) to send Newsletters out.They require from us, the designers, to deliver the newsletter as as ZIP File with HTML and Images.I have no experience with Campaign, am wondering what the best practice is to design and deliver what they require. Is there an Adobe product to create and deliver what they need? I've seen Spark mentioned(?), of course Dreamweaver can make newsletters (but it's been a long time since I've dabbled in HTML). Is there something simple/intuitive? Currently we have the Creative Cloud Plan, but if there's a software which isn't included in it, we could thoretically also get that.Thanks
