Our goal: We would like to enable SSO with our Azure AD and then sync users and groups to the Adobe console so that we can automatically assign licenes based on group membership. A couple question that I have as I have tried to walk through the documentation to setup the SSO and Sync: During the process of setting up SSO using OIDC, it asks about the "Automatic account creation". Default is enabled. Should this be disabled if we are planning on setting up sync with Azure AD or do they have seperate functions?During the process of setting up SSO using OIDC, it creates an Enterprise Application in Azure. When setting up the sync (SCIM), should I use this same Enterprise Application provisiong section or should I create a seperate one to use just for the SCIM sync? Thanks in advance.
I’ve been trying to cancel my Team Adobe subscription, but I cannot find the “Cancel Plan” button in the Admin Console. I’ve contacted Adobe support several times, but every agent keeps telling me there are “technical difficulties” and asks me to wait 2–4 hours each time. This has been going on for days now. I’m still within my refund period, but I feel stuck because no one has been able to provide a proper solution. Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I actually cancel my subscription without further delays?
Hi there. My first post here. Here in my company we subscribed for two creative cloud pro licenses. We then created two accounts and installed some apps on two different pc's of our lan. I'm one of the two users. Here is the question:When I'm at home doing some smartworking ( and my workstation at work is turned off), am I allowed to use the same account for installing the apps on my personal pc and use them freely?many thanks in advance,MaxItaly
For Adobe Acrobat, the 2- device login limit really needs to be revisited. We are an Adobe Creative Campus and are also using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign for major workflows, and our administration in higher ed employees often have a desktop, a laptop, a tablet, and a phone, and they need to be able to sign Acrobat documents on any device at any time due to their schedules. Signing in and out each time is not convenient and negatively affects productivity. I can understand for Creative Cloud, the 2-device limit, most are using a laptop and a tablet or a laptop and a desktop and for creative apps that makes more sense. But for Acrobat? It doesn't make sense. Please consider allowing Acrobat Pro users to have up to 4 devices!
Hi there..Fairly specific question here about licenses and the limit to 2 machines pr account.I work at a University, and while the University have way more, I run about 50 machines with ADobe licenses on them. These licenses are tied to the machine, and not the account the students have.Basically they are machine-licenses that lets anyone log on to them, log in with their Adobe account, and use the software without having their own subscription going. And this has worked fine for a long time now! However, this year I have a student that reported a problem I have not encountered the last 10 years I've been working here, and we've had these machine licenses for as long as I can remember.Case is:Student has his own subscription tied to his account.Student has two machines for that account (laptop and desktop).Student logs in with that account on our machines (with local machine license).Adobe claims he's trying to use his license on more than 2 machines.Should it not ignore his personal li
I accidentally chose "Personal Profile" instead of "School/Company" when signing in (the mail is provided by my university). Now, when sign out and sign in again, there was no prompt to choose type of profile anymore but automatically sign in to that personal one. There is nowhere to turn off the "automatic profile selection" as Adobe said. What can I do now? Can I delete this personal account and still use my school mail to sign in again (to have the prompt to choose profile) or if I delete this, the mail will be deactivate, too? Help me plsss.

Hi, this is literally a last ditch effort. I'm not an admin so I can't reach Adobe help directly. I have an Adobe plan that I got a year ago and used my college email to get the discount. I only wanted it for this year since I switched my major and don't need it anymore. However, I can't find anyway to manage or cancel my plans and somehow it's due to my school being attached to the account? Reached out to them and they couldn't help, am I supposed to call Adobe directly? I just want to cancel this subscription but there's no easy way to do it for some reason
how can a change my account from a regular pro account to a student account now im at university
Back in 2015 when SSO was enabled in Creative Cloud for Enterprise, SSO via SAML was an enterprise feature. We are a small business with less than 100 employees and SSO/SAML support is one of the first questions we ask a vendor when evaluating a product. This feature has really moved down market and Adobe should enable SSO/SAML ID Federation in Creative Cloud for Teams.
Trying to install various programs on Windows 11 for school. I download the setup applications for the software I need, click them, and... nothing. Tried running as an administrator, restarting my computer, etc., nothing works.
Just sharing.I set up an internal update server following the guide Use the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST) for IIS on Windows 10.The first day, I could install and update Adobe application through the apps tab.I set up a nightly task to update the internal server (AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe --root="..." --incremental)The next day, I got a 404 error on the apps tab.It appears that the Adobe Update Server Tool deleted the "web.config" in the "ACC\services\ffc\icons" folder. As a workaround, I put all the directives in web.config at the root level with "location" tags.<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><configuration> <system.webServer> <staticContent> <mimeMap fileExtension=".dmg" mimeType="file/download" /> <mimeMap fileExtension=".sig" mimeType=
Just in case people are having the same problem, I too have this problem. I manage a team of 50 licenses, billed every month to the same credit card. Every few months, on the day of billing, despite the card having plenty of funds, there's a red banner saying 'There's a billing issue'. Then when I call they always say some variation of don't worry or the bill hasn't been created yet, wait 24 hours, etc. There have been times when this happens that, in addition, some people's licenses are randomly removed, and those people get an email saying that the admin (me) has removed their license. Well this makes people mad and interrupts their work. So they call me and I have to re-assign their license, hoping that I remember who had what. This has about at least 6 times and I've never been given any explanation even though I've asked it to be escalated, etc. Basically it's not important enough for Adobe or something. It prevents me from using the
hellototal machines 45 Used machines 30 as you can see i have purshased a 45 licenses ( Creative Cloud All Apps for HED - Shared Device)but the used machines number are incrementing automaticlly without creating any package and profile . is there anything i can do.
Why can I not get anyone from (Personal information, edited and removed by moderator) to respond to my 6 emails. I've tried since Aug 28th to renew my license. I've chatted 3 times with support and each time I am told I have to contact that email address. I don't understand why they are ignoring a long term customer like this. I've never had this difficult just to renew a license. I'm extremely frustrated.
I have a new computer and am attempting to update the system with all of my active Adobe applications (current release and beta). I am logged in on the same Adobe account as I have on my older system, I am able to download and install current releases, but only see beta . I am not seeing an option to download Beta software of Premiere or Media Encoder. I have installed the same Creative Cloud app version. Any suggestions? Creative Cloud version 5.7.1.1 was repaired, uninstalled and installed

Hello,The Unified Package Adobe Acrobat Pro X64 2025.001.20432 with Named User Licensing fails to function in offline or network-disconnected scenarios. Acrobat features are not availble network-disconnected mode on an Enteprise GFE environmant. This behaviour is also consistent on enterprise enviroement personal computer. Is this by desigen. Can someone reprocude this issue.
I'm a bit confused. I have licenses for Acrobat Premium for Enterprise, but can't find it to build a deployment package. I see the installer for Acrobat, but the info bubble doesn't list Acrobat Premium as one of the versions in the package. How can I build a package for Acrobat Premium for Enterprise? Thank you!
Photoshop says that I don’t have an internet connection to use this feature. I can’t use image generation, increase file size, or generate backgrounds and so on.How can I fix this issue? Why is this problem occurring?
We are facing an intermittent issue where licenced users are unable to acces PRO features of Acrobat. We run 15 AVD servers in a host pool and use FSLogix for user profiles. When the issue occurs and support receives a call, we disconnect the user from the server and reconnect to a new one. All VMs are running Windows 11 Enterprise multi-session. We initially tought if more than 1 licenced user was runing Acrobat on the same server was the culprit but after testing this is not the issue. We also disabled all Adobe GPO we had configured. Those are based on available documentation for RDP deployment (likely outdated by now) and remove login nag for unlicenced user due to the unified installer. This did not yield positive results. Clean reinstalls were also performed with unchanged results. Are there any leads we could investigate or known resolutions for this problem? Thank you
As described in this ticket, updates for Adobe Acrobat and Reader no longer work on various Macs.https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/unable-to-connect-to-the-adobe-update-server-error-105/m-p/15516249I won't go into the details here, as they can all be found in the linked ticket.Unfortunately, the last ticket was simply closed by the Adobe employee, even though there was no solution. I find this approach more than questionable, considering that we are all paying customers. If something like this happens again in this ticket, I will contact Adobe management directly.
