This was posted in the Install Update and subscribe to Acrobat forum, but someone there said that it should be posted here (not sure why), so I am posting it here too. His proposed solution did not help because no-one here knows what an Admin Console is or who has access to it. "Sorry, your sign-in attempt doesn't match the Egress IPs of the profile that this machine is assigned to. Please contact your IT administrator". My IT administrator suggested that I post to this Community. I found a proposed solution at https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/help-needed-egress-ip-s-not-recognized/td-p/10439208... but the solution for a MAC""/Library/Application Support/Adobe" on that box and under Adobe folder search for "OperatingConfigs" folder which you can remove/delete from the machine." does not work because nothing with OperationConfigs"exists on her machine. That posting further says "Was actually an easier solution then ex
Hello, I am just wondering if it's possible to convert an existing Adobe ID into a Federated ID. If not, can we delete the Adobe ID, recreate the Federated ID and somehow migrate all existing data?
Does anyone know why this keeps happening? I have to manually exit the app from the file tab as right clicking in the tray doesn't do anything. But even worse, the app just reopens itself about every hour which I do not want. I only want the app to open when I chose so manually. Thanks
Hi there!I would like to ask an assistance how to begin, what are the technical requirements for an on premise AD environment or only an Azure AD solution is supported/required for a "Named User Licensing" version. My deadline is till 17th of August 2020 and I even don't know how to get an initial/first Admin Console access.Thank you for your help/assistance.Best regards,Laszlo
I have a very specific problem. This is an enterprise environment, copying files, reinstall is not an option, across several machines. All machines - W10 x64 environment - Acrobat DC Classic 2017 - MSI install, NOT CC install - customized serialized - everything works. The problem happens when the CC uninstaller is run for another program, it breaks the already installed Acrobat. Example - a user gets Photoshop installed. - Created from the CC packager online. Photoshop is uninstalled – everything works fine. Adobe CC app is uninstalled – Acrobat is now broken. The problem is isolated to the CC uninstaller. Either running the cc cleaner app, or the uninstall from add remove programs breaks the already installed version of Acrobat. I am looking to see if anyone has encountered this and found a solution / command line example for the CC uninstaller to not remove components other adobe application rely on.The errors are spe

Good day,I am working for a school district. We have struggled over the past couple of years to pin down the best licensing option and rolling with the Adobe growing pains. To the point, we now have a situation where 4 VIP accounts are coming to the end of their subscription and we would like to amagamate the licenses into 1. My question comes regarding what the end user will experience on this change. Will the IT team need to re-install the adobe package? Can we deploy the license change in an easier fashion? Or will the license change not effect any of the installs? Thank you in advance for any light that can be shed on this!
Hi!I am a member under my company's Teams Creative Cloud but do not have access to all of the apps. I only have access to 4 apps (shown in screenshot below) and need Photoshop as part of my workload. I have tried to re and uninstall Creative Cloud and troubleshoot to see if I can download Photoshop but it still prompts me to buy it or try the free trial (both on the site and desktop). From my company's side, my license to use the apps is active but I cannot use them despite efforts from their and my part to resolve this. Any help is appreciated! I tried to talk with an Adobe representative via chat but this is what appears. Thank yoU!
We are a church and purchase non-profit licenses through a vendor. A couple of months ago we needed to add a user and had 5 licenses. We thought we needed to purchase an additional license. However, in the meantime, our staff needs changed and we now have 5 paid licenses and only need those 5. But, our account shows that we need to pay for a 6th license but we no longer need it. There doesn't seem to be any way to change what we need. What should we do?
We are trying to determine who our company's Enterprise Admin is. Most of the support contact links tell me to contact my Administrator for help, but I do not know who that is. If I try logging into the enterprise support portal, I'm told I don't have access, contact the administrator. We've got several different people or teams at the company who use Adobe products and we're looking to get a handle on this, we've also had a lot of turn over from the spring, so we're trying to sort this out. Anyone have to work through something similar?
How many people can be signed into a business account at the same time? EX: I have 5 employees that are using the account - can 3 of them be signed in at the same time?
I just graduated from college and I'm trying to switch my account from a student to a regular account. Adobe is saying that I cannot change anything as I am no longer a student at the school. I had the Adobe suite for school but now all I need is photoshop. Is there a roundabout way that I can change my email so I don't need approval from school? Thanks!
Hi, First time posting here but this problem realy bothers me. I have a work pc (Dell Latitude 5480) and installing adobe creative cloud worked ok. The creative cloud update didn't go as planned and I got error 187 a lot but this is now fixed but now I have a blanc screen when I try to open the creative cloud app. All programs (photoshop, indesign, acrobat dc) work perfectly though. - So I have a blanc screen when opening creative cloud- My mouse icon flickers alot as it seems to keep reloading- My CPU load goes to 100% as all the adobe apps hog capacity. I already tried a lot of things like:- Restarting pc- Uninstall using the adobe uninstaller and reinstall under admin rights- Deleting the content of the OOBE folderNothing seems to solve this problem and I know a lot of people have this issue as I tried to google it many times.
As of October 31, 2020, Adobe discontinued support of deprecated SHA-1 configurations for federated directories within Adobe Admin Consoles. If your organization has one or more federated directories utilizing a deprecated SHA-1 certificate, or a directory that was converted as part of the SHA-256 Pilot, you must immediately migrate to prevent impact to end user access of Adobe products and services. Migration of federated directories to SHA-256 protocol aligns with industry standard, providing a more secure and direct integration with Adobe of your directory's authentication profiles. A self-service feature is available in the Adobe Admin Console that allows your organization to seamlessly migrate from a SHA-1 to a SHA-256 configuration requiring no down time and the ability to test prior to integration. With this solution, you can leverage the same directory as well as integrate directly with your identity provider, such as Azure, Google or any SAML 2.0 provide
How do I stop ADOBE booting up when I start my old MAC, it makes my system struggle for memory on startup
Today we seemed to all of the sudden have MAC users of with federated accounts using our Temp access not be able to launch Acrobat DC specifically even though they can install it and can install and launch other Adobe CC desktop apps(ie. Photoshp, Indesign...). They get a licensing error window that is launched by Acrobat Licensing Application. Is this a know issue? How do we resolve this?
Hi there Getting the run around. How do you cancel unused licenes in a Government/Corporate/Enterprise account. We have unassigned licences that we wont need, received quote and want to cull these unused licences from the amount to pay Thanks
Just providing feedback that we'd really like to see CLI options for the Acrobat Cleaner Tool (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html) for Mac. We've been running into occasional issues after updating to Catalina where some ancient piece of Acrobat is causing it to crash post-Catalina upgrade, and the easiest solution we've found is the Acrobat Cleaner Tool. However, we can't just throw it into Jamf Self Service for our technicians to run since we can't run from the command line. Please add this, or add documentation for how to do so (if it already exists). Thanks.
I am an administrator for one of the Login company I have a request from one of our users who needs access to a couple of Report Suites. Now I do see that we have over 200 Product Profiles. I am not aware of how these Product Profiles are organized or which Report Suite is part of which Product Profile. Is there a way for you guys to provide us with these details so that it would be easier for us to quickly provide access rather than keep guessing and go through the 200 Product profiles searching for the Report Suites.
Hi all,We are running Microsoft Intune as an MDM and we are managing a couple of hundred Windows 10 devices with it. Users do not have local administrator access, so cannot install updates themselves. We are able to deploy the base versions of Adobe Reader (11.0.0 or 10.0.0) without any issues (by uploading the MSIs to Intune and deploying that way), however because of the way the updates are packaged (as an MSI that calls an MSP file) we are not able to push out these updates - Intune does not support EXE or MSP files. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide with this, due to the distribution of our users (international) we are not able deploy this from a common network location, and from what I have seen Intune does not support this in any case. Thanks in advanceHarison
Hello! I am trying to install Photoshop and I get error 127. Illustrator and Indesign work perfectly.I tried changing the extracting direction to a new location in C drive, but I have the same problem. That disc has 400GB free.I uninstalled twice adobe CC but the same thing happens. Help!
HelloI am looking to speak with someone about procuring for my educational institution adobe creative cloud for our students, we have about 5,000 of them.thanks
I have a similar experience! We're two designers with two accounts (separate emails) with a shared folder on Creative Cloud (clients' and agency's).We were both working on our missions and SUDDENLY Creative Cloud decided to send EVERYTHING to the bin (local bin). I received a message from a software that I installed to free memory notifying me and asking me if I wanted to empty my bin, so I clicked yes. I would have lost all my files if it wasn't for the fact that I had an old back up (I might be a millennial but I do not trust Adobe's Cloud functionalities), and that I could stop the file syncing. So now, I'm so afraid of this happening again that I feel tempted to work on local (but I shouldn't because I'm on a collaborating environment).
We have a cloud based software that assists our clients in developing competencies and standards. But, our PDF output is not formatted and looks really unprofessional. Can someone point me in the right direction to get help with outputting a clean looking document?
