HiI might have found a possible bug with After Effects 2015.3 on Mac OS XSteps I have taken:1. Built a installer package with all products selected from the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager. Using the enterprise mode2. Package configurations were: - ignore conflicts and continue installations - Adobe update manager disabled (IT manages update distribution)3. Remote Update Manager enabled4. included all applications and built package msi instsaller5. Installed on a Mac OS X 10.10.56. Open After Effects 2015.3, go to Help > Updates. Able to open Adobe Update manager7. Tested all other applications in suite, and Help > Updates is greyed out and not clickable8. Hi all,I have deployed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (TLP license) on a master image RDSH2012R2 for Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 Machine Creation Services using APTEE.At first it looked ok as I received return code 0 both times using the adobe_prkt commands but users get prompted to sign in with an Adobe ID on the cloned RDSH.First I used the Adobe customization wizard in which I supplied the serial key and activated the offline exception and registration.Second I followed these steps outlined in Imaged OS deploymentsGenerated the prov.xml on a internet connected server by using this commandadobe_prtk --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6589 --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress --locales=nl_NL --provfilepath=C:\DeployRan the installation by using this commandmsiexec /i "\\server\deploy$\Adobe Acrobat Pro DC\unpacked\Adobe Acrobat\AcroPro.msi" TRANSFORMS="\\server\deploy$\Adobe Acrobat Pro DC\unpacked\Adobe Acrobat\AcroPro.mst" LEAVE_PDFOWNERSH
I am trying to permanently remove any and all tools that may allow an end user to alter a document. I have everything almost figured out except the tools that come by default in the quick tool bar. I have not been able to remove the "Sticky Note" or "Highlight Tool". I want to remove the quick tool bar permanently with out the end-user being able to bring it back.
Is there a way to have the setting "output adobe pdf portfolio when creating a new pdf file" in outlook under Acrobat Tab, unchecked, when I install Acrobat XI Pro. To see this setting need to open Outlook, go to Adobe PDF tab on top, click on change conversion settings and you will see the screen below. I would like to have this setting unchecked for everyone instead of doing it manually on everyone's machine.
Which plan would cover this best? Need to edit PDFs and create editable PDFs.
Hi I created a download file for the package to install Creative Cloud on my iMac, but it does;t take very long for it to bring up a large yellow warning triangle and the message "the installation failed".There is no error code, please can you let me know what I can do to fix this please?
We have recently started using the Dashboard. We Ask for revisión of our domain in order to get an Enterprise ID and we have no answer yet.
I used the Customization wizard to create a custom install which included our serial number and created an Off-line installation. We have acrobat DC running on Citrix 7.8. It is installed on a Gold Master image server, licensed and works fine on the master server.Once servers are deployed using the image, when acrobat is launched you get the Sign In Required dialogue box and have to go through the licensing process.
We have two licenses for Acrobat Professional, unfortunately one of our server crashed so we restored its image back but after image restore Acrobat Professional is not working on that server it says your Acrobat license limit exceeded and it is used on other machine.
Hello.I'm currently preparing updated 2015 CC packages of various Adobe applications for deployment in our enterprise.I an unfortunately seeing that some of the applications - e.g Animate - are installing in a folder that contains the revision of the application (2015.2) so it ends up installing in e.g. "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate CC 2015.2". That is a problem in our environment as we are using a seperate tool (RES Workspace Manager) to mange the users desktop and shortcuts as I'd then need to update the shortcuts every time we push out an updated revision - in worst case even having to duplicate them so one point to the old revision and another points to the new revision as the path isn't the same.I've tried to specify the install folder during deployment via the commands below:msiexec /i "Animate 2015 CC.msi" /qn ADOBEINSTALLDIR="%ProgramFiles%\Adobe\Adobe Animate 2015 CC\" /L*v C:\temp\animate3.logorsetup.exe --silent --ADOBEINSTALLDIR="%ProgramFiles%\Adobe\Adobe Animate 2

How do I view my team members and manage them?
Was läuft hier nicht richtig? So we've recently updated our adobe update infrastructure to the latest versions supplied by the CCP and I'm getting failures on the Mac side (haven't tested the windows yet). There appears to be some sort of issue with the libraries or binaries used in the download process, because it aborts after downloading the first set of files, stating that another download is in progress.I was having an additional issue earlier with error code 125, which, thanks to wireshark (and not the Adobe setup guide) I determined that I needed to add a wildcard MIME type for the validation files in ACC/services/fcc/validation. After I did that I was able to 'download' files, but installations were still failing. And just to clarify, I did a complete refresh of the files on the server (which only took 5 hours this time!) in an effort to rule out corrupt files. Here are the log files for the RUM runs:[When a Staff person asks for private information hover your mouse over their name][you may then click the Mess
Hello. We routinely update Acrobat with the latest patch using the same methodology every time. Since 11.0.0.14 or 11.0.0.15, this has always worked fine (Windows7 x64):msiexec /p <patchname>.msp /a <location of AIP created from the original installation media DVD)>\acropro.msiWith the patch for 11.0.0.18, this process completed successfully. However there is a problem. In the newly created AIP, "acropro.msi" is not there.I have tried numerous methods including using a completely different workstation with brand new files copied directly from the original installation media. Our methodology has not changed.Have they changed the location of acropro.msi in the resulting AIP, or is this patch messed up?Please help.
We are a VMWare VDI shop with a licensed version of Acrobat XI pro installed. Every time opened the EULA is presented. Why?And How do I make it stop?
How to suppress the creation of an icon on the desktop for Creative Cloud during the silent installation of Photoshop CC created by Creative Cloud Packager? Thanks for any answerResLi
HiI'm trying to make an Acrobat DC deployment package. We are a CCE customer. I'm yet to have success with Acrobat DC deployments. They tend to work at first, then the prompt for sign-in comes back, or the product claims to not be activated. In any case, here are the steps I'm taking, please tell me whether or not it looks like I'm doing this right. And most of all, what I'm supposed to do with the checkbox that offers me to "allow standalone Acrobat deployment with CCE serial... This is new, and thus far, I have not been able to find any documentation that explains what it is. Not even the "Help" window that displays for each page addresses it. Questions are in bold.Make Acrobat DC package using CCP. I uncheck the "Creative Cloud Desktop Application", as this package should be strictly the latest version of Acrobat. Though, I do want admin users to be able to update their own software.I open Acrobat Customization Wizard DC and proceed to open C:\[path]\Acrobat Pro DC\Build\Setup\APRO1

I have a user that is a member of my corporate team - thus the "Creative cloud for teams" portion of this question. She has Acrobat DC Pro in her plan and has had this plan since May of 2016.I just got a service ticket from her saying that she can no longer run DC Pro and Acrobat DC is now loading when she calls up a PDF document.Sure enough - she does not have Pro on her station anymore. I went to her ID sign-in and found that she also has a creative cloud free membership.....I manually removed Adobe DC, removed her account from the team, recreated her account and re-assigned the DC Pro license to her, then sent her an invitation to re-join the team. I then downloaded and installed the PRO versionAfter the installation we tested the PRO functionality and everything was fine. I closed the ticket for her. Some short time later (somewhere between 1 and 3 hours) the user called me up claiming the problem had returned - once again, PRO was no longer available and the reguler DC was on her s

I am new to using a deployment package installer, and at my new job I was given a folder with the installer package to run on my machine. I did previously have an individually licensed copy of CC installed on this machine, but even after uninstalling, running the Adobe CC Cleaner tool according to directions, and following the instructions listed in items 1, 3 ,and 6 here: Error exit code 6, exit code 7 installing Adobe Creative Cloud My log gives an Exit code 0 - no problems, but I still get a FATAL and ERROR line in the log during installation:10/10/16 20:02:28:040 | [FATAL] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 14252 | The return code from the Adobe Installer Process is (7).Stopping the installation process.10/10/16 20:02:28:040 | [ERROR] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 14252 | Media Failed (IDSN11.0)I tried rebooting multiple times, cleaning the registry with CCleaner, and re-running the Adobe CC Cleane
