Does anyone have a method of exporting a list of Admins along with their privileges?

I want to cancel my plan, but no matter tele nor online-customer service, all can't work!

I have a problem my account has become a business profile and not a personal profile, and I cannot open my main account on Behance because it has become a business account.I have a missing ( automatically profile selection option ) that I am looking for but cannot find.   [personal information removed by moderator]

As a recent new employee I downloaded Creative Cloud and then registered as a new user. Unfortunately when creating my account I chose personal, by mistake, instead of creating a business account.Now the system will not let me change from personal to business. I have tried by deleting my account, uninstalling Creative Cloud and then re-installing it. But the system still remembers my email-adress and will not accept me to go ahead and create a business account. I have attached images that appears when trying to create a new account.So now I did re-create my personal account, just in order to be able top write here in the community, hoping to get some directions and answers.Suggestions on how to go about this, in order to finally get the business account created?  

The latest security patcha and long term supported version available for Premiere 2024 is 24.6.4. That specific version is not listed in Adobe Creative Cloud, nor any other version between 24.6.1 and 24.6.4. Our organization deploys Adobe apps via the Creative Cloud app and users have varying available versions of Premiere in the Creative Cloud app. Could someone explain why this is and why is the list not complete? 24.6.4 is available to create a package via the Adobe Admin console but not in Adobe Creative Cloud. Ideally, we will need everyone to update to 24.6.4.

I currently am under a district account (specifically jordan school district) and it for some reason lets me download apps that I apparently "Don't Own". In this specific case is substance painter 3d. After downloading and running, it shows I should either buy or use a free trial. Why would it let me download, shows that it is included in my plan, then shows that I don't own it? All other adobe programs work fine, such as photoshop and literally everything. Someone please help!

We got message that we should contact our sales person to renew our  Acrobat VIP licenses before April 6th 2024. We would like to renew. However, the mails to the only salesperson we know, are being rejected. We cannot chat (not operational at the moment) nor call (connection is disrupted after voicemail).  The helpsection in the admintool does not give us a solution to renew either. How can we renew our licenses if we cannot contact you by any means? Please help us to renew our licenses.Thanks in advance, K. May I know whether your issue solved? I'm facing the same issue now on not receiving any file in my enterprise profile, it all go to the personal profile instead due to same email

HiI have the same problem installing the latest version of CC on different computers with windows 10 Pro - all updated and meets the system requirements. The error occurs regardless of the contents of the package and thus also when the package contains only CC Desktop Application (and license). Also when no previous installation of CC has been on the PC. I have read a lot of support threads and really looking forward to getting the problem resolved. MSI database errors occur a lot in the log file. MacOS 15.2 and MacOS 14A few days ago a user in our organisation noticed they have read-only access to a few CC Shared Libraries. Since I created these libraries, I tried removing the user from these libraries and inviting them again. After they accepted the invite, the Libraries are still in View Only Mode. I tried something else - I downloaded a copy of a Library, imported it back to Creative Cloud Libraries and moved it from Personal to Team (moved to Business Storage). Unfortunately the same user is unable to see this Library at all. Furthermore, other Team Members with active CC accounts also cannot see the newly created Team Library - meaning that moving Shared Libraries to Team ones may not be an ideal solution.  Can we please have some assistance here, as we're a paying client and some timely support is expected?

There is a difference between the amount I paid for the account purchase and the amount on my invoice. What is the reason for this? The answers on the frequently asked questions page about invoices and payments were not useful to me.

Hi community,we have a problem. We have 2 contracts.We have removed the licenses from the users of contract A and also removed the user in this contract. These users were added to contract B and the licenses were reassigned.Now the users from the former contract A are having problems using your products.You have already logged out and logged in again and also deleted your browser history. When you open Acrobat Pro (as an example), you are asked to start a new paid subscription.Is there an error in the Adobe Console? Thanks and regardsSabrina

I would like to use the students licence from my university for commercial use as marketing manager. Is this ok? Or can i only use the students licence from my university for study projects and privat things?  Greetings

I have my Adobe account with the university I work for as an Adobe for Enterprise account.As I will move to another University which does not offer Adobe, I will need to buy a teacher's license for myself.In most Software will be just about logging off and logging in with the new account after purchasing the license.however, I have built a website with Adobe Portfolio and published work on BehanceHow do I transfer my website from my old Adobe for Enterprise account to the new personal account? hope I have managed to explain clearly enough thank you!

Hello! I'm getting this messages for app requests: I'm clicking the review button, sign in, and get this: Can someone explain to me how or why this happens? I'm one of two admins on this site, so I know it can't be permissions based. 

I am trying to add users to my license using a k12.hi.us email domain.  The system is not allowing me to do so BUT I have 9 other accounts listed with that email domain. Is there a work around on this? Am I missing a step?

However, since we only have a Teams account we can not access Adobe Expert support for Enterprise. The Adobe Teams Expert support then refers us to Adobe Sales and we go around again.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello - I cannot upload Raw files to the creative cloud. In my case, I have a lot of EIP files. I tried loading them but the file type(s) not supported. ZIP files don't work neither. Who can help?Thank you!Anuschka

I am hoping someone could point me in the right direction.  I have deployed an AdobeCC package to a few test clients using SCCM.  I am new to SCCM and I have been searching for how to invoke the remote update manager for all of my clients using SCCM.  I am not using AUSST, I will be going directly to Adobe.  I have found examples for Linux and Mac but nothing for SCCM.This guide says it is possible but I just can seem to find a good example.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have Access to Admin Console and we  have  4 users that have received emails that their Adobe Pro Licences had expired.      There is nothing in the Console about any expired Licences, and    received  recent invoice and not reporting any issue.    I have  emailed account Manager , but havent had a response yet.  

hi,last year we bought 5 acrobat pro license from adobe web site. This year, after renewal we cant see the members who has license on our admin console but members using their license properly.  but we need to replace one of the license to another person.  we cant see the members and we cant do it. please help about it. how can we assign the license to different person?
