Some of our users are not receiving the audit report in the attachment file, while a majority of others are.  Anyone else experience this issue.  All users are tied to the company account.

Hello, maybe you can help me.We have level 4 in the VIP program and have a 3-year commitment (extended term with annual payments).We have 12 licenses for All Apps and 14 licenses for All Apps Pro (now apparently Edition 4). Not all of our licenses require access to the stock content. Similarly, we have 62 normal InCopy licenses and 14 InCopy Pro (now Edition 4). Other licenses are not listed here.My account manager says there is only Edition 4 and there is no option to choose other licenses. So now I have to pay for 26 All Apps and 76 InCopy licenses in Edition 4. That's a price increase of several thousand dollars. I thought with the 3 year commitment I would always pay the same price? Because even the normal license prices are no longer the ones I paid in 2023. Do any of you know or can explain this?

I am trying to edit the users of a company team that I have created that have access to the company libraries. Basically when I (admin) create a new library I can assign a group that I have created to that library. This works like clockwork, no issues. However I ant to edit the users of that group but I cannot find out where to do that. I have spoken to Adobe support who just went round and round in circles and then clicked off the chat, twice, so it seems that they don't know how to do it either. Anyone else know how to do this? I've checked user groups and it's not that. I've checked anythign to do with groups in the cc cloud library, assets library, main admin console etc etc. I just can't find where to make this change and it's frustrating the hell out of me!

My middle school students share ipads to use Adobe Express and a couple devices have maxed out with the amount of accounts allowed on a device and a new student can not sign in to AE on the device. How do I remove student emails/accounts from these shared devices so new students can use AE on them?

The users for these different municipalities are located in 1 Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), the difference being that the users have their own domain name per municipality.Is it possible to link different Adobe admin consoles (one admin console per municipality) to one and the same Entra ID?

Can ANYONE help me with trying to locate help to get access to my company's account? We are on a licensing subsription and no-one knows the login or where to find the information. I need to work out what we are using and who has licences attached to their profiles. I cannot locate ANYWHERE to get help.

Wir würden gerne wissen ob wir einfach zu klein und uninteressant für Adobe sind oder ob es einfach ein grandios unverschämter Umgang mit Kunden generell ist. Monate vor Ablauf versuche ich Kontakt mit Adobe aufzunehmen. Wir benötigen eine eigene Rechnung pro Lizenz ohne Mwst. In einem Jahr ist dies möglich und im anderen dann auf einmal nicht. Was ist da los? Mittlerweile habe ich zig Stunden im Online Chat und am Telefon verbracht und bin mittlerweile ziemlich genervt und sauer. So viel kostbare und teure Zeit. Es sist unerhört und frech! Hoffentlich meldet sich alsbald jemand bei uns und  klärt endlich auf, wo der Wurm drin steckt. Das kann nicht Euer Ernst sein, liebes Adobe Team!!!!!!

We already have licenses for creative cloud for our organization but even when signed in under an email from our company one person still cant access any of the programs in the creative cloud, neither on mac or windows. It just tells her to request access to the different apps. For other users it works just fine so im not sure what the issue is.

One of my users requested a new license for Adobe software.     We didn't have any licenses available, so we went through our procurement process and purchased the license.      In the meantime my boss and I were spammed with request reminder emails.    Having purchased the license, I assigned it to the user who requested it.     The emails continued and I found that the request hadn't gone away from the Admin Console.   The chat representative said maybe the user requested it more than once.    I can't be sure which problem prevented the request form going away (I only ever saw one request) but both of these things should be guaranteed in the Admin Console: 1.  If a user requests the same software out of the Creative Cloud app more than once, all such requests should fold into the same request. Or even more strictly, users shouldn't be allowed to make multiple requests for the same product.&

We are recieving the following error messages that licenses are overdue for payment which is clearly false. Because of this error message all users in our organization cannot utilize any of the Acrobat features and Creative Cloud. This has been occurring since we made our payment last month. Now a month later we cannot utilize any features that we paid for due to this error. A ticket was submitted by Adobe Support (ADB-30739110-R4X6). The first representative I spoke with stated that we would get a call back from the Senior Engineers in 24 hours. I waited over 24 hours, call and spoke with another representative and they stated the issue would be resolved in 48 hours and I would get a callback from a Senior Engineer. It's been 48 hours, and as I'm typing this I got a reply from a representative stating the inconvience of  Adobe Admin Portal issue. I appreciate the response, but this is impacting our organization. It is almost a month I have been trying to contact Adobe. I thing somebody is kidding me. We pay substantial amount in our Teams subscription for many years. But there is no way how to speak with Adobe.  - Chat means chating with robot, and if you get to the person, you are transfered to other team, as many times as you are kicked out of the chat with no reason. - adobe Ticket system seems to be an AI robot from Wish, who repeats the same and sending links to the help, (which we read multiple times and did not find answer there). Answers to the ticket seems to be waste of time - calling, if you get through, you get to the person, who a) know nothing and you spend hours waiting for his "Let me consult with my superior"  b) is sitting in middle of Times Square (so noisy background you can hear everybody, but the person talking to)  c) speaking poor english  d) transfering you to other team, "who knows", so many times that the call disconnects. &nbs

My employer set up my account and I accidentally selected the personal profile option, rather than my employer's business profile. By doing that, I'm not getting access to the Adobe functions. How can I remedy this?

Why does Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise class limit data to 105 Gb? When the smaller photo packages for single users let them have 1 TB. It is terribly low and almost unusable amount of space for certain Adobe Apps to use. 

Hi all,I've recently built and deployed a few CC applications (Photoshop and Illustrator) and I'm trying to figure out a way to keep them up to date.The computers are all shared Autopilot managed machines and in use by students. The end users do not have admin priveleges and don't have access to the self-service option in CC (this is intended). I'm curious on how other admins have solved the issue of keeping the apps up to date without the self-service option. So far I'm only able to run it by creating a task in task scheduler that runs as SYSTEM every 24h or when a user logs on and because the packages are still fresh, I cannot check it's behavior when there are updates available.

Hy there, I'm actually struggling with a users password reset.For this reset he needs to type in the verification code - which is just sent to a phone number that doesn't exist any more. There is no possibility to change this method (for example to send the number via mail). Is there any possibility to reset the password without this phone code?Thanks

We have thousands machines deployed (both Windows & Mac) that do not have the Adobe Remote Update Manager (RUM) installed all Adobe apps were not installed using a custom package. I've reviewed the Adobe article titled Use Adobe Remote Update Manager  (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/using-remote-update-manager.html) and concerningly the article says:You cannot run RUM on a machine on which you have not previously deployed a package.This means that, if you download RUM from the Tools page on the Admin console (Packages > Tools), and run it without previously deploying any package on the machine where you are running RUM, you will get an error What is the path forward to get the Adobe Remote Update Manager (RUM) installed & functional on machines with existing installs of Adobe products that were not installed using a custom package but public facing installers? Key points

Good morning, I wanted to ask you a question: I currently have a VIP number which has however expired. 1) How long do the licenses remain active if payment for renewal is not made? 2) if you were to change retailer and therefore proceed to create a new VIP number: -- 2a) can I use the same account by associating it with two VIP numbers or do I have to create another one? -- 2b) with the new VIP do I have to re-assign the licenses I had in the other VIP? And will each user have to first save files to the current cloud and move them to the new one? What does the transition to a new VIP number mean in practice? A thousand thanks

In order to purchase an education licence, I need to mark the account as part of the K12 sub-segment. I have raised a ticket with Adobe several times and have had no success. Our reseller has processed the order with the distribution partner who has fulfilled it. However, Adobe do not deem the order as received because it is for an education licence yet our account is not flagged as part of the education sub-segment.I have tried to follow the below instructions to add the K12 sub-segment to our account. When I want to view a report via insights, I frequently get the message: We're sorry. Something went wrong. We're working on the problem, Please try again.Does anyone know why I get this message and how to solve it structurally?

HiHave set up to test request app feature in CC. The requests appear in the Admin Console but I [the main admin] do not receive notification emails.We have a spam filter, which lists all blocked emails and none have been received from Adobe. Nothing in Junk either.Thanks,Scott.
