The Adobe Reader don´t shows the option Fill & Sign to sign documents. I try reinstall the app but the problem persist. Previusly, in this PC I was have installed other version of Adobe Reader, I was uninstall the old version and install the new version from Creative Cloud Desktop but this problem persist. 

I'm 29 days from my renewal, and according to this link Manage your Teams licenses during the renewal window (adobe.com) , I should be able to update my plan 30 days before my renewal.  My account does not have the Update Plan button shown in the link.   See my screenshot below.   Am I misunderstanding what the link shows about how to manage my licenses during the renewal window, or is there something wrong with my admin account?   

Good morning, This is an issue that has been plaguing our workspace for over a year. I have several full Acrobat users, and many Adobe reader users. This issue effects them both. What happens is the Adobe temp files located at: C:/ProgramData/Adobe/Temp fill up with installer.bin and config.bin. This lasts until we manually remove those files from the directory. Could I have assistance on this issue? We have 3 adobe acrobat pro subscription of which one is via another vendor Digital River and 2 direct with Adobe.  We were requested by Adobe to switch the account with Digital River to Adobe direct so that we can easily obtain our invoices from the system.  After we made the switch, the other 2 accounts signed up directly with Adobe were totally eliminated. We are unable to use the accounts and it is a nightmare to get adobe support assistance.  Hoping someone from Adobe will catch sight of this and  respond to us as to how to resolve the issue.

I'd like to have an account set up for 8-10 users in a business, paid by direct debit but with each having their own private files, as we all work on confidential documents.We'd all need the acrobat editor, a few staff would need some of the graphics software also.Is this possible?At the moment we have multiple accounts and it would be better to have a business sign up.

One of our systems installed the KB5034123 update for Windows 11 yesterday. Immediately after restarting, all Creative Cloud apps are now saying that "Your License Has Expired" and to contact your IT administrator for access.  The problem is that there is nothing wrong with the licenses. They are still active and work on other machines without this update. I've tried nearly everything I can think of and find to resolve this issue. Including... - Signing out and back in- Reinstalling CC and all apps- Trying another Adobe account with an active license- Checking hosts file for Adobe entries- Deleting old cache folders- Deleting Adobe user certificates- Deleting Adobe credentials in Windows credential manager We are completely dead in the water with using any of our Adobe products on this machine and desperately need a solution. 

Hallo I've installed The Creative cloud console from my enterprise license in my IMAC and it worked fine, then I've installed photoshop and lightroom but I had the error code 201. So following the community answers I removed everithing, the creative clud, photoshop and ligthroom, i also removed the AV cleanmymac, I deleted all the keys and files in the application root. Once restarded I installed the creative clud from a direct link and again after I've installe photoshop i've had first the error code 12000 and then the error code 201. I't looks like my connection it's not good but if I go to the web version it works well, also the cretive clud console works well. I can I solve it? Thanks Luca

In the Api Documentation of the Adobe Analytics, we could not find details regarding whether or not fields supported by Adobe endpoints can have null values.Is there any way through which we can find whether the fields can be nullable or not?API documentation link: https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/apis/ Is there any other approach through which we could find it would be helpful. 

I've been trying multiple times to cancel my teams membership before it auto renews, since it is now irrelevant for me, and I can't afford Adobe at the moment. BUT every single time I get in touch with customer service they put me on hold for 30mins and the ditch the call.

It is difficult to manage the Creative Cloud Desktop Application uninstallation in enterprise environment for multiple versions. Hence we are looking for an available parameter/solution to disable the Automatic updates of CCDA so that we can install/update the CCDA application latest version in our environment on quarterly basis.

Hi, I have a simple question. Do the enterprise/business licence allow 2 computers like a personal licence or only one?

You know things are not good when a company's support team member needs to get the support of Adobe just to unlock an account. A user had forgotten their password and ended up being locked out. The error they were when trying to log in and EVEN when trying to reset their password was : "For security reasons, your access is temporarily disabled. For more details, contact xxxxxxx" As an enterprise admin, why do I not have the ability to do this? I had to go through adobe chat support to get my team members back into her account.  An hour of time wasted!  I've noticed other deficiencies in the admin portal. For instance, I cant resend invites to users. have to delete and recreate the whole account just so they can get the email.  

Good afternoon,  in our company i manage an ETLA contract. I've a problem with an user  with with a regular InDesign license. After the log with AbobeID and after select the company profile the result is a page with the options for buy the license or start the trial version. I tried to remove the license and the profile from admin console and starting from the beginnig creating the profile again and assign the license. The problem still the same. Any solutions ? Thanks.

I have tried reinstall the cloud app and nothing seems to fix this so I need you guys to sort this out in back end.  

I was issued a profile at the company i work for for the adobe CC.Recently there was a change in adobe organizational managing accounts as an admin -- something like that, and they created a new profile for me, with the same email address, and when i signed in one day it asked do you want thatsbyers or personal.  What is this? Seems the older business profile turned into a personal profile that is connected to me because of the email address. Now i get emails about the personal profile not having a current cc on file. when i sign into the personal profile i look for remove or delete and there is none. How do I remove this personal profile and just have the business profile with the one email address that is linked to the business account?

For the team planning of creative cloud, is that the number of license I have to buy equal to the number of the community members who are going to join? Or I can just buy one license and then for all the team members to use?

About two months ago, we started having problems with SSO for some of our Federated IDs.When users are requested to logon, the Adobe CC Cloud Desktop will redirect them to Microsoft Edge for logon. The user then enters his e-mail address and the authentication towards AzureAD runs and sends the user back to the Adobe page. Instead of a successful logon, we get for a rising number of users the message "Something went wrong. Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service".According to the logs on Azure, the login is successful, so the problem must be somewhere on Adobe's side.The problem just started with existing users also. Hello, Since yesterday and randomly, some users can no longer log in to Adobe products via Creative Cloud or directly through the application. It gets stuck at the license check during the opening. I have tried everything in the articles related to connection issues, but nothing seems to work. Have you encountered this issue before?
