I opened a chat session.  The AI couldn't understand my question and neither did the rep that I had to beg to join.  I went to request an "expert" session and they're looking to book an appointment 3 weeks from now.  ALL I AM LOOKING FOR is setting up 2fa for my org.  The article on the adobe help site listed tabs I don't have available in my admin console.  Is there anyone that has some insight into how to enable 2fa for my org (not just my account)?  I have sys admin level access.  Thank you.

We had a user that was storing files in the Lightroom Cloud catalog and then sharing them out. They were being stored under his Team Coud license. The user is no longer with our organization and we cannot access any of his images. Is there a way to retrieve them? We initially submitted this request in through the Admin Console, but the case was closed with no resolution.  We were told that reclaiming assets as part of the CC team environment would be easy, but it feels like each time we separate with an employee we find some other issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello there, I am packaging up the Current Adobe Creative Cloud App Version 4.7.0.400 and I need the Silent Install Switch.I have tried the following Set-up.exe --silent and it keeps popping up the Adobe Sign In Windows. So please share with me what is the silent switch to install this application silently?Also I have a side question, if the Adobe Creative Cloud application is installed on users system who has No Admin Rights, will they be able to log into the application and download/install for example Acrobat without Admin Rights?Thank YouJosh

How do I create a VIP invite to a client that is a nonprofit organization 

I will be updating the user list for the user group that I manage. I will be given a list of users in CSV file. I understand that there is a way to upload users via CSV file but is there a way to do a bulk edit, i.e., users not on new list are removed and the ones already on this are not added twice? Do I need to go through the current list of users and only upload the new users and manually remove the users that no longer have a license?

When an user request a product, I usually receive an email with the information. And I receive an email for each person. Now if there are more than one user request I am receiving two request on each email. When we receive these products request we need to check with the user as to what their use case it. I would reply to the request email and send it to the user asking for the information. Now I end up with two users on one email. I have to tinker with the email in order to send to the user that I may need to get info from. And today it sent me the emails for two users already sent and skipped two new users altogether. If this is consider an update, let me tell you it is not. It is more of a setback making it harder to see what is going on without having to actually to go to the admin console. Do we have to keep the request emails this way or is there a way to get it back to the way it use to be?

We have laready purchased creative cloude licence by credit card. after few month we have to buy another licence. it's done sucessfully but after few days later received a mail " your payment not approved. Please update payment info.  We have sucessfully updated payment info but it's not updated. we are trying with another card but not done yet. now we have received mail your licence suspended on date..... please update your payment info asap.We have already going with chat support not possitive result.

We got message that we should contact our sales person to renew our  Acrobat VIP licenses . We would like to renew. However, the mails to the only salesperson we know, are being rejected. We cannot chat (not operational at the moment) nor call (connection is disrupted after voicemail).  The helpsection in the admintool does not give us a solution to renew either.   How can we renew our licenses if we cannot contact you by any means? <moderator removed account information> Please help us to renew our licenses. As seen in the photo below, I can't seem to find the button to manage my plan and cancel my subscription. I haven't been using Adobe much these days and I decided to cancel my plans but without the manage plans option, I'm not quite sure how to deal with this. 

thanks for swift reply kglad.Yes I have an admin of adobe CC4T in an organisation.I've had similar conversation with adobe support already:This security bulletin subscription feature is isolated from having adobe ID's etc - you simply visit that site and register for the product notifications you want to the email address you specify. It doesn't prompt you to sign into a valid ID etc.Cheers,

Hi, I got a free trial for the creative cloud all apps plan, and I canceled it before the deadline, so i don't get charged. 3 months later, I am checking my bank account, and I have been getting charged $97.19 every month. It literally wasn't showing I was on any plan when I was getting charged, so I am not sure why that was happening. I contacted customer service and I only got a refund for my last charge. I deserve my full refund which is $291.57 because this is not my fault in any way. Sure i didn't notice it until months later, but it was because it was cancelled. Can anyone help me here?

Please hoping someone can help! I've just created my student account and payed for the all cloud apps plan. The system though linked my account to the wrong enterprise and now I don't have any app linked to my account giving this message "Your administrator hasn’t assigned any apps or services to your account. Contact your administrator to request access." And I can't change anything on my account! what do I do???

Hi,I am having been trying for days to get Adobe creative cloud to install on our new set of machines (Windows 11), I have downloaded the 64 bit and the 32 bit installer from the admin console but I have been unable to get it to install either via double clicking the msi or setup.exe or via command line, they all just start then fail and roll back. I don't know if it's the firewall or another issue that is causing it to faile, but I don't get any indication or error on the screen other than see the install roll back.Below is my PDApp.log which just says [FATAL]  Failed to find ASU folder in package -------------03/21/23 13:50:08:559 | [INFO] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 13292 | Build Version - 2.1.0.2003/21/23 13:50:08:559 | [INFO] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 13292 | Logging Level verbosity Set to 403/21/23 13:50:08:559 | [INFO] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 13292 | Executing immediate custom

Hello together, I am admin of my company and we use a deployment software / or GPO to install our software to our clients. I tried a silent installation with the deploymenttool, but it showed me the login dialog of Adobe Cloud.   Do someone have an idea to handle the silent installation of Adobe Cloud software. My request is, if the installation is done, the user login in to his client and can login into adobe cloud app with his credentials an can install the managed software himself. I hope here is any help. Greetz from GermanyDirk

Hi, we haveour organisation's Adobe License ID Since the employee resigns his job we have disable his mail ID. Our Adobe license belongs to that mail id and we don't know that Mail's Adobe login password. How can we change it to some other mail id. Please suggest any other solution to resolve this issue.

For the past 2 months we have been trying to renew our subscription without success. I contacted support and got the name of the new representative, had a teams meeting with her and then still no renewal of our license. We now have 7 more days of access to Creative Cloud apps but the license has expired in the meantime. What should I do to resolve this licensing issue? My users will no longer have access in 7 days if this is not resolved. I have never experienced such a unclear process or worse renewal support. It is a nightmare.

Hello, I am currently a university student using the "Adobe for Enterprise" plan. But for some reason, I am charged a monthly fee of $65 despite the subscription affiliated to the university? And I tried contacting my school's IT administrator about this issue, and they said I have to directly contact Adobe support for this issue, and when I tried to chat the Adobe Support virtual assistant, they said to contact my organization administrator about this issue? I'm really unsure as to what or how to deal with this issue. Any ideas?? Thank you!! 

I need to be able to switch between my personal Adobe ID sign in and work Adobe ID sign in within the apps downloaded onto my laptop. However, the only way this seems to be possible would be to uninstall the programme (installed using my personal user ID) and reinstall it (to change the user ID to my work account). Logging out of one ID and into the other ID on the Adobe cloud makes no difference whatsoever within the actual application (Illustrator or Photoshop, for instance).  What has been really unhelpful is that, on a previous thread about this issue, the adobe professionals who have responded to the thread haven't acknowledged or answered the issue, they have simply suggested unhelpful work arounds such as installing the two different accounts on different machines. https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/two-user-accounts-on-same-mac/td-p/10479452/page/2 This is wholely unhelpful, not possible in my situation, and completely avoids the iss
