Fresco

Hi everyone,  Is there any setting that allows to make all layers visible at once?  I know about the "Hide/Show all other layers" button, but it is often very glitchy, it hides layers and then doesn´t show them back, so I have to click through each layer manually which is a huge waste of time for me as I work on big projects.... So I wonder if there is maybe some other button/setting that I can´t find that can just make all layers visible at once? TIA

Adobe Fresco 7.4.2 on iPad Pro M4 - 26.5 - Local files missing after updateI’m using an iPad Pro M4 with Adobe Fresco 7.4.2. Immediately after updating a few days ago, my document library became disorganized and files appeared to be missing.Symptoms:Several folders that previously contained artwork now appear empty. Many documents have been renamed “Untitled” and open as blank canvases. The Home and Recent views contain lots of blank “Untitled” documents and are missing recent artwork. Documents are out of order. After force quitting and restarting Fresco, some missing files reappeared, and some folders repopulated with the correct artwork and thumbnails when I pulled down to refresh them. However, around lots of documents still appear to be missing.Additional information:Adobe Fresco is still using 22.1 GB of storage on my iPad. My Creative Cloud storage is full (0 GB remaining), but it has been full for many months and everything worked normally until this update. I have not uninstal

Hey! Today I opened a drawing with an animation on it, only to see that the document was completely blank. Checking the timelapse, it is the correct drawing and it does have the whole animation saved, but all of my layers are deleted and it looks like a completely empty canvas. I tried reverting it to a previous version, but that was empty too. Please help asap, I would like my drawing back

Hello Adobe Support, I’m experiencing a serious issue with Adobe Fresco on my iPad Air 11-inch (M3) using an Apple Pencil Pro. When I try to draw short, quick strokes, the lines sometimes appear as dots. Longer strokes can be drawn without issue, but if I try to draw quickly, only a dot appears.For example, when writing the Japanese character “え”, the first stroke becomes a dot, while the second stroke is drawn correctly. This happens with all brushes in Fresco. However, in other painting or note-taking apps, I can draw short strokes normally with the same Pencil. I contacted Apple about a potential Apple Pencil Pro defect, but they confirmed that since it works fine in other apps, this is definitely an Adobe Fresco issue. For reference, I previously used an iPad 6th generation with the original Apple Pencil (older model) and did not experience this problem. I rely on Fresco for my daily work, and this issue severely affects my efficiency. Hello, yesterday I was for some reason logged out of my account on Adobe Fresco. (I hadn’t used it for 2 weeks max.) After I logged in almost all of my documents which I believed to be saved on the cloud were gone. I don’t get it since they always synchronised and they never just disappeared. Even after I had to create a new account they were still saved so I never believed that they were not properly saved. Is there any way to get them back or are they gone forever? :( I already tried logging in multiple times it always stayed the same… please help 

I want to move around the canvas when I have the zoom in app for windows. And I don't get any option, no command ... NOTHING. Help

Hi, I'm using Fresco on iPad, all of a sudden I can't do anything on it. I decide to restart iPad. Then I can't open my file (in which I have spent all day working on it!) It tells me: "this document does not appear to be a valid psd file fresco" I was in Fresco though. I wasn't trying to open it in Photoshop.  Help? Thanks

Two days ago, when I opened the app, all the brushes I had added from the "Discover" section had disappeared. I'd been using them for months and this had never happened before. I thought it would be fixed simply by reinstalling them, but I've been waiting for two days and they haven't installed. It just says "Adding..." but no matter how long I wait, no brush pack installs. The default brushes work, although sometimes the brush names disappear and only the sample line appears. I don't know what happened, and I don't want to uninstall and reinstall the app because I'm afraid my work will be lost. What should I do? (I have the Windows PC version)

Halftone brushes are glitching.If I tap the pencil once,like a stipple they work,but I can't draw a line.if I use my finger they work fine.I've tried resetting the brushes & adjusting the pencil pressure.only effecting my Halftone brushes

Since the last update, I can‘t adjust the controls anymore for the Apple Pencil in the input settings. I can‘t choose what happens with a double tap or a pen squeeze. When I squeeze the pen, the last used brushes menu pops up, which is basically useless since I can’t see the names of the brushes. Previously the colour selection also popped up. For the double squeeze basically all functionality is gone, it doesn’t do anything anymore. The controls of the Apple Pencil are useless if the App doesn’t let me customise them. I wonder if this is a bug on my App or if these features have just been removed in the last update?

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask if anyone would be willing to help me. Today, my old adobe account from a previous school was deactivated today. I had been using this account with no issues up until today. My question is, would there be anyway to obtain my old project files from Adobe Fresco and place/use them in my new adobe account? Thank you all so much. 

Can you please provide me the link, where I can download Fresco Version 4. I have tried to install the newest version, but it crashes. I really need a version which works. Thank you.

Beim letzten update von fresco können Schriften nicht mehr in Vektor umgewandelt werden. Einzelne Schrift erscheint dann um das 2-3fache vergrößert und an falscher Position. Fließtext wird in EINER Zeile größer dargestellt, alles übereinander. Ich benutze ipad pro OS 26.6 und ipad air OS 26.5.2. Auf beiden Geräten funktioniertdie Umwandlung der Schriften in pdf-Datei nicht.

Hi everyone,I'm encountering a persistent issue with Adobe Fresco. Here is the exact sequence of steps I follow:1. I open Adobe Fresco on my device（iPad pro）.2. I click the "Sign In" button and enter my Adobe ID (email) and password.3. The app shows a message that login is successful, and then I wait for a moment.4. A small loading/processing window appears briefly and then disappears.5. Immediately after that window disappears, I get an error notification saying: "Your account does not have the required permissions" – and I cannot proceed to use the app.I have already tried restarting the app and rebooting my device, but the same error occurs every time.

My photo icon is missing from my tool bar? How do I add it?

in general ı have problem about this app. I am using on my pc. first i couldnt draw on a page almoust for an hour .And right now i cant even open the app. Whats hapening is my pc broken or the app ?

I recently got told it was full but after some cleaning up, I realised the rest of my remaining files only amounted to less than 1gb storage. Still, Fresco says I’m using 4.7gb storage.So where is the other 4gb coming from?Things I tried that didn’t work:Deleting brushes Permanently deleting files on the cloud storage website Signing out then back into my accountHopefully someone solves my issue soon. I’m an art teacher and use this app to teach students due to its features and accessibility, so it’s kind of an important issue.

Bonjour, Je rencontre de gros bug depuis la semaine passée. Fresco a carrément perdu tout un dessin que j’avais fait. Maintenant il me dit que je n’ai plus d’espace de stockage pour  enregistrer mon fichier. Alors que j’ai encore 1013 go de libre sur le cloud adobe et j’ai 132 giga de libre sur mon iPad .Quand j’arrive à ouvrir mon dessin, il se ferme tout seule toute les deux minutes. Et quand je n’y arrive pas il me dit que ce n’est pas un fichier psd compatible. Apparemment ça serait un bug connu? J’ai peur de tout perdre si je me déconnecte Et impossible de contacter le support directement? Je ne trouve aucun chat ni aucun numéro ou mail. Et comme c’est mon outil de travail , c’est très handicapant .merci de votre aide 

Where’s the the ruler now? And the toolbar was obviously much more accesible in the previous version, now you have to move the arm over the screen everytime you need to change tools.

Windows 11, Adobe Fresco 5.7.0. "Import and Open" no longer opens JPG, JPEG, or PNG files. The file picker closes immediately after selecting an image. Dragging images into an existing canvas works normally. Reinstalling Fresco, resetting permissions, changing file associations, and testing different images did not resolve the issue. The file picker does not show recent downloads, and the folders appear to be empty when clicked on. I was able to import properly only once upon installing Fresco and it has not worked yet, even when trying to import that same JPEG. It allows me to search up the name of the file, but when I press Open it simply exits out of the file picker back to the Hime page without doing anything.
