Fresco

I love the vector Fresco brush but the interface and workflow could be much improved.I only need a handful of tools, a few brushes and a compact color palette when im making an illustration. All the rest is taking up valuable screen real estate.People have different workflows. Please let us dock the tools that we use all the time in the sidebar so they are only one tap away. regardsJan

I’m still fairly new to Fresco, and what’s new in this version compared to the last.but I really like the new fill tool now when I’m drawing in vector I can see the bucket on the tool bar and it fills as expected. It’s really satisfying. in the past I’d have to figure out which icon was fill and then remember the correct sub tool that did what I sxpected thanks team. I know you’re always putting in a lot of hard work I can tell from all the video tutorials I watch and the progressive improvements and it’s a drop in the ocean but I hope you see that your work is appreciated despite how particular we all are here about getting just what we each like. 

after the recent update (april 2026) where the toolbar is now on the top instead of the side. I noticed that the color paletts were also changed, and more shockingly...all my custom palettes are gone. It will still load the imported image colors, but I used to have “sets” made for different clients. I didn’t realize you could save those to the cloud (I think, still not clear about that), so these only lived in Fresco….. Anyone else experience this? It’s really hard to make multiple images for clients without their specific palettes loaded up. Moving forward, how to I make them “permanent”?This is rediculous……..I also preferred the tools on the left, as i am right-handed. and the undo/redo is a little farther out of reach for me now. Not liking it so far. 

I created a Adobe Fresco File and I have been working on it for a wile and now it can’t be opened anymore with out any reason!! The message says that the file is not a real PSD file.Please help me, I need to finish this project until next week.Thank you

I can’t log in with my credentials in any way because the ipad asks for COOKIES not being enabled, wtf is that about?! I ahve a few drawings I would like to access please.

Have been using Adobe Fresco on the iPad for years without a problem. Now experiencing problems moving and grouping layers. With the Layers Panel accessed, I usually tap and hold the layer I want to move and drag it to the desired position in the layer stack. Alternatively, to group, I hold the layer and drag it to the group or layer to be grouped with. This simple and fundamental function no longer works for me. Tapping and holding the layer highlights the layer I want to move but it won't move and just jumps back to it's starting position. Grouping doesn't work either. I have recently updated to iOS26 and wonder if there is an issue here. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have tried re-installing the app but this has made no difference. Frustrating as I can't complete any projects without this core function and will need to find an alternative in the meantime.

Hi,    I started using Adobe Fresco, but everytime I open it I get a message saying that I need at least 3gb of space on my iPad to be able to use it. I have more than 10 gb of free space so I don't really understand. I tried deleting a few things, restarting my iPad, re-downloading the app and I managed to make it work a few times, but I mostly just can't use it.    I like using the app when I manage to make it work, so any advice would be welcomed 🙂    Thank you,    Isabelle   14/02/20 Update Many months after I still have this problem. The issue went away for a while and it recently came back. The only way to fix it is to re-install the app and the last time I did that I lost a project I had worked on that I now have to re-do. Looking forward for this to be fixed, I'll be using procreate in the meanwhile   [Renamed by Mod]

Hi Adobe Fresco team,I found an issue after the recent Fresco update related to the Favorites brush category.I use both Pixel Brushes and Vector Brushes, and I add them to Favorites so I can quickly switch between them from the same Favorites section.However, when switching from a Pixel Brush to a Vector Brush (or from Vector to Pixel), Fresco automatically jumps back to the original brush category instead of staying in Favorites. Because of this, I have to scroll back up to the Favorites section every time.The issue only happens when switching between Pixel and Vector brushes:Pixel → Pixel works normally Vector → Vector works normally Pixel ↔ Vector causes the brush panel to jump away from FavoritesThis behavior started after the latest updat

Fresco was freezing and delaying a lot, then it crashed and kicked me out. When i tried entering again, it kept saying “saving”, and it still said that after i restarted the device. I went to check the previously asked questions and tried to check my files through the adobe website, but it was gone, and when i went back into the app the file wasn’t there or in the deleted section (i have pretty alright wifi, the file was a bit big though)

When you first click on the “request a feature” button/link, it takes you to a page where you can select a community to post a feature request. There are many icons/options, but none for Adobe Fresco. That’s, all, thanks.  

Hi, I would like to request that you add keyboard shortcuts for zoom in/out and rotate left/right. It would also be great if you can have the default be some percentage, ie: 10% each button click, and maybe with a modifier key it would be finer grain control, ie: 2-5%. I like using a macropad to speed up my workflow and would like to program my pad to do this.thanks

I use the vector trimming feature all the time and i really don’t like double-clicking (sometimes feels like triple clicking) that little button. I use a macropad to speed up my workflow and being able to have that as a programmable option would change my life! Please and thank you. 

El menú o barra de herramientas en Adobe Fresco se a cambiado a la parte superior de la pantalla. Nooooo me gusta. Extraño cuando estaba en el lateral de la izquierda. Se puede cambiar de lugar ? En la foto ”2” está como me gusta.Mientras que en la foto ”1” está la barra arriba y no me gusta, haci se ve ahora mismo. puedo cambiarlo? 

I had some syncing issues with my Fresco app on my iPad (app wouldn’t open any files and was continuously crashing). Nothing was helping, so I decided my last option was to uninstall and reinstall.Unfortunately, when I signed back in, NONE of my files were there; which leads me to believe they were never synced? Even though I had icons multiple times telling me they were.Does anyone have any tips about recovering this data?Would it be in Adobe files somewhere? I’ve lost almost 2 years of working file that I thought were backed up…Any info is greatly appreciated!

I’ve tried updating everything on windows and fresco. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both the current and previous version of the software. I’ve tried many other suggestions to no avail.

lack of reference window feature like ibispaint x and procreate one (i don't use procreate, but i know it), adobe should add reference window feature in adobe fresco, i am so glad about this update And i don’t want the reference picture show in time laspe

In every other Adobe app like photoshop, you can confirm an action and exit by pressing enter such as when transforming, in Fresco, neither enter nor esc work and it makes me think the app is frozen every time. What is the keyboard shortcut for exiting an action such as transform in Fresco?

hi there, had to stop using fresco because i’ve had this glitch using my surface pro 9 for at least 5 months now, before then it was working great with no issues. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times with no luck.when you draw or rub stuff on the screen you get this weird halo effect and it gets worse the longer the pen is on the screen for…i’m on the latest version of fresco and windowscan anyone help ?https://www.reddit.com/r/AdobeFresco/comments/1t7lwul/glitch_help/Thanks!!

6/23の朝、ipadでアプリが起動できなくなってしまいました（何回押しても画面が飛ぶ）。アプリを削除して再インストール、再ログインしたところ、icloud、adobe creative cloudと同期していないデータが消えてしまいました。同期はオフにしてしまっていました。これはもう元には戻せないでしょうか？iPad本体のどこかに残っているとは考えにくいですよね？どなたか知恵をお貸しいただけますと幸いです。

I have a complete drawing that I want to upload onto a print on demand product. The image does not cover the entire product. I know I can increase the size of the image but that distorts it and I will no longer have the entire drawing on the product. Instead, I want to keep the original size of my image but duplicate it so my image is repeated in its original size.

I tried to upload an image onto a blank canvas to draw like I’ve done in the past and it wouldn't work. The app lets me view my photo library and select a photo, but when I press it, it does not upload.

Where’s the the ruler now? And the toolbar was obviously much more accesible in the previous version, now you have to move the arm over the screen everytime you need to change tools.

I recently brought up the refresh rate of my monitor, and somehow this has cxoincided with the group later function no longer actually working.
