The pencil tool has received a very good update, but I'm looking for a smoother feel, like an iPad pencil. If the pencil could be updated to be as smooth as the brush, it would be a joy to use.
I noticed there is a third party plugin called: https://www.evlaa.com/ why on earth in 2025 are we still using crappy web galleries designed 20 years ago? Why should i need a third party program to do something you guys should have done 10 years ago? Why is there not: a. AI powered separation of a photo shoot into collections using facial recognition b. automatic generation of web galleries based on those collection names (last name of person for example) c. a client rating system that will let them drill down, compare favorites, and email me their selects d. A better looking modern design of the web galleries where the clients can zoom, view full screen, etc. It's great to use Adobe AI to remove powerlines, and turn horses into zebras and unicorns, but implementing these other real world features would actually save us time and money for working studios. Thanks. Robert S.
In Illustrator the brushes, styles, swatches and symbols are stored with the file. Sometimes I have some brush preset in my computer but not in another computer. It will be great if we could store some brushes with the file, then we could use them in any computer.
I'm not a coder but this SEEMS simple enough. I do a LOT of trimming and timing other peoples captions. I'm shocked that the Extend Next/Previous Edit feature and keyboard shortcut doesn't work on the caption track. This would be INCREDIBLY useful to me and would speed up my workflow immensely. Of course the same goes for the the Trim Next/Previous Edit too. If this can't be done I would love to know why. M2
To the Adobe Firefly Team, thank you as always for your hard work. I'm writing to provide some feedback regarding the Board feature. While the Board feature is very convenient, I have a few suggestions for improvement:Batch Download for Generated Images: It would be great to have the ability to download multiple generated images from a Board at once.iPhone Compatibility: I'd love to see support for iPhone (though I understand this might be difficult to implement, so I'm not expecting it right away).Lock Function for Artboards and Objects: A lock function for artboards and objects on the Board would be incredibly helpful. It's frustrating when I want to drag and drop or move only an image, but the entire artboard moves instead.Thank you for your consideration.
I would like to report a long-standing issue (or design inconsistency) that causes frequent workflow disruptions in multi-project environments:Currently, After Effects globally remembers the last used path for Save As…, Export, and Render Queue output, regardless of which project is currently open. This results in the file dialog always opening in the last used folder – even if it belongs to a completely different project. This behavior:Increases the risk of saving files to the wrong directoryLeads to overwritten assets or misplaced rendersBreaks structured workflows, especially in client projects or team-based production pipelinesIs inconsistent with user expectations in project-centric workflowsProposed improvement:Please implement an option to make file dialogs (Save, Export, Render Queue Output Module) respect the current project’s location as the default directory – or store the last used path per project, not globally. This would bring After Effects in line with industry-standard behaviors found in other professional software, and reduce user error significantly.Thank you for considering this improvement, and for your continued work on After Effects!Best regards,
Hi Adobe Team,I’d like to suggest an enhancement for the Quick Pen Tool. I find this tool to be very powerful as it currently stands, but I believe it could be even more effective with one additional feature. It would be incredibly useful to have live dimensions displayed while dragging a path, line, or radius. This would allow users to see the exact size as they draw geometric shapes. Additionally, it would be great if we could input specific distance values based on the user-defined units (e.g., millimeters) while drawing. For instance, when dragging a line or arc, being able to type in the desired length would offer much more precision than relying solely on manual dragging.I hope this feature can be considered for a future release of Adobe Illustrator.Thank you!Paramita Studio
HiI've recently moved from Windows to Mac and because of this I’ve also moved from Photoshop CS4 (it did everything I needed it too for a very long time) to Photoshop 2025. In CS4, when minimising document windows within Photoshop, they would be constantly visible as tabs at the bottom of the work space, making it really easy to click on any that you would need to work on / switch between / see what you have open at a glance. But now, in the 2025 version, they just disappear. To see them, I have to 'right click' the PS icon in the dock, click 'show all windows' and select the document window I want to re-instate it OR click on 'window' and scroll down to it there... and then repeat for both if I want to re-instate multiple. So, several clicks for each method as opposed to the one click and visibility of files of CS4.So, my suggestion for an improvement would be to go back to the CS4 way of showing minimised document windows.
I’d like to request the addition of a default arrow shape as a built-in option in the Shape Tool menu (alongside rectangle, ellipse, polygon, and star). Arrows are one of the most commonly used graphic elements in motion design, UI animations, infographics, tutorials, and explainer videos. Why this matters: Currently, creating an arrow requires either manually drawing it using the pen tool, combining shapes, or importing from Illustrator. This adds unnecessary steps to a very frequent workflow. A default arrow would save time and streamline projects that rely on directional graphics or flow-based visuals. The feature could be enhanced with simple customization options such as: Head type (triangle, barbed, hollow, etc.) Tail style (line, dashed, none) Line thickness, arrowhead size, and direction Symmetry or custom proportions This small addition would improve efficiency and usability for many users across various industries. It would also align After Effects more closely with tools like Figma or PowerPoint, which already provide quick access to arrow shapes. Thank you for considering this request!
Currently, Photoshop only allows tool shortcuts to be assigned using English (QWERTY) keyboard characters. For example, the Move Tool can only be assigned to the “V” key, even when using a different keyboard layout, such as Korean. It would be highly beneficial if users could assign shortcuts based on their native keyboard layouts. For instance, allowing the Move Tool shortcut to be set to the Korean "ㅍ" key, which occupies the same physical position as “V” on a QWERTY keyboard. This would improve accessibility and workflow efficiency for users who primarily work in their local language environments. I hope Adobe considers implementing this feature to better support global users.
It would be great to be able to share video projects with anyone who needs to see them or provide feedback via a Frame.io panel in Adobe Bridge. This would match what can be done in a Premiere Pro project or After Effects project.Premiere Pro User Guide > Frame.io > Use Frame.io with Premiere Pro and After EffectsOnce logged in, we would be able to upload media, watch media, download media, share for review, add comments, add or remove collaborators, and share edits with external viewers.
I use Substance Designer to create luma mattes for complex video transitions. Currently the workflow is to bring an SBSAR into Substance Player and export an image sequence. Then I have to retime it in AE which can be a bit cumbersome. It would be great to have SBSAR integration in AE similar to the integration in Photoshop Beta. But it would be nice to also keyframe exposed parameters in AE as well.
It seems natural to extend Firefly to "text to UI" or "text to UX", to leverage Adobe's impressive graphics capabilities. Something like the Adobe Express experience which would allow all levels of user find an on-ramp and then allow marketing and engineering to use the appropriate tool sets to keep UI/UX design on brand and up-to-date. On a related note, the creation of in-app training videos/animations would be another natural extension.
To be honest, I use Adobe programs for work, however, I wish I had them with me everywhere, I'am an Android user and what I see is that the company has the same kind of positioning as 8 years ago with the Android system , and with that, they prefer to invest more in the IOS system, of course the Apple has advantages due to hardware and security, but many brands who use Android system, it has evolved in this security issue and even with better processors that make the performance of the devices and of better tablets. Isn't it time for the company to rethink this concept of supplying the products to a single public and specific market? Why not develop an Creative Clouds with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Fresco for Android?
In Lightroom CC I can only share albums. I like this option, but I need it also for folders. At the moment I export all photos for my clients to Dropbox. They have permission to see specific folder with the folders (albums) for events inside. For example:Client 1- Event 1- Event 2- Event 3Client 2- Event 4- Event 5Client 3- Event 1- Event 4When I have the option to share folders in Lightroom I can cancel my activity in Dropbox, because in Lightroom CC I can change something on the photos an my clients will see this change without extra export. For this it would be also necessary to have one photo in more than one album.
Es ist sehr schade, dass man nicht die Option „nach name sortieren“ haben kann, wenn man ein Album erstellt. (online auf lightroom.adobe.com ) Philippe Bodinger
The BlackMagic cameras all have a log encoding setting, referred to in their menus as "film". And it is a "pure" log encoding, not a flat camera setting thing. We have camera options for BRAW, "film" for log encoding, and also two Rec.709 options. The Rec.709 options do not record as many stops of dynamic range as the BRAW and log options do. Currently, Premiere does not have native support of BRAW, so for many users, they choose to stay with the log encoding to get the very wide dynamic range the cameras do capture. So it would be very nice if there was a log detection for the BM cameras also, in that now thankfully rather long list of log formats ... as although I can normalize to linear space rather rapidly on my Elements panel, it would be nice for most BM users ... or those editing BM media ... for an auto-detect/tonemapping option.
I have installed the new lightroom cc in my windows pc recently, i like the integration between the different platforms. But either i'm missing something or it is missing. I can'f find a slideshow in the desktop version of this version of lightroom, in the classic and android version it is readily available, but i can't find it in the desktop version. Is this feature missing?
Allow the user to identity the desired framing of a subject or object (object or subject aware function) by leveraging the grid function in the app. Once the subject moves from the framing, previously picked point on the grid, the app would move the subject back to that position and leverage generative fill to generate the parts of the frame that are now missing as result of correcting the frame.
Lightroom Classic allows filtering by photos with snapshots. Lighroom should allow filtering by photos with versions. This wll allow Lr to match the feature of LrC. Thx
As a professional photographer working regularly in live music and indoor sports environments, I rely heavily on Lightroom Classic to manage and process high volumes of low-light, high-ISO images under challenging lighting conditions — often featuring strong blue or red colour casts and fast motion. I’d like to suggest the following enhancements that would significantly improve efficiency and accuracy in my workflow 1. One-Click Colour Cast Removal Tool A dedicated “Remove Colour Cast” button (similar in spirit to “Auto Tone” or “Dehaze”) would be extremely helpful — particularly for removing dominant red or blue casts that arise from tungsten or stage lighting. While manual white balance tools are effective, a one-click starting point using AI analysis would save valuable time in batch edits 2. Denoise: Default Setting Control Currently, the Denoise feature defaults to 50%, but I consistently apply 30% to most images. It would be helpful to: Allow users to set a custom default Denoise strength Save this preference as part of a Develop Preset or under Preferences This would streamline workflows for photographers dealing with high ISO and indoor lighting, particularly those shooting fast-moving subjects 3. Denoise Processing Improvements The current Denoise process requires the user to wait until the DNG has been rendered before proceeding. This introduces delays when working with large batches. Suggested improvements: Add a progress indicator or estimated time remaining during Denoise processing Allow users to continue editing other photos while Denoise is being processed in the background Introduce a visual flag or badge (e.g. a small icon) in Grid or Filmstrip view to indicate that a photo has already been denoised — useful when processing hundreds of images across sessions These changes would make a real difference to working photographers, especially in fast-turnaround environments like live events and sports. Thank you for your continued improvements to Lightroom — it remains the core of my post-production process.
Would love to see a hardware accelerated implementation of a sbsar loader integrated into Houdini using Copernicus. The older integration which is implemented in the older COP network was extremely slow and would often crash. The combination of Copernicus and Substance could be so powerful! Thanks Marcus @11527137
