Modern and easy-to-apply transitions and effects like CapCut, Canva, VN in PremiereOpen for Voting

I'm always confused as to why Adobe Premiere does not have a lot of the easy-to-apply transitions and motion effects that CapCut, VN or Canva have? Premiere still only has the old-school basic transitions/effects which are great starters, BUT the software should also have a section with all of the modern, pre-built effects/transitions to help people save time instead of creating them from scratch if they are in a hurry. I know you can get them from companies such as Motion Array, Story Blocks, etc., but they're not exactly user-friendly because you have to find a way to properly organize them in your presets. Plus, it takes a lot time to go through them all to figure out which one you want. You have to drag them first on your timeline to see if it works and that certainly is not ideal. Other companies offer this as a paid plug-in but not everyone can afford these and really, they should be included with Premiere in an easy-to-use interface designed to save time. Possible?

Feature Request - Puppet Maker (Color Options - Include a Color Picker)Open for Voting

I think it would be convenient and useful for the Puppet Maker such that anywhere you can pick a color for something, if we gave a color picker as the final option. People can of course change these details after importing into Photoshop, but it seems like a low-overhead and convenient win to add it right in the Puppet Maker as a default option available.

Save project as function is saving on last rendered folder locationOpen for Voting

Isn't it just easier to make it "Save as" the location as the current opened file location? When we are jumping through different projects (which means different locations) you lose track of where you saved the project.On this version is saving on the last rendered location... Please fix this

P: Include more in Metadata options in dialogsOpen for Voting

Hi! I included "Date Time Original" in the metadata panel (This because Frameo need that information to show the picture in the digital frame with correct date, not the date I export it from Lightroom), but didn't get that metadata information after export. "Customize", in the same panel, shows a lot of information under Basic information. But in Metadata preset there is only "Copy name", "rating", "Label" and "caption" under "Basic info".   Expand Basic info with everything that shows under Customized in the Metadata panel!What's the point of the Metadata panel if I can't  choose to include that customized information?When I click Export -> Metadata there is only "Copyright only", "All metadata" and so on, but not customized/chosen metadata. I think there should be that kind of choise.If there's already a solution to my problem there should be explaned with a step to step video on the website.   Thank you! 🙂

Mask patch proposalOpen for Voting

Hello,I'm writing here because I have a bug that's making me lose a lot of time.I've recreated the bug because I can't show concrete examples (confidentiality is a must). The bug concerns the relationship between effect layers, masks and sequences. In the example, I have a 1920 x 1080 video, to which I've added an effect layer of the same size.I lightened the river with a color lumetri, then applied a mask to display it only on the river. Then I tracked.So far, so good. Now my client wants me to deliver the same rush in 1080 x 1920. So I duplicate my sequence and... the mask goes completely west.You can clearly see that the mask contour is right, but that the area in which it acts is completely squeezed. The first time this happened, I had to redo the masks on all my shots, for all my formats! (4/5 , 1/1,...)Losted so much time Then for a subsequent project, I tried to make a 1920x1920 effect layer to cover my 4 formats, but there....same problem. Now I use after effect to make my masks, but it's not always practical. However, when I make masks directly on rushes, regardless of the format of the sequenceformat, it works like a charm.So can you, Adobe, please try to patch this problem? By making the effect layers act like rushes for example. Thank you very much And while I'm at it, allow pathfinder in premiere regarding masks? Thanks

I, like many others wish for the ability to use the Removal Tool with Gen AI on, without it adding a FireFly tag to content credentials since it's specifically for removal, not adding AI.

Paths - it's really importan thing when you have many source in diffrents locations. It's very expensive to jump throuth tree every times..  I think ability to paste the copied path (like an address bar) in Media Browser resolve this

Quick multi language solution/Data merge to premiere proOpen for Voting

Hi. I have a video in premiere pro with text such as title, informations and so on. I am making this video for different language uses. I have the translation in Excel. Is there an easy way/script so I don't have to copy-paste efterything many times? Like the data merge from excel to indesign so that I have the same video but in different languages.  The copy paste solution takes a long time making the video and exporting the video. So it would be great to have a way quicker and easier method. Kind regards

Remixing tracks in diffrent genres using AIOpen for Voting

Woulndt it be cool if you have your music/ beat for your video but ask AI if it could change genre for you for example i am editing something with a hip hop type beat but we see some hardcore poeple it would be cool if i could go into essential sound and ask if it can make the beat hardcore but its still is the same beat but just a litte more Hardcorey

P: Smart Collection based on date & time and day & month?Open for Voting

Hi group, I need the possibility to organize my shootings by date AND time in a differnet way. For me this two features are very helpful: 1. Smart Collection by Date & Time (Business requirement) Example:As a user I want to collect all assets shooted in 2024-12-12 from 09:30 to 11:24 or all assets from 2024-12-12 9:30 to 2024-12-14 11:20. Now I'm able to sort images while shooting an event with a lot of different groups or acts - lika a carnival parade, a concert with a lot of different acts or other events with the possibility to add a time to a timeplan. In my case I have to organize - based on a timeplan - more than 100 different groups - based on time!    2. Smart Collection based on a day and month (for most private usecases) Example: Every 24. of december Every 10. of november start by 2021 Every 24. to 26. of december With this setting I am able to sort the images based on a frequently event like christmas or birthdays or other events.   Thanks Stefan

Adobe Remix Audio ( Select Region to avoid featureOpen for Voting

Just an idea... It would be nice to have a section in the remix that allows you to highlight or enter audio time code that would select a region of a song and deprioritize it in the remix feature. Not being very savvy when it comes to recutting audio, I thoroughly appreciate this feature as it stands.

A hot key to put in a ease of a set keyframe velocity, or the ability to change the default velocityOpen for Voting

Every project I use ease on key frames, I never want it to be the deafult 33.333% in my opinion it's ugly. So I'm manually changing this value to my preferred 70% every single time. It would save me and the whole community a lot of time if we could have a hot key that sets a ease key frame to you preferred velocity. Maybe if you press F9 twice it'd turn the deafult linear key frame to an easy easy with a velocity of 70%.Or even just give us the ability to change the default keyframe velocity in prefernces or something.

Premiere Pro for AndroidOpen for Voting

Could you create an Android application for Adobe Premiere Pro that reflects all of its effects, etc.? Not Adobe Rush, but something like Node Video Editor: includes color wheels, masking, Camera View, Motion Tracking, etc. Some users like simplicity, so that is why I am not requesting an upgrade to Premiere Rush. I was wondering if you could convert/create a complex application just like Adobe Premiere Pro, but an Android version. I mean, people can't really carry their PCs around; it would be really helpful, and I, among many other people as well, would appreciate it greatly.

Im red/green color blind and can’t really see the differences between the yellow and green color in the render bar. Is there a way to change these color to yellow | blue | red. I can’t find any settings and it would be so helpful for me.

make "New Bin from Selection" stay in the same folder/binOpen for Voting

I use "New Bin from Selection" all the time. I usually want the new bin to stay inside the bin I'm working in. It usually does, but sometimes it goes to the root level of the project and I have to move it. It seems to happen when I select a Bin and say "New Bin from Selection".Example: In my "02 FOOTAGE" folder, I have a bin, "A CAM". I want to put it into a new bin called "240120", but keep the new bin within the 02 FOOTAGE folder. When I make the new bin, it goes to the root level of the project.Please make the default behavior for it to stay in the bin I'm working in. I suppose a workaround is to make a New Bin, then move the bin into the new bin.

Timeline Edit needs to be changed ASAPOpen for Voting

in timeline it's verybad controls you need to change the shortcuts and the UI for example IF I want to make a clip in v1 up to vt I press ALT + up arrow but IF there was a clip in V2 it ovverwrites it and this is very painful we need to just change posetions the v2 clip goes auto to v1 and the v1 goes to v2 and so on for changeing the clip layer to another v3 or v4 etc...the other thing that needs to be changed is the overwrite when moving a clip from v1 to v1 but in another time, when doing this it overwrites the clip, we need to make it move the clips without overwriting for exampleIF i have 5 clips and I want to make clip 4 in the posetion of clip 2If I drag and drop it will over write itso I have to select clip 3 + 4 + 5 and moving them to the right and drag and drop clip 4 after clip 2 and riplle delete the black space between clips, that's taking too long if I do this too much so I need if I want to put the clip 4 after clip 2 just drag and drop between clips and it would be Clip 1 + 2 + 4 + 3 + 5like this please fix this to move faster in the timeline.samething for adding clips from project to timeline, just remove the overwrite and make it repleace or moving space for the clip.

Lumetri Color Upgrade needed ASAPOpen for Voting

In lumetri color section we can't add more taps to the lumetri color effect for example some times I need to play with colors with multi HSL Secondary so instead of a + button for adding another HSL secondary I have to add another adjustment layer to make another HSL secondaryfor every selected color in HSL secondary I can only make one color correction IF I changed the color selection the previous color correction are applied and I lose the previous color correction so we can fix the issue by making each color selection with different color correctionor beeing able to add multi HSL secondary tabs at the same lumetri color effectand by doing this you might need to enable the + button for every section of the lumetri color  one more thing is to add the same color selection and options that are in adobe lightroom to the lumetri color or making a new advanced lumetri color effect If you couldn't do this in the near future I might have to change premiere pro to another app that provides more color correction options.

Dust spot removal AI toolOpen for Voting

I’m certain I’m not the first person to submit this request, but it’s a Photoshop update that would really save me a ton of time today, so I figured I’d add a (possiblly) redundant request to your pile and (maybe) help tilt the scale in the direction of adding a tool to the next update.   Dust spots are a ubiquitous nuisance in the life of digital photographers (even for shooters like me, who are pretty vigilant about cleaning sensors and swapping lenses in relatively dust-free environments). Given the advancements in AI, it seems like the Photoshop could easily integrate a one-click dust removal filter that would save guys like me a significant amount of time in post when we’re dealing with deep dept-of-field exposures.   There are several paid third-party plugins for this. The best (in my research) is produced by Retouch4Me [Link removed by moderator] I routinely use several Retouch4Me AI filters to help streamline my portrait retouching workflow (they tend to be on the expensive side, but the ROI is sufficient to make me feel good about those purchases). Still, $87 for their dust removal plugin seems excessive because the scourge of dust spots is so ever-present in digital photography that a native dust-removal AI filter really ought to be standard for software suites like Photoshop and Lightroom.   And, yes, I’m familiar with the more granular tools and techniques for dust spot removal, but I’m dealing with big skies and deep depth-of-field in my current project, which really makes every little dust spot pop and it occurs to me that (given how much I spend and have spent on CC products) I shouldn’t have to pay a third party for a feature that so clearly ought to be bundled standard with products like Photoshop and and would spare me from so much tedium.   Thanks for your consideration.

Pick-whip Feature in Project Panel to connect assets/comps for Reduce ProjectOpen for Voting

Current construct is such that Reduce Project ignores assets/properties/Expressions if these are not present in Comps selected priorly.So, to overcome this quite prevalent issue, I'm looking at a Pick Whip feature in the Project Panel to connect assets/comps. So, assets/comps connected in this way will be part of the selection for Reduce Project.TIA

1) The UI that appears is not sticky to the last selection. I'm too lazy to check but it seems to be sticky to the selection made in the Character Panel instead of being sticky to its use within the sourceText property.2) When a Font has multiple weights, a user has to select each weight, one at a time - there is no straightforward way to write out the weight variations because some foundaries are not strict to using "-" for a typeface, for its different font weights. So, I'm having to select each weight, one at a time to obtain the correct name for all the weights.So, the UI will be greatly improved if it can recognize the number of weights and allow for multiple weights to be selected within the UI and then applied into the Expression Text Box. And of course contextual stickiness for last font used will be good if request #2 above is trickier to apply. TIA ps - apologies for the cross post. I only just realized I posted in the wrong forum with the earlier post.

I'm very sorry for distrubing anyone with this post.As a broke 16 year old from Sri lanka barely living in outrages prices, Adobe's student plan costs 3x as more compared to what indians get. Sri Lanka's economy is in shambles and now adobe wants 6,000 rupees from me just so I can use there suite of apps for my education. So for anyone reading this, Please just add it man. I swear I won't use pantone.

P: Make font adjustable in Web module web gallery creationOpen for Voting

Regarding the labels that can appear above and below the full size images, while it is nice to be able to define the font color along with the background when making a gallery, the size that appears onscreen is very small - giving the ability to increase the size would be most appreciated
