Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I'm working with my wife's Mac.  She has a Nikon.  It's using NEF.  Has used Lightroom before Creative Cloud for years with a home NAS.  She has 1TB of "Creative Cloud Storage" but it's giving me a file type error.  Can someone explain it like I'm 5 why storage cares about the file type?  Also, is there a file handling or workflow tutorial for this mess of a product suite?  Finally, can someone from Adobe please give an eta on NEF support?  There are two primary makers of professional cameras and 90% of the articles are passing the blame to users vs adopting support for a file format.  Which, assuming you wrote software in a sane mannor should be trivial.  Thanks

Hadn't used lightroom in about 2 weeks. I logged back onto my University account through adobe and noticed my profile picture had changed.  I had about 1.5k photos stored on lightroom and the number showed up for a few seconds then everything went blank almost as if it was a whole new account. Has this happened to anyone and is there a way I could get the photos back?

Hello, i tried to download the photographic package but my laptop was not up to spec. I now have a new one  but cannot download. I  have an account. adobe account  showing the package i bought. I get an email with a long address but not highlighted.  I am new to this so any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,I bought Lightroom CC.I want to add a watermark on my pictures when exporting.I have seen the video's on the internet and instructions, but the menu does not match with the lightroom I have.I dont see any watermark menu under file> or pressing ctrl-shift-eDoes anyone know what i am doing wrong?

Hi. I am currently trying to use ai denoise in lightroom, but it's saying file type unsupported. Yes I am using a raw file. I was just able to use this feature last week. I even tried to use a raw photo that I used ai denoise on before and it still said "file type unsupported".  I have uninstalled and reset preferences. Once again, they are raw images and I have been able to use this several times before. I tried using lightroom classic, but same thing. Any suggestions on how to fix? 

I had premium account with an email id that is permanently deleted now so I cant get tye code and login again. I purchased premium with another email id on mobile but after 2 days it went back to basic account. And my payment is deducted as well. I want to purchase premium but its not allowing me.

HiI took the decision to move to an ipad only workflow some time ago.  Hiwever Instill oay the same as desktop users and also pay for additional storage each month. However, there are so many features missing from LR for ipad.  I'm talking about:AI denoiseColor pickExposure match Given the processesing abikigy of ipads these days I am baffled why these features can not be added.  Especially when we are payingbthe same fees as desktop users. Adobe, please can you give us the features we want?  There are so many photographers who would like to leave their laptop behind to edit on the go.  Please can you provide a meaningful response. thanksraz

Hello! I can't seem to adjust the position of my watermark. It was working fine last month but recently i can't move the horizontal and vertical offset.I'm working on android and tried re installing but its still not working. Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you! 

Hi, my Lighroom Cloud (version 😎 doesn't work any more. I deleted all pictures that are not in an album after Lighroom said my Cloud Storage is full. After deleting the photos Lighroom still says my Cloud Storage is full and still shows the amount of photos. However in the web version and also iOS App it is updated and in both everything works. My Mac application is unable to work. When I select a photo there is a never ending loading icon…I already deinstalled the app and installed it again but it is the same behaviour. So I am completely unable to use Lighroom. Please help.

Boa noite. Não estou conseguindo fazer importação de uma pasta somente em específico. Já tentei movê-la para outros discos, mas sem sucesso de importação. Não finaliza o processo, na verdade fica como se fosse começar a carregar e não carrega nada. Já tentei importar outra pastas e fluiram pefeitamente. Apenas essa pasta que não está indo, são arquivos CR2

I have a dedicated SSD (D:) that I used to use for my LR Classic catalog and full size previews. Since moving to LR CC, it insists on using my C: drive, leaving my SSD 😧 drive unused, and it runs my my C: drive low on space.   How do I change the drive that is used for local storage from C: to D:?

I load my files directly to Lightroom on my Mac where I delete the unwanted files. When I look at the albums on the mac, I do not see the deleted files within the albums. When I look at the albums on the iPad, I do see the deleted files. How to I eleiminate seeing the deleted files on my iPad?

Hello, I use LR 10.0.1 on a 10th gen ipad with IOS 17.6.1 and facing that specific NEF pictures over 31MB are not imported to LR. (At least the size is my guess.) While on the LR screen there is the "1 photo successfully imported" inscription. But the picture can be seen nowhere!   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

  HelloI did an update to my iPhone 15 and now I any photo I have taken will not import into my Lightroom app. I have more than enough storage and keep getting this error message. Can anyone out there help? I logged out of the app and signed back in thinking that would help and nothing. Instead I got the second error message on the second picture posted.

Hallo Lightroom Community, ich wende mich in letzter Verzweiflung an die Schwarmintelligenz. Ich habe folgendes Problem:Seit 2 Tagen werden Bilder in der Lightroom App nicht mehr angezeigt. Die App an sich funktioniert. Ich kann meine Ordner anwählen und auch in die Detailansicht wechseln und Regler bearbeiten. Jedoch ohne irgendetwas vom Bild zu sehen (siehe Anhang). Ich habe in anderen Diskussionen schon über das Phänomen des "korrumpierten Farbprofils" gelesen und bin dem natürlich auch nachgegangen:- ich habe versucht das sRGB Profil auszuwählen als Standard- die Hardware Farbkallibration angewendet- mehrfacher Neustart der APP und des PC'S- Abschalten der GPU zur Bildverarbeitung .. uvm Sobald ich meinen Laptop an meine externen Monitore anschließe und Lightroom auf dem Monitor öffne gibt es keine Probleme. Alle Bilder werden angezeigt. Verschiebe ich das Fenster auf den Laptop Monitor = alle Bilder werden nicht mehr angezeigt.... Das soll mal einer verstehen. Ich h

Ich habe Lightroom Classic (aktuell) und Lightroom im Einsatz. Circa 20.000 Fotos sind vollständig synchronisiert. Es sind in LrC rund 200 Namen (Personen) und 300 Stichworte vergeben. Online (Bei Lightroom, Lightroom Mobile und Lightroom Web) sind aber nur nur 11 Personen und ca 40 Stichworte verfügbar. Die Synchronisation ist angeblich vollständig erfolgt.  Eine Online-Suche über Person oder Stichwort ergibt auch nur einen Bruchteil der Bilder, die tatsächlich gefunden werden müssten. Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte und was man machen kann? Ich habe mit STRG-S bereits in LrC alle Metadaten in die Dateien geschrieben und auch bereits alle Synchronisierungsdaten gelöscht und neu synchronisiert.  Versionen: Windows 11, LrC und LR jeweils aktuellster Stand

Hi Edited photos in LR mobile, saved to phone, colour exactly the same, went to print and they look like when they were staright out of Raw. Never had trouble before ,any ideas please?? Thanks

It seems that new LR Mobile has issues with brush tool. When I try to add brush stokes using new masking panel, I only move the photo, but no strokes are added. "Brush on the photo to create a select area" message is shown, but nothing happens.   Issue:  Lightroom Version Number: Lightroom CC Mobile 7.0.0  OS Version Number: iPadOS14.6 (18F72) Device: iPad Air 3 MUUR2LL/A Steps to reproduce: Open new masking panel Choose create new mask -> Brush Try to tap and move finger Expected result: New brush strock is addedActual result: Photo moves around, but no brush strokes appear. The message "Brush on the photo to create a select area" keeps float.
