Hello,has anyone positive experience with using Suunto PGX Files into LR. I did with files from Polar, iphone and others successfully, but the Suunto file gets to an error "Error laoding tracklog"  - the message does not really help.  Thank you

How can i edit my vopyrightinformations in lightrom mobil?

Hi, i recently purchased lightroom to edit videos. It was working fine now when i try to export, the video is exported but with no edits. What is happening? Images below, first is what was saved and second is the edited video I'm trying to save it. Thanks 

I downloaded Lightroom from the App store onto my Macbook Air and purchased the subscription after logging in with my Apple ID.  My Macbook is a company laptop and so I have 90% of the access (not the full admin function, but enough to install Apps and make changes).  I cannot add a photo to LR. I've tried to log off, log on, reset the laptop, reopen etc... and nothing has worked. The Add phot is greyed out and I have even tried draggin a photo to LR. This did not work either.   I did not get LR from Creative Cloud and I have only purchased this for myself. Hallo zusammen. Ich habe mir presets für lightroom mobile gekauft, aber ich kann sie nicht importieren. Statt dessen erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass sie doppelt vorhanden oder ungültig sind. Das kann aber beides nicht sein. Bitte um Hilfe! 

folks:  after 5 operations (e.g., sharpen, texture, clarity, contrast, hue;  but many other sequences),I get the black box.  then need to kill LR and start over.  this was a raw image.   what's going on?  I hate to pay monthly for buggy software! Phil 

Hi, I've paid for premium features mainly to use on editing videos and they're not working. What should I do? Please help. The only available feature is light, color, and effects, but even in color grade, I can't access the curve graph.   {title edited by moderator to clarify / help other users}

Hi. I'm not able to view any images in full without being blurry in lightroom. I can zoom in and they're super clear however once I zoom out so the full image is visible it remains blurry and never focuses - even after several hours. Attached is a copy of a high res image - I can zoom in and see every detail but next to nothing in full view. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Cheers, James

l.r Classic should be on mobile.  Lr mobile doesnt auto save to cloud nor will it save to cloud accurately!!! So working from a pc after importing from mobile doesn't work. Your it team cuased me to lose over 3k photo by deleting my failure to synch folder from the browser Adobe lr site.  Not cool!!!    When speaking to it over the phone and chat. They want to me to upgrade to Classic no!!!! Cause it's not available on mobile and refuse to pay for two separate subscriptions.    Do better Adobe do better. 

I pay monthly for light room premium and every time I try to use the features it is saying my subscription expired. I've tried signing out, renewing, everything. I am so frustrated as I pay for the features but it won't allow me to use them!

I am using LR CC (Win) and exported an image then uploaded it to Sharepoint. It looks good. I am trying to export another image, but when I do, it displays distorted.I do not remember 'how' or what settings I used to export the first image, but when I look at the image details of both images, the dimensions are the same, but the DPI's are not.The details for original image that looks good are:Dimensions: 4160 x 2768Resolution: 72 DPIBit Depth: 24Color Representation: sRGB I cannot figure out how to lower the DPI to 72 when exporting the 2nd image.There is no resolution setting to change, only quality.Does anyone know how to do that and maintain image quality?    

I've noticed that with Lightroom, when I export in anything less than full size/resolution, my watermark is being compressed as well as the image. With Lightroom Classic, it seems to keep the watermark at full resolution. This suggests that one is applying the watermark and then compressing everything and the other (Classic) is compressing the image and then applying the watermark.   I'd prefer Lightroom (cloud) to do things the same as Lightroom Classic if possible. Seems like a bug to me?   Example attached: Lightroom image on the left, Lightroom Classic image on the right. Both exported using the same settings.

Hi When I export a photo in Lightroom desktop/web, metadata like ratings or keywords is correctly exported as XMP/IPTC tags, embedded in JPEG files. But face tagging doesn't get exported at all. Other Adobe tools (like Lightroom classic) already export face tagging as XMP tags. Is there any setting to enable this behaviour in Lightroom desktop? Thanks!

HelloI was remixing an edit and whilst using a mask brush accidentally swiped back on my phone returning me to the community page. As there is no draft feature for remixing an edit I lost all my progress. I know having swipe features enabled on my Pixel is my own fault however I believe remixes autosaving drafts like the main lightroom editing does would be beneficial for many people.

Hello,  I bought some presets recently and downloaded the zip file to iCloud. When I go to import the file into Lightroom on my iPad, not all the presets import. I did create a copy of the zip file to open. All the presets are there... with this in mind, all presets should have imported into Lightroom. Am I missing something?  I don't have a Mac at the moment and only my iPad (if this makes a difference).  

Upgraded from a 2014 Imac with lightroom 6.5 to a 2023 macbook where I installed lightroom 7.5. all pictures are stored on an external drive. I have a working catalogue system on the 6.5 version but when I plug in the external drive and starts 7.5 I cannot load any pictures or catalogue system. How do I migrate all this from the old computer to the new one?..

Hola queridos amigosTengo un problema en lightroom normalCuando coloco una marca de agua y voy a exportar la imagen me cambia los tonos, algunas veces lo hace pero cuando exporto fotografias en cantidades cambia el color de la marca de agua. He intentado hacer muchas cosas, cierro y abro el programa, aveces funciona y aveces otra vez vuelve a cambiar el color.Ayuda por favor.Gracias 

Tengo Lightroom app en mi Iphone, edito las fotografias en mi dispositivo y cuando voy a Lightroom web no aparecen con los efectos y ediciones que les he colocado en mi smartphone. Antes si aparecian todas las ediciones de las fotografias. ¿Que estara pasando? no logro seguir editando en la web por que los efectos aplicados en el celular no aparecen. Ya desinstale la app y la volvi a instalar y sigue igual.Muchas gracias.

I have tried everything, but I am having trouble with no improvement.I am suffering. Please help me,  Occurrence environmentWindows 11, MacBookProLightroomCC latest versioniPad and iPhone are not affected.Synchronization of all photos has been completed.The number of photos is the same as the iPad Pro and iPhone versions, so the synchronization itself seems to have been completed. It is not a situation where the syncing of items is not finished.I think it occurred when I was adding photos on my computer and editing the synced data on my iPad, but I don't know the exact timing.The problem also occurred after purchasing a new MacBook PRO and installing lightroom after setting up the MacBook PRO without migrating data. After updating software awhile ago, I can no longer export multiple photos from LP to Photoshop beta.  Anyone have a quick fix for this? Operating with Macbook Pro sonoma 14.5

Using Lightroom Mobile on my iphone, I imported some "Live" photos of a moving river into a lightroom album which sync'd to my Lr (cloud) and LrC (classic) apps. I then wanted to adjust the "Live" photos using the long exposure option on iphone to make the water smooth. After multiple attempts below, Lr (cloud) now shows the photo with the long exposure treatment, but LrC (classic) insists on showing the same photo without the long exposure treatment.Attempts================1.  create duplicate photo on iphone that has the long exposure treatment, then import that into lightroom. Results >>> "import skipped due to duplicate".2. delete the photo from lightroom albums and catalog from Lr (mobile). This also removed the photo from LrC. Then reimport the photo with the long exposure treatment. Results >>> Lr (cloud) shows the correct version with long exposure treatment applied. LrC (classic) still shows the original file without long exposure.Any ideas or
