Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I renewed my Adobe Lightroom mobile annual subscription March 2024 And ever since then, my account has been EXTREMELY unusable.. Every day it says that my subscription is expired Every time I log in from my iPad Pro, and I am unable to access the premium features, When in fact, I paid $50 for the annual subscription via App Store. Initially, in the beginning, I would try to restore my purchases through the app and sometimes it does work but last no more than one day. And I continuously did that for months, Fast forward seven months. I am now unable to restore at all. I have contacted Adobe multiple times. No one has done anything. This is really upsetting as Lightroom mobile is part of my workflow. I have also reached out to Apple and never heard anything back. This is my last attempt to get it fixed, and hopefully someone can reach out and help. Otherwise this has been a complete waste of my money. 

It would be great if you could bulk-apply a preset to multiple selected photos at once (as you can do in LrC). Note: I am aware that settings can be copied and pasted from one photo to another/multiple.

I'm a wedding photographer who uses LR CC for culling extensively and this latest update did something to screw up the UI making culling unbearable.   1. Swiping between photos used to be snappy and quick, now it's almost as if it's holding the image during the entire swipe, which is making swipes much slower.    2. Swiping up/down for flagging used to be much more sensitive, and now the action has to be very exaggerated to register a flagging action.    3. Swiping up/down for flagging is often getting misinterpreted as a swipe to the left or right. I had Lightroom 7.5, and wanted to upgrade to 8.0. Now Creative Cloud desktop tells me I have 8.0, but in Lightroom it says 6.0. Before upgrading I had 7.5.   I have tried to fault trace, by signing out, restarting the Mac and signing in til Creative Cloud again, but no change. Buongiorno.Volevo segnalare un errore dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento di lightroom, all'apertura dei menu laterali, come "remove" o "modifica" l'immagine non si adatta più allo schermo rimanendo in parte sotto il menu.Si può risolvere o è proprio un bug?  Grazie 1000! Giuseppe

Ich habe einige Profile heruntergeladen und in Lightroom CC importiert. Nun werden mir die Profile nur für .raw Files angezeigt und nicht für .jpg.Wenn ich jedoch das Profil auf ein .raw Foto anwende, und dann die Bearbeungseinstellungen dieses Fotos kopiere und bei einem .jpg Foto wieder einfüge, wird das Profil korrekt angewendet und sehe es auch im Profil Tab. Nun wäre meine Frage warum die importierten Profile nicht Standardmässig auch für .jpg Fotos angezeigt werden, und was man ändern kann, damit diese auch für .jpg angezeigt werden (ich würde gerne über verschiedene Profile "hovern" können um sie zu vergleichen). Die Profile werden auch nicht angezeigt, wenn ich "Profile verwalten" anklicke.

Hello, so recently I had to document a construction Site at my company.I used the TTartisan 12 mm Fisheye Lens because I didn't have any better focal length available and also didn't see a necessity in doing a Panorama.I also knew that the Lens correction for the Samyang 7.5 mm Fisheye would work perfectly with it.  Now after reviewing the images I realised that Lightroom cuts off a lot of the left/right part of the Image without it beeing visible in the crop window and thus not beeing retrievable.- I know that the quality will suffer heavily in the sides but thats not really important for this job. -   I found a work around where I scale down the Image in the geometry tab but that completely destroys my image quality.   Is there any way to do this without rescaling everything or destroying my image quality?? 

When using Lightroom in Google pixel 9 pro fold, the app performs as expected except for opening/editing images on the inside screen. You can browse albums, and such, and edit images on the outer screen, but it shows nothing but black (with side bars and editing tools still showing though)

My iPhone automatically add the GPS data. When I import these photos into Lightroom, Lightroom automatically fills in the City, State/Province and Country metadata fields. I than manually add the metadata in the Location field. I also add Title, Caption, Keywords and make adjustments to the photos.   When I archive the album locally and view the archived album on Local Browse, all the metadata carries over except City, State/Province and Country (the metadata automatically added from the GPS location). I tested this on both on both heic and dng files.    Please adjust the archive locally function so that it retains these three metadata fields upon archive.  Thank you.

In other parts of the app, it is correctly translated like: cloudopslag (cloud storage)

Hi,  I use the LR mobile version. If i open a video in LR, one of my presets will automatically applied on the video... if i tap and hold on the video I can't even see the original one. I don't see any changes in colour or light panel... even if i save the video  on my device like that, I see the original video. So it's only visible when opening the video in LR.  I checked the app settings- import- Raw default setting  and "Camera settings" is selected (no Preset)   Could you please help me? Hello everyone. I have been using Lightroom Classic for a brief time, much to my enjoyment. What has been a very big plus is that LrC has always imported DNG files with the in-camera presets attached to them, so I can edit the DNG file with my camera settings, i.e. film simulation, already embedded.All of a sudden LrC and Lr show me the DNG files as if I had only been shooting raw, not raw+jpeg. It does not matter what settings I try fiddling with and I have been unable to find any answers online. I could find a setting in Lr for embedding the camera settings to the raw-file, and a similar setting in LrC, but it doesn't work even with the setting on.This used to be how the program worked by default but now it's gone. And this issue means I would have to edit the jpegs for printing, so this is quite a big problem for me.Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

In the past week something has changed. I've always shared the link to albums and check to allow downloads.  As of last week viewers cannot hold down to save the image or save to device. It only gives the option to download and the you have to go into your downloads to save . Anyone else experiencing this?

I've been saving my files (videos and photos) in Lightroom since 2020 aprox. Somehow, mid-september, I lost all my data from december 2023 to september 2024. I lost important memories, concert videos and family treasures that I didn't have anywhere else. Is there any way to recover my information?? I'm terribly desperate   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

HI, How do we enable auto tagging. It is not working for me. And I wonder if it is because I have loaded photos in to LOCAL directly from One Drive, where I had put photos from the SD card.  Perhaps there is an import function that needs to be used for this? Does anyone know anything about this function?

Hello, I have some how messed up what pictures are showing up in the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen in lightroom.  I'm not sure what I did but I cannot get it back to how it was even after resetting the preferences when starting up lightroom.I work through all of the photos in my album in the film strip. From there, I delete items and then edit the pictures like normal. Every once in a while, I need to add some text, so I bring it over to Photoshop and add text. Then, it copies the edits back down to Lightroom and replaces the existing photo (sometimes the replacement photo will be located on the far right after it comes back from Lightroom, but the original will disappear). Now, when I look at the full album, it may only show the photos that I converted to Photoshop and none of the ones that just had edits in Lightroom. So, basically, all photos will have a number 2 in the top right.If I start looking at album filtering and do "editing = yes" and "Type = Raw," it

I’ve already set the monitor’s color profile on Windows correctly, using a Spyder 5 Pro calibrator. I also tried using an uncalibrated profile downloaded directly from the ASUS website, but it didn’t make a difference. So, I’m ruling out any issues with the profile or general configuration.The problem is: when I import photos into Lightroom and start making adjustments, everything seems fine, and the colors are correct. However, when I export the images in sRGB, the colors appear altered—mainly becoming more vivid and saturated—and the difference is quite noticeable. Hii have a new Oneplus open (fold phone) love the lightroom app but it work only on a split screen and the front screen but not on de full inside screen...when open the app on full screen i see my photo's but when i will work on it ...the photo turn black ....i can get it back on a spit screen.... Hi! I recently bought an iPad Air + Apple Pencil to replace my outdated MacBook and use to edit my photos on the Lightroom app but I've kinda run into a problem. I'm a lefty and the editing menu is on the right hand side which makes me either have to twist my hand in an awkward position in order to see what I'm doing or switch the pen to my right hand which also feels awkward. Is there anyway we can get an update that allows me the option to switch the menu over to the left hand side? 🙂

I have just downloaded and opened Lightroom. There is a banner accross the top that says "macintosh HD" is disconnected. Originals will be accessed through the cloud I cannot find any reference to this error online so I thought I'd post the question here. Any help or guidance appreciated.
