Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Using Lightroom Mobile on my iphone, I imported some "Live" photos of a moving river into a lightroom album which sync'd to my Lr (cloud) and LrC (classic) apps. I then wanted to adjust the "Live" photos using the long exposure option on iphone to make the water smooth. After multiple attempts below, Lr (cloud) now shows the photo with the long exposure treatment, but LrC (classic) insists on showing the same photo without the long exposure treatment.Attempts================1.  create duplicate photo on iphone that has the long exposure treatment, then import that into lightroom. Results >>> "import skipped due to duplicate".2. delete the photo from lightroom albums and catalog from Lr (mobile). This also removed the photo from LrC. Then reimport the photo with the long exposure treatment. Results >>> Lr (cloud) shows the correct version with long exposure treatment applied. LrC (classic) still shows the original file without long exposure.Any ideas or

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series can capture Super HDR images and videos. It can also display them in Gallery and Instagram apps, but ironically Galaxy S24 series users cannot access the HDR feature of Adobe Lightroom Mobile. Considering all this, why doesn't Adobe bring this feature to the S24 series? I think Adobe should introduce this feature to these devices as quickly as possible.

I recently bought a new phone. When I tried to access my account on the app, it only lets me sign in via a social media account. I need to use my email and password but it doesn't give me that option. Help!

I have my original images in Lightroom Classic on my Mac and sync smart previews to the cloud ecosystem.  I have a recent problem with how the images are displayed on my iPad using Lightroom Mobile for iPad. This problem does NOT occur with the same images on an iPhone in Lightroom Mobile for iPhome. The problem is that the profile assigned in LRC is not processed when the image is displayed on the iPad in LRM.  (As I said above it does get applied when I look on my iPhone so the data is getting passed across to the Cloud). Generally I am using a Camera Standard Matching Profile.  Looking at the screen on the iPad, despite that profile being used when on the Mac, on the iPad version no profile is selected at all.  The image just looks washed out.  If I manually apply the camera matching profile on the iPad that fix the issue.  I do my main editing on the Mac and use the iPad for review and adjustments on the fly.  Having to re-apply the profile t

Lightroom 7.5 on MacBook ProI don't know how to use it, so I've been trying to create albums & folders, just sticking to sorting things for now. I've tried searching for photos I know are in there, but it always comes up empty. Then I noticed numbers next to the album names, but the window says "This Album is Empty." WHY?!

This problem use to not occur so i'm not what changed. when I save photos from Lightroom mobile to my phone they look so different. Always used iphone. Once saved they come out dark.  I checked online discussions and everyone said check the sRGB and it's already on that in save options. Any other ideas?

From time to time I can't save edited photos on my Android mobile device.This happens on an irregular basis so can't specify or relate this problem to specific type photos ... very frustrating! 😵

1) Click and hold a slider thumb under photo editing, for example in the "Light" or "Color" area, without moving or sliding the mouseExpected behaviour The thumb (the round button to control values by dragging along the track) should stay in it's initial position, wherever on the thumb the user clicks.   Actual behaviour The thumb automatically jumps over to the right, suddenly changing the slider value. This is unexpected behaviour, it should stay put until the mouse cursor moves, and then follow the mouse cursor position in the horizontal movements.   I'm guessing that in the underlying UI, on click the thumb is being set to the mouse cursor position without taking into account the width of the thumb (half the width of the thumb should be subtracted from the mouse position in order for the thumb to be centered on the mouse cursor). But actually that would not even work perfectly, if the user clicks slightly off center it would still jump a little bit to center the thum

I want to import image files from the iPad File Manager app into Lightroom Mobil on the iPad. I know I can do that with other image processing software of the iPad but would like to use Lightroom.

Hi everyone! I have to change my desktop because the video card doesn't help me to use all LhC, Ph and Bridge functions. And my question is if a desktop with a 2.0 Ghz Radeon Graphics card can utilize all the functions of these three softwares. Does it solve my problems?

We had a thread here a while back about how it's not currently possible to view or edit image titles directly in the grid view (so frustrating, coming from Apple Photos). Meanwhile, I'm still trying to track down images in my collection with missing titles. Figured I'd be able to build a smart query to do this, but it doesn't seem possible - I don't even see Title as one of the searchable fields in the search tool. Am I missing something? Thanks. 

I can import onto my iPad Pro from an external SSD and then edit image files in Lightroom. As far as I can tell it doesn't write to an XMP or sidecar file after doing an edit. I am anxious to be able to continue edits on a desktop after starting them on mobile without using WiFi image synch.  iPad Pro M4 current version iPad OS and a SanDisk ssd connected to a USB-c port on the iPad.

Hi All, currently I use LR CC as my main editing suite but like to use the iPad for portability and sync my top photos/portfolio to the cloud and Lightroom mobile. On the desktop LR I have all photos as smart preview and on the cloud the originals. On the desktop it is easy to export from LR Cloud as high res from the adobe cloud but I can not figure out how to do it on the iPad. I do not want to put the high res on the iPad for space limitations and would like to limit the need of an external hard drive. Long story short - my iPad has the smart previews and the full res are on the cloud.  How do I export from the iPad and get a high res photo for a big blow up? If I make sense, please help.  If I don't make sense then that is probably the problem.  Between the keyboard and the chair:)

I use Lightroom on my iphone and it usually synchronizes with my MacBook perfectly. But not now. It keeps synchronizing 2 unknown items. The number of my pics on my iphone is the same as in Lightroom on my Macbook and the pics are also the same.....still it keeps synchronizing 2 unknown items and it won't synchronize any new pics because the synchronizing of the 2 items I mentioned probably block new synchronizations........   What to do? I wanted to free up my space on iPad and I deleted the Lightroom app. I didn't know that all my imported photos would also disappear too... I thought they were stored to local storage after deleting the app too. I reinstalled the app afterwards but the photos were gone already 😞 I have Lightroom premium but I went over the plan of 40 GB so the deleted photos weren't uploaded to the cloud. What to do? How can I recover my lost photos? I don't have them anywhere else and I'm desperate for them 😞

Hello,Writing this from Mongolia. I purchased my lightroom last year and after a few months of using it, I unsubscribed. Yesterday (March 10) I restored and tried to open lightroom, but it says This subscription has already been purchased from Mac App store with a different Adobe ID. which I do not understand why. I have tried several times to solve it and could not do it better.  How to solve this issue?Thanks

Hi,  I have an Issue with lightroom. I just edited 600 photos and exported them. Now I can't read the edited/ exported files. I get a message from my mac saying : The file “P1066763.JPG” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it.To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get Info. So I obviously tried what they say without sucess, I've given Lightroom access to my files and folder and even to my full disk. I've allow/ permit the access on "Local" in Lightroom as well, I tried and import 15times without sucess ... Can someone help me ? I need to send theses pictures but if I can't open them I'm scared no one will ...  I'm getting crazy .. HELP !   

when i try to edit my raw format photo's shot on my samsung galaxy s23 ultra it get blown out (the exposure is so high the phot gets uneditable) my lightroom has ot done this since the start and i worked perfect for 3 years and out of the sudden i have this problem. when i open JPEG or try to edit a photo shot with my 50mp camera that is the only way i can edit a raw photo that is not blown out all the other photo's shot on 12mp or on a other lens i have this problem with.

I downloaded some presets and they were in zip files (.xmp). So I attempted to import them to my phone (with the instructions for the new update) and it keeps telling me it failed. I even tried importing the sample practice preset and it failed too.
